한국과 중국 SNS 이용자의 지속적 이용의도의 영향요인에 관한 비교 연구: 확장된 기술준비도수용모형을 중심으로 (A Comparative Study on the Influencing Factors of Continuous Use Intention of Korean and Chinese SNS Users: Focused on the Technology Readiness and Acceptance Model)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the extended technology readiness and acceptance model according to the characteristics of technology for the continuous use motive of SNS users. In particular, we conducted a comparative study on the differences in technology readiness and acceptance model between countries through the empirical analysis of the users of SNS in Korea and China with different technological and cultural environments. The results of this study are as follows; First, Positive technology readiness index has a positive effect on performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions, which are variables of UTAUT. Positive technology readiness also has a positive effect on Enjoyment, which is added in this study. Second, negative technology readiness index has negative effect on performance expectancy and social influence, which are variables of UTAUT. In addition, negative technology readiness index has not a significant effect on enjoyment, which was added in this study. Finally, the relationship between technology readiness index, motivation for technology acceptance, and continuously intention to use has a partially different influence on the Korean and Chinese users. Based on the results of this study, this study suggested academic implications and practical implications.

Effects of Technology Readiness on User Perceptions and Use Intention of Mobile Social Commerce

  • This research was implemented by using TRAM model. An existing research (Ok 2011) which dealt with technology readiness and social commerce at once had only asked consumers' attitude on 'general technology'. This research, however, has specifically focused on Social Network Service and mobile social commerce. Research hypotheses and research model were developed and tested by using 610 consumer survey data. It was found that individual's positive/negative technology readiness has a direct influence positively/negatively on perceived ease of use and perceived trust respectively. Also their positive and negative technology readiness has an indirect influence positively/negatively on perceived usefulness. Thus someone's positive and negative attitude on SNS has a different direction towards the perception of mobile social commerce. Perception on mobile social commerce depends on their attitude (positive or negative) concerning SNS. Managerial implications and limitations of the study were also discussed.

  • 본 연구는 스마트폰 기반 셀프 서비스의 대표적인 예인 모바일뱅킹의 소비자 수용 요인을 다루고 있다. 연구자는 선행연구를 통해 모바일뱅킹 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 선행변수를 이용자 특성(긍정적 부정적 기술준비도, 전문지식)에서 도출하였으며, 정보기술수용모형 (Technology Acceptance Model)과 기술준비도(Technology Readiness Index)의 혼합 모형인 기술준비도와 수용모형(Technology Readiness and Acceptance Model)을 이용하여 이용자의 전문지식과 긍정적 부정적 기술준비도가 모바일뱅킹의 이용 의도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, 이용자의 전문지식과 긍정적 기술준비도는 모바일뱅킹의 인지된 유용성과 이용 용이성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 이용자의 부정적 기술 준비도는 인지된 이용용이성에만 영향을 미칠 뿐, 인지된 유용성에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 기술적 제약조건이 상당부분 해소된 VM 기반의 모바일뱅킹 서비스를 대상으로 하고 있으며, 신기술 도입에 관한 이용자 특성을 다룬 연구로써 의의를 가진다고 하겠다.

증강현실 패션 소매기술 특성의 소비자 사용효과에 관한 연구: 기술 준비도의 조절효과 (A Study on the Consumer Use Effect of AR Fashion Retail Technology: Moderating Effect of Technology Readiness)

  • This study investigated the influence of the perceived characteristics of AR fashion retail technology on value co-creation and continued use intention. This study also examines the moderating role of technology readiness in the effects of the perceived characteristics of AR fashion retail technology on value co-creation. A total of 241 university students who had experience using AR fashion retail technology completed the questionnaire. The results were as follows. First, there were five factors in the perceived characteristics of AR fashion retail technology: presence, aesthetic attractiveness, ease of use, shopping usefulness, and perceived enjoyment. Second, aesthetic attractiveness, shopping usefulness, and perceived enjoyment had positive impacts on value co-creation. Third, value co-creation had a positive impact on continued use intention of AR retail technology. Fourth, there were significant differences in the effect of aesthetic attractiveness and shopping usefulness on value co-creation by the innovativeness dimension of technology readiness. Fifth, there was a significant difference in the effect of ease of use on value co-creation by the optimism dimension of technology readiness. The results of this study should provide guidance for marketers or retailers interested in the application of AR fashion retail technology in their stores.

인공지능 시스템 도입에 있어서 기술 준비도가 콜센터 상담사들의 사용 의도에 미치는 구조적인 영향: AICC(인공지능 컨택 센터)를 중심으로 (The Structural Impact of Technology Readiness on Call Center Counselors' Intention to Use in the Introduction of Artificial Intelligence Systems: Focusing on AICC(Artificial Intelligence Contact Center))

  • This study is a study on the effect of technical readiness factors on counselors' intention to use when applying AICC. AICC counselors experience improved customer service and emotional stability by receiving various monitor notification window services based on artificial intelligence algorithms such as customer counseling history, prohibited word control system, and customized counseling system. Accordingly, this study tried to verify using factors derived from technology readiness theory and technology acceptance theory among the factors affecting the intention to continue using AICC provided to counselors. To verify the research hypothesis, the causal relationship between variables such as Optimism, Innovativeness, Discomfort, Insecurity, and Technology Acceptance Theory, such as Team Support, Ease of Usage, and Innovation Resistance, was verified. As a result of empirical analysis, first, it was verified that Optimism has a positive (+) effect on Team Support and Ease of Usage, and Discomfort and Insecurity have a negative (-) effect on Ease of Usage and Team Support. Second, it was confirmed that Team Support and Ease of Usage had a positive effect on the Intention to use AICC. Based on the above empirical analysis results, the concepts of Technical Readiness were clearly proved, and in practical terms, AICC helped inquiry, quality evaluation, recording, and management of counseling history, ultimately increased corporate work efficiency.

기술준비도가 자동출입국 심사시스템 사용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The effect of technology readiness on the usage of Smart Entry Service)

  • This paper seeks to investigate the effect of technology readiness on the usage of smart entry service. The questionnaires were distributed to passengers who were experience with smart entry service and structural equation modeling was utilized to analyze the data. The results revealed that optimism had a positive impact on perceived usefulness and insecurity had a negative effect on perceived enjoyment. Perceived ease of use had a positive impact on perceived enjoyment, perceived usefulness and intention to use. In addition, perceived usefulness had a positive impact on intention to use. The results from this paper can be used as basic knowledge for developing the smart entry service activation plan.

인공지능, 사물인터넷의 기술준비도가 의료인력 고용대체인지도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Technology Readiness Index of Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things on the Recognition of Substitute Employment of Medical Personnel)

  • Purpose: This study was to figure out relationships of perceived Technology Readiness Index(TRI), usefulness, acceptance intension, and the recognition of substitute employment of medical personnel on the artificial intelligence (AI) and internet of things (IoT) among main technologies. Methodology: To achieve the purpose, this study utilized structured survey tools to conduct a questionnaire survey of nursing, administrative and medical technology professionals at six university hospitals in Korea metropolitan area. A PLS(Partial Least Square) Path analysis was utilized To analyze the material. Findings: In the relation with the technology readiness and perceived usefulness, it had a positive influence to the perceived usefulness when the optimism and innovativeness were higher and the discomfort was lower. In the relation with the technology readiness and acceptance intension, it showed a positive influence when the innovativeness was higher and the discomfort was lower. In the relation with the perceived usefulness and acceptance intension, it had a positive influence to the acceptance intension when the perceived usefulness was higher. In the relation with the acceptance intension and the recognition of substitute employment, it showed a positive influence to the recognition of substitute employment when the acceptance intension was higher. Practical Implications: Judging based on the above study results and reference reviews, it confirmed that it is necessary to prepare in the level of hospital organization in the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution. They should increase the efficiency of human resources through the technological factors or changes of employment types for the additional demands of human resources to handle increasing medical demands or induce to secure necessary abilities which are changing at the right time by performing the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution related re-training continuously to develop the value of existing human resources.

경외감이 혁신적 제품 선호도에 미치는 영향: 긍정적 기술준비도의 매개된 조절효과 (The Impact of Awe on Preference for Innovative Products: The Mediated Moderating Effect of Positive Technology Readiness)

  • 경외감은 새로운 경험에 대한 개방성을 확장하고, 새로운 지식 획득을 통해 인지적 세계관을 확장하려는 욕구와 연관된 정서이다. 본 연구에서는 경외감이 광고 맥락에서 소비자에게 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 서울 소재 대학 학부생 118명을 대상으로 2(감정: 경외감/통제) × 2(제품 유형: 혁신/비혁신) 설계의 실험을 진행하였다. 그 결과, 경외감 유발 광고는 비혁신적 제품이나 경외심을 유발하지 않은 경우보다 혁신적인 제품에 대한 제품 선호도와 긍정적 기술준비도를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 매개된 조절분석 결과, 긍정적 기술준비도가 경외감 유발과 제품 선호도 사이의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 확인되었다. 즉, 혁신적 제품일 경우 경외감 유발 광고일 때 긍정적 기술준비도가 증가하게 되고, 이렇게 증가한 긍정적 기술준비도가 결과적으로 혁신적 제품에 대한 선호도를 높였다. 본 연구 결과는 경외감이 혁신적 제품에 대한 소비자의 긍정적 태도를 높이는 역할을 한다는 것을 밝힘으로써 경외감의 긍정적 효과가 있음을 주장한 기존 문헌을 뒷받침한다. 이를 통해 소비자의 혁신적 제품에 대한 긍정적 태도에 경외감 정서 유발이 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 혁신적 제품이나 서비스를 제공하는 기업의 마케팅 활동에 유의미한 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

UX Analysis based on TR and UTAUT of Sports Smart Wearable Devices

  • The main purpose of this research is to investigate relationships between the significant control factors on acceptance intention to User Experience (UX) sports smart wearable devices by applying Technology Readiness (TR) and Unified Theory of Technology (UTAUT). Research survey targeted on users of golf smart devices in Seoul. A total 534 questionnaires were collected and used for testing hypotheses. Methods to analyze the data included frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling in accordance with the purpose of the study by using SPSS and AMOS. The results are as follows; First, positive TR had a significantly positive effect on social influence, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, perceived enjoyment, performance expectancy. Second, negative TR had a significant negative effect on performance expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, perceived enjoyment. Third, TR had a no significantly effect on behavioral intention. Fourth, performance expectancy, perceived enjoyment and facilitating conditions had a significantly positive effect on behavioral intention. Fifth, behavioral intention had a significantly positive effect on use behavior. Thus it became crucial to identify the difference in acceptance intention models per each products are as follows. Positive TR of golf-related mobile application users has a positive effect on both technology acceptance belief and acceptance intention, whereas negative TR has no statistically significant effect on technology acceptance belief nor acceptance intention.

프로테안 경력, 무경계 경력이 근로자의 긍정적 경력태도, 미래 학습 준비도에 미치는 영향: 경력개발 지원정책의 조절 효과 (The effects of protean career and boundaryless career on workers' positive career attitude and future learning readiness: Moderating effect of career development support policy)

  • 기존 학술적으로 논의되던 프로테안 경력과 무경계 경력에 대한 실증 연구들이 활발하게 진행되고 그 개념도 명확해 지고 있다. 선행연구에서는 프로테안 경력과 무경계 경력의 주관적 경력성공에 대한 연구 등은 많았지만 두 독립 변인이 근로자의 긍정적 경력태도, 미래 학습 준비도에 미치는 영향 등에 대한 연구는 미흡하였다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 근로자의 프로테안 경력 지향성과 무경계 경력, 근로자의 긍정적 경력태도, 미래 학습 준비도에서 경력개발지원정책의 조절 효과를 탐색하였다. 경력관련 변인간 관계를 보면 프로테안 경력은 경력개발정책과 긍정적 경력태도에 정적인 상관을 나타내고, 무경계 경력은 긍정적 경력태도와 미래 학습 준비도에 정적인 상관을 나타냈다. 경력개발지원정책의 조절 효과에서는 프로테안 경력과 무경계 경력의 미래 학습 준비도와의 관계에서 경력개발지원정책은 조절효과를 나타냈다. 이 연구에서 나타난 경력개발지원정책의 조절효과는 자기주도적 경력개발을 위한 의도와 학습의 관계에서 유의미한 결과로 볼 수 있다. 또한, 경력개발지원 정책을 주관하는 조직내 HRD/HRM 부서의 역할에 따라 근로자의 미래를 위한 학습의지에 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 시사한다.
