The primary objective of this paper is to examine post acceptance behavior model in UCC services. Based on the relevant literature reviews, this study posits six characteristics, that is, expectation confirmation, perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, satisfaction, and continuance intention as key variables to describe the post acceptance behavior model in UCC services. Then we constructed a research model and hypotheses about relationship between these variables. A total 286 usable survey responses of UCC service users have been employed in the analysis. The empirical results of this study are summarized as follows. Firstly, expectation confirmation has a positive effect on the perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, and satisfaction. Secondly, perceived enjoyment has a positive effect on the satisfaction. Lastly, perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, and satisfaction have a positive effect on the continuance intention. These results will be helpful for the UCC services sector to further develop service delivery strategies for strengthening the ongoing relationship with customers. Finally, some possible limits of the present research and future directions for such research were discussed.

This study examined effects of the social-psychological motivations to use Instagram (i.e., identity seeking, social interaction) and narcissistic personality on personal attachment to Instagram and intention to post photos on Instagram. Identity seeking, social interaction and narcissistic personality (i.e., grandiose/exhibition) had significant positive effects on personal attachment to Instagram. Identity seeking and social interaction had significant positive effects on intention to post photos on Instagram. However, narcissistic personality had no effect on the intention to post photos on Instagram. The study results support the theory of the extended-self in the digital context. This study also provides useful information to help organizations understand why people use Instagram as well as how to take advantage of Instagram to enhance their services and consumer experiences.

Building-level response to post-earthquake fire hazards in steel buildings has been assessed using primarily two-dimensional analyses of the lateral force resisting system. This approach may not adequately consider potential vulnerabilities in the gravity framing system. For this reason, three-dimensional (3D) finite element models of a 10-story case study building with perimeter moment resisting frames were developed to analyze post-earthquake fire events and better understand building response. Earthquakes are simulated using ground motion time histories, while Eurocode parametric time-temperature curves are used to represent compartment fires. Incremental dynamic analysis and incremental fire analysis procedures capture a range of hazard intensities. Findings show that the structural response due to earthquake and fire hazards are somewhat decoupled from one another. Regardless of the level of plastic hinging present in the moment framing system due to a seismic event, gravity column failure is the initiating failure mode in a fire event.

Piriformis syndrome is a common differential diagnosis related to sciatica. The following review provides a concise synopsis of the diagnosis, management, history, and alternatives to diagnosis of piriformis syndrome. A search of the literature for research articles related to piriformis syndrome and associated differential diagnosis of sciatica was conducted. A thorough review of the included articles found that the condition known as piriformis syndrome is over-diagnosed and that potential anatomic and biomechanical variations originating in the pelvic region might be related to the complaint of sciatica. The criteria for diagnosis are based on findings from both physical examination and radio imaging. Piriformis syndrome resembles a variety of clinical conditions; therefore, conduct of future studies should include development of a validated method for evaluation as well as clinical criteria for diagnosis of piriformis syndrome.

It's necessary to judge between success and failure of a project in order to secure the objective evaluation index and the transparency of that. In case of the public works including a construction section, the large-scale budget input proceeds, but the awareness regarding the efficiency and usefulness of the public works is decreasing because it's hard to estimate benefit originated from the results of the budget input. Therefore, this study is to propose the measurement standard for the post-evaluation based on the list of the resident response degree and user satisfaction degree to systematically and quantitatively measure the results of the post-evaluation for the public projects within the range of quantifying the consumer satisfaction degree for the facilities which preform the post-evaluation among the public projects with 50 billion budget.

Objectives The purposes of this study was to develope a Qi gong exercise that suits characteristics of post mastectomy women, and to evaluate the effect of Qi gong exercise on immune response, blood circulation index, pulse wave parameter and heart rate variability. Methods This study was applied to total 35 post mastectomy women, including 17 for experiment group and 18 for control group. The Qi gong exercise was composed of total 24 times of 90 minutes per each time, twice a week, and 12 weeks and it was conducted by the oriental medicine professor who was an expert of Qi gong exercise. Results 1. Two group comparison revealed that the experimental group had significantly improved immune response(p<.021), HR(beats/min)(p<.001), ESV(ml/beat)(p=.038), ESI($ml/beat/m^2$)(p=.040), ECO (L/min)(p=.019), ECI($L/min/m^2$)(p=.023), ECRI($dyne^*sec/cm$)(p=.015), Left Kwan($div^3$)(p=.021), Right Kwan($div^3$)(p=.038), Mean HRV(cycle/min)(p<.001), SDNN(ms)(p=.043), RMSSD(ms)(p=.040), and TP(log $ms^2$)(p=.039). 2. Two group comparison revealed that the experimental group had significantly decreased ECR ($dyne^*sec^*cm^{-5}$) (p=.034), Left RAI(p=.044), Right RAI(p=.042), and pNN50(%)(p=.038). Conclusions These results from Qi gong exercise program can be used as basic data for development of health promotion program for Post Mastectomy Women.

This paper presents a case study on BSC(Balanced Scorecard) system development of Korea Post as a Korean public firm. BSC models of public or private sector are generally developed in different types due to their different strategic goals. Korea Post as a government firm has dual characteristics of BSC similar to both public and private sector. This firm has the organizational type of public firms, not private firms. To date many government subsidiary organizations have already introduced BSC or are trying to introduce BSC, but have difficulty in developing BSC successfully because of insufficient understanding of BSC. Based on a case study of Korea Post, this study analyzed key success and failure factors and suggested prospects on BSC system development of public firms.
