After the general and multi-function PC age is gone, A new type of computing devices is developing. The need of consumer increases a new device with very necessary function instead of all-mighty functional PC. The operating system of this works is linux because of open source licensing and a strong developer community. The Post PC industry represents and environment that will foster dramatic growth and new development. The adoption of embedded linux in this market will not be driven by simple replacement of expensive proprietary operating systems. In this paper we describe the practical design and implementation project of Post-PC Platform. We illustrate "the development of digital consumer Post-PC platform technology," focus the fourth project, and describe the development works of this project.s project.

In this paper, we analyze process of implementing and successful enabler of Postal Logistics Integrated Information Systems(PostNet) through a case study on Korea Post. PostNet was integrated by considering contingently organizational integration (organizational structure redesign), strategical integration (business process reengineering), and technical integration(data integration, application integration, and integrated platform implementation). And also integration was implemented for supporting three aspects. PostNet has implication for advanced integration with business mission and operational efficiency by comparing integration with physical level and hardware level. Korea Post has the biggest logistics network, organization, and service in logistics industry area. The results of this paper will suggest theoretical framework for the future information system integration, and will be utilized as a practical guideline for the information system integration.

As the catch-up innovation system was exposed to a new competition environment in which second-tier catch-up countries reduced the gap with Korea and advanced Korean firms entered into the frontier product market, it is experiencing system delay in terms of organizational and policy change. Therefore, innovation policy needs to be reorganized from a dynamic perspective to analyze the problems in the transition period and enable the system to overcome organizational and institutional delays. This article investigates the characteristics of transition periods in terms of external environment changes and internal socio-economic pressures. Based on the analysis of environment changes and catch-up system characteristics, it suggests the framework for policy intervention, direction, and practical principles for post catch-up innovation policy. In particular, it suggests the network-based developmental state and policy implementation in order to overcome the limitation of centralized developmental state of catch-up periods.

Recent people start to attention about IoT(Internet of Things) and applying IoT on many fields is rising. In this paper we have implemented to control things via web so we used SimpleHTTPServer with Python. Client was used POST, one of web request method which passes through web server and developed a remote control system.

우편 서비스는 사람과 조직간을 이어주어 실물 배달과 의사 소통을 위한 중요 네트워크 중의 하나이다. 정보통신의 발달로 우편 서비스의 대표적인 형태인 서장이 전자메일로 대치되고 있으나, 전자상거래의 급속한 확장에 힘입어 소포 등과 같은 새로운 우편 서비스 영역의 중요성이 동반 확대되고 있는 실정이다. 인터넷 기반의 우체국 서비스를 의미하는 ePOST는 전통적인 우편 서비스와 쇼핑, 전자고지납부 및 에스크로 서비스 등으로 확대되고 있다. 한편 우리나라의 휴대전화의 보급율은 2004년 현재 $80\%$ 안팎에 이르고 있으며, 이제 ePOST 도 휴대전화상에서 새로운 서비스를 제공하기 위한 준비가 필요하다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 대국민 서비스와 효과적인 비즈니스를 동시에 지원하기 위한 모바일 우편 서비스(mPOST) 방안과 간단한 프로토타입 구현을 소개한다.

This paper deals with a network model for the efficient transportation of post and consists of the formulation based on the network model and the LINGO programming model including the operations of the post transportation. This network model is represented by using Time Space Network. The generalized formulation is built up with the input variables and the decision variables, which are defined on the basis of the network model. And LINGO programming model to be proposed with DB and LINGO is constructed in consideration of how to manage the post transportation and the intermodal transport. The results of the model implementation were represented on Time Space Network and they are analyzed and verified. The LINGO programming model is used as the module to be set in application software. Specifically with using GEOmania, GIS tool, the LINGO Model is applied to develop the application for Mail Transportation Decision Support System.

In this paper, we present an optimal hardware implementation for preprocessing of a person identification algorithm utilizing vein pattern of dorsal surface of hand. For the vein pattern recognition, the computational burden of the algorithm lies mainly in the preprocessing of the input images, especially in lowpass filtering. we could reduce the identification time to one tenth by hardware design of the lowpass filter compared to sequential computations. In terms of the computation accuracy, the simulation results show that the CSD code provided an optimized coefficient value with about 91.62% accuracy in comparison with the floating point implementation of current coefficient value of the lowpass filter. The post-simulation of a VHDL model has been performed by using the ModelSim$^{TM}$. The implemented chip operates at 20MHz and has the operational speed of 55.107㎳.㎳.

Photovoltaic systems have emerged to be one of the cleanest energy systems. Therefore, many large scale solar parks and PV farms have been built to prepare for the post fossil fuel ages. However, due to their large scale, to efficiently manage and operate PV systems, they need to be visually monitored within the range of infrared ray through the Internet. To satisfy this need, the efficient implementation of a high performance video compression standard is required. This paper therefore presents an implementation of H.264 motion estimation, which is one of the most data-intensive and complicated functions in H.264. To achieve this, this work implements vector instructions in hardware and incorporates them in a generic RISC processor architecture, thus increasing the processing speed while minimizing hardware and software design efforts. Extensive simulation results show that this proposed implementation can process motion estimations up to 13 times faster.

The main goal of the study is to propose an objective and standardized evaluation system of stock enhancement programs. In order to achieve this goal, the study first suggested the need for stock enhancement program evaluation system through the review of current status and problems. Second, the study identified possible problems of the existing stock enhancement program evaluation by reviewing domestic and foreign evaluation systems. Finally the study proposed a new evaluation system and implementation plan of it. This study also classified the program evaluation criteria into ex-ante evaluation and ex-post evaluation according to the evaluation point in time, and applied the economic, political and technical feasibility tests into the evaluation of the stock enhancement program in order to solve the current problems of the evaluation. The evaluation process of the stock enhancement program is composed of an evaluation system design, estimation of weights using the analytical hierarchy process, design of estimation standard, conversion of scores and final summary of the evaluation. The central government takes the lead in the evaluation of the regional (metropolitan city or province) projects and the regional government is in charge of the evaluation of the local (city or county) projects. For the implementation of the ex-ante evaluation, either the regional or local governments ask for the evaluation and then submit an evaluation plan and other necessary documents to the upper level governments. The ex-post evaluation is then carried out by the upper level governments.
