장애아동 비만 예방·관리를 위한 애플리케이션 모형 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of Application Model for Prevention and Management of Obesity in Children with Disabilities)

  • 본 연구는 지적장애아동의 비만 예방·관리를 위한 애플리케이션 모형 개발에 필요한 정보를 제공하고 실용적 모바일 애플리케이션 개발을 위한 개선 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 지적장애아동을 위한 비만 예방·관리 모바일 애플리케이션은 학부모와 장애아동 사이에 전달되는 정보와 서비스가 애플리케이션을 통해 효과적인 흐름이 가능하도록 구성하는 것이 필요하다. 부모는 애플리케이션을 통해 전달받은 지적장애아동의 현재 상태와 비만관리 정보에 피드백하고, 아이에게 지지, 격려, 보상 등의 동기부여의 과정을 통해 긍정적 변화를 가져올 수 있다. 이러한 구성을 통해 동기부여의 과정에 부모의 개입을 통해 효과적인 비만관리를 도출할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 콘텐츠의 구성은 영양, 운동(신체활동), 생활습관의 세 가지로 이루어지며, 각각의 콘텐츠는 지적장애아동의 특성을 반영하여 간단하면서도 이해가 쉬운 방식을 적용하는 것이 바람직하다. 지적장애아동에 최적화된 모바일 애플리케이션을 위해서는 인터페이스의 단순화, 알림기능과 보상, 음성인식 및 자막지원의 전략을 통해 사용자 확대와 지속성을 제안하였다.

  • 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 이용한 계산과학 응용분야 연구에서는 대용량 컴퓨팅 자원 및 고성능 네트워크 기반의 사이버 인프라스트럭처를 활용하여 복잡한 공학문제를 수치적 모델링과 대규모 계산을 통해 해결한다. 최근에는 이러한 계산과학 시뮬레이션 수행을 다수 사용자들이 언제 어디서나 쉽게 접근하여 사용할 수 있도록 해주는 웹기반 시뮬레이션 수행 환경의 필요성이 요구되고 있다. 그러나 화학, 물리, 구조, 등 계산과학 응용분야의 연구자들이 웹기반 시뮬레이션 수행 환경에서 동작하는 시뮬레이션 도구를 직접 개발하기 위해서는 추가적으로 복잡하고 다양한 IT기술들을 습득하기 위한 많은 시간과 노력이 소요된다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 응용분야 연구자들이 핵심 알고리즘 연구에만 집중할 수 있도록 웹기반 시뮬레이션 수행을 위한 웹 인터페이스 자동 생성 시스템을 제공한다.

역감 제시 장치를 이용한 가상 과학 체험 공간 개발 (Development of Virtual Science Experience Space(VSES) using Haptic Device)

  • 본 논문에서는 과학 교육 분야에서 기존의 교육방식이 갖고 있는 한계성을 극복하고 교육 및 학습 효과를 향상시키기 위한 방안으로 역감 제시 장치를 이용한 가상 현실 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템의 효용성과 응용가능성, 활용방법을 효과적으로 나타낼 수 있는 4가지 과학세계로 구성된 가상 과학 체험 공간을 구축하여 미시 세계에서는 원자간의 현상을, 마찰 세계에서는 스틱-슬립 마찰현상을, 기전 세계에서는 모터 및 발전기의 원리를, 거시 세계에서는 코리올리스 가속도로 인한 물리적 현상을 각 세계에서 역학적으로 모델링하고 역감 제시 장치와 인터페이스를 위한 에뮬레이션 기법을 고안한다. 그리고, 역감 제시 장치, HMD(Head Mounted Displays), 가상환경(스테레오 그래픽스와 GUI)을 포함한 디지털 제어기로 구성된 가상 과학 체험 시스템을 구축한다. 끝으로 본 연구를 통해 교육의 보조 매체와 학습의 도구로서 효율성을 극대화시키기 위한 가상 과학 체험 공간의 설계 및 구현에 관한 고려사항을 제시한다.

  • Recently, distribution transfer velocity was extremely lowered by high supply rate of vehicle and low road rate. Therefore expansions of transfer network these were subway, road and railway to recover competitive power as a reform measure of physical distribution traffic were become preference previous subject. For reason of that, an expansion of transfer network is meeting competitive power as selected an elevated road in the ground road network that condition of location calm and get out of the existing urban than the underground road to connect oversensitive a large city and expanded small and medium satellite town. In the meantime, while elevated structures construct, they go through the civilian residential section, agriculture land, etc. The consequence is that it raises a vibration, noise, dust, an infringement of the right to a view and an infringement of the right to a sunshine. In this study, we analyzed Quantitatively sunshine quantity with building 3D simulation model of civil structure. Therefore, we present as planning data to reduce a civilian appeal for dispute of the right to sunshine and an economic and time loss between the government and construction company In addition to that, for the standard of the standard plan of usable sunshine quantity program in the practical business, the building of convenient user interface will be the project to be done.

  • Multimodal interfaces are recognition-based technologies that interpret and encode hand gestures, eye-gaze, movement pattern, speech, physical location and other natural human behaviors. Modality is the type of communication channel used for interaction. It also covers the way an idea is expressed or perceived, or the manner in which an action is performed. Multimodal Interfaces are the technologies that constitute multimodal interaction processes which occur consciously or unconsciously while communicating between human and computer. So input/output forms of multimodal interfaces assume different aspects from existing ones. Moreover, different people show different cognitive styles and individual preferences play a role in the selection of one input mode over another. Therefore to develop an effective design of multimodal user interfaces, input/output structure need to be formulated through the research of human cognition. This paper analyzes the characteristics of each human modality and suggests combination types of modalities, dual-coding for formulating multimodal interaction. Then it designs multimodal language and input synchronization method according to the granularity of input synchronization. To effectively guide the development of next-generation multimodal interfaces, substantially cognitive modeling will be needed to understand the temporal and semantic relations between different modalities, their joint functionality, and their overall potential for supporting computation in different forms. This paper is expected that it can show multimodal interface designers how to organize and integrate human input modalities while interacting with multimodal interfaces.

MS-HEMs: An On-line Management System for High-Energy Molecules at ADD and BMDRC in Korea

  • A pioneering version of an on-line management system for high-energy molecules (MS-HEMs) was developed by the ADD and BMDRC in Korea. The current system can manage the physicochemical and explosive properties of virtual and existing HEMs. The on-line MS-HEMs consist of three main routines: management, calculation, and search. The management routine contains a user-friendly interface to store and manage molecular structures and other properties of the new HEMs. The calculation routine automatically calculates a number of compositional and topological molecular descriptors when a new HEM is stored in the MS-HEMs. Physical properties, such as the heat of formation and density, can also be calculated using group additivity methods. In addition, the calculation routine for the impact sensitivity can be used to obtain the safety nature of new HEMs. The impact sensitivity was estimated in a knowledge-based manner using in-house neural network code. The search routine enables general users to find an exact HEM and its properties by sketching a 2D chemical structure, or to retrieve HEMs and their properties by giving a range of properties. These on-line MS-HEMs are expected be powerful tool for deriving novel promising HEMs.

공작기계 절삭유 냉각용 오일쿨러 설계 자동화 (Oil Cooler Design Automation on the Cooling of Machine Tool Cutting Oil)

  • The automatic design of shell & tube type oil cooler can be used in real industrial environments. Since the automatic design system is intended to be used in small companies, it is designed to be operated well under environments of CAD package in the personal computer. It has adopted GUI in design system, and has employed DCl language. Design parameters to be considered in the design stage of shell and tube type oil cooler are type of oil cooler, outer diameter, thickness, length of tube, tube arrangement, tube pitch, flow rate, inlet and outlet temperature, physical properties, premissive pressure loss on both sides, type of baffle plate, baffle plate cutting ratio, clearance between baffle plate outer diameter and shell inner diameter and clearance between baffle plate holes. As a result, the automatic design system of shell & tube type oil cooler is constructed by the environment of CAD software using LISP. We have built database of design data for various kinds of shell & tube type oil coolers. The automatic design system have been assessed and compared with existing specification of design. Good agreement with Handbook of heat exchanger and design dta of real industrial environments has been found.

노년기 소비자의 정보화 여가활동 연구와 의미 분석 (The Information Leisure Activity of the Aging Generation and the Analysis of Meaning)

  • Many social and environmental changes have emerged due to the increasing size of the aging generation. This study explored the current status of the information leisure activity of the aging generation (computer use activity, internet service participation, social community participation and blogging, UCC, etc.) and the need for serious games among elderly consumers. It analyzed the current status of serious game and information leisure span as determined by experts on elderly care at the aging welfare institute. The research methods involved applying content analysis and focus group interviews. The results were as follows: The elderly are willing to enjoy the internet and economics networks. In particular, economic investment, economic news, health, meetings, and communication are the main internet search categories. The results for serious games are less interesting than those for IT participation. The components of usefulness in terms of serious games, as identified by care experts, are simplicity, a user-friendly interface, efficacy, and certainty in using the game device. Care experts recognize that serious games represent a supplementary device to traditional physical and emotional therapy.

동시인용분석 기반 지식영역 가시화 기법을 활용한 증강현실 연구 분석 (Analysis of the Research on Augmented Reality Using Knowledge Domain Visualization based on Co-Citation Analysis)

  • Augmented reality (AR) is considered to be an excellent user interface to a 3D information space embedded within physical reality. For this reason, it has been applied to various applications such as design, medical service, interaction, and collaboration. However, there is no formal way of analyzing the research trend and evolution of augmented reality. This paper identifies the research trend and change in augmented reality (AR) via co-citation analysis. The co-citation analysis provides how the AR research has evolved, who are main contributors, and which papers suggest essential and influencing impact. To systematically analyze the cocitation, we have retrieved 1,145 papers from the Web of Science and applied a scientomertric analysis using CiteSpace. Based on the co-citation analysis of authors and documents, it is possible to analyze the evolution of augmented reality, key authors and papers, and breakthroughs. We have also compared the proposed approach with survey papers written by experts so that the result of the co-citation analysis can compromise the qualitative result done by experts, and thus it can provide a different view and insight for visualizing the research on augmented reality.

시험유역의 운영을 통한 하천관리시스템의 개발 (Development of River Management System with Operation of an Experimental Watershed)

  • 본 연구에서는 하천흐름에 대한 물리적인 특성을 반영한 수질해석을 실시할 수 있는 하천관리시스템을 개발하였다. 횡성댐 상류 계천유역에 시험유역을 선정하여 수문관측과 수질관측을 실시할 수 있는 체계를 구축하였으며, 현재까지 지속적인 관측을 통해 자료를 축적하고 있다. 대상구간에 대한 수리해석모형과 수질해석모형을 구축하고, 과거 홍수사상과 수질관측자료들을 이용하여 모형의 보정과 검증을 실시하였다. 대상구간에 ArcView를 이용한 GUI를 구축함으로써 횡성호의 수질감시 및 수질관리를 보다 효율적으로 수행할 수 있을 것이다.
