The purpose of this study is to observe effect on a result of a business performance depending on the business scale and the success factors of quality. Verified hypothesis of the quality of success factors and business performance are conducted in order to conduct this research. The results of hypothesis testing can be summarized as follows : First, depending on the size of the company, quality of corporate success factors in the management and significant positive was verified to be in effect. Second, depending on the size of the small business companies' human resource management, product/process is significantly positive in effect and medium companies' quality information, quality of suppliers in the commercialization of technology is significantly positive in effect. Third, depending on the size of the small business companies' human resource management, product/process financial performance is significantly positive in effect and mid-sized companies, suppliers in the quality significantly positive show the influence of financial performance. The results of measurement through the size of the enterprise and the successful factors of quality impacts on business performance directly.
The purpose of this research is to identify the characteristics of the positive and negative expressions about residential common life between the elderly and the young and present the direction on Homeshare. In-depth interviews were conducted from Feb. to May 2016 to identify the experiences of residential common life with 10 elderly and 11 young. The result is as follows. First, Homeshare dwelling was classified into five themes of human being, residential environment, life, management and emotion. Homeshare unlike ordinary dwelling centered on blood relatives, is characteristic to involve the management that connects between the elderly and young. Second, both the elderly and young were analyzed to be positive about the residential common life. It was shown that the elderly are most positive about human being, whereas young are positive about management and residential environment. The elderly is positive to mutual exchange with the young and young's independent life but the young is positive to factors that support comfortable personal life. Third, negative expression was shown a generation gap between the elderly and the young. The elderly recognized to be negative that young people has lived freely without consideration for the elderly. In order to solve these factors, it is necessary to make improvements through arranging rules for living. Fourth, three themes, human being, residential environment and life, analyzed to be the most important factors to sustain residential common life of Homeshare. The link between management and 3 themes leads to an expansion of positive emotion, which is structurally stable and is expected to increase the sustainability of the residential common life on Homeshare.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate factors determining health behavior for middle-aged adults in relation to stress coping behaviors, cognitive factors, social support, and sociodemographic variables. Method: The questionnaire survey was carried out on a convenience sample of 203 middle aged in a community settings. The data analysis procedure included frequency, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regressions using health behavior as dependent variable. Result: Among the sociodemographic variables, factors such as sex, educational and eonomic levels were associated with the health behaviors. There were significant correlations between health behaviors and saliency of health, social support, and positive-stress coping behaviors. Stepwise multiple regression revealed that the factors such as positive-stress coping behaviors, saliency of health, sex, and education turned out to be significant affecting factors. Twenty eight percent of varience in health behavior was explained by these factors. Conclusion: Positive-stress coping methods were turned out to be the most important effective factors in practicing of health behaviors of middle aged. The necessity of an intervention considering the situation related to their stress and coping methods in middle aged so as to promote positive health behaviors was suggested.
Purpose: Although long-term viral suppression and antiretroviral therapy (ART) success depend on sustained adherence, adolescents' adherence rates are suboptimal. Optimal adherence is influenced by various factors. Since Sub-Saharan Africa is home to over 80% of adolescents living with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and considering their unique characteristics and susceptibility to poor adherence, it is crucial to provide updated knowledge on adherence rates and their determinants among this population. This review aims to present up-to-date data on adherence rates and associated factors among HIV-positive adolescents in Sub-Saharan Africa. Methods: A systematic review was conducted following the PRISMA guidelines. The PubMed and Scopus databases were used to identify documents corresponding to the study's objectives. Eleven studies were included in this review after being selected from among all studies that were found online from 2017 to 2023. Results: The reported adherence rates ranged from 55% to 86%. In total, 32 factors were found to be related to adherence among HIV-positive adolescents in Sub-Saharan Africa. These included 12 adherence-facilitating factors and 20 adherence-inhibiting factors. The most often mentioned factors affecting adherence were advanced World Health Organization clinical stage (i.e., stage IV), ART dose and regimens, a lack of support, and violence victimization. Conclusion: Our findings can help healthcare providers collaborate with HIV-positive adolescents to improve ART adherence and ensure the best possible health outcomes.
Purpose - The purpose of this study is to identify the influence relationship between positive psychological capital, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of tourism guides, and to provide implications through empirical research to increase the capabilities of tourism guides that are a factor in the performance of planned travel products Design/methodology/approach - This study conducted an empirical survey using the google online questionnaire. It was directly surveyed, distributed, and collected from workers who were or were performing tourism guide duties in Asia and Europe, and 203 questionnaires were used for analysis. The empirical survey was conducted in a self-written manner through a simple random sampling method, and the statistical package was conducted with frequency analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, and correlation analysis using the spss 21.0 program. Findings - First, among the positive psychological capital factors, two factors, hope and optimism, have a significant positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. Second, among the positive psychological capital factors, two factors, self-efficacy and optimism, have a significant positive (+) effect on organizational commitment. Third, job satisfaction has a significant positive (+) effect on organizational commitment Research implications or Originality - The implications of this study are that the research results have had a positive (+) effect on the variables of positive psychological capital, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of tourism guides, and have laid the foundation for academic research on research topics. In practice, it is expected to increase the positive psychological capital of tourism guides and have a significant impact on the organization's performance by actively supporting and supporting individuals related to the sustainable growth of travel products.
Purpose - Vietnamese customers have a crowd psychology when choosing and buying cars, they believe the advice and comments of those who have used the product. This paper aims to explore how factors in the relation between employees and customers affect to the customer's positive word of mouth (WOM) through customer satisfaction. Research design, data, and methodology - A survey was conducted with 250 customers. This research focus on six factors: (1) familiarity, (2) care, (3) personal connection, (4) employee competence, (5) customer satisfaction, (6) positive WOM. By using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Model (SEM), this research determined the impact of relation between eployees and customers to the customer satisfaction in order to have the positive WOM to another customers. Results - This result shows that 3 factors: care, personal connection and service quality, have positive effects to customer satisfaction. Moreover, the similar relationship is found between customer satisfaction and positive WOM. The familiarity is not significant in this research. Conclusions - The research results indicate that positive WOM has an important impact of market development for automobile business enterprises in Vietnam. Therefore, administrators should have appropriate strategies to encourage positive WOM to customers.
Purpose - This paper tries to analyze the factors affecting the utilization of electronic trade of small and medium enterprises and examine how these factors affect the performance of small and medium enterprises. In addition, the leading factors affecting the level of e-trade utilization of small businesses were analyzed by dividing them into external environmental factors affecting the external business and internal resources of the companies themselves Research design, data, and methodology - With a sample of 223 small and medium-sized export firms from South Korea, this study investigates the antecedents of the utilization level of e-Trade such as information exchange, innovation orientation, absorptive capacity and trust by hierarchical regression analysis. Results - The results show that innovation orientation was shown to have a positive effect on e-trade utilization and absorptive capacity has a positive effect on e-trade utilization. Also, information exchange with stakeholders has a positive impact on e-trade utilization. Conclusions - Internal and external factors of companies have a positive effect on the utilization of e-trade. It also showed that the increased utilization of electronic trade had a positive effect on trade performance. Thus, the findings provide policy-makers with implications of the importance of activating e-trade, and furthermore, significant implications for exporter performance.
This study identified the important service quality of the emerging night market as an alternative for the revitalization of the traditional market. This study also was to analyze the effects of service quality on customers' emotions, behavior intention and local performance in night market, and to provide an effective operation plan. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 16.0 Version, a statistical package program, and various results were discovered. First, all the service quality factors (convenience, food, event program, physical environment) had a positive (+) effect on positive emotion, and the service quality factors except event program had a negative (-) effect on negative emotions. Second, the service quality factors had a partially positive (+) effect on behavior intention and local performance. Third, the positive and negative emotions had a effect on behavior intention, however, the positive emotions had a positive (+) effect on local performance. Consequently, the present study confirmed that service quality in the night market is important factors for emotions, behavior intention, and local performance. Therefore, the findings of this study is capable of being the basic data for revitalizing the traditional market in the future.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between sports commitment, sportswear brand satisfaction, and brand loyalty of female university students in their 20s. Two hundred surveys were distributed to female university students, and 185 responses were used for the final analysis. The SPSS program was used with a reliability test and factor, frequency, path analysis. Based on the literature review, the following five hypotheses were suggested. H1: Cognitive commitment will have a positive effect on the behavioral commitment of sports commitment factors. H2: The behavioral commitment of female university students will have a positive effect on brand satisfaction. H3: Sportswear brand satisfaction will have a positive effect on continuous brand loyalty. H4: Cognitive commitment will have a positive effect on habitual brand loyalty. H5: Continuous brand loyalty will have a positive effect on habitual brand loyalty. The results of this study showed that first, after the factor analysis, there were two factors of sports commitment (behavioral commitment and cognitive commitment). Second, the path analysis results revealed that there were significant relationships between sports commitment factors (cognitive commitment and behavioral commitment), sportswear brand satisfaction, and brand loyalty factors (continuous brand loyalty and habitual brand loyalty). The results revealed that cognitive commitment had a positive relationship with behavioral commitment, which had a positive relationship with sportswear brand satisfaction. Sportswear brand satisfaction had a positive relationship with continuous brand loyalty, which had a positive relationship with habitual brand loyalty. Cognitive commitment also had a positive relationship with habitual brand loyalty.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand job satisfaction, burnout, emotional labor and positive psychological capital and to identify the factors that influence on job satisfaction in the hospital nurses. Methods: This study was conducted through a survey of 274 nurses at two hospitals in the D city, Korea. Data were collected in September 7 to September 23, 2016 using structured questionnaires which included general characteristics, burnout, job satisfaction, positive psychological capital and emotional labor. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, ANOVA, and stepwise multiple regression test with SPSS/WIN 22.0. Results: The score for job satisfaction was 3.03 out of 5. Job satisfaction was significantly correlated with burnout, emotional labor and positive psychological capital. The factors influencing job satisfaction were age, burnout, emotional labor and positive psychological capital. The predict variables accounted for 37.5% of job satisfaction. Conclusion: The results of this study show that factors influencing job satisfaction are burnout, emotional labor and positive psychological capital. Therefore, it is necessary to develop intervention programs to improve job satisfaction of nurses for emotional labor reduction and positive psychological capital improvement.
