FBCs를 활용한 항만공간과 항만배후지의 연계성 강화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of the Connection between Port Space and Hinterland Using FBCs)

  • 최근 세계의 많은 항구도시들은 시대 흐름에 따른 산업구조의 변화 등으로 인해 기존의 항만공간에 대한 의의가 보다 복합적으로 변화하고 있다. 그러나 국내 항만공간의 경우 이러한 시대흐름에 발빠르게 호응하지 못하고 있으며, 일부 시행되고 있는 개발은 대규모 항만공간에만 집중이 되고 있는 실정이다. 또한 항만공간과 항만배후지역간의 공간적, 심리적 단절감이 강해 전체적으로 조화를 이룬 항만공간의 계획이 불가능한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 국내의 항만공간은 항만공간만의 고유한 장소성과 특이성을 충분히 반영하지 못하고, 배후지역과의 조화를 이룬 계획이 시행되는데 많은 한계점이 있다고 판단하였다. 이에 FBCs를 활용하여 항만배후지역과 항만지역의 이질적 공간 간 연계성을 강화하여 항만공간 전체가 조화를 이루는 도시계획적 접근방향성을 제시하고자 하였다. FBCs란, 해당 공간만의 특성 즉, 장소성과 고유성을 반영하고, 보행자 중심의 공간 계획, 그에 따른 안전성 확보, 공공공간의 활용 등을 위해 미국에서 제시되고, 실행되고 있는 제도적 장치이며, 아직까지 국내에는 도입되어 있지 않다.

  • It is discussed how to route yard-side equipment during the loading operation in port container terminals. The number of containers to be picked up at each yard-bay, as well as the route of a yard-side equipment (for example, transfer crane or straddle carrier) in a yard, are determined. The objective of the problem is to minimize the total container handling time in the yard. An encoding method to represent nodes in the search space is introduced utilizing inherent properties of the optimal solution by which the search space is greatly reduced. A beam search algorithm is suggested. A numerical experiment is carried out to compared the performance of the beam search algorithm with those of other approaches.

  • A novel phased array antenna system for space-borne polarimetric SAR is proposed and completed in this paper.The antenna system assures polarimetric and multi-mode capability of SAR. It has broadband, high polarization isolation and high port to port isolation. The antenna system is composed of broadband polarimetric microstrip antenna, T/R modules and multifunction beam controller nit. The polarimetric microstrip antenna has more than 100MHz bandwidth at L-band with -30dB polarization isolation and high port to port isolation. The microstrip element and T/R module's structure and characteristics, the subarray's performances measuring results are presented in detail in this paper. A design scheme on beam controller of the phased array antenna is also proposed and completed, which is based on Digital Signal Processing (DSP) chip -TMS320F206. This beam controller unit has small size and high reliability compared with general beam controller. In addition, the multifunction beam controller unit can acquire and then send the T/R module's working states to detection system in real time.

  • 현대화펀드를 통한 여객선 건조 지원을 통해 거주구 실내공간 디자인 수준은 향상되었지만, 여전히 선원이 활동하는 작업공간은 크게 개선되지 않는 상태이다. 본 연구는 여객선 선원 작업공간 중 조타실과 기관실의 색채환경을 조사한다. 선박 작업공간 환경의 실내디자인 특수성을 제시하고 이에 맞는 색채환경, 제안하는 색값을 통해 선원의 정신건강 증진과 안전한 근무환경을 조성하는 것에 있다.

  • This study aims at advancing waterfront of Pusan Port and attempting to establish an identity through studying characteristics of place in Pusan Port. The place is consisted of two elements ; orientation and identity, which is expressed clearly the environmental totality including the character and space. The urban waterfront is also one of the place pattern, and that is consist of land area, water area, and transit zone combining two areas. Although there are a lot of primary factors to be able to make the most of the character and identity in Pusan port, badly planned development prevents the plan promoting the sense of place in urban waterfront. The point in the waterfront development plan of Pusan Port is how to secure aminities based on Identity and Orientation; node, landmark, edge, path, district. The result of this study is for planners to develop more and systematic approaches which could utilize waterfront.

부산북항에서의 도심형 워터프런트 개발방향에 관한 연구 (A Proposal on Waterfront Development of Pusan North Port)

  • This study aims at advancing waterfront planning and development of North Port or of Pusan and attempting to establish an identity through the analysis and case studied of waterfront development of foreign countries. This study is based on Pusan urban harbor plan and the case study which was investigated the relational port with an urban area to find a model of development method and procedure of urban waterfront renewal. The approach of this study is to classify diversified cases and to suggest elements after reviewing successful cases. The point in the waterfront development plan of North Port of Pusan is how to secure an amenity on the edge and provides a comprehensive theoretical base such as skyline, coastline, green area, accessibility scenery, landmark, open space, and so on. The results of this stud is useful for the planner to develop more and systematic approaches which could utilize waterfront. Waterfront development will be a new change of urban development for Pusan.

  • The purpose of this paper is to develop a knowledge-based real-time decision support system to support decision makers for efficient berth operation of Inchon Port. In these days the berth operation problems have been many studied. The berth operation rules differ from port to port and the problem is highly dependent on natural geographical and operational environment of port. In Inchon Port the ship’s entrance into port and departure from port is extremely affected status of dock. In this paper we analyzed some effects of dock a specific character of Inchon Port with a real data of ship’s in Inchon Port. And reconstruct a previous expert’s knowledge of berth allocating problem in Inchon Port. Also the mechanism for the efficient berth operation has been studied by repeatedly dispatching in order to obtain a best effect of berth allocation, with real-time updated information for delay at service time of a specific berth and changing of a working-berth. The system is developed with graphic user interface(GUI) concept using user interactive approach. And this system will be provide decision support maker with an efficient and fast way to berth allocating and reduce wastes of time space and manpower in Inchon Port operation.

  • 본 논문은 해운 시황 변동에 따른 효율적이고 합리적인 선복 확보를 위한 방안으로 전체 선박을 일정 기간 대여하는 정기용선(time chartering)의 개념과는 차별되는 컨테이너 대형 선박의 일부 공간만을 대여하는 Space Chartering의 경제성에 대해 연구하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 선사의 정기선 선복 확보 방안에 대한 이론적 배경을 설명하고 컨테이너 정기용선을 실증 분석한다. 마지막으로, 선사의 정기선 선복 확보 방안으로 컨테이너 대형선의 Space Chartering을 통한 경제성에 관하여 결론을 맺는다.

  • We have processed the GPS data using several high quality GPS data processing softwares for last decade. Bernes and GIPSY II are some of them. Though these programs have different characteristics in terms of structures and processing philosophies, high quality results from these are still comparable. KASI Space Geodesy Research Division has developed several GNSS data processing softwares like the quasi real-time ionospheric parameter estimator, orbit propagator and estimator, and precision positioning estimator. However, we are currently in needs of our own comprehensive GNSS data processing software with the European Galileo system on the horizon. KASI team has worked on a preliminary pilot project for the software and is making block pieces for the software. The roadmap, the description, and brief results of KASIOPEA (KASI Orbit Propagator and EstimAtor) are presented in this paper.
