수학적 창의성 과제에 대한 고찰 (A Study on Mathematical Creativity Task)

  • This study reviewed the notion and strategies of mathematical creativity from two point of view, mathematics and creativity. By these reviews, the spectrum was presented as frame of mathematical creativity task. Creativity and mathematics were seen as polar opposites and mathematical creativity task fit clearly at various points in this spectrum. Some focused on the quantity of ideas and originality from creative point of view. On the other hand, some focused on reasoning, insight, and generalization from mathematical point of view. The tasks on the spectrum were served as the vehicle of mathematical creativity and mathematics classroom. Therefore, there were some specific suggestions that mathematics classroom could be made a place where students and teachers would be able to foster their mathematical creativity.

  • This study empirically investigates the design factors that could engender positive impacts on consumers' user experiences with respect to trust, attitude, and intent to purchase a product promoted in the virtual reality (VR) e-commerce environment. Guided by previous literature, we specifically test the role of schema congruity due to the design of the space and virtual agent on trust, attitude, and purchase intention in the context of VR e-commerce. To test the effect of the congruency between user's schema and virtual environment design on user intentions, a 2 × 2 mixed ANOVA design experiment was conducted with place creativity (Low vs. High) as a within factor and workplace attire (Casual vs. Formal) as a between factor. The result showed support for the effect of schema congruity on trust, in that interaction of the two factors were found. Significant positive relationship between trust, attitude, and purchase intention was found. Further implications are discussed based on results.

  • The purpose of this paper is to provide a review of the background information regarding to the impact of personal control over the physical work environment on satisfaction with work environment and creativity at work. Today creativity has a significant and special place in business especially in innovative organizations which need creative people to generate new, and useful ideas for produce new products, services, work methods, systems etc. Moreover the design and appearance of workspace and individual ability to control the ambient conditions of the workplace have significant effect on their behavior, satisfaction and overall outcome including creativity. So the result of this study will contribute towards enhancing the understanding of the effect of office design to enhance employees' creativity.

Roles of Authentic Leadership, Psychological Empowerment and Intrinsic Motivation on Workers' Creativity in e-business

  • In today's rapidly changing environment, companies need to have proper strategies in place to meet the challenges that constant change presents. Being flexible, responding and adapting to changes can be valuable. However, they are essentially passive ways of dealing with situations. Creating new values and innovation are more active and effective strategies fora constantly changing environment. As such, most companies in e-business should focus on developing creativity across the board. Employees' creativity has become a critical factor in e-business. This paper explains how to increase workers' creativity through authentic leadership and psychological empowerment. As it is not machines or computers, but people, that are ultimately still responsible for creating novel outcomes, this study emphasizes the overriding importance of members' ability and leader's roles, which greatly influence followers' levels of motivation. Authentic leadership encourages members to reach and display their potential, and enhances their intrinsic motivation. Moreover, members' psychological empowerment is directly associated with both intrinsic motivation and autonomy, preconditions for creativity. Hence, these two dimensions- leadership and an individual's psychological state- will increase workers' creativity, which works to increase performance and create more opportunities not only at the individual level, but also at the team or organization level. The purpose of this paper is to explain the effects of authentic leadership on creativity and the moderating effects of psychological empowerment between authentic leadership and creativity in the e-business environment.

예비 창업자의 정서지능이 기업가정신에 미치는 영향: 개인창의성 매개 효과 (Effect of Prospective Entrepreneur's Emotional Intelligence on Entrepreneurship: Mediating Effect of Personal Creativity)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study analyzes the effect of emotional intelligence on entrepreneurship mediated by personal creativity, and an effective. Design/methodology/approach - A questionnaire was administered to approximately 141 students. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS statistical package. Findings - First, emotional intelligence had a positive effect on personal creativity. Second, Personal creativity was found to have a partial mediating effect on the relationship between emotional intelligence and entrepreneurship. Specifically, personal creativity mediated the relationship between emotional expression intelligence and entrepreneurship, but did not mediate the relationship between entrepreneurship and the facilitation of cognitive intelligence. Lastly, prospective entrepreneur's emotional intelligence is seen to have a positive effect on entrepreneurship, and personal creativity plays a role in mediating between emotional intelligence and entrepreneurship. Therefore, supplementary measures are needed to place more importance on emotional intelligence in entrepreneurship education related to starting a business, which had not been appropriately addressed until now. Research implications or Originality - The implications of this study are that policies are needed to develop entrepreneurship skills in those who are interested in starting a business, and that follow-up studies on entrepreneurship are needed.

  • The purpose of this paper is to provide a review of the background information regarding to the role of workplace on affecting people's performance. In today's industry creativity has a very special and important place because of the dynamic organizational changes and rapid growth of technology. To support these new working styles and specifically, to support creativity within an organization, flexible workplaces are often suggested. Since open-plan office offers more flexibility when compared to completely closed and private ones, they are seen to have more capabilities and are highly valued in today's industry. So the result of this study will contribute towards enhancing the understanding of the effect office design to enhance employees' performance, especially in creative tasks.

패션디자인 능력 육성을 위한 창의성 개발 교육법 특성 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of the Creativity Development Teaching Method for Promoting Fashion Design Ability)

  • The purpose of this study is to present the suitable material that can be a real help to make the creativity development teaching method for creative inspirations of fashion design. To achieve these goals, researched and analyzed the creativity studies in the fields of psychology, education, and design (visual design, product design, fashion design, etc.) published in the national journal. Through this analysis, were extracted the characteristics of creativity, teaching methods for creativity learning, and expression methods. Based on this, intend to provide the creativity characteristic, the expression method, and the problem solving process in teaching methods for promoting fashion design ability. After the analysis, the results are as follows; First, the classical 4P (Place, Person, Process, Product) is important to a creativity development teaching method for fashion design. The elements of creativity of a creativity development teaching method for fashion design are 5elements; curiosity, openness, originality, patience, and synthetic ability. Second, the typical method is a drawing (such as a sketch) when visually express and embody ideas in fashion design. Drawing is an important activity that is working with the right brain and the left brain. Drawing exercises will reduce the burden of expressing ideas, providing pleasure and fulfillment in the development of creative ideas. Third, offered 5stages to solve problems of a creativity development teaching method for fashion design; understanding stage, idea stage, visualization stage, evaluation stage, and verification stage. Abstract intangible ideas are concreted and elaborated through stages of visual manifestation such as language, symbol, and drawing.

상호텍스트적인 환경예술의 특성 -환상성.탈 장소성, 장소의 특수성과 시공간 표현방법에 대한 특성을 중심으로- (Feature of Intertextuality Environmental Arts -Focusing on Feature of fantasy post-place, speciality of place as well as temporal-spatial expression method-)

  • 현대사회는 다원화 사회로서 늑종 영역 또는 어느 분야마다 그 경계가 사라지면서 복잡한 상황 속에 살고 있다. 이러한 복잡한 상황을 폭넓게 이해하고 수용하기 위해서는 개방된 텍스트 구조로서의 상호텍스트적인 환경예술과 수용자와의 상호작용을 이해해야 할 것이다. 상호텍스트적인 특성으로 바라 본 환경예술을 장르와 장르간의 혼합, 이질적 공간과 시간간의 혼합된 요소에 수용자의 체험으로 인한 상호작용을 살펴보았다. 이는 수용자가 예술작품을 완성하는 과정에 참여함으로써 개인적인 경험 또는 상황을 의미하는 개념으로 환상성과 탈 장소성, 장소의 특수성과 시공간의 표현방법을 상호텍스트성의 특성으로 설정하였다. 이러한 체험요소의 특성들을 각 작품의 특징을 분석하는 방법론으로 사용하였다. 환상성의 특성은 이벤트적 상황과 우연성 개입으로 사건이 발생하는 장소를 전개시키며, 탈 장소성은 비 물질적 감각성으로 수용자의 공각각적 체험을 유도하는 전략을 사용하였다. 장소의 맥락을 중요시 한 장소의 특수성, 시공 연속체적 변화를 반영하고 프로세스 위주의 특징으로 시공간 표현방법을 제안하였다. 결과적으로 환경예술은 시각적으로 현존성에 의지하는 형이상학적 장식의 차원을 넘어서 수용자의 복잡한 존재양태에 깊숙이 자리잡고 거기에서부터 삶의 양분을 부단히 공급하는 인식의 전환이 되써야 할 것이다. 그렇다면 환경예술도 일종의 텍스트의 차원에서 다른 모든 텍스트들과 어울어지면서 텍스트적 삶을 살게 될 것이고 창조성은 유일성 대신에 상호텍스트성 사이에서 실천적 창조성으로 다시 태어난다 하겠다. 이러한 타 영역간의 전목, 또 이것을 바라보고 체험하는 수용자들의 다양한 측면을 허용하는 다원적 측면과 끊임없이 새롭게 만들어지는 생성의 개념을 가지는 진행 중인 작품 즉 열린 작품을 만들어내야 할 것이다.

공공공간의 장소정체성을 위한 다자인가이드라인 방안 연구 (A Study on Design Guidelines for the Place Identity of Public Space)

  • Identity of the place where the physical location and time and spatial context, and is structured as socially agreed symbols to build a consistent image, while fraught with Differentiation can be achieved through integration. And discrimination and the practical and effective deployment of an integrated image to be useful as a guide for the top design 'Design Guidelines' are, The findings, where the identity used to establish guidelines for the design for the following conclusions can be drawn. First, of public space design guidelines agreed upon by the public and social identity as the basis to establish a new identity as a contemporary and practical plan for this is to provide guidance. Second, the design guidelines in principle, the physical elements and activities of the parent and the temporal and spatial context and meaning were overridden. Third, the horizontal axis with respect to the identity and principles to guide development in the detail, and the vertical axis as a place to build an image in order for the specific design items are listed. Fourth, the guidelines can set a specific motif, and coverage including identity of the place. Fifth, by applying image and schematic the identity can be Implemented effectively and clearly. Without interfering with the designer's creativity and implement new image of the place, Design guidelines should study how a reasonable instructions.
