  • Tourism demand is expected to continue to rise, actively respond to these demands and customer needs, optimize and differentiated consumer-based content development and delivery that incorporates principals of the need for mediation, is increasing. Smartphone and internet represented SNS collects information based on customer and customer needs by providing differentiated content to meet the cost and the total satisfaction of all tourism is needed to build Platform Company.   • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate how the type of virtual reality content production affects the interaction and immersion that is a virtual reality characteristic, and to provide the platform companies and content producers with the basic information necessary to provide the production and service of content suitable for VR characteristics. Methods: Based on the data collected in the survey, multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were used. The measurement tools used in this study were studied through three-dimensional composition, including the characteristics and interaction and immersion of content produced in 2D, 3D and 360°, which are elements of virtual reality characteristics. Results: The results of this study are as follows. Among the types of content production, content produced with 2D and 360 technologies was found to affect immersion, while content produced in 3D affected interaction. Motion sickness has been investigated to affect both immersion and interaction. Conclusion: Service-provided platform enterprises and content-making enterprises should consider content-making and providing services that suit service characteristics and purposes, taking into account the characteristics of interaction and immersion in content-making investment and service delivery.

  • The pet industry is also developing and growing in various ways as the number of companions is steadily increasing around the world and social awareness of pets has changed to members of the "family." The pet tech market, which can check health changes early by utilizing IOT technology, is also drawing attention as pets often cannot be expressed even if they have health problems. Based on this problem recognition, this study aims to promote the cold chain service market by developing important animal sample transport services in the pet healthcare market and to develop solutions that satisfy all stakeholders such as pets, pets, and animal hospitals. It was developed to apply sustainability related to society and culture as well as economic and environmental values in the research process.

  • Meteorological information is essential for the safe operation of aircraft. Many organizations both at home and abroad provide meteorological services for small aircraft flying at a low altitude as a part of open public service and have performed relevant studies. Recently, such a service has been expanded to an online platform in order to deliver information more efficiently. The ultimate goal of this study is to improve the meteorological service for small low-altitude aircraft that mostly travel a short distance for a short time. To achieve this goal, this study considered requirements for developing an effective information delivery system and conducted a survey of user requirements to derive the necessary information that could be used to develop a real service.

  • The O2O services in the healthcare sector have only been in full swing for about three years, and unlike existing O2O consumer goods, the scale and scope of the dispute are more complicated due to restrictions on medical treatment. In this study, O2O service platform operators and medical institutions' roles and responsibilities were redefined as a countermeasure for resolving disputes in healthcare O2O services and the laws for changing the transaction environment. A change in institutional mechanisms was proposed. This study looked at the types of consumer disputes related to healthcare O2O services as insufficient information problems, problems in the course of medical service implementation, problems with immunity provisions for platform operators, cancellations, and non-compliance with refunds. All the information generated during transactions in the healthcare sector was extensive in scale and included the most sensitive information among personal information, stressing the importance of ensuring security. The area that started in the O2O range before the medical institution visit also proposed a plan to establish a system for the delivery of proven information as a pre-medical person. The scale and growth will grow faster, given that consumers can experience the information they want anytime, anywhere they want. However, the platform broker's role, a link player, will become more important because consumers who use the service will have their first meeting with non-face-to-face product providers. On the other hand, service providers may have side effects of misleading consumers by providing false information or misleading consumers through exaggerated advertisements. The O2O service market is expected to expand beyond distribution and dining out to the entire industry. However, since it is challenging to check accurate statistics on the detailed market, various disputes and consumer protection measures will be required for each detailed market, and comprehensive leading solutions will be essential in the future.

  • Nowadays, in network business and communication, structures and systems are independently constructed with existing IT services and 3G services without considering common functions between them. In order to solve these problems, the study on the structure and interface of the SDP can efficiently provide the methodology of existing or new services to users and easily develop to service providers. In this paper, we will suggest an adequate structure of the SDP, and then present the implementation of a presence service enabler that is one of basic components in the SDP.

Revitalization of Chinese Tourism in Baotu Spring Park of Jinan through Service Design Thinking

  • Baotu Spring Park, a must-visit place in Jinan, China, has been rated as the country's highest-level scenic spot by the Chinese government. However, social media that highly reflects public opinions tends to express a lower evaluation of Baotu Spring Park. Thus, this paper employs service design thinking methods to identify the problems of Baotu Spring Park and provide solutions from the perspective of visitors. Based on desk research, tourist behavior tracking, contextual interviews, and a customer journey map, it was found that the service gap of Baotu Spring Park lacks a unified and effective instruction system. Also, the activities, parking, and high-quality tourist souvenirs are deficient, and there is no online information delivery platform. Finally, five suggestions are made,-respectively:,- redesign the sign system, enhance the participation of tourists, redesign the tourist souvenirs and display space, offer parking areas and shuttle buses, as well as set up a dedicated application.

  • With the development of the internet of things, sensor and device are can be applied to various scenario. Overall improving of the dependability index of internet of things is the ultimate goal. And reliability aims to increase the success rate of internet of things service delivery. Many studies about internet of things system have been made on the system to assess a dependability for providing reliable service to user, but it has difficult to reflect the user context for evaluating the device reliability. Also, most do not consider the availability of content information. In this paper, it proposed dependable device searching system in the internet of things environment. This system evaluates device dependability based on device status and measured data. Through the proposed system, it can be provided reliable context information for user-centric service.

Implementation of a Weather Hazard Warning System at a Catchment Scale (시스템 구성요소 통합 및 현업서비스 구축)

  • This study is a part of "Early Warning Service for Weather Risk Management in Climate-smart Agriculture", describes the delivery techniques from 840 catchment scale weather warning information using 150 counties unit special weather report(alarm, warning) released from KMA(Korea Meteorological Administration) and chronic weather warning information based on daily weather data from 76 synoptic stations. Catchment weather hazard warning service express a sequential risk index map generated by countries report occurs and report grade(alarm, warning) convert to catchment scale using zonal summarizing method. Additional services were chronic weather warning service at crop growth and accumulated more than 4 weeks, based on an unsuitable weather conditions, representing a relative risk compared to its catchment climatological normal conditions (normal distribution ) in addition to special weather report. Service provided by a real-time catchment scale map overlaid with VWORLD open platform operated by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. Also provide a foundation for weather risk information to inform individual farmers to farm located within the catchment zone warning occur.

  • This paper describes an Adaptive Context-aware Service (ACS) using Model Driven Architecture (MDA)-based Service Creation Environment (SCE) on PARLAY X based service delivery platform in ubiquitous computing environments. It can be expected that both the context-awareness and adaptation in ubiquitous computing environments will be deployed. But the existing context-aware middleware lacks in considering adaptation. Therefore, the object of this paper is to support the architecture and the Application Programming Interface (API) of the network service for both the context-awareness and adaptation in ubiquitous computing environment. ACS is to provide users with the adaptive network service to the changing context constraints as well as detecting the changing context. For instance, ACS can provide users with QoS in network according to the detected context, after detecting the context such as location and speed. The architecture of ACS is comprised of a Service Creation Environment (SCE), Adaptive Context Broker and PARLAY gateway. SCE is to use Context-based Constraint Language (CCL) for an expression of context-awareness and adaptation. Adaptive Context Broker is to make a role of the broker between SCE and PARLAY G/W. PARLAY G/W is to support API for PARLAY X-based service delivery platform.
