Recently, Korean medium-sized medical organizations require innovative strategies. Network-driven concerns in Korean medical organization have been a front burner issue to enhance economic and managerial efficiencies. Effective network-driven collaboration depends upon effective processes and economics strategies among medical providers group. From this motivation, we studied and provided the systems' theoretical background and networked hospital system structures. The aim of suggested research model in this paper is to overcome demerit of stand-alone medium-sized hospitals and analyze a system dynamics model to measure managerial performances. The developed system dynamics model is to quantify the effects of network strategy based on the historical financial data of real-life hospitals network experiences. The network effects are resulted in efficiencies and effectiveness enhancements in competitiveness through advertisement and effective education system. The simulations of system dynamics results can explain the improvement in financial outcome by joining in the network group. The network effects are shown more effective in dental hospital than other groups. In conclusion, it is expected that network effects have a critical influence of managerial, marketing, and medical collaboration performance for any type of medical hospitals.

Purpose: The Purpose of this study was to identify the correlation of the Value on marriage, Children and Sexual attitude in college students. Method: Data were collected using a structured questionnaire that consisted of Value on marriage, Children and Sexual attitude from 2 colleges located in K-city. Final participants included 1,057 students. Results: Sexual attitude related to the value on marriage were differences in the family relationships first, to a celibate life, concerned about marriage, to get married at the age, should marry him, sex regardless, divorce can be even if child, Related to the child were necessity of children, to help economically, to fulfill the dream of parents, to put the house line, duty to society. Sexual attitude were inverse correlated to the religion, grade, valuable things as parents, necessity of children. Conclusion: Sexual attitude for college students significantly related value on marriage and children. In order to value on marriage and child according to the change on sexual attitude is recommended diverse healthy strategy in college students.

Career and academic Counseling is often viewed as the catalyst for frequent and consistent interaction with students, but it is more than simply advising students about which majors, universities or jobs to consider. Ongoing, personal contact of career and academic counselors with students is an essential component in long-term career-related efficacy. But statistics show that high schools in non-urban or rural areas face significant issues different from those schools in metropolitan or suburban contexts, failing to maintain the significant number of teachers enough for effective career and academic counseling. This article proposes an alternative model of career and academic counseling, provided by MBA(Master of Business Administration) alumni based social enterprise in Seoul. This service explores the skills, knowledge and capabilities which MBA alumni gained from their jobs and MBA programs within the context of a career-competency framework. This paper concludes with the social and educational aspect of this shared responsibility strategy that may enhance student motivation and persistence in non-urban high schools.

Based on the operating system of the advanced school athletic clubs operated to attempt a new paradigm of athletic culture in the field of school athletics, this study aimed to conduct an in-depth analysis of the student athletes' academic level and seek a solution for the stream of the times and integrated change based on a relative minimum academic achievement standard applied by this system. For Analyzing the difference in academic grades between subjects to which the minimum academic achievement standard by the event is applied, one-way ANOVA and MANOVA were used. First, the grade point average (GPA) of the student athletes by the event did not reach the GPA of most general students. Second, it was predicted that in applying a standard, relative to the general students, as academic grades increased, the probability in which the student athletes do not reach the minimum academic achievement standard would increase. Third, it turned out that, even in the phased application of the current minimum academic achievement standard to the GPA of the student athletes by the event, the ratio of the attainment of the minimum academic achievement was similar.

COVID-19 is hitting the world. In order to bring about new ways of innovation in the space sector, we need to analyze changes in the space sector and design new challenge strategies. COVID-19 exposes inherent vulnerabilities in the space sector. In particular, COVID-19 is causing supply chain shocks in the space industry, resulting in delays in the supply of systems, subsystems and parts due to a complete or partial interruption of a manufacturing unit. As the overall impact of New Normal on the industry is overall, we continue to look at it in the space sector. COVID is causing supply chain shock in the space industry. It causes a delay in the supply of systems, subsystems and parts due to a complete or partial interruption of a manufacturing unit. In the supply of launch services, the launch schedule is being delayed, but the main launch is still taking place. Demand for major applications such as environmental monitoring is soaring in the earth observation utilization sector. Analyzing the impact on manufacturing, the vendor-based contraction is bringing delays in the supply of systems, subsystems and components, and launch service providers are trying to minimize delays in the launch schedule.

The study Development of the Agricultural Cooperative in Cambodia seek to explore the progress of agricultural cooperative( AC) development in Cambodia and South Korea. The experiences of Korea AC development are used to improve the Cambodian ACs. The results of study gave a lessons that the Korea ACs, which were multipurpose cooperatives were formed and owned by the government and had been considered as a successful development strategy for rural and agricultural development. As the government directly managed the businesses and other operations, available budgets, close with monitoring, and active member's participation the AC in Korea progressed rapidly for both the members and business scopes and it hugely contributed to rural development of Korea. For the future development of AC in Cambodia recommendations based on lessons from Korea AC will give a message to government and NGO. Rural Development always related with farmer's life. To live well in rural area provide effective mechanism to income increase. To development of AC in Cambodia is future of rural development.

This study is designed to explore the function of Twitter as a campaign platform during election campaign. For exploring the function of Twitter the form of tweet, the type of information on tweet and the way of opinion expression via Twitter were discussed by content analysis. This study finds, first, that, netizens express their opoinion of candidates without foundation and with emotional reactions. Second, they showed somewhat conflictive reactions according to their supporting candidates. This study conceptualized various kinds of public as 'blindly support public,' and 'blindly opposition public' in case of Park's supporters, 'rational support public,' and 'critical opposition public' in case of Na's supporters. Third, Park's supporters debated Na candidate's attitude of debate and her appearance blindly without foundation. Na's supporters argued Park's attitude of debate and his ignorance of Seoul Metropolitan government's policy blindly without foundation. Finally, this study discussed the relationship between the political discourse according to netizens' supporting via Twitter and the results of election. Park whose supporters attacked the opposing candidate by blaming her appearance and her attitude of debate won the election. Na didn't overcome her negative images. For her Twitter functioned as a media which is spreading negative factors about her. In conclusion, Twitter as a campaign platform during election times plays a key role in discussing candidates. However, netizens need to express their opinions with foundation and the candidates have to consider negative issue management. This study highlights the importance of peripheral factors which have a decisive effect on the results of election. The results of this study is useful for building political campaign strategy by candidates.

The purpose of this study is to clarify macro causes influencing on the diversity of single-mother households poverty among OECD Countries including Korea. This study carried out pooled time series cross-section analysis applying unbalanced panel design on the period from 1981 to 2012. There is marked diversity on single-mother households poverty. GDP per capita does not contributes to reduce poverty, and female employment rate and % population 0-14 exacerbate poverty. Several factors contribute on poverty reduction including social spending, child cash spending, union density, employment protection on regular workers, proportional representation system, cumulative left cabinet, cumulative women seat. In Korea, it needs to overcome the limit of anti-poverty strategy mainly based on economic growth and labor market flexibility. And it needs to enlarge universal welfare institutions, child benefits, work-family reconciliation policy, and to design adjusted labor market institutions including union density and employment protection, to introduce consensus political model including proportional representation system to enhance left power and women's representation.

데이터 웨어하우스와 데이터 품질에 관한 문헌연구를 통하여 데이터 웨어하우스 환경에서 데이터 품질의 향상을 위한 개념적 프레임워크를 개발하고자 하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 데이터 웨어하우스 데이터 품질향상 활동을 지원하는 프레임워크를 개발하는 목적은 (1) 다양한 요구를 가진 사용자들이 웨어하우스 데이터에 접근하기 때문에, 사용자의 요구를 만족시키며 기업의 목적에 적합한 품질향상 활동을 지원하기 위해서이며, 다양한 기업활동을 가장 잘 지원할 수 있는 데이터 품질향상 지침을 관리자에게 제공하기 위해서 이다. (2) 웨어하우스 관리자의 데이터 품질향상 활동을 지원하기 위해서는 품질차원이나 데이터세트 등과같은 품질향상에 필요한 다양한 이슈를 관리자가 인식할 수 있도록 하기 위해서이다. (3) 데이터 웨어하우스 환경에서 데이터 품질 향상에 필요한 체계적이고 포괄적인 안목을 제공하기 위해서이다. 본 연구는 다음과 같은 단계로 수행하게 된다. 첫째, 데이터 웨어하우스의 개념과 데이터 웨어하우스의 구축단계 및 데이터 웨어하우스를 구성하는 프레임워크를 검토한다. 둘째, 데이터 웨어하우스 환경에서의 데이터 품질의 기준과 데이터 품질의 측정 및 데이터 품질의 향상 방안 등을 고찰한다. 셋째, 데이터 웨어하우스 환경에서 데이터 품질의 향상을 위한 개념적 프레임워크를 개발하기 위하여 데이터 웨어하우스 데이터 풀질 향상과 관련된 기업활동, 데이터 세트, 품질의 속성 및 차원 등을 정의한다. 마지막으로 데이터 웨어하우스 환경하에서 데이터 품질을 향상할 수 있는 3차원 구조의 개념적 프레임워크를 제안하며, 나아가 제안한 모형에 대하여 데이터 품질 향상을 위한 프로젝트 활동의 사례를 통하여 모형의 타당성을 개념적으로 설명한다.통하여 각각의 제품을 비교하였으며, 둘째 소프트웨어 종류별 평가로 제품을 응용소프트웨어, 응용개발도구, 시스템 소프트웨어로 분류하여 평균값으로 비교하였다. 셋째, 국내외 제품별 평가분석으로 전체 제품을 국내제품과 국외제품으로 분류하여 비교하였으며, 마지막으로 총괄분석을 통해 가중치를 적용하여 전 제품의 점수를 비교하였다. 여기에서는 각 제품의 평균점수에 대한 차이를 95%의 유의수준으로 T-Test를 실시하였다.uted to the society, and what the socioeconomic impacts are resulted from the program. JejuHaenyeo(women diver) culture has been designated as UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity(ICH) in 2016. However, the number of new Haenyeo is decreasing due to the hardships and difficulties of Haenyeo job, and the aging factor of Haenyeo is threatening the cultural preservation and inheritance. The study aims to analyze JejuHaenyeo's awareness on self, community and UNESCO ICH designation. The study further aims to check any significant difference in Haenyeo's self-awareness per age group to conclude an effective strategy for permanence of Haenyeo culture. 228 JejuHaenyeo were interviewed at "The 10th JejuHaenyeo World Festival" around the Jeju Haenyeo Museum in Gujwa-eup, Jeju-si. The test result shows the difference per age group on awareness on self and UNESCO ICH designation status. The younger the generation of Haenyeo it gets, the awareness on self and UNESCO ICH designation status of Haenyeo gets lowerer. Without an immediate improvement to supplement JejuHaenyeo's awareness on self and UNESCO ICH designation status, preservation and inheritance of JejuHaenyeo culture may not be an easy task in the future.
