The article describes the concept of a Web-portal of an educational institution; the technical conditions for the creation of the Web-portal of the educational institution were determined; the features of the use of the Web-portal in the educational process and its organization are revealed. The scientific and practical value of the article lies in the fact that the use of portals in education will improve the management of an educational institution, activate and bring the educational process to the level of modern technologies at all its stages, as well as enhance the interaction of parents and students with employees of the educational institution.

목적: 슬개대퇴관절 불안정성에 대한 치료 방법 중 하나인 관절경적 all inside 관절막 중첩술 및 외측 지대 유리술을 소개하고자 한다. 방법: 슬관절의 관절경적 기본 검사 후, 관절경을 전내측 도달법을 개설하여 위치한 후, 외측 지대의 근위부에서 원위부까지 유리술을 시행하기 위하여 상외측 도달법을 개설하여 관절경 scissor를 위치한다. 슬개골의 가장자리부터 5 mm에서 1 cm정도에서 외측 지대 유리술을 시행한다. 외측 지대 유리술 후, 관절경을 전외측 도달법을 개설하여 위치한 후, 상외측 도달법을 개설하여 5 mm 배관을 삽입하고, 조작용 상내측 삽입구를 개설한다. 경피적으로 만곡 침을 상내측 삽입구를 통해 통과시킨 후 봉합사를 상외측 삽입구를 통해 회수하는, all inside 수기로 시행된다. 결론: 근위부 재정렬을 위한 여러 가지 관절경적 방법이 제시되었지만, 대부분이 내측 절개를 이용한 관절경 보조수기 방법들이었다. 관절경적 all inside 관절막 중첩술 및 외측 지대 유리술은 기존의 관절경 보조 수기 방법들에 비해 내측 절개를 피함으로써 내측 광사근에 손상을 주지 않는 점에서 장점을 가진다. 이 수기는 최소 침습적이면서 직접 관찰하면서 내측 슬개대퇴 인대의 긴장의 정도를 조절하기가 쉬운 수술 수기로 사료된다.

For increasing the competitiveness and efficiency of Korea's finance industry under the new e-finance paradigm, this paper compared the practical use of finance portal site' on service parts and stage between Korea and U.S.A.. The services which can be served from site are banking, mortgage and credit loan, stock, card, retirement tax, PFM(Personal Finance Management), EBPP(Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment) and Account Aggregation and so on. The stage of site can be divided as the information provide stage which only gives information about service parts, on-line transaction stage which real-time transaction is possibile and PFM services provide stage according to development process. As a result, the beginning of finance portal service in Korea was lated about 10years and more than it of U.S.A. So the development stage of domestic portal site is still staying in the first step and the providing services and contents or business model development parts are also in the same stage than U.S.A. Resides, Korea's sites mainly focus on their first service parts even though they recently aim internet finance portal, and provide not real time transaction but finance information. On the other hand, the U.S.A. site support substantially not only various on-line transactions but also distinctive personal services like PFM(Personal Finance Management), EBPP(Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment), Account Aggregation and Trans-account, brokerage, education center, mortgage loan, mutual fund, option, pension fund and IPOs and so on. Thus, the site of Korea need to establish real type of internet finance portal which provides one-stop services on every type of finance to customers in the real time and also require the strategic integration among finance institutions. The next turn, they need to build information system and education center to give best satisfaction to customers and acquire customer information and marker environment changes and need to provide distinctive services to quality customers throughout database from this. Also the site should provide various type of banking services which refereed above like PEM, EBPP and education center etc, and the government of Korea should support the building of IT infrastructure to Physical, legal, systematic, sociocultural, technical and human resource sections. This paper provided the future movement direction of the domestic finance portal through comparison and analysis on the practical use of it between Korea and U.S.A. and also wanted to contribute for developing and reading of Korea finance portal in the new era of the finance paradigm.

한국을 대표하는 연구망인 KREONET은 OGF에서 제안한 NSI (Network Service Interface) 기반의 네트워크 자원서비스에이전트 (NSA) 기술을 개발하였다. 개발된 NSA은 웹 서비스를 지원하며 MPLS 제어평면 기술을 이용하여 사용자가 원하는 시간 때에 네트워크 자원 (대역폭, 경로)을 예약, 구성, 해제, 종결 해 줄 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 개발되어진 NSA의 시스템 블록 및 NSI 인터페이스 메시지 흐름에 대하여 알아본다. 또한 NSI 요청 메시지를 위한 클라이언트, 확인 메시지를 위한 서버로 동작하는 Reguester NSA를 웹포털시스템으로 구현하여 개발된 NSA과의 통신을 통해 NSI 연결 예약 서비스를 시험하였다. 사용자로부터 제공 되어진 예약정보를 받아 웹 포털 시스템과 NSA과의 NSI 인터페이스 메시지를 통해 네트워크 자원을 예약, 구성, 해제, 종결 할 수 있었다.

While the impact or internet on our everyday life keeps increasing, the internet users are turning toward the value added information only that suits their purpose instead of just wandering over a sea (pool) or information. Although it is easy to locate the information using various search engines. we still finds it time and cost consuming to update the existing information or to add similar Information. There are several portal sites managed by each industrial types or associations/organizations for the purpose or strengthening the competitiveness or small and medium-sized enterprises And currently, tremendous manpower and expenses are put into the selection and quality improvement or information to satisfy the needs toward the high qualify information by the specialized users in their fields collection and updating or the information is partially available manually during He period or budget allocation by the government it becomes problematic, however, to continue this service when the project expires. This report presents the system for the information collection, analysis and classification of portal sites operated for the special purposes and automatic upload to the proper sites. In addition. expression or web robots and application of robots and several information types are suggested which will eventually accomplish currency or information and automatic updates and addition or documents with the least expenses or maintenance.

CCTV는 범죄예방에도 효과가 있을 뿐 아니라, 녹화 된 영상정보는 범죄의 증거물로서도 상당한 법적 효력을 지닌다. 그러나 CCTV영상정보를 증거물로 활용하여 고소/고발 등의 행정 처리 시 현재 오프라인으로 운영되고 있는 업무처리 절차 상 나타나는 복잡성과 불필요한 시간 비용 낭비, 개인프라이버시 유출 등은 해결해야 할 문제점으로 남아 있다. 본 논문에서는 오프라인 업무처리 상 발생하였던 문제점을 해결하기 위해 CCTV영상자료 통합포털 구축을 제안하고, 기존 전자 민원 서비스 시스템의 효율성을 연구한 선행 연구를 분석하여 전자정부법과 개인정보보호법에 의거, CCTV영상자료 통합포털 구축 모델에 적용 하여 발생 된 문제점을 효과적으로 해결하고자 한다.

This study emphasizes the necessity of implementing political supports for artists and suggests several details to develop related industries. For these objectives this study analyzes the trend in related researches and overhauls the aid system. It then comes up with results about how artists are aware of the supporting system by conducting a survey of 140 artists. The result of summarize as follows. First, most of the artists have severely limited access to government-funded or private aid programs. This signals the urgency of establishing an integrated portal site since the artists aren't evenly offered the information they need. Along with this, artists should note that the main purpose of this portal site is focused on providing information related to livelihoods. Secondly, the analysis shows the lack of infrastructure for supporting artists. Both governmental and private sectors should take charge of establishing art consulting agencies which can bring efforts to improve rights and interests of many artists via a number of channels. Supporting artists also presents its necessity about solving social problems besides the one suggested by previous studies. This study has its significance by implying the actual perspectives of artists while most of the related studies are rather theoretical.

This study was conducted for the purpose of deriving the existing ScienceON elements and reorganizing them to increase user convenience and utilization. Towards this end, implications were derived by analyzing the current status of the ScienceON's website, case studies and analysis of major similar institution websites, and user satisfaction surveys. Based on the derived contents, key terms were analyzed and redefined, the menu system was reorganized, and the menu names were redefined, and the menu system was reorganized to match the direction and identity of the redefined ScienceON. The study results based on such are as follows. First, the ScienceON's brand selection criteria and direction were based on service sustainability, service inclusiveness, recognition of portal characteristics, user friendliness and intuitiveness. Considering the meaning of branding, branding strategy, and selection criteria for ScienceON branding, ScienceON, Ontong ScienceON, ScienceONPlatform, science information portal, ScienceON, Mecca of science and technology information, and 5 brand names such as ScienceON were proposed. Second, to improve accessibility, usability, and satisfaction, it would be necessary to redefine current terms. Towards this end, it would be necessary to change the terminology of knowledge infrastructure search and to unify and organize the terminology. Third, in the current menu, the services provided as analysis services and curation services are organized in the beta service menu, and data such as papers, patents, reports, and trends are also serviced only through integrated search, and hence, each data type and service type classification must be improved.

분산 컴퓨팅 환경에서 모바일 서로게이트 시스템은 보안상의 문제로 인하여 널리 사용되고 있지 못하고 있다. 현재 가장 널리 사용되고 있는 그리드 미들웨어인 글로버스에서도 모바일 단말기를 인증하는 방법이 제공되고 있지 않아 그리드의 강력한 컴퓨팅 능력을 모바일 클라이언트까지 확장하는 것을 어렵게 하는 중요한 요인이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 PDA와 같이 컴퓨팅 파워가 미약한 모바일 단말기기와 그리드 호스트 간의 인터페이스 역할을 하는 게이트웨이를 두고 모바일 클라이언트가 이동 중 그리드 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 하는 안전한 모바일 그리드서비스 프레임워크를 설계 구현하였다. 아울러, 이를 구현하여 ECG 신호처리를 위한 헬스케어 시스템에 적용하였다. 이 시스템은 이동 환경에서 환자의 생체 신호를 그리드 컴퓨팅으로 분석하여 원격에 있는 의료진이 진단할 수 있는 모바일 헬스케어에 활용가능하다.
