유통망에서 핵심이 되는 공급 망 관리와 고객관리의 전산화 기반인 되는 POS 시스템이 유비쿼터스 개념의 도입으로 인한 데이터 통합을 위하여 XML을 이용하여 데이터베이스를 구축하고 XML의 단점인 보안을 위하여 공개키 기반구조의 인증서 기법과 보안의 표준인 XML-Encryption을 이용하여 분산처리 POS 시스템을 설계하였다. 이러한 POS 시스템은 네 가지의 장점을 가진다. 첫 번째 서버가 없으므로 매번 인증과 데이터 전송을 시도할 필요가 없다. 두 번째 XML로 데이터 베이스를 통합하여 프로그램 자체의 이식성을 높일 수 있다. 세 번째 데이터 전송에 있어서 XML 데이터를 암호화 후 데이터를 전송하기 때문에 데이터가 안전하다. 네 번째 POS 시스템 클라이언트 프로그램의 데이터 분산화 및 처리 속도의 향상을 위하여 데이터 처리할 때마다 암호화를 한 후 데이터 전송할 때 데이터를 모아서 전송한다.

KC Mark is one of the country's integrated legal force to the minimum mandatory certification mark system for safety. That is absolutely needed for manufacturing and sales of goods in Korea. This thesis intended to see what is prevalent for both imports and domestic products for illegal and defect and rebuild the ecosystem as soon as possible for the healthy development through public awareness. In this theses point out the seriousness of the problem based on the various kinds of press releases, data of KCA(Korea Consumer Agency), MOTIE(Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy) and KCA(Korea Customs Service) to the problem of certification system of KC mark and propose a solution to that issue. This study is considered to make befit the nation's place in the world and sustainable development is possible about the system of certification KC. This study expect more research on this issue in order to make enhance the confidence of KC mark.

On a conceptual point of SCM, as a order of development, physical distribution, logistics management, basic supply chain management and advanced supply chain management etc. they are magnifying gradually, confusing with information and analysis techniques which seems possible. But on executing, it has a lot of problems because it is so complex and wide, so the enterprise which knows necessity of SCM, they don't have a total execution solution. On this paper, we will focus a proposal of alternatives with reasonableness of manufacturing and making a profit of sales department like most of enterprises to overcome carelessness and unready strategy of investment. And we will find a element through a analysis of cases, a statistical method of effective SCM, and actual survey to propose a alternative proposal. And, we will prove the facts that it could be a guiding company which has a ability of cooperation with entities through the founding of supply chain.

This study intend to make easy modification, even if there is a new job or structure change, by modularizing program and computerize and automation of production control management used in CIM. Under the condition where manager control production on the job-site, for increasing connection with other operation and management on the computer by monitoring center computer, Recognizing information by computer is needed, it is possible by converting transaction. So production increase and quality improvement are possible by diminishing manager's and producer's work with the result of the study combining POP and CIM, after that, in e-business and m-business period that every enterprise must pass, customer satisfaction and sales promotion are possible with employee's computerizing minds. These study result also can knowledge process condition with theoretical class and have a power in finding a solution with foundation of theoretical knowledge.

POS(Point of Sales) 시스템이란 매출을 발생시키는 유통업체 금전출납계에 설치되어 매장에서 발생하는 판매시점의 모든 정보를 실시간으로 수집, 가공, 처리, 저장하여 각 부문별 정보를 분석, 평가, 종합 할 수 있는 상품의 판매 결과를 기록하는 시스템이다. 다양한 업종에서 POS SYSTEM(주문 관리 시스템)의 도입으로 보다 효율적인 업무를 처리하고 있지만 기존의 획일적인 POS 시스템들은 고가의 전용장비를 이용하고 물리적인 제약으로 인하여 비용, 규모, 구성면에서 적합하지 않다. 본 논문에서 제안한 유비쿼터스 기반의 ZigBee 를 이용한 시스템은 휴대단말기의 무선제어 기술과 연계를 통해 여타 기술 대비 편리성, 재사용성 및 시스템 구축 비용의 절감을 통해 시스템의 효율성을 높일 것 이다. 또한 네트워크 단축 경로 검색 기술과 양방향 통합 리모콘 설계와 같은 유비쿼터스 기반의 ZigBee 기술을 통해 시스템의 부가가치를 높이는 등 산업에 보다 나은 발전을 가져오게 될 것으로 전망된다.

This paper presents a stochastic partial inventory model for the situation in which demand is deterministic, lead time follows normal distribution and backorder ratio during the stockout period decreases exponentially according to the length of backorder period. In this situation, an objective function is formulated to minimize the average annual cost, which is the sum of the ordering, carrying time-proportional backordering, quantity-proportional backordering and lost sales costs. And then the procedure of iterative solution method for the model is developed to find optimal reorder point and order quantity and numerical example to illustrate the proposed method is presented.

A production/inventory system is considered in which a production facility produces one type of product. The demand for the product is given by a compound Poison process and is supplied directly from inventory when inventory is available and is lost when inventory is out of stock. The processing time to produce one item is assumes to follow a general distribution. An (s, S) policy is considered in which production stops at the instant the stock on hand reachs S and the setup of the production facility begins at an inspection point when the stock on hand drops to or below s for the first time. The time interval between two successive inspection points during a non-production period is a random variable which follows a general distribution.

공장자동화는 국제사회 속에서 살아 남기 위한 필수 요건이 되었다. 값싼 인건비를 무기로 제품 경쟁에 뛰어 들고 있는 주변국가와 경쟁하기 위해서는 인건비 절감과 품질 향상이 필수적이다. 본 논문은 POS용 키보드의 생산공정 중에서 조립된 키보드 칼라 라벨을 자동 검사하는 시스템 개발을 최종목표로 하였다. 현재, 산업용으로 폭 넓게 사용되고 있는 머신 비전 측정시스템은 흑백의 영상과 비교적 간단한 물체에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 그러나, Fig.1의 POS용 키보드는 일반 컴퓨터용 키보드와는 달리 각각의 키가 칼라 라벨로 되어있기 때문에 기존의 흑백 머신 비전 시스템으로 자동화를 구축하기는 힘들다.(중략)

본 연구는 최근 물류 활동 전반에 걸쳐 무선주파수를 이용해 상품과 사물에 내장된 정보를 읽어내는 기술인 RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) 응용기술과 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 POS(POS : point of sales) 시스템의 발전 형태를 예측하여, 향후 국내 외 대형 할인점에서 적용할 수 있는 RFID 기반의 이동형 u-POS 시스템의 핵심기술개발에 관한 연구이다. 본 연구는 RFID 기반의 이동형 u-POS 시스템의 핵심기술을 크게 H/W와 S/W로 구분하여 H/W 측면으로는 기존의 쇼핑 Cart를 대체 할 수 있는 u-Cart 개발을 목표로 하고, S/W 측면으로는 기존의 POS 시스템과 연동 할 수 있는 u-Cart의 클라이언트 어플리케이션과 매장관리 서비스 모듈의 개발을 목표로 한 내용에 대하여 발표하고자 한다.
