Purpose: New sports is a modified physical activity which is developed for participants to easily learn and play. This study is to analyze distribution channels and related strategies of Korea new sports and to discuss strategies for promoting Korea new sports, especially for two-two ball. Research design, data, and methodology: The study reviewed literatures including documents of Dae-Han two-two-ball association and new sports related research articles. Results: First, Dae-Han two-two-ball association has introduced two two ball to consumers via educational organizations such as schools and youth education sectors. Second, Dae-Han two-two-ball association has introducted two two ball to school teachers by teacher training sessions. Third, Dae-Han two-two-ball association has educated future instructors and provided certificates to them. Fourth, Dae-Han two two ball association has applied governmental projects and sought to promote domestic new sports. Finally, Dae-Han two two ball association has hosted national events every year for facilitating Korea new sports across nation. Conclusions: In conclusion, Korea new sports shoud be spread out by school teachers and educational organizations. Two-two ball association needs to develop a systematic educational and managerial process for training instructors. Finally, Two-two ball association needs to make opportunities of teacher training sessions. Future directions were discussed.

Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) is a neurodevelopmental genomic imprinting disorder involving a lack of gene expression from the paternal chromosome 15q11-q13 region. This is typically due to paternal 15q11-q13 deletions (in approximately 60% of cases), maternal uniparental disomy 15, or when both 15s are from the mother (about 35% of cases). An imprinting center controls the expression of imprinted genes in the chromosome 15q11-q13 region. PWS is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by mental retardation and distinct physical, behavioral, and psychiatric features. Characteristic behavioral disturbances in PWS include excessive interest in food, skin picking, difficulty with a change in routine, temper tantrums, obsessive and compulsive behaviors, and mood fluctuations. Individuals with PWS typically have intellectual disabilities (borderline to mild/moderate mental retardation) and exhibit a higher overall level of behavior disturbances compared to individuals with similar intellectual disabilities. This condition severely limits social adaptations and quality of life. Different factors have been linked to the intensity and form of these behavioral disturbances, but there is no consensus regarding the cause. Consequently, there is still controversy surrounding management strategies and there is a need for new data. PWS is a multisystem disorder. Family members, caregivers, physicians, dieticians, and speech-language pathologists all play an important role in the management and treatment of symptoms in an individual with PWS. Here we analyze behavioral problems in children and adults with PWS by age and review appropriate management and treatment strategies for these symptoms.

Online consumer activities have increased considerably since the COVID-19 outbreak. For the products and services which have an impact on everyday life, online reviews and recommendations can play a significant role in consumer decision-making processes. Thus, to better serve their customers, online firms are required to build online-centric marketing strategies. Especially, it is essential to define core value of customers based on the online customer reviews and to propose these values to their customers. This study discovers specific perceived values of customers in regard to a certain product and service, using online customer reviews and proposes a customer value proposition methodology which enables online firms to develop more effective marketing strategies. In order to discover customers value, the methodology employs a text-mining technology, which combines a sentiment analysis and topic modeling. By the methodology, customer emotions and value factors can be more clearly defined. It is expected that online firms can better identify value elements of their respective customers, provide appropriate value propositions, and thus gain sustainable competitive advantage.

Cardiovascular disease, especially ischemic heart disease, is a major cause of mortality worldwide. Cardiac repair is one of the most promising strategies to address advanced cardiovascular diseases. Despite moderate improvement in heart function via stem cell therapy, there is no evidence of significant improvement in mortality and morbidity beyond standard therapy. The most salutary effect of stem cell therapy are attributed to the paracrine effects and the stem cell-derived exosomes are known as a major contributor. Hence, exosomes are emerging as a promising therapeutic agent and potent biomarkers of cardiovascular disease. Furthermore, they play a role as cellular cargo and facilitate intercellular communication. However, the clinical use of exosomes is hindered by the absence of a standard operating procedures for exosome isolation and characterization, problems related to yield, and heterogeneity. In addition, the successful clinical application of exosomes requires strategies to optimize cargo, improve targeted delivery, and reduce the elimination of exosomes. In this review, we discuss the basic concept of exosomes and stem cell-derived exosomes in cardiovascular disease, and introduce current efforts to overcome the limitations and maximize the benefit of exosomes including engineered biomimetic exosomes.

This study investigates the impact of educational management on the performance of scholars in the field of nano/micro-level composites. The objective is to understand how effective management strategies can enhance the academic achievements and research outcomes of students specializing in this advanced area of materials science. Through a combination of qualitative and quantitative methodologies, data was collected from various educational institutions renowned for their programs in nano/micro-level composites. Our results indicate that tailored educational management practices significantly improve student performance. Key strategies identified include personalized mentorship programs, interdisciplinary collaboration opportunities, and access to state-of-the-art laboratory facilities. Institutions that implemented these practices observed a marked increase in the quality and quantity of research outputs, higher student satisfaction rates, and improved post-graduation employment prospects in relevant industries. Furthermore, the study highlights the importance of continuous professional development for educators to stay abreast of the latest advancements in nano/micro-level composites. By fostering an environment of innovation and support, educational management can play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of researchers and professionals in this cutting-edge field. These findings underscore the necessity of strategic educational management in optimizing the academic and professional trajectories of scholars in nano/micro-level composites, ultimately contributing to advancements in technology and industry applications.

Background: Dental hygienists, who play a vital role in promoting oral health, experience burnout due to various factors. This study aimed to identify these factors through a scoping review of the literature on burnout among dental hygienists in Korea to develop prevention and intervention strategies for burnout. Methods: The literature review was conducted following a scoping review protocol, which included five stages: identifying the literature question, identifying relevant studies, study selection, charting the data, summarizing, and reporting the results. Of the 352 documents initially reviewed, 35 were ultimately selected as final studies. These documents were analyzed to identify general characteristics and key variables related to burnout and to review the recommendations made by the studies. Results: Analysis of the final documents revealed that most studies published between 2013 and 2018 involved sample sizes ranging from 201 to 300 participants. Burnout-related characteristics include age, salary, work experience, and marital status. Emotional labor was the key variable most frequently identified, followed by intention to leave, job stress, job satisfaction, job involvement, and self-efficacy. Conclusion: This study suggests that strategies for preventing and intervening in burnout should be developed through both personal efforts and institutional measures. This approach will improve the work environment for dental hygienists and, consequently, enhance the quality of dental healthcare services.

This paper analyzes the contents and the effects of the UNSC 2270, and its implications to South Korea's defense strategy and navy. The UN Security Council passed strong sanctions against North Korea which punish North Korea's 4^th nuclear test. The sanctions compared to the previous ones require international society to take practical actions such as comprehensive trade bans as well as diplomatic isolation which will put significant pains on North Korea. Especially, these measures would greatly hamper economic development policy of Kim Joung-un regime. Because Kim Jung-un regime has inherent legitimacy problems which stems from the third family succession of the power, economic difficulties may play an important cause on the regime instability in the long term. In fact, the United States sees this possibility as an option to coerce North Korea in which North Korea choose denuclearization for its regime survival. Nevertheless, the prospects of the UN sanctions are not so optimistic. Considering North Korea's willingness for nuclear development and its level of nuclear technology, North Korea will try to play a gambit with the US and South Korea by exploiting its strategic advantages. North Korea's response will have three following strategies. First, it would actively pursue political and economic survival strategy by using China's support for the regime, strengthening its power grip in the name of countering US hostile policy, and enhancing peace propaganda. Second, North Korea will accelerate efforts to position its status as a nuclear de facto state. For this purpose, it could create nuclear crisis on the peninsula. Third, it would exploit local provocations as an exit strategy to get over the current situation. In order to counter North Korea's actions and punish North Korea's behavior strongly, South Korea needs following strategies and efforts. It should first make all the efforts to implement the UN sanctions. Strong and practical nuclear deterrence strategy and capability with the U.S. should be developed. Effective strategy and capabilities for the prevention and deterrence of North Korea's provocation should be prepared. For this purpose, North Korea's provocation strategy should be thoroughly reviewed. Active international cooperation is needed to punish and coerce North Korea's behavior. Finally, South Korea should prepare for the possible occurrence of North Korea's contingency and make use of the situation as an opportunity to achieve unification. All these strategies and efforts demand the more active roles and missions of South Korea's navy and thus, nullify North Korea's intention militarily.

The main purpose of this study was to treat pica in a 2.8 year old child with severe mental retardation along with autistic tendencies. His developmental age ranged from 12 to 15 month on the DDST and he had no means of communication. He was on Tegretol 200mg for seizure control. His pica involved thumb sucking, putting toys into his mouth, and licking furniture wherever he went Besides pica, he had a rumination problem. The treatment strategies for his pica consisted of two phases : In phase 1, The child was taught toy play through a 3-step guided compliance training, while his pica and rumination behaviors were recorded to investigate whether active toy play could effect any change in the untreated pica and rumination behaviors of this child. In phase 2, a facial screening was used as a means to control his pica, while his rumination was recorded to see whether controlling his pica could bring any change in the untreated ruminating behavior. The results showed that the facial screening was very effective in decreasing his pica from an average of 18.6 times per 15 minute in the baseline to 2.3 times post-treatment. Response covariation was observed across pica and rumination while toy play compliance training alone was being conducted, and covariation across rumination was observed while pica alone was being treated with facial screening.

Despite the significance of functional thinking at the elementary school level there has been lack of research on teachers who play a major role in making students be engaged in functional thinking. This study surveyed 119 elementary school teachers to investigate their knowledge of functional thinking for teaching. A written assessment for this study was developed with a focus on the knowledge of mathematical tasks and instructional strategies to teach functional thinking. The results of this study showed that many teachers were able to design tasks corresponding to both the additive relationship and the multiplicative relationship, and to justify some strategies to promote functional thinking. However, some teachers had lack of understanding with regard to the core ideas of functional thinking. Based on these results this study is expected to suggest implications on what aspects of knowledge are further needed for elementary school teachers to promote students' functional thinking.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how children use the PAIR strategy for their audiences in the writing on the screen and how the comments play a role to communicate between an author and audiences. In order to perform this research, 7 elementary school students(4th-6th grade) participated in the literary education program designed to promote to write on the screen. As a result, 42 body texts(635 sentences) and 424 comments of children's writing on the screen were collected and analyzed according to the PAIR strategies and performance behaviour. The findings are as follows: first, 'attracting' is used the most among PAIR strategies and second, the most frequent performance behavior of comment is 'expression'. These findings indicate that children's writing strategy considering audiences tends to be emotionally appealing and performance behavior of comment is likely to focus on affective expression.
