항만 경쟁력제고를 위한 항만물류기능과 항만품질수준간의 관련성 분석 (An Analysis of the Relationship between the Port-Logistics Function and Port-Quality for the Competitiveness of Port)

  • Since the mid 1980s, the concept of logistics has become more important to the enterprises in strategic sense because it had aggrandized itself to more comprehensive and integrative concept. Therefore study on the service organization of the logistics system for customer’s satisfaction from the management’s point has been focused as one of the major subject in order to improve the logistics quality which would ultimately increase the value of logistics service. This study has been focused on what the port logistics functions and the factors of the port logistics quality are those Korean port managers acknowledge as important factor. And examins these port logistics quality levels and the port logistics value (port productivity, service results) obtained by the results of these activities while reviewing the relation of the custom value which the port managers evaluate in order to evaluate and promote the competitiveness of the Korean port. According to the study results the port logistics function which the Pusan Container Terminal managers recognized as important were customer service management the flexibility of the port facilities and curtailment of the original operation cost of the port. It also indicated that the managers recognized the importance of the customer-oriented terminal management as it showed a close relationship with the port quality level.

수산물 산지 중도매인 기능 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study of Middleman's Functions in Fisheries Port Market)

  • The purpose of the study are summarized as follows: First, it has researched the new functions of middleman in Fisheries Port Market. Second, the new functions which middleman have to perform in Fisheries Port Market consist of the origin function, marketing function, logistics function. The origin function consists of the discrimination of fish species and freshness, making the price by auction, financing, etc. Marketing function consists of various species assortment from not only fisheries port market but also non fisheries port market as frozen and import fish markets, finding the new selling markets as not broker but wholesaler, making the price and margin non through the action, processing, etc. Logistics function consist of fish stock, delivery Third, it has recognized the upcoming important problems by building up the new functions as middleman in Fisheries port Market. This study has used a questionnaire to verify 3 hypotheses. Research model, factor analysis, regression analysis. The result of this study are summarized as follows: The origin function influences positively on the effectiveness of middleman's performance in Fisheries port Market. Marketing function influences positively on the effectiveness of middleman's performance. However, logistics function did not directly influences on the effectiveness of middleman's performance.

군산항 배후단지의 로지스틱스 전략 (A Study on the Logistics Strategies in Kunsan Port's Hinterland)

  • The purpose of this study is to consolidate the position of Kunsan Port as a Hub-port in Northeast asian region with the development of Kunsan port's hinterland. To accomplish the purpose, this paper firstly reviews the concept and function of port's hinterland literally. Next, We attempt to grasps the trends of port logistics service in this region, and to cope with this trends, study the previous researches of logistics platform(LP). Based upon the study, We find out the main factors of improving efficiency in port logistics, and build the model of logistics strategy with such factors as (1) Environment (2) Marketing (3) Logistics Chain and (4) Logistics community. And in order to applicate the model, we analyze the current situation of Kunsan port and port's hinterland. Finally, we provide the logistics strategies in Kunsan port's hinterland.

Multi-Dimensional Selection Method of Port Logistics Location Based on Entropy Weight Method

  • In order to effectively relieve the traffic pressure of the city, ensure the smooth flow of freight and promote the development of the logistics industry, the selection of appropriate port logistics location is the basis of giving full play to the port logistics function. In order to better realize the selection of port logistics, this paper adopts the entropy weight method to set up a multi-dimensional evaluation index, and constructs the evaluation model of port logistics location. Then through the actual case, from the environmental dimension and economic competition dimension to make choices and analysis. The results show that port d has the largest logistics competitiveness and the highest relative proximity among the three indicators of hinterland city economic activity, hinterland economic structure, and port operation capacity of different port logistics locations, which has absolute advantages. It is hoped that the research results can provide a reference for the multi-dimensional selection of port logistics site selections.

항만물류 서비스 품질 분석을 위한 DMQFD 모형의 개발 (Development of DMQFD Model for Analysis of Port Logistics Service Quality)

  • This study define the concepts of port logistics service by investigating various elements of port logistics service and grouping them in six attributes using a Data Mining technique. The QFD (Quality Function Deployment) technique is applied to measure the quality of port logistics service, and those results are analyzed. The DMQFD (Quality Function Deployment using Data Mining) model proposed in this study is a model for analyzing of port logistics service quality which is produced by combining those two stages. Using the DMQFD model, the requirements of customer could understand more correctly and systematically, and it could be an alternative tool to accomplish a customer satisfaction.

  • 본 논문은 효율적인 항만물류기능을 위한 로지스틱스 기본전략을 설정하고 이를 군산항에 적용하므로서 국내 타 항구에 비해 낙후된 군산항의 경쟁력을 제공 할 수 있는 개선책을 제시하려는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 군산항은 당면과제로서 적정수심의 유지문제, 정기항로 개설문제, 물류체계의 연계성문제 그리고 항만마케팅전략의 부재 등이 제기되고 있다. 따라서 이러한 과제들을 해결하기 위해서는 첫째, 항만관련 SOC의 구축 등을 통한 물류환경의 조성 둘째, 물류시장 확보를 위한 항만마케팅 전략수립 셋째, 물동량의 수요와 공급을 예측하여 화물의 적기인도 및 처리를 위한 정보마의 구축 등 로지스틱스 사슬구축 그리고 산 학 관의 협력네트워크를 통한 로지스틱스 커뮤니티의 조성 등의 로지스틱스 전략을 수립 시행하여야 한다. 또한 이와 같은 전략을 효과적으로 수행하기 위하여 그동안 정부에서 추진하고 있는 Two port 집중정책을 재고하고 개별항구의 특성과 기능을 고려한 "다변화 특화정책"으로 전환 할 것을 정책적 대안으로 제언한다.

물류중심형 자유지대의 경제적 파급효과에 관한 연구 - 부산항을 중심으로 - (Economic Effects of Establishing a Logistic Free Zone in the Port of Busan)

  • This study probes the necessity of establishing a logistic free zone in Port of Busan. It considers the economic effects of establishing the logistic free zone of Busan Port, and suggests policy prescriptions for introducing the free zone system and improving the logistics functions of Busan Port. Using input-output table data, the regression analysis was able to provide a quantitative prediction on effects of making the Busan Port a tariff-free zone. Influence for the regional economy due to the enforcement of the free zone system this research found that a strong positive effects should be expected on the Busan regional economy once the logistic free zone would be set up at the Port of Busan. The positive economic effects on Busan regional industries might be further strengthened if the value-added logistics function of Busan Port could be supplemented by linking to the hinterland of Busan Port.

인천항만의 물류수준 평가 및 개선방안 도출에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation on the Logistics Performance of Incheon Port)

  • 인천항의 경우, 2006년도에는 1,373,873 TEU를 처리하여 전년대비 수출입 컨테이너 125%, 환적 컨테이너 198%라는 높은 성장률을 기록하였다. 이는 인천항과 상대적으로 인접한 중국의 효과가 크게 작용하였다고 판단되며, 향후 인천항의 여건이 좋아질수록 인천항을 이용하는 환적화물은 기존 예측된 증가율을 훨씬 상회하며 높아질 가능성이 크다. 그러나 인천항은 조수간만의 차이로 인한 접안시설의 이용불편과 CY의 용량부족 및 서비스 미흡, 창고와 야적장의 보관 및 장치요율의 불합리, 항만물류시스템과 배후수송체계의 비효율성 등의 구조적인 문제점 역시 가지고 있다. 이러한 측면에서 화주의 다양한 시대적 요구에 부응하고 비용을 절감하며 이를 통하여 국가의 경쟁력을 향상시키기 위해서 인천항만의 물류시스템을 점검하고, 시스템 수준을 평가해보는 것은 시급한 실정이다. 본 연구는 이런 관점에서 인천항의 항만물류시스템의 수준을 종합적인 관점에서 분석하고 다양한 정책대안을 제시하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하였다.

컨테이너 물류 합리화를 위한 항만기능강화방안 (On the Study of the rationalization of container logistics)

  • Today, the problem of the logistics rationalization has significant meanings as one of the new strategies for improving the power in the international competition. In order to achieve the logistics rationalization, the enhanced recognition to logistics of each enterprise is essential. However, the complete arrangement of the logistics external environment, that is, logistics infrastructure is also one of the most important matters. In this respect, to rationalize the container logistics, this paper deals with the strategies for strengthening the function of Pusan port which is handling the 95% of the export and import container. Some suggestions for those are as follows : First, the coastal container transportation system must be strengthened to dissolute the preponderance of road transportation. Second, a new large port must be developed at Gadeok island to handle the increasing container traffic in the years of 2000. Third, the port authority must be established under the cooperation of the central government and local government to comply with the necessity of the synthetic control for city and port. Fourth, the Inland Clearance Depot in going must be promptly completed to establish the efficient and synthetic container logistics system.

물류네트워크 구축을 통한 전남권 항만물류 활성화 방안 (A Plan to Promote Jeonnam Region's Port Logistics through Establishment of a Logistics Network)

  • 본 논문은 점차 국제경쟁력을 갖추어 가고 있는 광양항을 전남지역의 국제물류거점으로 하여 전남권의 목포항, 여수항, 완도항, 등의 항만물류, 무안국제공항의 항공물류, 그리고 장성의 복합화물터미널인 내륙화물기지의 연계를 통하여 효과적인 물류네트워크를 구축하여 이를 통해 전남지역의 물류산업을 활성화 방안을 살펴보았다. 전남의 물류거점인 광양항, 장성복합화물터미널, 목포항, 무안국제공항을 연계하여 체계적인 지역혁신계획을 수립하여 지역혁신주체 및 산업혁신의 역량을 강화하고 지역산업을 활성화하는 방안을 모색하여 전남 U-물류체계 구축을 위한 RFID/USN 기반의 종합물류관리시스템을 구축하여야 한다. 또한 3각 물류거점인을 연계하는 교통망의 추진과 관련하여 광주시내 및 인근에 산재해 있는 중소형 수출입 물류거점을 조기통합추진이 필요하며 국제공항인 무안공항을 중심공항으로 육성하기 위한 방안을 설정하고 항공화물 처리를 위한 화물터미널의 기능을 강화하여야 한다.
