This paper dealt with the distribution of normal mast cells in the spleen, liver and lung on cattle, horses, pigs and dogs, and also degranulation of mast cells in the dogs infected with Rompun (2% Xylazine HCl). The results observed are summarized as follows. Normal mast cells were distributed in spleen, liver and lung on cattle, horse, pig and dog. Mast cells were observed in both red pulp and surroundings of white pulp of the spleen in horse, in the white pulp of the spleen in cattle, in the trabeculae of the spleen in pigs, and in white pulp and red pulp of the spleen in dogs, respectively. Mast cells were observed in the portal triad of the liver in cattle and horses, in both portal triad and interlobular connective tissues of the liver in pigs, and not only the portal triad but also walls of the sinusoids and the central veins in dogs. A large number of mast cells were observed in the interlobular septa and peribronchioles of lung on all the species in this experiment. The mast cells are more numerous in the lungs than other organs. Author considers that numbers of normal mast cells distributed in the tissue is related to the dosage of Rompun in animal. The degranulation of mast cells were observed in the subcutaneous tissues of dog intramuscularly injected with Rompun(0.5ml/times) for 4 or 5 times and subcutaneously injected with Rompun(0.3ml/times) for 4 times. In dog intradermally injected with 0.1ml of Rompun, mast cells were decreased in number at 30 minutes and markedly decreased in number at 2 hours, but more or less increased in number at 3 hours after injection. In addition, the granules of the mast cells were decreased in number at 30 minutes and marked degranulation of the mast cells were recognized at 2 hours after injections, but normal mast cells begun to appear in subcutaneous tissue with the lapse of time from 3 hours after injection. There was also observed local infiltration of neutrophils in subcutaneous tissues of dogs intradermally injected with 0.1ml of Rompun at 30 minutes. At 2 hours after injection, numerous neutrophils and a small number of eosinophils were observed in the site of injection. Conclusionally, Rompun was regarded as a factor which causes the degranulateon of mast cell and the authors considered that histamine released from the mast cells by Rompun might cause relaxation of skeletal muscle.

Purpose: The authors introduce a new technique of arthroscopic reduction of subluxed medial meniscus using suture anchor for the restoration of hoop stress. Operative Technique: Anterolateral, anteromedial, and medial midpatellar arthroscopic portal are used. Arthroscope was inserted through anterolateral portal. Through the scope, we confirmed subluxation of medial meniscus. Transection of menisci including radial and root tear were excluded. We released the anterior horn of medial meniscus through anteromedial and burred the future insertion site of suture anchor. After inserting suture anchor through medial midpatellar portal, we used 90 degree suture hook and no.2 Nylon to retrieve the suture of inserted anchor. We tied the suture by sliding knot-tying method. Weight bearing was limited for 6 weeks postoperatively. Conclusion: Arthroscopic retightening of medial meniscus is less invasive, conserving and progressed method for subluxed meniscus.

This article describes the use of laparoscopic-assisted cystoscopy for removal of urinary calculi in five dogs. All dogs had micturition disorder due to urinary calculi. The surgical technique used was same in all cases. A urethral catheter passed into the urinary bladder through the urethra preoperatively. A 5-mm diameter cannula was placed in the ventral midline, 1 to 2 cm cranial to the umbilicus, and the 5-mm laparoscope was introduced via the cannula. A 10-mm diameter cannula was placed adjacent to the apex of the bladder under the visual guidance of laparoscopy. The bladder was then partially exteriorized through the 10-mm portal site, and a stab incision was performed on the bladder wall. The incisional margin of the bladder was sutured to the skin of the second portal site in $360^{\circ}$ simple continuous suture. A 2.7-mm diameter cystoscope with a sheath was introduced into the bladder lumen. The cystic and urethral calculi were removed under the visual guidance of cystoscopy with continuous fluid flushing. No major postoperative complications were identified. During the follow up period (range 7 to 21 months), no episodes of urinary dysfunction or recurrence of clinical signs were observed.

This study is designed to study the evaluation criteria of web interface with visual perception and to seek its development in relation to the quality of visual perception in case of web animation.

Cyber Textbook Museum is created by the Korean Educational Development Institute in part of the project to manage the knowledge and information of Korea to promote understanding of Korean education and its history. The original and full text of textbooks dating from the 1890s to the present have been digitized and arranged for easy access over internet. An exclusive portal site dealing with Korean textbooks and curriculum materials was made to provide not only the directory service of textbooks and curriculums in diverse data classifications, school levels, years/periods and subjects but also the keyword search by searching engine. Users can search the necessary materials easily and systematically over the screen and use all the functions except save, capture and print. The management system for textbook image(DjVu format), search system and DRM(Digital Rights Management) system were developed. Finally, four suggestions are proposed which are related in the aspects of policy, technical, systematic aspects for active and tremendous use of the site.

This study compared the Center for Children's Foodservice Management in 2012, 2014, and 2016 using big data and opinion mining. The data on the Center for Children's Foodservice Management were collected from the portal site, Naver, from January 1 to December 31 in 2012, 2014, & 2016 and analyzed by keyword frequency analysis, influx route analysis of data, polarity analysis via opinion mining, and positive and negative keyword analysis by polarity analysis. The results showed that nursery had the highest rank every year and education supported by Center for Children's Foodservice Management has increased significantly. The influx of data has increased through the influx route analysis of data. Blog and $caf\acute{e}e$, which have a considerable amount of information by the mother should be helpful for use as public relations and participation recruitment paths. By polarity analysis using opinion mining, the positive image of the Center for Children's Foodservice Management was increased. Therefore, the Center for Children's Foodservice Management was well-suited to the purpose and the interests of the people has been increasing steadily. In the near future, the Center for Children's Foodservice Management is expected have good recognition if various programs to participate with family are developed and advertised.

Cyber attacks are increasing continuously. On average about one million malicious codes appear every day, and attacks are expanding gradually to IT convergence services (e.g. vehicles and television) and social infrastructure (nuclear energy, power, water, etc.), as well as cyberspace. Analysis of large-scale cyber incidents has revealed that most attacks are started by PCs infected with malicious code. This paper proposes a method of detecting an attack IP automatically by analyzing the characteristics of the e-mail transfer path, which cannot be manipulated by the attacker. In particular, we developed a system based on the proposed model, and operated it for more than four months, and then detected 1,750,000 attack IPs by analyzing 22,570,000 spam e-mails in a commercial environment. A detected attack IP can be used to remove spam e-mails by linking it with the cyber removal system, or to block spam e-mails by linking it with the RBL(Real-time Blocking List) system. In addition, the developed system is expected to play a positive role in preventing cyber attacks, as it can detect a large number of attack IPs when linked with the portal site.
