유성음원과 무성음원을 사용하는 멀티펄스 음성부호화 방식(MPC)에 있어서, 유성음의 파형에서 일그러짐이 발생한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해, 재생파형의 일그러짐이 감소하도록 피치구간 마다 멀티펄스의 진폭과 위치를 보정하는 APC-MPC를 제안하였다. 또한 융복합 시스템의 8kbps 부호화 조건에서 APC-MPC의 SNRseg를 검토하고 부호화 시스템으로 구현하였다. APC-MPC의 SNRseg를 평가한 결과, APC-MPC의 남자음성에서 14.3dB, 여자음성에서 13.9dB 임을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 방법은 셀룰러폰이나 스마트폰과 같이 Low Bit Rate의 음원을 사용하여 음성신호를 부호화하는 방식에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

침입방지시스템은 네트워크에서 공격 서명을 찾아내어 자동으로 조치를 취하여 비정상적인 트래픽을 중단시키는 보안시스템이다. 수동적인 방어를 하는 침입차단시스템이나 침입탐지시스템과 달리 침입경고 이전에 침입을 중단시키는 개념의 솔루션이다. 침입방지시스템의 보안성 성능은 보안감사, 사용자 데이터 보호, 보안 인증 등에 좌우되며 성능은 탐지시간, 처리량, 공격차단 성능 등에 좌우된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 침입방지시스템의 보안성 성능평가를 위한 모델을 구축하기 위해 CC(Common Criteria : ISO/IEC 15408)와 소프트웨어 제품평가에 관한 ISO 국제표준을 근간으로 하여 융합 성능평가 모델을 구성하였다.

로봇 분야는 새로운 IT의 융합 가능성이 가장 큰 산업으로 주목받고 있으며, 최근 새로운 통신 기술과 클라우드 등이 등장하면서 융합로봇 서비스에 변화가 있을 것으로 전망되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 고령화 사회에서 클라우드 및 로봇산업의 환경, 클라우드 기반 로봇산업 서비스 제공가치와 특징, 시장에서의 고객 니즈 및 가치사슬의 분석을 통하여 클라우드 서비스 기반의 로봇산업 분야의 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 위한 설계 프레임워크를 제안하고, 또한 가치 및 고객만족도 등을 통해 제안된 비즈니스 모델의 평가를 위한 프레임워크를 설계한다. 본 연구는 클라우드 및 로봇 서비스 제공 기업들이 새로운 서비스 모델 개발 및 마케팅 전략 수립에 있어 의미 있는 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

One of the distinctive characteristics of industrial engineering (IE) is its multidisciplinarity. This paper explores the multidisciplinary nature of IE using journal citation network analysis. Using the relatedness indexes of IE journals obtained from journal citation report (JCR), we firstly construct the IE network only composed of 26 IE journals. The resulting IE network is partitioned into three sub-networks: management engineering, manufacturing/quality, and ergonomics. We then propose the IE convergence network which includes 81 related journals in other disciplines as well as 26 IE journals. Scrutinizing the IE convergence network reveals that IE has a high degree of interactions with seven disciplines : Operations Research and Management Science, Statistics and Probability, Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering Design, Business Management, Human Factors and Ergonomics. We investigate the contributions of the related disciplines to IE as well as contributions of IE to the related disciplines. The role of IE journals in exchanging knowledge with related disciplines is also identified by brokerage analysis. It is shown that visualizing and analyzing the IE convergence network can provide an excellent overview of the multidisciplinary structure of IE, which can help IE researchers easily grasp the state-of-the art of IE research.

The industrial life cycle theory was extended to the product life cycle theory and the corporate life cycle theory, but a conceptual life cycle was presented, and quantitative empirical evidence for this was insufficient. It is intended to improve appropriate resource planning and resource allocation by quantitatively predicting the industrial cycle and its position (age) in the cycle. Human resources, tangible assets, and industrial output analysis were conducted based on 28 years of actual data of 39 industries in Korea by applying the Gompertz model, which is a population ecology prediction model. By predicting with the Gompertz model, the coefficient of determination R2 value was 97% or more, confirming the high suitability with the actual cumulative sales value of the industry. A numerical model for calculating the life cycle of each industry, calculating the saturation of input resources for each industry, and diagnosing the financial stability of the industry was presented. These results will contribute to the decision-making of industrial policy officers for budget planning appropriately for each stage of industry development. Future research will apply the numerical model of this study to foreign national industries, complete an inter-industry convergence diagnostic model (e.g. ease of convergence, suitability of convergence, etc.) for renewal of fading industries.

최근 다양한 가상현실 콘텐츠들이 폭발적으로 개발되고 있는 상황에서 선행연구에서의 '우연 작동법'을 언급한 바, 본 연구에서는 가상현실에서 스텝시켄서를 구현하고자 한다. 가상현실의 이론적 배경과 사례분석을 통해 VR의 주요경험 가치 3가지, 제약극복가치(Value of Overcoming Constraints), 경험증강가치(Value of Strengthening Experience), 신 경험 창조가치(Value of Creating New Experience)를 제안 하였으며 스텝시켄서의 정체성은 유지하되 사용자가 4가지 영역으로 구분된 음악 콘텐츠들을 보다 쉽고 컨트롤이 편리하도록 임장감과 몰입요소가 가미된 융복합형 스텝시켄서를 개발 제시하였다. 향후 연구를 통해 지속 발전되어 보다 다양한 융복합 VR 콘텐츠가 제작되기를 기대해 본다.

Recently, South and North Korea summits agreed to implement the cooperation and promotion of medical healthcare at the third inter-Korean summit in Pyeongyang on September 18, 2018. Therefore, the South Korean government and its affiliated organizations have been looking for ways to establish a specific plan for support and exchanges in the field of healthcare and medical technology. In the background of the above new policy, radiation medicine technology can also contribute to the exchange in the field of healthcare and science & technology for the peaceful coexistence of one Korea. In this review, we analyzed and showed the status of healthcare and radiation medicine infrastructure in North Korea in order to further develop a plan to share the benefits of radiation medicine with North Korea in the exchange of healthcare and science & technology.

본 연구는 소프트웨어 신뢰성을 측정하기 위해 소프트웨어 신뢰도 측정 모형에 따라 소프트웨어 신뢰도를 측정하는 방법을 제시하려 한다. 본 연구에서 제시한 모형의 형태는 비동질적 포아송 과장의 분포를 이용하였으며, 제시된 모형의 소프트웨어 신뢰도를 측정하는 방안을 제시하였다. 제시된 모형에 따라서 적합한 소프트웨어 신뢰도 성장 모형을 선택하는 방법으로는 소프트웨어 고장 데이터에 따라서 신뢰도 함수의 추정 값에 따른 평균제곱오차를 계산하여 적합한 소프트웨어 신뢰도 함수를 제안하는 방법을 연구하였다. 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 품질을 측정하기 위한 신뢰도 함수를 제안하기 위하여 모델을 제시하고 고장데이터를 적용하여 추정 값의 오차를 최소화하는 관점에서 소프트웨어 신뢰도 함수를 선택할 수 있는 방안을 제시한 연구로 판단된다.

This study uses text mining compares and contrasts consumers' social media discourses on dietary related zero-waste movement before and after COVID-19. The results indicate that the amount of buzz on social networks for the zero- waste movement has been increasing after COVID-19. Additionally, the results of frequency analysis and topic modeling revealed that subjects associated with zero-waste movement were more diversified after COVID-19. Although the results of a sentiment analysis and word cloud visualization confirmed that consumers' positive responses toward the zero-waste have been increasing, they also revealed a need to educate and encourage those who are still not aware of the need for zero-waste. Finally, consumers mentioned only a small number of companies participating in zero-waste movement on SNS, indicating that the level of active involvement by such companies is much lower than that of consumers. Theoretical and educational implications as well as those for government policy-making are considered.

디지털 사이니지 시스템이 윈도우 OS에 장착 된 PC에서 작동 될 경우, 구현 가격이 매우 높다. 이러한 문제점을 해소하고자, 최신 스마트폰에 활용되는 ARM Coretex계열의 멀티코어 프로세서가 탑재된 안드로이드 OS 플랫폼 기반의 저전력 저가격의 디지털 사이니지 시스템과, 원격제어기술을 응용하여 어디서나 광고단말기를 원격제어하고 원격콘텐츠를 관리할 수 있는 융복합형 웹서버 기반의 원격 콘텐츠 관리용 서버프로그램을 개발하였다. 구현된 시스템은 디스플레이를 포함한 일체화된 디지털 사이니지 시스템으로, 저전력 모바일 플랫폼을 최적화한 하드웨어 인터페이스로 설계 구현되었고, 상황정보센서를 이용하여 조도, 온도, 날씨, GPS등의 주변상황 정보를 습득한 서비스 융합형 모델을 구현하는 구조로 설계 구현되었다. 또한 콘텐츠 자동생성 모듈은 컨텐츠 사용자에게 전용 저작 도구와 SMIL 기반의 자동으로 가동되도록 프레임 워크에 의해 규정된 컨텐츠를 제공하고, 사용자 정보 데이터베이스에 저장된 사용자 정보를 참조하여 사용자별 맞춤형 SMIL 컨텐츠를 생성해주는 융복합형 기능이 구현되었다. 개발된 디지털 사이니지 시스템은 기존 윈도우 OS 환경 대비 50% 이상의 소비전력 저감과 16포인트 멀티터치 기능을 구현하였고 상용화를 위한 기본 환경시험성능을 모두 만족하였다.
