Urban parks and open spaces provide the community residents with the most easily accessible source for outdoor recreation, contributing also to the improvement of quality of natural environment in urban area. The demands of urban residents' for more and better green area are ever-increasing. However, the level of most urban open spaces which are easily accessible for residents are not satisfactory to meet the residents' demand in availability and in quality as well. Most existing urban open spaces are simply built of green areas only or have been developed in almost identical design with little consideration for individual uniqueness of the site. When developing neighbourhood parks in urban housing complexes, for example, little consideration is being given to topographical conditions, interrelation with the adjacent green area, or viability of the urban ecosystem. In many cases, urban park development projects are being done with serious negligence of natural properties of the site, by even destroying existing healthy woodlands. for instance. The objectives of this study are; -To survey on the domestic and the overseas cases of regulatory systems, development status and planning methods for urban open space. -To identify underlying issues of residental park developments in urban housing projects and establish appropriate improvement measures thereof, by studing and analyzing current-use data of developed urban parks and management status thereof. -To establish improved standards for urban open space planning, by integrating above surveys and studies, and recommendation for revision of related legislation is also presented to implement these standards.

본 연구에서는 기존 유치원 교육공간의 문제점 및 시설적 한계를 탈피하여 미래 사회 및 미래 교육의 변화에 대응하여 유치원 교육공간의 구체적인 실행 모델구축을 위한 기초연구로써 국내 사례조사와 전문가 자문 결과를 바탕으로 계획방향(Criteria)을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 누리과정에 대한 고찰과 국내 사례분석, 유치원 전문가 협의회를 통해 유치원 시설계획에 대한 구체적인 기준 개정을 통해 구체적인 실행 모델 구축을 위한 기초자료로 사용됨으로써 추후 교육정책에 따른 긍정적인 효과를 주는데 기여하고자 한다. 주요 연구결과로는 사례분석과 자문협의를 통해 배치계획, 일반교실과 지원시설, 공용공간, 외부공간으로 구분된 시설기준 및 계획방향을 도출하였으며, 향후 본 기초연구에서 도출된 시설기준을 바탕으로 공간에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하고, 체계화를 위한 과정이 필요하다.

Because of the increasing demand for day care centers, The Korean government has enforced childcare accreditation. The government has created the evaluation certification system for child care facilities. But the system includes variable items, and the physical rules are not sufficient for ensuring security and quality amenities. So this study, through literature search, examined the rules of Child Care Centers in the U.S. and compared them with those in Korea focusing on the provision of security and amenities. The standards found in 4 U.S. states were investigated, and the results are as follows. The rule pertaining to the size of indoor activity spaces in C.C.C. allows the spaces to be smaller in Korea than in the U.S. There is no specific criterion for infants and toddlers in our standard. When comparing the standards of Korea with those of the United States, Korea's standards do not state specific rules about child care facilities such as indoor furniture, finishes and space planning. Additionally, the binding force ensuring compliance with the standards of physical facilities is weak. Thus, the ratings of child care standards for the physical environment should be presented in detail. And if a center does not comply with the criteria, stronger penalties will have to be imposed.

This study has described information literacy standards have been chosen for teaching students the methods for developing the information competency, closely connected with other subjects in school curriculums beyond the traditional school library users education. According to the Bloom's educational objective texonomy, the information literacy standards have been classified into two domains, cognitive domain and affective domain, and investigated. Desirable information literacy standards have been developed and chosen.

Seasonal water requirements by paddy rice is important to water budgeting for the water resources planning at a basin scale. This paper compares the water requirements resulting from different approaches for the Han River Basin. The demands from the drought years of 1967 and 1968 were found to be significantly less than the irrigation standards. This may result in significant underestimation of the basin-wide water demands. A conversion factor method is proposed to define seasonal irrigation demands. The factor is defined from the ratios of the standards for each growing stage to the drought year demands. The results were compared satisfactorily with those from the irrigation standards, and readily applicable to the water resources planning.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the contents of the cultural heritage conservation standards those have been developed throughout the century to reveal the evolution of the conservation. The analysis targets are prepared principles in response to the risks posed by armed conflicts, improper modifications, risks caused by urban planning and development, and the risk posed by environmental impacts. The study analyzed how conservation targets, issues, and conservation methods have changed. The analysis showed that the results of changed trend of conservation, first, the segmentation and diversification of the conservation targets, second, the integrated approaches, third, risk perception changes due to indirect effects from direct risk factors, forth, changes of conservation from safeguard to sustainable development.

표준은 호환성 증진, 품질확보 및 안정성 증진, 정보제공 등의 긍정적인 기능과 함께 기술혁신을 유발하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 표준의 순기능이 어떤 특정 기업 집단의 기술혁신 활동이나 사업화에 영향을 주는지 밝히는 것은 표준관련 정책을 수요 집단에 맞춰 적절하게 기획하고 집행하는 것을 가능하게 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 표준 정책 수립과 집행에서 증거기반 정책이라는 측면에서 기여하고자 중소기업 중에서 연구개발 동기가 표준 대응인 기업과 기술사업화를 위해서 표준제도 도입이 필요한 기업을 프로파일링하여, 이런 특정 기업을 판별할 수 있는 예측모형을 개발하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 본 연구는 의사결정나무 분석을 통해 표준 대응을 위해 연구개발을 하는 중소기업과 기술사업화를 위해 표준 규격이나 기술인증 정책을 필요로 하는 중소기업의 특징을 데이터마이닝을 통해 프로파일링 했다. 또한 판별분석을 활용하여 프로파일링된 두 가지 조건의 기업군을 몇 가지 변수로 판별할 수 있는 예측모형을 제시하였으며 판별식의 활용 가능성도 통계적으로 확인했다. 연구결과에 따르면 표준 및 규제 대응을 위해 연구개발을 수행하는 기업은 R&D기획 소요기간, 표준산업분류, 종업원 수, 기술의 신규성 등의 변수에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 기술사업화를 위한 표준정책지원 수요기업의 프로파일링 결과에 따르면 표준산업분류, 주거래처, 연구개발 소요기간, 시험검사 능력 등의 변수에서 차이가 있었다. 본 연구에서 프로파일링 결과와 판별분석을 통해 제시한 모형은 향후 표준관련 정책을 기획하거나 집행할 때 표준지원을 필요로 하는 기업에 대한 객관적인 정보를 제공하여 표준관련 사업 성공률을 제고하는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

This paper presents the determination procedure for planning levels of harmonics in distribution systems. Planning levels should be determinated by considering the system property, operation codition, and others based on compatibility levels. In this paper international standards for harmonics are studied and the determination procedure for planning levels is deduced.

본 연구에서는 현직 교사 전문성 발달의 일환으로, 교사 전문성의 핵심 영역인 수업과 관련된 일련의 활동에 대하여 수학 교과를 중심으로 학교 현장에 적용 가능한 수업평가 기준을 개발하고, 그 활용 방안을 안내하고자 하였다. 이 연구는 한국교육과정평가원에서 2년간 수행한 선행 연구(임찬빈 외, 2005, 2006)에 후속하는 제3차년도 연구에 해당하는 것으로, 이 연구에서의 수학과 수업평가 기준 개발은 제1, 2차년도의 연구 결과를 토대로 국내 외 교사 평가 및 수업평가에 관한 선행연구, 수학교육 전문가 협의회, 수업 관찰 및 면담 결과, 면담 교사의 수업 관련 자료 분석를 통하여 이뤄졌다. 또, 현장 교사들을 대상으로 수업평가 기준에 대한 적합성과 중요도를 묻는 설문 조사를 통해 기준(안)에 대한 적절성을 검토하여 최종안을 확정하였다. 수학과 수업평가 기준은 '지식', '계획', '실천', '전문성'의 4개 대영역하에, 6개의 중영역과 36개의 요소를 두고 있으며, 또 각 요소에 대하여 관찰지표와 수행수준을 마련하였다.

The European Standards Organisation (CEN) has planned to develop a complete set of harmonized European building standards. The Eurocodes, being the design standards, form part of this total system of European standards, together with standards for fabrication and erection and product standards. After a period of experimental use of the ENV(European Pre Standard)-versions of the Eurocodes, these are now converted into official EN's (European Standards). Design of composite steel and concrete buildings and bridges is covered by Eurocode 4. An overview will be given of the historic development of Eurocode 4, the structure and contents of the EN version and the present status and planning for completion. The Eurocode treatment of some selected technical items will be presented in more detail.
