오늘날의 다양한 무선 시스템을 통한 서비스의 공존은 간섭 문제를 야기시킬 수 있으며, 제한된 주파수 대역을 효율적으로 활용하기 위해서는 보다 정확하고 효과적인 주파수 공유 기술에 대한 연구가 필수적이라고 할 수 있다. 특히 위성시스템이 가지는 광역성으로 인하여 지상시스템과의 주파수 공유는 필수적이다. Ka 대역 주파수를 사용하는 위성 시스템은 지향성 안테나를 사용하게 되므로 위성의 방위각을 고려한 주파수 공유 결과에 대한 분석은 주파수 효율성을 높이는데 매우 큰 역할을 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 위성망과 지상망과의 간섭을 안테나의 방위각을 고려하여 분석한 결과를 제시하고, 주파수 공유 시 요구되는 망간 최소 이격 거리를 분석한 결과를 제시함으로써 분석 결과가 실제 시스템 설계 및 구현에 활용될 수 있도록 하고 있다.

An international standard for the product model data, STEP, and a standard for the distributed object technology, CORBA, will play a very important role in the future manufacturing environment. These two technologies provide background for the sharing of product data and the integration of applications on the network. This paper describes a prototype CAD/CAE environment that is integrated on the network by STEP and CORBA. Several application servers and client software were developed to verify the proposed concept. The present CAD/CAE environments are composed of several individual software components which are not tightly integrated. They also do not utilize the rapidly expanding network and object technologies for the collaboration in the product design process. In the design process in a large organization, sharing of application resources, design data and analysis data through the network will greatly enhance the productivity. The integration between applications can be supported by two key technologies, CORBA(Common Object Request Broker Architecture) and STEP(Standard for the Exchange of Product Model Bata). The CORBA provides interoperability between applications on different machines in heterogeneous distributed environments and seamlessly interconnects distributed object systems. Moreover, if all the data in the CAD/CAE environment are based on the STEP, then we can exclude all the data conversion problems between the application systems.

This study surveyed 152 publicly traded companies to investigate group-performance based pay practices and its impacts on labor productivity. Compared a benchmark survey from Department of Labor, those companies show higher introduction rates, especially in small-to-medium sized companies. They also tend to pay profit-sharing bonus more in the form of company stocks and differentiate individual bonuses more by department performance than individual performance. The impact of group-performance based pay on labor productivity is positive and statistically significant. Economic value added per person in those companies adopting group-performance based pay tends to be higher and increases with the coverage of employees under the pay plan. It also reveals that the years after the play adoption are negatively associated with labor productivity.

Children's sex, temperament, and empathy were studied as antecedents of preschoolers' prosocial development. Eighty eight 5-, and 6-year-old children, 41 boys and 47 girls, were sampled in two kindergartens. Children's naturally occurring prosocial behaviors were videotaped in their classrooms for 21 minutes in 3 days. Teachers rated the children's prosocial tendency using a questionnaire. Empathy was measured individually with a picture/story measure, and mothers provided information on children's temperament using a questionnaire. The two measures of preschoolers' prosocial behaviors, teacher ratings and free play observations, were moderately related. Girls were more prosocial in terms of helping/sharing/cooperation in both teacher-ratings and free-play observations. Preschoolers' adjustability was moderately related to the prosocial behaviors of children in both teacher-ratings and observations. Boys' verbal empathy was related to the observed prosocial behaviors.

UPnP(Universal Plug & Play) 표준은 여러 이종기기들 사이에 다양한 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 공유할 수 있게 한다. UPnP 기기가 제공하는 콘텐츠에 대한 정보 찾기는 디렉터리 체계로 구성 되어있으며 여러 소스(source)를 통해 공유된 콘텐츠가 방대할 경우 사용자가 찾고자 하는 콘텐츠를 쉽게 찾을 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 메타데이터를 확장하여 시맨틱 어노테이션(semantic annotation)을 이용해 자연어 기반의 향상된 콘텐츠 검색 기능을 제공하는 방법을 제시한다.

Many system devices for fluoroscopic and general X-ray studies in diagnostic radiographic system have been being changed from analog mode to digital mode. In addition, among diagnostic imaging and radiologic examinations, fluoroscopic studies that requires functional diagnosis is being widely used. The video recording method of fluoroscopic studies has been useful in functional image diagnosis and dynamic image observation, but the utility of its image quality is being reduced because of limitation in setting play segments of the video player, inconvenience of play, difficulties in preserving reproduced images, the change of image quality, etc. In order to complement these shortages, it is necessary to facilitate access to patient diagnosis information such as storing, editing and sharing functional diagnosis images in response to the trend of the digitalization of digital radiographic & fluoroscopic system(DRF). Thus this study designed and implemented a device of storing functional dynamic images real time using a computer rather than existing video recording, aiming at contribution to functional image diagnosis.

최근 UPnP(Universal Plug and Play) 포럼은 인터넷을 통해 기기 간 연결을 가능하게 하는 UPnP 클라우드(Cloud) 규격을 제정하여 기존 UPnP 규격의 기능과 범위를 확장시켰다. UPnP 클라우드는 XMPP(Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol)를 이용하여 서로 다른 도메인에 위치하는 UPnP 기기들을 연결시켜준다. 본 논문에서는 UPnP 클라우드 규격의 세부내용을 소개하고 UPnP 클라우드가 어떻게 원격으로 콘텐츠를 공유할 수 있는지 그리고 DLNA(Digital Living Network Alliance)와 연계될 수 있는지 알아본다.

본 논문에서는 사용자 편의를 고려하여 개인 콘텐트를 공유할 수 있는 푸쉬형 (Push Type)의 디스플레이를 제안하였다. 기존의 Web 기술과 UPnP (Universal Plug and Play)를 확장하여 브로드밴드상의 디바이스에 콘텐트를 Push 하거나 디바이스를 직접 제어 가능하게 하는 WPnP (Wideband Plug and Play)를 제안하였다. 또한, 서버에서 각 디바이스 별 메타데이터를 관리함으로써 사용자간의 콘텐트 공유를 쉽게 할 수 있었다. 제안된 설계는 직접 시스템에 구현하였다.

한국의 의학도서관늘은 학술잡지 공동이용을 위하여 한국의학도서관협의회를 주축으로 1969년부터 상호대차를 활발하게 진행해 왔다. 의학정보에 대한 종합데이터베이스는 서지통정기관이 없는 설정이어서 자료 공동이용이 체계적으로 이루어지지 않고 있으며, 분담수서는 실행하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 학술잡지의 공동이용체계를 발전시키는 방안을 연구하기 위하여 국내외 의학관련 정보기관의 운영실태를 파악하였으며, 의학연구자와 현장 의학사서에게 보낸 설룬지극 토대로 발전방안을 모색하였다. 그리고 1년 간의 MEDLIS운영결과 자료를 토대로 학술잡지 중 복구독현황, 상호대차 현황, 시스템운영에 대한 사용자의 요구사항 등을 분석하였다. 이러한 종합적인 데이터에 근거하여 학술잡지 공동이용의 발전 방안을 설계하였다. 학술잡지 공동이용체제 확립을 위해 한국에 의학전문정보센터를 설립하고 산하에 전국의 8개 지역센터를 두고, 지역센터를 중심으로 1차 분담수서를 계획하고, 2차로 전국적인 분담수서를 계획하는 방법으로 설계하였다. 상호대차요구의 집중화현상을 해결할 수 있는 방안으로 신청되는 요구는 1차로 지역센터에서 처리하고, 해당지역에 소장되지 않은 자료는 2차로 전극지역으로 단계적으로 신청하는 체제로 설계하였다.
