초고층 주상복합아파트 거주자의 주거만족도 (The Residential Satisfaction of Residents in High-rise Mixed-use Apartments)

  • This study investigates residents' living satisfaction with high-rise, mixed-use apartments built in the structures of reinforced concrete construction(RC) and with steel framed, reinforced concrete construction(SRC). The following study results were obtained: 1) Residents expressed below average satisfaction (below 3.0) with the common-area landscape and environmentally-friendly factors, children's playground and its facilities, community service for residents' by the management offices and utility plan. 2) According to the satisfaction of sound environment, residents of the SRC group expressed above average satisfaction. It can be concluded that noise problems around the residential area of the SRC group was well solved in this study. However, the residents of the SRC group expressed low satisfaction with the freshness of indoor air, humidity, and smell in the living quarters. 3) High-rise, mixed-use apartments should accommodate a familial life cycle, be designed as an environmentally friendly resting place in harmony with city life, and provide various communal programs for residents.

  • This study is to investigate residents' living satisfaction with high-rise mixed-use apartment complexes built in the structures of the reinforced concrete constructing and the steel framed reinforced concrete construction. The results of this study were obtained as follows: 1. Residents expressed below average satisfaction (below 3.0) with the common-area landscape and environmentally-friendly factors, children's playground and its facilities, community service for residents' by the management offices and the plan of utility. 2.According to the satisfaction of sound environment, residents of SRC group expressed above average satisfaction; it can be concluded that problems of causing noise around the residential area of the SRC and S groups were well solved in this study. However, satisfaction with the freshness of indoor air, humidity, and smell in the living quarters was rated low by the residents of SRC group. 3. High-rise mixed-use apartment complexes should accomodate families's life cycle, design an environmentally-friendly resting place in harmony with city life, and provide various communal programs for residents.

  • The purpose of this study is recognized the problems of parking and parking demand, supply and operation of the control etc. It is to provide an alternative for the overall parking problem. Parking problem occurs because there is not enough parking spaces. In order to solve the parking problem of Chil-gok 1 residential development district, this study propose making use of a road parking lot establishment and the school playground and the public facilities construction parking lot. But it is the methods which are short-term. A fundamental solution method is Levying garage option on car buyers. It is system to apply a law for establishing garages to all of vehicles.

체재형 가족농원의 주거시설에 대한 의식 (A Study on the Perception of a Kleingarten House)

  • The aim of this study was to determine the basic perception of Kleingarten house planning of Jeonbuk area. The survey method was used for data collection. The major finding were as follows: 1) Almost all respondents have a very positive attitude the participant of Kleingarten. Many respondents wanted the cheapest price for the Kleingarten rental fee and for the travel time between their home and Kleingarten to be under an hour. 2) Two different size of 45 and 66 $m^2$ were preferable for the house floor plans. The most preferable floor plan type chosen by the respondents was a house design with a terrace and the elderly householders especially preferred a house floor plan with an LDK design. 54.3 per cent respondents liked the log house and 93.3 per cent respondents liked the eco-friendly building materials such as wood, earth (Korean natural earth: whangto), and adobe bricks etc. 3) There were more needs for useful facilities such as a pergola, a grassy lawn, small ponds, a playground for the childrens, patio table settings, etc.

  • This is on-going project planned from June to August, 2003 for the development of sub-urban housing of 108 buildings on 30,000 pyung lot located in Dochuk-myun, Kwangju-si, Kyunggi-do. The Site is consist of 10 different building sizes ranging from 45pyung to 65pyung on 180 to 220pyung lot. Buyers can customize their types and functions based on given sizes. Most sub-urban housing until now was based on typical planning and had no regard for its characteristics of diverse location. To solve these problems, I designed each types according to its locational characteristics and gave each lot flexible shape to have identities. To take advantage of its undulation, I put playground and sports facilities like swimming pool and tennis court at the approach. Central square to the center and park and observatory to the top

학교 운동장과 녹지공간의 UTCI, PMV, WBGT 비교 분석 (Analyses on Comparison of UTCI, PMV, WBGT between Playground and Green Space in School)

  • 본 연구는 학교의 옥외공간 중 학생들의 휴식 및 활동량이 가장 많고, 높은 열과 낮은 열을 가지는 운동장 및 녹지공간을 대상으로 열적 쾌적성 지표 중 UTCI, PMV, WBGT를 이용하여 학생들이 느끼는 열적 쾌적성을 비교 분석하고자 하였다. 연구대상지는 인천광역시 학교시설(3개교)을 대상으로 하였으며, 조사기간은 2013년 7 ~ 8월까지 실시하였다. 측정항목으로 열적 쾌적성 지표의 경우 UTCI, PMV, WBGT를, 녹지구조는 녹피율과 녹지용적계수를 측정하였다. 학교별 녹지용적계수는 A학교($4.71m^3/m^2$) > B학교($3.34m^3/m^2$) > C학교($0.38m^3/m^2$)의 순이었으며 학교별 열적 쾌적성 지표를 살펴보면, UTCI는 녹지공간 $32.30{\sim}35.68^{\circ}C$, 운동장 $40.66{\sim}2.94^{\circ}C$, PMV수치는 녹지공간 1.76~2.66이었으며 운동장은 모두 3으로 나타났다. WBGT는 녹지공간 $26.15{\sim}31.38^{\circ}C$, 운동장 $31.67{\sim}34.53^{\circ}C$이었다. 3개 지표 모두 녹지공간 대비 운동장에서 매우 불쾌적한 수준이었다. 열적 쾌적성 및 녹지와의 상관분석결과, 열적 쾌적성 지표인 UTCI, PMV, WBGT 모두 일사, 흑구온도와는 정의 상관관계를, 녹피율 및 녹지용적계수와는 부의 상관관계로 나타났다.

평가인증기준에서 바라본 대전시 보육시설사례의 시설공간구성과 보육실 영역구성 조사 (Analysis of Space Organization and Classroom Zoning of Childcare Centers in Daejeon City by the Childcare Accreditation Criteria)

  • This study examines diagrams of space organization and classroom activity zoning through Korean Childcare Accreditation Criteria, and compares space diagrams with childcare facilities in Daejeon, and looks at similarities and differences between them. Space diagram from accreditation criteria show the classroom, adjoining toilets, napping areas, and community areas for playing, reading, cooking, teaching and holding materials. Classroom zone diagrams show 8 activity zones for entering, washing and toilet, making art, playing, reading, studying science, resting, playing role and wooden block. Six case studies in Daejeon, Korea were surveyed and classified into big, medium and small size facilities by the number of children. The space organization of case studies are similar to the diagrams, except that outdoor playground and indoor playrooms were not large enough at the small and medium size facilities. Classroom activity zoning was very similar to the conceptions, excluding the playarea from classroom, integrating the rest areas for reading, subdividing art into music and art, science, and into math and science, roleplay into roleplay and wooden block. In conclusion childcare centers in Daejeon are designed to the concept diagram of the accreditation criteria, with some flexibility, exclusion, integration, and subdivision of space and activity zones. It has been requested as to make each criteria fit to the facility sizes-big, medium and small.

서울지역 교육시설 및 공원 내 토양 중 분원성대장균군 오염실태 (Survey of fecal coliform contamination in sands of educational facilities and parks in Seoul)

  • Fecal coliform bacteria are indicators of fecal contamination and of the potential presence of pathogens associated with animal excreta, wastewater, sludge. This study examined the distribution of fecal coliform in sand of the playground at educational facilities and parks in Seoul. Fecal coliform were detected from 61 (22.1%) places out of 276 playgrounds. Escherichia (E) coli (75.4%) was found most frequently, followed by Cronobacter (Cro) sakazakii (8.7%), Klebsiella (K) pneumoniae (7.2%) and Actinobacter baumannii (4.3%). We also tested the bacteria for their susceptibility to 16 antibiotics using disk diffusion method. All the isolates were highly susceptible to cefepime, gentamicin, tetracycline, ciprofloxacin, enrofloxacin, nalidixic acid and sulfamethoxazole/ trimethoprim, but resistant to apramycin and cephalothin. E. coli and Cro. sakazakii were highly resistant to apramycin (100% and 83.3%), followed by cephalothin (51.9% and 50%) and ampicillin (19.2% and 16.7%). K. pneumoniae was highly resistant to ampicillin and apramycin (100%, respectively) but the remaining antibiotics were susceptible.

관련법규 변천이 아파트단지 내 어린이놀이터 변화에 미치는 영향 연구 - 서울시 소재 현장을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Effect of the Changes of Play Facilities on Rules Changes - Focusing on the City of Seoul -)

  • 본 연구는 약 20년 동안 어린이놀이터 관련법규의 변화내용을 연도별, 법규별로 분석하여 관련법규의 변화가 놀이터 디자인 변화에 영향을 주었는지 연구하였다. 분석결과, 법규별, 년도별 변천내용에 대한 연구대상지의 디자인 변화는 법규 항목별로 영향을 미치는 시기, 내용이 각각 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 첫째, 도로 및 주차장으로 부터의 이격거리, 놀이시설간 안전휀스의 설치, 내구성 있는 재료의 사용 등이 항목 개정시기 이후 디자인 변화에 영향을 준 것으로 나타나고 있다. 둘째, 법규의 제 개정 이후 디자인의 변화가 나타나는 항목들은 상록수의 차폐, 일조조건이 양호한 위치의 선정 등이다. 셋째, 법규의 변화가 놀이터 디자인 변화에 영향을 미치지 않는 항목은 놀이터 내 주민운동시설의 대체가능, 위생진단 연 2회 이상으로 나타났다. 이렇게 영향요인별로 차이가 발생한 원인은 놀이터 디자인에 정확히 반영할 수 있는 법규의 세부기준이 부족하여 임의 해석을 통하여 영향을 주거나, 시간이 지나면서 외부공간의 질적 향상의 변화추세에 맞추어 반영되어진 것으로 판단된다. 또한, 주민운동시설로의 대체는 완화규정이라 할 수 있어 연구대상지 여건에 따라 주관적인 반영이 있는 것으로 판단되어진다. 이러한 법규의 변화내용이 놀이터 디자인 변화에 정확히 반영이 되어지기 위한 법규의 개선방안을 제시하였다. 특히, 법규의 준수가 가능한 구체적 기준의 제정이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 예를 들어 상록수의 차폐는 놀이터 주변 녹지의 폭, 차폐 권장수종, 차폐의 길이 등의 보완이 필요하며, 일조조건이 양호한 위치는 놀이터의 향을 제한하거나, 인접 건축물과의 이격거리 기준 등을 제시하는 것이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 그리고 최근 설계지침과 과업내용에서 나타나며 서론에서 언급한 놀이의 기능을 충실히 하기 위한 다양한 외관, 변화가 가능한 형태, 테마공간의 부여 등 "어린이 놀이터 설계기준(가칭)"이 마련되어 법규의 부족한 부분을 보완하는 것이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

영아교사의 긍정적 놀이신념이 영아와의 상호작용에 미치는 영향에서 물리적 환경수준의 중재효과 (The Moderating Effect of the Physical Environmental-level Between Infant Teachers' Positive Play Beliefs and Teacher-infant Interaction)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the moderate effect of the physical environmental-level between infant teachers' positive play beliefs and teacher-infant interaction. Methods: The subjects of this study were 483 teachers in charge of one-year-old and two-year-old infants in child care centers located in metropolitan areas. The data were collected by asking the teachers to respond to a questionnaire and the data collected were analyzed through correlation and hierarchical multi- regression analysis. Results: First, the positive play beliefs of the infant teacher, the physical environment level, and the teacher-infant interaction showed significant proportional correlations. Second, the physical environment level moderated the influence of the teacher's positive play beliefs on teacher-infant interaction. In particular, results showed that functional interior space configuration, outdoor playground composition and facilities among the sub-variables of the physical environment level had a moderating effect. Conclusion/Implications: The results of this study show that teachers with positive play beliefs have positive teacher-infant interaction when there is sufficient space available for infants and teachers. This indicates that the human and physical environments of child care centers can promote teacher-child interaction.
