양육 청소년 미혼모의 적응유연성이 긍정적 양육행동에 미치는 영향: 사회적 편견의 매개효과 (Influence of Resilience on Positive Parenting Behavior in Young Single Mothers: The Mediating Effects of Social Prejudice)

  • 본 연구에서는 양육 청소년 미혼모를 대상으로 적응유연성이 긍정적 양육행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 적응유연성과 긍정적 양육행동의 관계에서 사회적 편견의 매개효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 사실이 밝혀졌다. 첫째, 적응유연성 중 낙관성이 사회적 편견에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 적응유연성 중 삶에 대한 긍정적 태도와 자신에 대한 긍정적 평가가 긍정적 양육행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적 편견은 긍정적 양육행동에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 적응유연성과 긍정적 양육행동의 관계에서 사회적 편견은 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 양육 청소년 미혼모들의 적응유연성과 긍정적 양육행동 강화방안을 모색하고, 양육 청소년 미혼모에 대한 사회적 편견을 불식시킬 수 있는 상담적 개입과 사회복지적 접근의 중요성을 촉구하였다.

어머니의 자기효능감과 양육행동 및 아동의 성취동기가 아동의 자기효능감에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Mother's Self-Efficacy and Parenting Behavior and Children's Achievement Motivation on Children's Self-Efficacy)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of mothers' self-efficacy, parenting behaviors, and children's achievement motivation on children's self-efficacy. Subjects were 591 fifth- and sixth-graders and their mothers in Busan. Statistics and methods used for data analysis were Cronbach's alpha, Pearson's correlation, Multiple Regression, and Path Analysis. Several major findings of this study were as follows: 1) Any difference was not found by sex in children's general and total self-efficacy. Girls' social efficacy, however, was higher than boys'. 2) Achievement motivation had a direct positive effect and was the first positive contribution factor to the self-efficacy of both sexes. 3) On boys' self-efficacy, mothers' own had an indirect positive effect through achievement motivation, and their parental role efficacy had a positive effect, direct or indirect, through their affective parenting behaviors and the boys' achievement motivation; also mothers' affective parenting behaviors had an indirect positive effect through achievement motivation, and their controlling parenting had a direct negative effect. 4) On girls' self-efficacy, mothers' own had a direct positive effect, and their parental role efficacy had an indirect positive effect through their affective and controlling parenting behaviors and the girls' achievement motivation; also mothers' affective parenting behaviors had a positive effect, direct or indirect, through achievement motivation, and the controlling parenting had a negative effect, direct or indirect.

부모의 양육태도가 공동체의식에 따라 대학생의 다문화 수용에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Parenting Attitude on the Multicultural expropriation of University student According to Community Spirit)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 대학생이 인식하는 부모의 긍정적 부정적 양육태도가 다문화 수용에 미치는 영향과 그 과정에서 공동체 의식의 매개효과를 검증하는데 있다. 이를 위해 한국청소년정책연구원 7차 년도 자료를 기준으로 대학교에 입학한 1학년 학생 1,336명을 표본으로 추출하여 회귀분석을 실행하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 대학생이 인식하는 부모의 긍정적 양육태도는 다문화 수용에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치며, 부정적 양육태도는 다문화 수용에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공동체 의식은 대학생의 다문화 수용에 정(+)적인 영향을 주고, 긍정적 부정적 양육태도와 다문화 수용 사이에 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 위와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 부모의 긍정적 양육태도와 다문화 수용을 높이고, 긍정적 양육 태도와 공동체 의식을 고취시키기 위한 다양한 프로그램의 개발과 적용을 제시하였다.

어머니의 양육지식, 양육스트레스, 양육행동과 영아의 발달 간의 관계 (Relationship among Mother's knowledge of Infant development, Maternal Parenting Stress, Maternal Parenting Behavior and Infant Development)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship among the mother's knowledge of infant development, mother's parenting stress, maternal parenting behavior and infant development. Participations in this study included 2078 infants(1056 boys, 1022 girls) and their mother. The major results of this study were as follows: First mother's knowledge of infants showed positive effects on maternal parenting behaviors, and mother's parenting stress showed negative effects on maternal parenting behaviors. Second, maternal parenting behaviors and mother's knowledge of infants showed positive effect on infant development. But maternal parenting stress didn't show direct effect on infant development. In conclusion, maternal parenting behaviors partially mediated between mother's knowledge of infants and infant development, and fully mediated between mother's parenting stress and infant development.

부부관계와 어머니의 양육스트레스 및 긍정적 양육행동이 유아의 행동문제에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Marital Relationship, Mother's Parenting Stress and Positive Parenting Behavior on the Behavioral Problems of Preschoolers)

  • This study examined the effects of marital relationships, mother's parenting stress and positive parenting behavior on the behavioral problems of preschoolers. For this purpose, we created a structural equation model and examined the goodness of fit of the model using the RMSEA, SRMR, TLI, and CFI. The participants were 986 4-year-old preschoolers and their mothers taken from the 5th year of the Korea Children's Panel. The results of this study were as follows: First, a negative marital relationship had a significant negative effect on behavioral problems of preschoolers directly. And a negative marital relationship had a significant indirect effect on behavioral problems of preschoolers through the parenting behavior. Second, parenting stress had a significant negative effect on behavioral problems of preschoolers directly. And parenting stress had a significant indirect effect on behavioral problems of preschoolers through the parenting behavior. These findings imply that both improving marital relationships and regulating mothers' parenting stress and parenting behavior need to be emphasized when designing prevention and intervention programs aimed at improving the behavioral problems of preschoolers.

긍정심리 및 내외통제성과 양육 스트레스와의 관계 : 유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니를 중심으로 (The Relationships between Positive Maternal Psychology, Internal-External Control, and Parenting Stress of Mothers with Young Children)

  • This purpose of this study was to examine the connections between positive maternal psychology, internal control, and parenting stress of mothers with young children. The subjects were 398 mothers living in Buchon city. Collected data were subjected to descriptive statistical analysiss, Pearson’s correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Results showed that employed mothers had higher positive psychology and lower parenting stress than unemployed mothers. In addition, positive maternal psychology, internal-external control, and parenting stress were all related to each other. In particular, positive psychology was the strongest predictor for parental stress.

어머니와 아동의 기질과 양육태도 관계 연구 (Associations between Mother and Child Temperament and Parenting Attitude)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relations between mother's temperament and child's and parenting attitude. Methods: One hundred twenty healthy mothers (above 20 ys) who has a child (7-11 ys) participated after informed consent. The temperament of the children was analyzed by the Junior Temperament and Character Inventory 7-11 (JTCI 7-11) by their mothers. The temperament of the mothers was analyzed by the Temperament and Character Inventory-Revised Short (TCI-RS) and the parenting attitude of the mothers was analyzed by the Parenting Attitude Test (PAT). The relations between mother and child temperament and parenting attitude were assessed using the Pearson correlation coefficient. Results: There were some significant correlations between maternal temperaments and child's temperaments and maternal parenting attitude. Maternal temperament and parenting attitude: Novelty seeking (NS) of mother had low positive correlations with punishment, high expectation and inconsistency. Harm avoidance (HA) had low positive correlations with high involvement and high expectation, and had weak negative correlations with supportive expression and rational explanation. Reward dependence (RD) had low positive correlation with rational explanation. Persistence (P) had low positive correlations with supportive expression, rational explanation and superintendence, and weak negative correlation with high expectation. Child's temperament and parenting attitude: NS of child had low positive correlations with achievement press, high involvement, punishment, high expectation and inconsistency. Low positive correlations were found in many sets such as HA and high expectation, RD and supportive expression and rational explanation, P and supportive expression and rational explanation. Conclusions: These results suggest that there are significant relations between mother and child temperament and parenting attitude the temperament of mother and child.

중학생이 인지한 부모양육태도가 진로적응성에 미치는 영향: 그릿의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Impact of Personal, Home, and School Environmental Factors on Middle School Students' Career Adaptability: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Grit)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중학생이 인지한 부모양육태도(긍정적 양육태도, 부정적 양육태도)가 진로적응성에 미치는 영향을 분석하며, 이들 영향 관계에서 그릿의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 한국・아동청소년패널조사 2021 자료의 중학교 1학년 2,235명을 연구대상자로 선정하였다. 자료 분석방법은 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 기술 통계분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과로는 첫째, 부모양육태도가 진로적응성에 미치는 영향에서 긍정적 양육태도는 정적(+), 부정적 양육태도는 부적(-)으로 유의하였다. 둘째, 부모 양육태도가 그릿에 미치는 영향에서 긍정적 양육태도는 정적(+), 부정적 양육태도는 부적(-)으로 유의하였다. 셋째, 그릿은 진로적응성에 정적(+)으로 유의하였다. 넷째, 부모양육태도가 진로적응성에 미치는 영향 관계에서 그릿의 매개효과는 긍정적 양육태도와는 완전매개효과, 부정적 양육태도와는 부분매개효과로 밝혀졌다. 이를 통해 중학생의 진로적응성을 향상시키기 위한 실천적 제언을 제공하였다.

어머니와 아동의 정서적 불안정성이 아동의 귀인양식에 미치는 영향: 아동이 지각한 어머니의 애정·합리적 양육행동의 매개효과 (The Effects of Mothers'and Children's Emotional Instability on Children's Attributional Style: Perceived Mediating Effect of Affectionate-Rational Parenting)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the direct and indirect effects of mothers' and children's emotional instability and maternal affectionate-rational parenting on children's attributional style. Methods: The participants of this study were 253 4th, 5th and 6th grade elementary school students and their mothers in Seoul and Incheon. Data were analyzed by path analysis using AMOS 21.0. Results: The results were as follows: First, children's attributional style for negative and positive events was significantly related to children's emotional instability and maternal affectionate-rational parenting. Also, mothers' and children's emotional instability was significantly associated with affectionate-rational parenting. Second, mothers' emotional instability had indirect effects on children's attributional style for negative and positive events through maternal affectionate-rational parenting. Finally, children's emotional instability had not only significant effects on children's attributional style for positive achievement events, but also indirect effects on children's attributional style for negative and positive events through maternal affectionate-rational parenting. Conclusion/Implications: The results of this study suggest that both environmental and individual factors, including mothers'and children's emotional instability and maternal affectionate-rational parenting, need to be considered to explain children's attributional style. Also, these findings have implications for developing intervention programs for children's attributional style and parental education.

영아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 양육지식과 어머니-교사 관계가 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Maternal Parenting Knowledge and Mother-Caregiver Relationship on Parenting Stress)

  • This study examined the effect of parenting knowledge and mother-caregiver relationship on maternal parenting stress. The participants in this study consisted of 297 mothers of 1~3 years old children at daycare centers in Daegu, Korea. The participants completed questionnaires on their parenting knowledge, mother-caregiver relationship, and parenting stress. The results indicated that mothers' parenting knowledge and parenting stress were not-significantly related, but mother-caregiver relationship and mothers'parenting stress were significantly related. A close look at the effect of parenting knowledge and mother-caregiver relationship on maternal parenting stress, while maternal parenting knowledge did not influenced directly parenting stress, mother-caregiver relationship was a significant variable predicting mother's parenting stress. In particular, when a mother and caregiver develop a positive relationship, maternal parenting stress was lower. These results seem to indicate that the positive relationship between mother and caregiver is very important.
