Mobile service is highly becoming in the limelight on information society by offering infringement problem about individual privacy or information by political and scientific interest This study is focusing on primary LBS application Mobile service that emphasize position confirmation, especially, looking for friends. The aim at this study grasps user productivity factor of LBS application Mobile service, and analyses whether some have relations with value and action determination of LBS application Mobile service. According to result, Mobile service applying position service is supported with usefulness and system quality, adaptedness. 이 글은 SNS의 보편적 이용이 늘어나고 그것에 대한 규제논의가 증가하는 것을 배경으로 해서, SNS 표현물에 대한 현행 국내 규제체계의 문제점을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 규제대상으로서 SNS표현물의 성격을 살펴보고, SNS 표현물에 대한 국내 내용규제체계의 문제점을 법률적 측면과 규제기관적 차원에서 검토했다. SNS 표현물에 대한 규제체계를 살펴보면, 법률과 행정기구 중심의 국가주의적 규제경향이 강하다는 것을 알 수 있다. 5가지 측면의 규제법률이 SNS 표현물 규제와 연계되어 있으며, 규제의 주체로서 행정기구가 내용심의를 하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그로 인해 민간영역의 자율기능은 상대적 약한 것으로 판단된다. SNS와 같은 인터넷공간에는 최소규제의 원칙이 적용되어야 하며, 규제에 적용되는 불법의 정의도 명확히 하고 그것의 판단주체 및 규제대상을 최소화해야 한다. 현재의 행정기구로서 방송통신심의 위원회 구조에 대한 본질적인 고민이 필요하다.

The current function of 119EMS(Emergency Medical Service) is simply to transport patients to hospitals due to the lack of medical personnel and medical equipments. In order to mark the current 119EMS system, that is to say, more many medical technician and paramedics, medical equipments supplementation, korean EMS communication system simplification and the re-arrangement of the existing fire organization, and so on. Also so various problems involving 119EMS should be solved political and financial support and the change in people's attitude toward the public fire service.

This study identified the use types of a home help service and the level of service quality and reviewed the extent of their effects on consumer satisfaction. As a result of measuring the service quality in terms of support, assurance, reliability, empathy and responsiveness, a high overall reliability was demonstrated in the service. The consumer satisfaction with the home help service was discovered as being high, in general. Meanwhile, with the female research participants, the lower the service fee was perceived to be, the higher the consumer satisfaction. The quality assessment items concerning support and reliability were found to be important variables which were influential on consumer satisfaction. Therefore, it has been shown to be imperative to prepare political alternatives regarding the development of the service standard in order to protect user's rights, offer relevant information, and ensure reliability in the home help service.

새로운 정보통신 테크놀러지는 우리 사회를 완전히 변모시키고 있을 뿐만 아니라 정부에게도 시민들을 위한 새롭고 가치 있는 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고 있다. 본 연구는 전자정부 서비스를 통해 정부 신뢰에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 다양한 선행요인들을 살펴보고 이 요인들의 신뢰에 대한 직, 간접적인 영향 정도를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 전자정부 서비스 이용자를 대상으로 한 가설 검증결과, 서비스가치, 참여의식, 혁신성은 정부의 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 서비스가치와 혁신성도 참여의식에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 혁신성이 서비스가치에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 서비스 가치 및 참여의식이 정부 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 정치적 효능감의 조절효과는 없는 것으로 나타났다.

The world is significant increasing investment volume into developing countries from foreign investors. Foreign financial capital is searching in interesting place among the emerging market. However foreign investors put still their experience in the economical and social crisis with political risks in the host countries. MIGA entered into the political risks insurance market which has one of the basic matter of sponsored the private investment guarantee programs. They put guarantee or covering risks of currency inconvertibility, expropriation, breach of contract and political violence. In the case contracts of guarantee concluded between investor and MIGA which are disputes in relation to such MIGA service contract, it should be settled by negotiation, conciliation and arbitration under the convention establishing the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency(MIGA). All disputes within the scope to states and investor of MIGA members shall be settled in accordance with the procedure set out in the convention. Recently, MIGA is opening the office in Seoul to strengthen joint efforts between MIGA and Korea. It will be a good chance to consider sustainable improvement and dispute solutions for emerging countries in foreign investment to the korean investors.

2세기 후반 이후 범마한적(凡馬韓的)으로 사용되던 대형 옹형토기는 백제가 우월적 정치체로서 성장함에 따라 점차적으로 범위가 좁아지며 용도가 바뀌는데, 3세기 후반 이후 영산강유역에서 저분구묘의 중심 매장시설로 기능을 전용하면서 옹관고분이 등장하게 된다. 옹관의 형태와 양식이 통일되면서 백제와 구별되는 상징적 스타일로 강화, 사용된 것으로 추정된다. 즉 마한을 구성한 대등한 정치체들의 공통적 상징이 백제와 구별되는 영산강유역이라는 광역적인 집단의 상징으로 바뀐 것으로 추정된다. 이러한 과정은 백제와 정치적으로 구별하고 맞서야 하는 대내외적 요구를 충족시키는데 필요한 영산강유역 집단의 결집을 위한 통합 이데올로기의 반영이라고 판단된다.

본 연구는 100여일 앞으로 다가온 대통령 선거를 즈음하여 발생할 수 있는 정치지도층에 대한 요인테러를 사전 예방하고자 기존 국내 요인 테러를 분석하고 대응 방안을 제시 하였다. 정치 테러발생 원인의 대다수는 이념이나 사회 갈등이 최고조에 달할 때 주로 정치적 소외계층에 의해 이뤄진다. 일반적인 원인으로는 공격하고자 하는 대상이 싫다거나 내가 지지하는 당이나 정부가 불리하고 패하는 것이 참을 수 없을 때 주로 발생한다. 21세기 정치테러가 기존의 불특정 다수와 신무기 폭발물 등을 사용하여 공격하는 빈도 보다는 사회 부적응자들의 불만 표출이나 사회적 갈등에 의해 자행되는 경우가 많다는 것이다. 이는 심화된 편 가르기와 무너진 법질서로 인해 사회 양극화가 심화한 데다 우리 사회가 정치적 타협에 익숙지 않다 보니 개인적 불만이 과격한 수단으로 나왔기 때문으로 풀이 된다. 절대적인 신변보호와 함께 다수의 유권자에게 다가가야 하는 정치활동에 최상의 결과를 거두기 위해서는 신변안전에 대한 경호임무는 필수 요건이다. 따라서 정치활동에 있어완벽한 신변보호를 위해 상황별, 장소별, 지역별 등 운집 되어지는 성격에 따라 적절한 경호기법으로 전문적인 경호활동을 해야 할 것이다.

최근 라틴아메리카의 우경화 과정에서 보수적인 오순절교회의 정치 참여가 크게 부각되고 있다. 이 글은 브라질 사례를 중심으로, 이러한 정치 참여가 민주주의와 그 발전에 끼치는 영향에 주목한다. 먼저 오순절교회들은 성장과 확산을 통해 가톨릭 중심의 독점적 구도를 무너뜨리고 종교적 다원화에 크게 기여했지만, 자신과 다른 종교나 이념에 대한 배타적이고 공격적 태도를 보인다, 또한 주요한 참여 형태인 공식 후보와 관련하여 지도부의 일방적인 결정에 다수의 신자들은 정치적으로 동원되고, 이렇게 당선된 후보자는 공익보다는 지도부의 지도하에 자신의 교단 또는 교회의 특수한 조합주의적 이해관계에 복무한다. 그리고 국회의원, 주의원 등 공직을 획득하려는 정치 참여의 목적도 그리스도교 왕국 재건이라는 특수한 종교적 이해나 가치의 직접적인 실현에 둠으로써 브라질의 민주주의 발전에 걸림돌로 작용한다.

The introduction of the BIM into the architectural service industry is currently not being conducted smoothly. The purpose of this research is to, considering the current state of the market, establish long-term strategies that will enable the BIM to successfully settle. The survey has been conducted in target of architects in order to understand pending issues. Additionally, the articles regarding BIM have been researched for the purpose of better understanding the current societal demands. Indicated by survey results, the architects agree to a certain extent upon the need of BIM for architectural designs, yet also express concerns that the BIM introduction does not guarantee betterment in efficiency. The problematic aspects of BIM introduction that have already been discussed in some policy-related studies include a multitude of complicated issues that are unable to be resolved within a short period of time: underdeveloped BIM infra, the limit of BIM software itself, political issues regarding licensing and lack of social awareness. Based on the issues mentioned above, three main areas of focus along with their respective practical strategies and tasks have been designated. Finally, this research has analyzed the current situation and its issues along with the political solutions of 12 projects, amongst which include the standard for plan drawings, licensing system improvement, cost standard and BIM introduction support.
