Efforts to improve the quality of university education, that is, advanced plans for innovative university education, are needed in the face of changes in educational demand due to rapid changes in new industries and society and the competition for survival due to a rapidly decreasing school-age population with the full-fledged start of the era of the 4th industrial revolution is being demanded. In particular, it is necessary to apply a system for student counseling and guidance management through college life adjustment diagnosis from students entering college to graduation. Accordingly, each university is promoting a project to upgrade a course-linked integrated platform based on core technologies of the 4th industrial revolution era, such as big data and artificial intelligence (AI). Therefore, in this study, based on the field of information security major, we intend to present a plan to advance the student management system for innovative university education.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore areas that have been studied extensively in previous studies related to franchising as a platform for global distribution. Furthermore, franchising is a strategic distribution method that gives entrepreneurs the opportunity to replicate an established business model. In addition, franchisees benefit from the use of established branding and receive support from the franchisor. Research design, data, and methodology: This study used the Preferred Reporting Items Systematics Review and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) method to analyse data from 2003 to 2023 in the Web of Science and Scopus databases. Results: A total of 79 articles were identified and analysed to see trends and related themes such as product distribution, business distribution, business strategy, emerging market, and franchising relationship. Also, publication trends by year related to franchises are also presented. Conclusions: Overall, the research trend related to franchising as a global distribution is well seen, and every year, many researchers begin to explore the topic of franchising as a method of distribution that can be explored from various aspects either quantitatively or qualitatively. Lastly, limitations and recommendations are made to provide guidance for future studies related to the topic broadly and deeply in enriching the findings.

In this paper, we propose the standard architecture for the IFF interface SW in naval combat management system(CMS). The proposed standard interface architecture is a method designed to reduce modification efforts and man-month of reliability test for the existing the IFF interface SW of 11 types. We identified highly dependent CMS and GFE information, leading to the redefinition of standard requirements and functions, and proceeded with the initial design applying the Naval Shield Component Platform(NSCP). Subsequently, using the Feature Model, we derived additional common and variable elements for the interface of multiple CMS and GFE. Considering the S.O.L.I.D principles, we designed the final architecture. The proposed IFF Interface SW, based on the standard architecture, is expected to enhance management efficiency through a common architecture, increase code reusability and scalability, and reduce development costs by shortening reliability testing times.

This study aims to propose strategies for cultivating professionals in the field of art archives, drawing insights from the perceptions and opinions of practitioners and researchers involved in the establishment of professional human resources for the systematic management and utilization of art archives. To achieve this objective, in-depth interviews with practitioners and records management researchers related to art archives and policies were conducted. The grounded theory methodology, a qualitative research approach, was used in the analysis of interviews. The outcome yielded 57 concepts, 27 subtopics, and 13 super-topics. Through this, the study provides a comprehensive review of persistently emerging challenges related to art archive professionals, and by analyzing the opinions of experts in each field, this research presents effective ways to revitalize professional human resources. Ultimately, this study offers valuable implications that underscore the significance of professionals, who are prerequisites in art archives, within society and provide a platform for art archivists in museums to establish themselves as art archive professionals.

Lately, the development and utilization of technology of the Internet of Things(IoT), and Fintech have been on the rise and amid the emerging convergence of system and service, mobile payment system and location based service technology have received much attention. Considering the fact that smartphone users are currently utilizing mobile payment frequently, many corporations are introducing various methods to the market for easy payment process of consumers by grafting various technologies, and by utilizing the technology based on BLE technology and location based technology, it is emerging as new method applied to payment service such as ZEP, for easy payment process. And by checking the existence of security threats and studying the attack techniques in these payment services, we strive to suggest a method of response based on big data platform.

Recently, Mobile Social Network Game market has grown rapidly because Smart devices has been spreading to many people and improving performance. Push notification, which is a success factor of the mobile social network game brought about stress to the user. However, there is no study on push notifications in the mobile social network game; it was difficult to understand for the use of push notifications. The Games of Kakao talk platform has various push notification system and provides detailed descriptions. On the other hand, the game linked to Facebook has minimal push notification system. In the future, if game companies develop push notification system by the characteristics of user, mobile social network games be able to derive the user's use continuously.

A smart phone has functions of both telephone and computer. The wide spread use of smart phones has sharply increased the demand for mobile commerce. The smart phone based mobile services are available anytime, anywhere. In commercial transactions, a digital signature scheme is used to make legally binding signature to prove both integrity of commercial document and verification of the signer. Smart phones are more risky compared with personal computers on the problems of how to protect privacy information. It's also easy to let proxy user to authenticate instead of the smart phone owner. In existing password or token based schemes, the ID is not physically bound to the owner. Thus, those schemes can not solve the problem of proxy authentication. To utilize the smart phone as the platform of mobile commerce, a study on the new type of authentication scheme is needed where the scheme should provide protocol to get legally binding signature and not to authenticate proxy user. In this paper, we create the mobile ID by using both the USIM and voice template of the smart phone owner. We also design and implement the user authentication scheme based on the mobile ID.

This paper proposes a software development guidance and an evaluation index for the productivity related to Spring 2.5 and EJB 3.0 with same lightweight container architecture. Spring is a known successful open source standard model for lightweight container architecture. EJB in an enterprise environment as a standard framework is most commonly used in production. However, there is no comparison research about the performance of Spring 2.5 and EJB 3.0 Framework with same identical platform. Quantitative analysis is supported as a part of LoC(Line of Code) analysis. There is a limit to develop the updated software with no the specific evaluating index for the productivity of the software. In this study, the development platform environment based on the same pilot system Spring 2.5 and EJB 3.0 framework is in the design and implementation. In addition, comparison and standardization of software development productivity assessment is to provide guidance.

This paper suggests U-healthcare system for individual health management realizing the gateway, client, and Java-based network server by using the vital signal measuring system and android-based mobile platform. This study realized the vital signal measuring system based on the technology to measure the ECG, oxygen saturation, blood pressure, and respiration, etc. And all the information of measurement was transmitted to the mobile gateway using the 3-bite transmission protocol consisting of headers and data. The data transmitted to the mobile gateway was used to examine the mobile client's personal health indexes through the network server. This paper realized and tested the android-based gateway, client, and the broadcasting network server and verified their validity with simulations and actual humans. As a result, the U-healthcare system suggested was proved to be effective in managing each individual's health from short distance and long distance. And it could examine each individual's health conditions in real-time and was found to be advantageous in that it could secure the guardian's mobility.

Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning have boosted up launching more 'GRI(Government Research Institute) Spin-off High-tech startup' to accelerate the technology commercialization of GRI technologies via the alternative of high-tech startup since 2101. This paper is proposing to found the global platform of accommodating more successful high-tech startup with diagnosing the current policy platform of launching GRI high-tech startup. This paper deliver the outcomes of case study including FGI research over developing the ideas of the experts for the policy line-up of starting from GRI technologies-Hardware Manufacture-BtoB-Global. The research result suggests that the focus of policy should falls not on the quantitative goals, but on more disruptive successful case through utilizing uprising private equity investment in the early stage of business. One of the best policy brought by this research is 'Inbound Globalization Strategy of bringing global early stage investors in Korea for incubation and investment rather than sending out our startup to global without validation by global investor.
