본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생을 위한 체계적인 진로 탐색 통합 인터넷 정보망 콘텐츠를 개발하는 것이다. 134명의 간호대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했고 전문가 자문을 거쳐 통합 인터넷 정보망 콘텐츠 'Nurse Dream'을 설계 및 개발하였다. 응답자의 97.0%가 진로 탐색을 위한 통합 정보망 웹사이트 및 어플리케이션이 개발된다면 이용할 의향이 있다고 답했고, 이들은 '수입(19.0%)', '필수 자격 요건(18.0%)', '취업 경로(18.0%)'를 알기를 원하였다. 설문 결과와 전문가의 자문을 통해, 'Nurse Dream'을 설계했고 '간호사 진로 길잡이', '간호사 채용정보'를 포함한 다양한 카테고리를 구축했다. 본 통합 인터넷 정보망 콘텐츠 개발은 간호대학생에게 충분한 진로 탐색의 정보를 제공해 진로만족감을 높이며 긍정적인 영향을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

As growth of the web-based applications, the requirements of the users who have been very familiar to the web-based user interfaces and customer-oriented services on the Internet would become more knowledge-intensive and higher technology involved in a more convenient and polite way of service delivery. Therefore, the service quality of information system department should be considered as a very important factor influencing success of information systems. The objective of this study is to provide the relationship between service quality of IS department and its impacts such as use, user satisfaction and job performance. For this purpose, we provide a research model for it and test it empirically for the users of the corporate portal in one of main telecommunication service providers in Korea. In result, our model with satisfiable validity and reliability shows not only importance of IS departments' service quality but also two-faced characteristics of service quality. That is, while technical competence which means with knowledge and expertise of IS department staffs is more related with user satisfaction on information systems, personal service which means the way and manner of service delivery is more related with use of it.

Government Organization and Public Institution have been developed many kinds of agricultural information systems such as agricultural policy, cultivated technology, marketing, and trade so on since 2000. Farm management conditions are diverse and complex more and more. Therefore, farmer want to service the specific agricultural information. Farmer don't like to access many Web sites to retrieve agricultural informations. They hope to receive one-stop its service. Government Organization began to review its information in order to make them more customized agricultural information service. We came up with an effective plan and Service Standardization Code for integrating agricultural technology informations in 2009. We can guide to carry out an effective portal service of agricultural information because we have a good experience about integrating information and system. This paper suggested the service scheme of integrated agricultural information for improving accessibility its information to farmer.

KOIN(한의 사람들, http://www.koin.re.kr)은 한의학에 관심 있는 사용자들이 한의 정보를 공유할 수 있도록 구축된 한의 지식 포털이다. 본 연구의 목적은 KOIN을 본격적으로 서비스하기 전에 향후 KOIN 서비스에 대한 사용자 확보를 위해 콘텐츠와 서비스 측면에서 질적 고도화 방안을 모색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 크라우드 테스팅 기법을 활용하여 현재 KOIN의 기능성 및 사용성 테스트를 수행하였으며, 국내외에서 KOIN과 유사한 사이트를 조사해 비교하였다. 기능성 테스트 결과 약 150여 개의 기능적 문제점이 발견되어 수정하였으며, 사용성 테스트에서는 평균 3.33점이 나왔는데, 이 중 신뢰성 점수가 가장 높았고 유희성 점수가 가장 낮았다. 또한, 국내외 의료분야에서 KOIN과 유사한 15개의 웹사이트들에 대해서 특징 및 장단점을 분석해서 KOIN의 개선 방향을 도출하였다. 특히, KOIN은 다른 포털들에 비해 근거에 기반한 한의 지식을 제공하는 장점을 가진 것으로 분석되었다. 향후에도 사용자의 요구 사항을 지속적으로 수집하여 사용자들이 필요로 하는 한의 지식 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 할 계획이다.

최근 소셜 네트워킹 서비스(Social Networking Service)에 대한 산업계화 학계의 관심이 집중되고 있다. 그러나 소셜 네트워킹 서비스의 폭발적 성장을 가능케 한 동인과 비즈니스 모델에 대한 이해가 배재된 무분별한 모방만으로는 개방형 생태계의 성공적인 안착을 도모하기 어렵다. 따라서 본 연구는 소셜 네트워킹 서비스의 플랫폼 전략, 비즈니스 모델을 분석하여 웹 기반 플랫폼 서비스를 추구하는 사업자들에게 시사점을 제공하는 것을 주요 목적으로 한다. 소셜 네트워킹 플랫폼은 개인 이용자에게 자신의 개인 정보를 공유하고 갱신할 자발적 동기를 부여하였다는 측면에서 개인화 광고를 가능케 하여 양면시장의 다른 소비자인 광고주들에게 전폭적인 지지를 받고 있다. 소비자의 참여를 유도하여 양적 팽창을 가능케 한 동인은 이용자 간 상호작용 유도와 플랫폼의 개방성에 있으며 이 플랫폼은 향후 광고 시장뿐 아니라 통신시장에 편재된 개별 기업들의 고유 영역으로 그 영향력을 확장하고 있다. 따라서 포털 사업자, 네트워크 사업자들은 소셜 네트워킹 서비스를 단순히 새로운 웹 서비스로만 인지하는 수준에서 벗어나 개별 일반 소비자의 수요를 응집시킬 수 있는 서비스 플랫폼의 확산 방안을 도출하고 광고주들의 수요를 충족시키지 위해 미디어의 진화를 촉진시켜야 한다.

A great number of customers, who want to watch movies usually check out online reviews before choosing what to watch a movie. The most representative online media that customers consult are portal sites and SNS (Social Network Service). Although there have been numerous studies on online eWOM (e-Word of Mouth) and the effects of online media in businesses, it remains a question that which media is best for WOM (Word of Mouth) when selecting movies. This research examines customer's intention for consulting eWOM and for watching movies according to the number and tendency of online replies. We have compared portal sites and SNS about information of movie. The study shows that a large number of positive replies can affect the intention for WOM and choosing movies. Facebook has more influence than portal sites when choosing what to watch when replies consist of large and positive comments. However, there is no difference between the two types of media when they consist of negative comments.

In these days everyone search the information easily with the Internet as the rapid distribution and active usage of the Internet. The search engines were developed specially to accuracy of information retrieval. User search the information more quickly and variously with them. The search portal system will be embossed with representation and basic services. The Internet user needs the result of text, image and video, knowledge search. The keyword based search is used generally for getting result of the information retrieval and another method is category based search. This paper investigates the classification of knowledge search structure for oriental medicine in market leader of search portal system by ranking web site. As a result, each classification system is unified and there is a possibility of getting up a many confusion to the user who approaches with classification systematic search method. This treatise proposed the improved oriental medicine classification system of internet information retrieval in knowledge search area. if the service provider amends about the classification system, there will be able to guarantee the compatibility of data. Also the proper access path of the knowledge which seeks is secured to user.

전력계통의 환경변화(분산전원 연계, 구역전기사업자 출연 등)에 능동적으로 대응할 소비자-공급자간 양방향 통신/서비스 인프라의 핵심으로 Consumer Energy Portal의 필요성이 점점 증대되고 있다. 이는 에너지 서비스 사업자와 수용가 설비 및 기기들 사이의 양방향 통신을 가능하게 하는 H/W 및 S/W의 결합 또는 수용가의 In-Building Network와 Wide-Access Network를 연결하는 물리적인 Link이자 논리적인 결합 등과 같은 의미를 지닌다. 즉, Consumer Energy Portal은 전력에너지 체인의 운영방식을 물리적인 것에서 웹 방식으로 전환한 것으로 전력사업자와 소비자 사이의 양방향 상호작용을 가능케 하고 최종 소비자의 모든 기기들을 서로 네트워킹하며 이를 통해 과거 물리적인 방식의 운영과는 차원이 다른 다양한 서비스와 운영이 가능하게 하는 Service Portal이다. 본 논문은 수용가의 실시간 원격검침 데이터를 지그비(ZigBee) 통신기술을 이용하여 수집하는 것과 물리적으로 연결된 설비들을 제어할 수 있는 양방향 Network Access 망을 구축하여 전력사업자의 통합자원관리, 수요관리, 부가서비스제공에 기여하고자 한다.

While the impact or internet on our everyday life keeps increasing, the internet users are turning toward the value added information only that suits their purpose instead of just wandering over a sea (pool) or information. Although it is easy to locate the information using various search engines. we still finds it time and cost consuming to update the existing information or to add similar Information. There are several portal sites managed by each industrial types or associations/organizations for the purpose or strengthening the competitiveness or small and medium-sized enterprises And currently, tremendous manpower and expenses are put into the selection and quality improvement or information to satisfy the needs toward the high qualify information by the specialized users in their fields collection and updating or the information is partially available manually during He period or budget allocation by the government it becomes problematic, however, to continue this service when the project expires. This report presents the system for the information collection, analysis and classification of portal sites operated for the special purposes and automatic upload to the proper sites. In addition. expression or web robots and application of robots and several information types are suggested which will eventually accomplish currency or information and automatic updates and addition or documents with the least expenses or maintenance.
