The Iron loss Estimation of IPMSM According to Current Phase Angle

  • Variable iron loss as function of current phase angle of Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(IPMSM) was calculated through Curve Fitting Method(CFM). Also, a magnetic flux density distribution of iron core according to current phase angle was analyzed, and an iron loss calculation was performed including harmonic distortion. The experiment was performed by production of non-magnetizing model for the separation of mechanical loss, and the iron loss was calculated by the measurement of input using power analyzer and output power using dynamometer. Some error was generated between experimental results and calculation value, but an iron loss diminution according to current phase angle followed a same pattern. So, errors were generated by measurement, vibration, noise, harmonic distortion loss, etc.

  • Image findings of hepatic lymphoma have been reported as variable, ranging from single or multiple small nodules to diffuse infiltrative patterns. On MRI, most hepatic lymphomas show T1 low signal intensity, T2 high signal intensity. Dynamic imaging reveals a hypointense appearance in the arterial phase, followed by delayed enhancement in the portal venous and transitional phase. In the hepatobiliary phase using a hepatocyte-specific contrast agent (which have recently aided in increasing the access to the focal liver lesions), hepatic lymphoma is known to exhibit low signal intensity. We report a case of hepatic lymphoma, which shows iso-signal intensity on hepatobiliary phase, using gadoxetic acid (Gd-EOB-DTPA).

  • ln this paper, a new active phase shifter is proposed using a vector sum method, and it is shown that the proposed phase shifter is more efficient than the others in size, power, number of circuits, and gain. Also a unique digital phase control method of the circuit is suggested. The proposed scheme was designed and implemented using a Wilkinson power combiner/divider, a branch line 3dB quadrature hybrid coupler and variable gain amplifiers (VGAs) using dual gate FETs (DGFETs). Furthermore, it is also shown that the proposed scheme is more efficient and works properly with the digital phase control method.

가정용 VCR의 서보 시스템을 위한 새로운 위상 오차 예측기 (A novel phase error predictor for servo system in home-use VCRs)

  • A novel phase error predictor is proposed for servo system in home-use VCRs. The multirate system in VCRs is converted into a single period sampling system with faster sampling time by using the proposed novel phase error predictor. And the disturbances can be measured much faster. From the experimental results, we can see that the perfomance of the control system is improved greatly. The phase lock time of the proposed servo system is ten times faster than that of the conventional system.

마이크로파 2비트 이상기의 집적회로 설계 (The Design of Microwave Integrated Circuit for 2-bit Phase Shifter)

  • The designing method of the reflection and the loaded-line phase shifter is presented. Its phase shift is variable with changing of the stub parameters. In this paper, we design the 2-bit phase shifter which have 10\ulcornerand 90\ulcornerbit phase shift and analysi its characteristics. The experiments show 2d B max.insertion loss, 2.0max. input VSWR and 6\ulcornerphase error on 2.9-3.1GHz frequency range. They agree well with the theoretical results.

저위상 변화 특성을 갖는 $\pi$-형 가변 감쇠기 (A $\pi$-type Variable Attenuator with Low Phase Shift)

  • 본 논문에서는 한 개 PIN 다이오드와 두 개 저항을 이용하여 $\pi$-형 고정 감쇠기 구조 형태의 전압 제어 방식의 가변 감쇠기를 설계 및 제작하였다. 제안된 가변 감쇠기는 저항과 외부 인가 전압에 따른 PIN 다이오드의 저항 값의 변화에 따라 원하는 일정 감쇠 범위에서 동작하며, 작은 크기의 회로로 낮은 입력 VSWR 특성과 혼변조 발생 특성을 갖는다. 또한, 제안된 가변 감쇠기에서는 PIN 다이오드에 추가적인 개방 선로를 연결하여 감쇠량의 변화에 따른 위상 변화량을 적게 하였다. 추가적인 개방 선로의 길이는 Deloach 방법과 초고주파 회로 특성을 이용하여 계산하였다. 제안된 가변 감쇠기의 특성을 살펴보기 위하여 2110~2170 MHz 주파수 대역에서 마이크로스트립 기판을 이용하여 가변 감쇠기를 제작하였다. 제작된 감쇠기는 0~2.7 V의 전압 범위에서 4 dB의 감쇠량의 변화를 가졌으며, 이 때 위상 변화량은 2도 이내, 반사계수(S11)는 -20 dB 이하의 값을 가졌다.

  • A sensorless motor control scheme with conventional back-Electro Motive Force (EMF) sensing based on zero crossing point (ZCP) detection has been widely used in various applications. However, there are several problems with the conventional method for effectively driving sensorless brushless motors. For example, a phase mismatch of 30 degrees occurs between the ZCP and commutation time. Additionally, most of the motor speed/current controls are achieved based on a pulse width modulation (PWM) method, which generates significant noise that distracts the back-EMF sensing. Due to the PWM switching, the ZCP is not deterministic, and thus the efficiency of the motor is reduced because the phase transition points become uncertain. Moreover, the motor driving performance is degraded at a low speed range due to the effect of PWM noise. To solve these problems, an improved back-EMF detection method based on a differential line method is proposed in this paper. In addition, the proposed sensorless BLDC driver addresses the problems by using a variable voltage driver generated from a buck converter. The variable voltage driver does not generate the PWM switching noise. Consequently, the proposed sensorless motor driver improves 1) the signal-to-noise ratio of back-EMF, 2) the operation range of a BLDC motor, and 3) the torque characteristics. The proposed sensorless motor driver is verified through simulations and experiments.

간단한 위치검출기를 이용한 SRM 가변속 디지털 제어시스템 개발 (Development of Variable Speed Digital Control System for SRM using Simple Position Detector)

  • 스위치드 리럭턴스 모터(Switched Relutance Motor : 이하 SRM)는 이중 돌극형으로 되어있으며, 상권선은 고정자만 사용한다. 다른 어느 전동기보다도 간단한 구조를 가지고 있어 제작단가가 저렴하고, 기계적으로 견고하며, 고온 등의 열악한 환경에서도 신뢰성이 높으며, 브러쉬 등이 없어 유지비가 거의 들지 않는 장점을 지니고 있다. 그러나 SRM은 상여자를 위하여 회전자의 위치정보를 알아야하므로 위치 검출기가 필요하고, 정속도 운전을 위하여 타코 발전기나 엔코더가 부가적으로 필요하다. 그러나 본 논문에서는 회전자의 속도측정을 얻기 위하여 고가의 엔코더를 사용하지 않고, 단지 간단한 슬롯 디스크로부터 위치를 검출하여 속도를 추정할 수 있는 알고리즘을 제시하고 개발하였다. 속도 추정 알고리즘을 적용한 가변속 디지털 제어시스템을 구현하기 위하여 TI사의 TMS320F240-20MIPS 고정 소수점 연산용 프로세서를 사용하였다. 개발한 시스템을 실험한 결과 넓은 범위에 걸쳐 속도제어가 가능하였고, 단일 펄스모드, 하드 쵸핑모드 및 소프트 쵸핑모드 뿐만 아니라, 전류제어 동작모드에서 가변속 제어가 가능하였다. 그리고 어드밴스각 제어가 가능하였다.

  • This paper describes and implements a design method of register allocation as a required module of RISC compiler systems. It compiles a C program to a machine-independent intermediate language, translates each variable into symbolic register. After local allocation process for the symbolic registers, global register allocation is executed by applying the graph coloring algorithm. This register allocation phase is designed for a system with the large register file like RISC machines.

  • This paper describes a new method for indirect sensing of the rotor position in switched reluctance motors using fuzzy logic algorithm. Through a novel fuzzy algorithm, the complete SRM magnetizing characterization is first constructed, and then used to estimate the rotor position. And also, the optimized phase is selected by phase selector. To demonstrate the promise of this approach, the proposed rotor position estimation algorithm is simulated for variable speed range.
