2009년 이후 정부 주도로 기능성게임 활성화에 대한 노력이 있어왔음에도 불구하고, 실현이 잘 안된 이유 중 하나는 정부의 지원이 개별 게임에 대한 지원으로 집중되어 기능성게임이 자랄 수 있는 생태를 개발하지 못했기 때문으로 보인다. 본 연구에서는 미국 페어팩스 카운티의 사례를 통해 기능성게임을 생태의 중심으로 보기보다는, 생태 안에 포함된 하나의 요소로 보고 그에 맞는 전략을 실행해야 함을 주장하였다. 기능성게임 생태의 개발을 위해서는 하드웨어 인프라 구축, 소프트웨어 지원, 그리고 휴먼웨어에 대한 고려가 있어야 한다. 또한 책임 있는 테크놀로지 사용과 같은 디지털시민교육에 더욱 힘써야 한다. 게임에 대한 거부감을 없애기 위해서는 책임 있는 플레이에 대한 교육이 더 강조될 필요가 있다.

Independent innovation is the key factor to enhance competitiveness in China auto industry. This article is based on current status analysis of China auto industry independent innovation and it points out the problems and causes that exist in the independent innovation process. It also proposes policy and suggestions to accelerate cultivation of independent innovation in China auto industry.

정부는 주거안정과 주거수준이 향상 되었다는 평가아래 2015년 주거기본법 수립과 함께 주택정책의 목적을 '주택공급'에서 '주거복지'로 전환하였다. 그러나 부담 가능한(affordable) 주택이 점차 감소하면서 주거환경은 더욱 열악해 지고 있다. 주거환경은 아동이 안전하고, 건강하고, 교육을 잘 받을 수 있는 기본 요소이다. 본 연구는 문헌연구를 통해 열악한 주거환경이 아동에게 미치는 영향과 국내 아동의 주거빈곤 현황을 파악하였으며 국내외 아동의 주거정책 현황을 탐색하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아동기의 열악한 주거환경은 신체건강, 정신건강 및 학업성취와 인지발달에 부정적 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 129만 명(11.9%)의 아동이 최저주거기준 이하의 주거빈곤 상태에서 거주하고 있으며 특정 지역에 집중되어 있다. 셋째, 국내 아동 주거정책은 거의 부재하며 노인, 청년에 집중되어 있다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 정책적 제안으로는 유엔아동권리협약에 준수한 아동 주거정책 수립, 증거기반을 토대로 한 주거정책 시행, 중앙정부 책임 하 주거정책을 제안하였고, 실천적 제안으로는 지역사회가 주체가 되어 활동하는 아동 주거빈곤 예방활동, 아동 옹호적 관점에서 관계기관들이 연대하여 관련법, 정책, 공약 등을 분석하고 이슈화 하는 방안을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is provide better suggestions to utilize the small aircraft by examining current situations of those airports. Then, the results of this study should help explain about the Availability of the airports for small aircraft in view of airplane exhibition, air-sports activity fields for aviation sports population, aviation theme park, and aviation-related education facility. This study examines current situations of the small airports for small aircraft which have been limited in their utility and compares the airports at the same level abroad. By examining these airports, this paper can make suggestions for the Availability of the small airports. Significance of the study lies in providing businessmen planning to invest the small airports and owners of airports with profitable consequences. At the macro level, it is expected to have a more effective development of land and an increase of aviation market value.

There has been much efforts to facilitate healthcare innovation and many desirable outcomes were produced in Korea. However, some structural deficiencies were found. They are misalignment of research and development (R&D) subjects with healthcare system, lack of flexibility of current healthcare system to accommodate the radically innovative products, and lack of cooperation among innovation agent. Some suggestions to correct these deficiencies are discussed. The suggestions are as follows: relating Korean healthcare R&D to healthcare system, enhancement of institutional flexibility to allow innovative application of new technology, improvement of the R&D process, and reexamination of the role of academic medical centers.

The purpose of this study is to examine internet agent of IT(Information Technology) in health care industry Since IT is essential for corporate strategy in service management, this section examines IT in health care service, especially from the view of 'Agent Technology' that has been recently issued. Intelligent agent is a new paradigm for developing software applications. More than this, agent-based computing has been hailed as 'the next significant break-through in software development' and 'the new revolution in software'. And health care service is a non-mechanic, human-based service. This paper reviewed what possible suggestions or advices can be made to the health care service. Since many health care services using internet have been attempted over the recent years, this study will hopefully be able to come up with good suggestions from many aspects. Thus, information inequality between producer(physician) and consumer(patient) in health care service will be decreased through the introduction of agent technology.

The purpose of this study is to review the characteristics of the policy for supporting child care and education in Korea. In order to suggest the theoretical and practical issues for child care and education policy, it is necessary to evaluate the existing policies. Based on the review of the literature, the legal system, and the policy, the child care support system in Korea is evaluated to be fragmentary and inconsistent. And Korean child care policy is a mixture of the conservative and the liberal one. In order to meet the needs of the family and children of Korea, more progress approach to child care policy is needed. The suggestions of this study are to have Korean government give more weight on societal care of children, introduce children's allowance, integrating child care and education system and developing policy monitoring systems in Korea.

This paper originates from the questions concerning why Korea has had difficulties in boosting R&D service industries regardless of government efforts over a decade. We first review the intrinsic nature of the R&D services and set up four criteria such as establishment type, diversification of business models, coverage of client firms, and role of R&D service firms as innovation drivers and IP strategies, that will be used in interviewing and analyzing R&D service firms. Second, we carry out in-depth interviews of eighteen R&D service firms to understand business behaviors and relevant characteristics. Finally, we identify five groups of R&D service firms and conclude that differentiated polices have to be implemented according to the groups for promoting the industry effectively.
