초음파 절삭기 핸드피스부 제작 및 변위 특성 시뮬레이션 (Fabrication and Simulation of Displacement Properties of Ultrasonic Generator Handpiece)

  • Ultrasonic wave technologies have been widely used in ultrasonic washing machines, ultrasonic surgery, ultrasonic welding machines, ultrasonic sensors, and medical instruments. Ultrasonic surgery can be realized through the cavitation effect of ultrasonic waves. In this study, piezoelectric ceramics were manufactured to achieve the optimum design of a piezoelectric vibrator in a handheld generator for ultrasonic surgery. The best specimen showed the excellent piezoelectric properties of kp=0.624, Qm=1,531, and $d_{33}=356pC/N$. Numerical modeling based on the finite element method was performed to find the resonance frequency, the anti-resonance frequency, and the displacement properties of the handheld ultrasonic generator. Maximum displacement was observed in the six-step piezoelectric vibrator at $6.36{\mu}m$.

  • On this paper, piezoelectric generators using piezoelectric ceramics were designed and fabricated. Generators were made by attaching cymbal type metal plates on upper and bottom sides of a disc type piezoelectric ceramic. Generator converts wasting mechanical energy to electrical energy. Output voltage was increased when thickness of ceramic and displacement of vibration were increased. Temperature of the ceramic was increased when it generates, but the temperature rising was saturated at certain temperature.

  • This paper describes the design and analysis of AlN piezoelectric micro generator. The generator was designed to convert ambient vibration energy to electrical power as a AlN piezoelectric material compatible with integataion process. From the simulation results, the resonance frequency of designed model is about 360 Hz and analyzed the bending mode, displacement and expectation output.

  • 본 논문에서는 도로공간에서 전력 생성이 가능한 신재생 에너지 기술들 중에서 압전효과를 활용하는 방법에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 도로공간을 주행하는 수많은 차량을 이용하여 전력을 생성할 수 있는 신재생에너지 기술 연구의 일환으로, 외부의 충격하중을 전기에너지로 바꾸어 주는 압전효과를 이용하여 도로공간에 적용가능한 압전발전기를 개발하기 위한 기초연구를 수행하였다. 압전세라믹을 이용한 압전발전 수확기를 개발하기 위한 충격하중에 따른 특성 실험을 하였다. 압전발전기 형상 개발을 위해 충격하중 전달 방법, 충격흡수에 따른 압전세라믹의 발전 특성, 충격하중의 종류에 따른 압전 발전 수확기의 전압 발전 특성을 비교분석 하였다.

  • We present the results of a study of a piezoelectric generator that generates electricity by the application of tension to an element. A device is named "EYE-type generator". The EYE-type generator consists of a rectangular ceramic and two elastic body plates that are attached to upper and lower surfaces of a ceramic. If tension is applied to both ends of the elastic body, that tension is transformed to pressure on the ceramic through a change in the form of the elastic body, causing a piezoelectric effect whereby electricity is generated by the ceramic. This generator is relatively durable because a forces are not applied directly to the ceramic. We examined dependencies of the generator's output characteristics on the size of the ceramic and elastic body. A resonance and output characteristics were analyzed by using a finite element method. The generator was fabricated based on results of the analysis, and this was attached to a frequency-controllable vibrator to measure the output characteristics. The measured results were compared with results of the simulation, and the results pointed to the practicality of the design.

  • Nowadays, source of MEMS, USN, Hybrid parts pay attention to energy harvesting. On this paper, energy harvesting was studied using piezoelectric effect. And, piezoelectric generator was designed and fabricated. Generators were designed by FEM simulation program and generators were made by attaching cymbal type metal plates on upper and bottom sides of a disc type piezoelectric ceramic. Output AC power was rectified to DC power by full bridge circuit and converted to regular voltage power by DC-DC converter. The final output power was charged to Ni-Cd battery. Using fabricated generators, output voltages dependant on thickness of ceramic, displacement of vibration, frequency of vibration were measured.

  • In this paper, PMPG (Piezoelectric Micro Power Generator) was investigated by ANSYS FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to decrease operating frequency and improve out power. The micro power generator was designed to convert ambient vibration energy to electrical power as a ZnO piezoelectric material. To find optimal model in low vibration ambient, the shape of power generator was changed with different membrane width, thickness, length, and proof mass size. Used the ANSYS modal analysis, bending mode and stress distribution of optimal model were analyzed. Also, the displacement with the frequency range was analyzed by harmonic analysis. From the simulation results, the resonance frequency of optimal model is about 373 Hz and confirmed the possibility of ZnO micro power generator for wireless sensor node applications.

  • Generating output characteristics of a EYE-type piezoelectric generator depending on ceramic size and materials of the elastic body were studied. EYE-type piezoelectric-generating device consist of the ceramic was attached between the both elastic body. piezoelectric-generating is that if the tension occurred at both ends of an elastic body, the piezoelectric effect occurs at ceramics through the form change of the elastic body. The structure of this EYE-type generator use various area. than a existing type generator, because the ceramic position of the directly force at does not apply. Resonance and output characteristics of the generator were analyzed by using FEM program. Generators were fabricated on the basis of analyzed results and attached on a frequency controllable vibrator to measure output characteristics. Also, the experimental results were compared with the simulated results. As a result, output characteristics of the generator increased depending on the increase in ceramic thickness. In case of increase in ceramic width, resonance frequency of the generator also decreased.
