In church tradition, cultural misappropriation has often legitimized unjust hierarchy rather than to challenge it. Under the rubric of culturalism, Christian Education has served to justify the oppressive system and maintain status quo as well. A feminist theologian, Rebecca Chopp argues that the contemporary Western culture has intensified narcissistic individualism and self-referentiality and has supported the powerful, while forced the marginalized to be silent. Chopp insists that the role, nature, and mission of Christianity is to provide Word and words of emancipatory transformation. She advocates poststructural feminist theology and aims at renewal of the socio-symbolic order in society by criticizing assumptions underneath language, culture and politics. In this study, we will review the interview with an Asian-American couple and disclose the underlying assumptions and hegemony which have contributed to maintain the male domineering system. I suggest that Christian education for emancipatory transformation should encourage the oppressed women to reflect critically the existing order and to restore their own voice through constructive intervention facilitating "plurivociy" and "problem-posing" dialogue. Proclaimation of transformative Word can empower the marginalized people to revision the world alternatives to monotheistic patriarchal modernism.

Recently, the cinema industry faced a crisis on the rise of various media platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, IPTV, and Kakao Page. The rate of film release in the theater has become ever shorter, and the secondary consumption of film through IPTV, tablet, PC, or mobile has seen a drastic increase. In the midst of this new media-geography, the most significant change in recent years would be the rise of the 'fantasy film' genre. This paper explores the conditions and characteristics of fantasy films in the way in which the genre has been constituted, and delves into particular aspects that its contents contain. This is an attempt to understand the sociology of the birth of a new genre. In this process, this paper will ask two frequently raised questions in regard to this genre. The first is to ask whether we can discern fantasy from reality, and the second is to examine whether the fantasy genre implicates certain social subversion. These two questions aim to discover how fantasy forms a relationship with reality and what this means. To do so, this paper will trace the genealogy of the fantasy film genre in Korea and analyze recent big hits such as the series as the model case of digital fantasy film. Through this exploration, this paper will be able to provide a new sociology of the fantasy film production and consumption in the 21^st century Korea.

This study has started from the political process of local community power structure to elaborate the reason why both a majority of cultural artists and cultural artist organizations want to be against establishing the local Foundation for Arts and Culture. The cultural artists and cultural artist organizations believe that the establishment of the local Foundation for Arts and Culture might threaten not only their monopolistic status or their livelihood in the local market relying on public supports, but also make them being marginalized from the potential supports. Therefore many of them have somewhat unfavourable opinions about its establishment. Drawing from the Jellabuk-do case, their concern of being isolated from the monopoly by the local Foundation for Arts and Culture are reduced to publicized discourses such as powerization, the lack of expertise, the loss of independence, and the fall of business. When constructing the Foundation for Arts and Culture, the major values are 'Pluralism' and 'Fairness'. On one hand, the terms of Fairness means that it should be fair in operations, support and executive composition. On the other hand, Pluralism means that policy-making rights should be distributed to various groups, not owned by some specific groups. Some plans for building Foundation for Arts and Culture are needed to make diverse classes and groups to expect the pluralistic interests emerged eventually.

With the inauguration of the Bolsonaro administration in 2019, Brazil experienced a noticeable transformation in its policy lines at home and abroad. Limiting this change to diplomacy, it can be pointed out that pro-U.S. and anti-China diplomacy, which is clearly distinguished from the previous regimes, has begun in earnest. Nevertheless, the existing literature on this topic is limited, and it is mainly poetic reporting through the media. This paper aims to derive the main determinant of Bolsonaru's pro-U.S. and anti-China diplomatic lines by postulating the individual level of the political leader as a key variable. This study argues that his personal experience and beliefs and world views formed by his life history, and Bolsonaro's political calculation that would strengthen his domestic political support through linking between his domestic politics and diplomatic lines, ultimately influenced the dependent variable. This study is thought to be meaningful in that it enhanced the theoretical implications of not only the theory of foreign policy determinants but also the understanding of Brazil's foreign policy by explaining the factors of Brazil's pro-U.S. and anti-China diplomacy through focusing on an individual level.

COVID-19, which started in December 2019, has had a great impact on our lives in general, including politics, economy, society, and culture, and activities in sports and arts have also been significantly reduced. In the case of sports, sports for all fields in which ordinary citizens participate were particularly affected, and cases of infection in places closely related to people's lives, such as gyms, table tennis, and badminton clubs, also amplified the social fear of the spread of COVID-19. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed news articles related to sports for all at the time when COVID-19 was first spread, and investigated what issues were emerging and being discussed in the sports for all field under the COVID-19 situation. Specifically, we collected news articles dealt with sports for all issues under the COVID-19 situation from Korea's leading portal news sites and identified key sports for all issues by performing topic modeling on these articles. Through the analysis, we found meaningful issues such as COVID-19 outbreak in sports facilities and support for sports activities. In addition, through wordcloud analysis of these major issues, we visually understood the issues and identified the changes in these issues over time.

Purpose. The purpose of this study is to examine how the phrase "old person" are expressed and used in the online sphere. Based on the theoretical concept of stigma, this study investigates the images and attitudes in society toward the elderly, and the characteristics of hate speech aimed at the elderly. Method. This study conducted text mining based on social big data using anonymous conversations. Results. It was confirmed that the elderly images shared online were generally negative. The attitudes expressed toward them also tended to be negative due to the negative images that are propagated of the elderly. The hate speech relating to the elderly, in usages such as 'Teul-ttag' and 'Kon-dae', were mainly identified in comments that negatively evaluate the elderly, and these expressions demonstrate the depth of hate and discrimination towards the elderly who are considered burdensome by young people. Interestingly, the hateful expressions towards the elderly were found more with regard to issues related to politics and economics and not just any content about the elderly. Conclusions. This study discussed the ways and means to enhance inter-generational understanding and solidity.

Blockchain, which is the basis of virtual assets such as cryptocurrency, is receiving great attention as one of the cornerstone technologies of the 4th industrial revolution. Blockchain is a technology that can fundamentally change our lives not only in finance, but also in politics, logistics, and culture. However, it shows lower-than-expected usability because it is complicated to learn and is continuously being developed. In this study, we tried to investigate whether the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) of virtual assets can be changed through education on the underlying technology, blockchain. A video-based online experiment was conducted with a total of 103 participants and examined how the type of training(positive, negative) and measurement timing(before, after) affect perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, acceptance, which are TAM variables, and trust and security, which are related to blockchain characteristics. As a result of the experiment, interactions were found in all dependent variables according to the type of education and measurement timing. Specifically, groups that received negative education had no difference in all variables before and after, but it was found that groups that received positive education showed an increase afterwards. Through this, it can be seen that the effect of education based on the anchoring effect is also shown in the intention to use virtual assets using block chain technology, suggesting that the intention to use blockchain related technology can be increased through positive education.

Megacities of the Repulic of Korea(ROK) will have increased by urbanization and the fourth industrial revolution. Mgacities are absolutely the opportunity factor to make human life enriched. Simultaneously, those are the challenge foctor considering the crucial conventional threat such as massive artillery and multiple rocket launcher from the North Korea. Israel that has faced the geopolitical situation of ROK developed the Multi-layer air defense system to offset the low altitude threat from the neighboring nations. As a result, Israel substantially removed plenty of Hamas' rockes and suicidal drones in 2021. Applying Israel's concept, North Korea's low altitude threat toward the ROK's megacities can effectively be eliminated. Furthermore, this Multi-layer air defense system can be a game-changer that gets rid of the low and high altitude threat from North Korea and neighboring nations with both hyperconnected sensor-C2-shooter and artificial intelligence. Through this approach, the ROK will be able to achieve the prosperity and prowth of nation at the center of Megacities concentrated on PMESII(Politics, Military, Economy, Society, Information, and Infrastructure) factors.

The recent expansion of the use of social media has served as an opportunity to express users' opinions in real time in various fields such as society, economy, politics, and culture, and brought many platforms that provide various information about companies. Among them, Glassdoor.com which started 2008 in US provides users with evaluations of the current and the former employees of their companies and also provides a outlooks for the company's growth Such a platform has the utility of providing necessary information to whom want to find a job or change jobs. In addition to this, variable studies have shown that the company information provided through these platforms is useful for investors as well. In this study, it was tested whether the corporate growth prospects of employees provided by Jobplanet, a platform with a typical function similar to Glassdoor.com in Korea, have predictive power to predict actual corporate growth. The forecast provided by Jobplanet and the company's financial indicator data received from FnGuide were collected and composed of panel data and analyzed using fixed effect model regression analysis. As a result, it was found that companies with positive prospects had higher employment growth than companies with negative prospects. When the outlook was neutral, the employment growth rate was higher than that of companies with a negative outlook.

The purpose of this research is to explore the relation between Brexit and division in various areas within the British society. This research can lead to understanding how division of the British society and the decision of Brexit was mutually influenced. The UK's withdrawal from the EU has been explained mainly through the relations between the EU and the UK; therefore, issues of immigration, EU regulation, and the UK's EU rebate are considered as major reasons. In addition, 'British identity' or 'British exceptionalism' existing in the British society and politics for a long time has been regarded as a reason for Brexit. Although it is generally accepted that Brexit results in the division in the British society, the reasons mentioned above have limitation to explain the result of referendum and the division of the British society in the post-Brexit era. In this sense, this research explores the division in various areas - generation, social grade including income and education level, value and region, etc. - revealed in the British society is not the result of Brexit; rather, this research argues division deeply rooted in the British society before referendum is the root cause of Brexit. The division in various areas immanent in the British society for a long time is complicatedly intertwined, and the decision on Brexit by referendum has led to solidifying the division of the British society. Having considered this division in the British society has been expanded to rancour, it is necessary for the UK to establish appropriate policies for national cohesion.
