전라북도 재실 건축에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Architectural of Jae-sil in Jeonalbukdo)

  • The study aims to investigate general characteristics of Jae-sil from an architectural perspective by grasping location, deployment, structure, and plan composition based on existing inhabited conditions in Jeollabukdo. Results derived from the study are as follows. First, the location of Jae-sil is classified into mountainous and village types, and the two types showed a similar distribution. The village type showed the most distribution in the foot of a mountain in the rear of village, while the mountainous type is close to graveyard. The Jae-sil were mostly exposed to south, southeast, and southeast, which was not significantly different from residence. For deployment of the Jae-sil, a "二" shaped house, where main quarter and gated building are parallel located, can be common, indicating that additional attached building is less required. Second, for the platform out of structural components, coursed masonry was conducted by using natural rocks, and placed were a prop on the platform, first line on processed foot stone, and others on natural foot stone. For pillar, front line round columns, while others square columns. The binding type of the upper part of pillar is dominated by jangyeosujang and sorosujang. For wooden frame structure, 5ryangs were the most distributed, and out of these, 1goju 5ryang was the most generally used. For a roof part, it was composed with gambrel roof with single eave, and the roof was constructed by placing traditional Korean tile roof on the top. Third, for a size of Jae-sil out of plan composition, although the facade and the side of it were presented in a diverse manner, 4 facade rooms and 1.5 side rooms were the most frequently presented, and all Jae-sil were equipped with front ceremonial space. For spatial composition of Jae-sil, main floored hall is placed at the center, and each room is placed on the left and right side to secure space for ancestral rite for participants of it, and for a house with 5 rooms or more, it shows that main floored hall and rooms are weighted from side to side.

1950년대 건립된 강원지역 성당건축의 건축적 특성 (Architectural Characteristics of Catholic Churches built in 1950s in Gangwon Province)

  • This thesis attempts to investigate and analyse the architectural characteristics of catholic churches in Gangwon province built in the 1950s. Catholic churches built at that time in Korea had many similarities basically since they were supported by UN forces after the Korean War and were established by priests connected to the Missionary Society of St. Columban. The results of study are as follows. In location, Except one catholic church, the catholic churches preferred low and gentle hill. In layout axis, catholic churches at Youngseo area preferred the north-south layout axis, whereas those at Youngdong favor the east-west layout axis. In approach, most of catholic churches around the Youngseo and Youngdong areas preferred entering the front entrance with a bell tower, whereas three of them at Youngdong did entering the front entrance with a bell tower around the rear corner. In floor plan, catholic churches at Youngseo preferred symmetry, whereas those at Youngdong preferred asymmetry. And every floor plan of catholic churches is rectangular type with transepts except one semicircular type. In apse shape, catholic churches in the Youngseo area preferred non-extruded types like a straight wall, whereas those in Youngdong have extruded types. Every catholic churches have no crypt under ground except one at Gangreung. Except one at Sokcho, every catholic church in this study has choir space in half story.

성형외과 의원의 평면 결정 요인에 관한 연구 - 2000년 이후 국내 사례를 중심으로 - (A Study on the factors for determining the layout of plan in Plastic Surgical Clinic - Focused on the after 2000's in domestic cases -)

  • Recently, appearance is recognized as competitiveness as well as self expressing means, so understanding of general people have been rapidly changed. Also, since modem people have interest in an operation as well as various cosmetic treatment fields, a plastic surgery clinic is expanding its region to laser treatment and skin care for modem people. However, the plastic surgery clinic is not located in a building for only hospitals, but located in general neighborhood living facilities or an office building, so medical treatment is performed at the place. It is often found that a building plan can not conform to conditions that the hospital requires. This study is to understand a plane deciding factor of the plastic surgery clinic by analyzing it in a limit of building space and functional aspects of the plastic surgery clinic. A study method is first to investigate space composition according to the function, area allocation according to the function and a space privacy region after classifying study objects into large, middle, small scales so as to understand a functional role of the plastic surgery clinic, and secondly to analyze on the base of length of long and short edges of space and a moving line system after classifying common space types of the plastic surgery clinic through plane analysis of the study objects. As a result of the study, functional space difference according to the scale was shown, and the common space types were affected by length of the long and short edges, and it can influence space composition.

경관단위체계를 도입한 생태마을계획의 특성 평가 (Evaluation of Eco-Village Planning Characteristics by Introducing Landscape Unit System)

  • The purpose of this research is to evaluate five types of eco-village planning in order to introduce a landscape unit concept and theory in Korea. Although they had different backgrounds and motives of eco-villages planning, their common goal is to always maintain ecological planning and design in their villages. As concrete methods of ecological planning, we suggest three fundamental planning theories. 1. The boundary of a plan unit should be a watershed. 2. The survey and analysis of village ecotopes should be done in that defined watershed. 3. These results should be applied in the site and lot planning of eco-villages. These 3 steps should be done in a process and relevantly. In the evaluation of the five eco-village planning types, we found three results. 1. On a viewpoint of watershed, most planners recognized a watershed in survey and planning stages unconsciously. But they did not mention watersheds concretely and did not use this concept in the planning stage. 2. They did not define the concept of ecotope, but most planners recognized land-uses and vegetations of villages and vicinities as ecotopes. Also these could be proper ecotopes, but they did not use these compartment of ecotopes in the planning of ecosystem structure in villages. In addition, they did not deeply survey and analyze the ecotopes of villages and its vicinity. 3. On the viewpoint of sites and lots planning, they did not relevantly use the characteristics of watersheds and ecotopes in sites and lots planning. Therefore, they failed to implement the indigenous lots and subdivisions plan. In the size of lots and sites, they did not seriously consider the carrying capacity of ecosystem. We hope that our suggestion about the establishment of eco-villages planning is a fundamental theoretical framework of ecological planning in future eco-village planning.

Computational earthquake performance of plan-irregular shear wall structures subjected to different earthquake shock situations

  • In this paper, irregularly designed planar reinforced concrete wall structures are investigated computationally. For this purpose, structures consisting of four regular and irregular models of short-order (two-class) and intermediate (five-class) types have been investigated. The probabilistic evaluation of seismic damage of these structures has been performed by using the incremental inelastic dynamic analysis to produce the seismic fragility curve at different levels of damage. The fragility curves are based on two classes of maximum damage indices and the Jeong-Nansha three-dimensional damage index. It was found that there is a significant increase in damage probability in irregular structures compared to regular ones. The rate of increase was higher in moderate and extensive damage levels. Also, the amount of damage calculated using the two damage indices shows that the Jeong-Nensha three-dimensional damage index in these types of structures provides superior results.

아파트의 필로티 공간 활용을 위한 거주자 이용현황 및 요구조사 (A Study on a Plan to Utilize a Focus on Pilotis Space of Apartment Housing)

  • This study aims to find out the present conditions of pilotis space, and the usage and requests of it by residents as to suggest the direction in planning pilotis spaces in apartment housing. This study selected six apartment complexes, and conducted case-studies and surveys of them. The study findings are as follows. 1) The types of pilotis spaces of the apartment housing can be categorized into an entry type, a community type, a recreational type, a bicycle storage type, a pedestrian passage type, a parking type, and a visual passage type. As a result of studying the present conditions, pilotis spaces of a recreational type were the most, and a community type and a parking type were not found. It was found that diverse types of pilotis spaces need to be planned in consideration of the characteristics of an apartment complex and its residents. 2) As for residents' time spent in using the pilotis space, they spent little time. This can be attributed to the fact that most pilotis spaces were designed only with simple flat benches, and gazebos, which seemingly failed to draw residents' attention. Therefore, the spaces need to be planned for diverse purposes after examining residents' needs, which can include indoor exercise equipments and children's play facilities. 3) Regarding the residents' requests about pilotis spaces in the apartment housing, the most widely requested was using it as a community space. Also, many requested to use it as a library, and a children's play space. Therefore, it needs to be considered to plan the pilotis space for providing diverse programs.

당진화력발전소 녹지공간의 식재현황 및 생태적 특성 분석 (Planting Structure and Ecological Characteristics of Green Spaces at the Dangjin Steam Power Plant)

  • This study was conducted to analyze the planting structure and ecological characteristics of greon spaces on the grounds of e Dangjin steam power plant. To achieve these goals, we surveyed existing vegetation, plant community structure, Plant volume and growth rate. Based on e vegetation analysis, existing vegetation was classified into six types: herbaceous species $(70.54\%)$, evergreen coniferous trees $(21.17\%)$, deciduous broad-leaved trees $(5.10\%)$, deciduous coniferous trees $(1.47\%)$, shrubs $(0.12\%)$, and other types $(1.59\%)$. The coal storage, office, and playground areas were community is the natural forest area where a Pinus thunbergii / Pinus densiflora community is distributed in terms of vegetation structure, species diversity, plant volume, and growth rate. The artificial green spaces(near the coal storage, office, playground areas) had a single-layer structure. Species diversity indices of the artificial green areas were $0.1655\~0.4807$ compared to 0.8628 in the natural forest, which presented a good growth environment. Also, the plant volume in the artificial green space was lower than that of the natural green space. Therefore, it would be desirable to develope a multi-layer structure similar to that of the vegetation in the natural green space in order to improve the amount of plant volume. The plant-damage ratio of Pinus thunbergii was $52.48\%$ in the coal storage area, and $8.48\~ 11.52\%$, in the other survey areas. Also, the vitality of Pinus thunbergii was $15.45k{\Omega}$ in the coal storage areas, which indicates bad growing conditions. This suggests that soil characteristics and dust have a bad impact on growth. The investigation into deciduous tres' growth status showed that appropriate plants would be Albizzia julibrissin, Acer palmatum var. sanguineum, Acer palmatum, Malus spp., Prunus sargentii.

국내 대학도서관 연구지원서비스의 현단계 (A Study on the Present Stage of Research Support Services of Academic Library in Korea)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 국내 대학도서관이 교수 및 연구자를 위하여 제공하는 연구지원서비스를 강화할 수 있는 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위하여, 전국 대학도서관의 발전계획서를 수집하고 발전계획서에 나타난 연구 활동 지원 계획을 분석하고, 각 대학도서관의 홈페이지를 분석하였다. 또한, 이 연구는 심층분석을 위하여 국내 대학도서관 연구지원서비스를 8개 유형으로 분류하였다. 각 유형은 '주제가이드', '학술정보활용교육', '연구분석서비스', '연구상담지원', '연구윤리교육', '논문작성안내', '서지관리프로그램', '상호대차·원문복사'이다. 연구의 결과, 가장 많은 도서관들이 '맞춤형 이용자교육'을 중시하여 발전계획서에서 추진계획을 밝힌 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 '주제별 학술DB교육 확대', '맞춤형 연구지원 서비스 확대', '연구지원 서비스 체계 구축' 순으로 실행계획을 제시하였다. 이 연구는 대학도서관의 연구 지원 강화 방안으로 '주제가이드 서비스 제공의 활성화', '연구지원을 위한 도서관 학술정보교육 확대', '연구성과분석 서비스 도입', '연구윤리 확립 지원'을 제시하였다.

경남지역 초등학교의 교사배치와 평면구성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Layout and Floor planning of the Elementary Schools in Gyeongnam)

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify the actual condition of the layout and floor planning of elementary schools for the 7th education curriculum. This article discuses about the basic characteristics of the plan composition and the outdoor spaces of 35 elementary schools in Gyeongnam prefecture. The results of this study are summarized as follows; 1) To respond to the 7th educational curriculum, unit classrooms need to be expanded or space for a multi-purpose room needs to be secured to serve the following purposes: the operation of educational program by the level and offering of unified Subjects. overall, elementary schools need to seek ways to deal with problems associated with space composition, types of classrooms, and changes in the number of classrooms so that the 7th Educational curriculum can be carried out smoothly. 2) Different from the past, various plan types are available nowadays. Even in case of schools with the same class size, their areas were different by 130 percentages or higher. Therefore, practicality needs to be more focused than facility standards in order for the school to cope with changes in future educational environment. 3) When designing the elementary school in the future, more space needs to be assigned for learning by expanding facilities - special purpose classrooms and supporting facilities - to accommodate students' various learning activities. In addition, faculty facilities need to be rearranged to promote research and development as well as to ensure the operation of the educational program. And, resident facilities that consider the close connection with the local community need to be rearranged in an efficient manner as well.

광양만권 산업체 맞춤 현장실습 활성화 방안 마련을 위한 인식 연구 (Recognition Research on the Field Placement Activation Plan on Demand of Gwangyang Bay Area Industry)

  • 본 연구는 광양만권 산업체 맞춤 현장실습 활성화 방안을 마련하기 위하여 Q방법을 활용하였으며, 특히 현장실습에 참여하는 다양한 이해관계집단의 구성원-산업체 종사자, 산업체 연수생, 현장실습 담당 지도교수, 현장실습 담당 교직원 등-을 대상으로 이들이 현장실습에 대해 갖는 주관적인 인식과 태도를 유형화하고, 선행연구 검토 결과와 도출된 유형별 특성을 바탕으로 현장실습 활성화를 위한 정책적 시사점을 모색하고자 하는 데 있다. 연구 결과, 산학협력형(제1유형), 수요분석형(제2유형), 현장중심교육형(제3유형) 등 3가지 유형을 도출하였고, 이러한 연구 결과를 통해 대학과 산업체 상호간 긍정적인 산학협력관계 구축과 함께 지역 산업동향 및 인력수요 분석을 통한 인력 양성 종합지원 시스템 구축, 지역 산업체 현장직무 맞춤형 교육훈련을 위한 기반 인프라 구축, 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 기반 현장중심 교육 체계로의 전환 등을 통해 광양만권 산업체 맞춤 현장실습 활성화가 가능할 것이라는 시사점을 찾을 수 있었다.
