Design and Implementation of the Document HTML System for Preserving Content Integrity

  • An electronic document based on PDF has been widely used in customer communication between an enterprise and a customer to deliver personalized content. However, electronic documents based on PDF in the form of paper layouts are not suitable for mobile environments because of low readability and lack of interactive interaction. Even though HTML is an essential language in a mobile environment, electronic document based on PDF is still used as it has a content integrity verification feature with a digital signature. It means that a user is sacrificing user experience in a mobile environment for content integrity and using paper-layout electronic documents. In this research, we design the Document HTML specification by setting the Document HTML conformance, adding the extended meta tags, and signing the message digest with a digital signature based on public key infrastructure (PKI). Furthermore, we implemented the Document HTML system, which has REST API services to generate and verify the Document HTML, and did experimental verification of the theory. As a result, we have confirmed that the Document HTML has both content integrity and user experience on mobile. Furthermore, the Document HTML is expected to be an alternative document format to deliver personalized content from an enterprise to a customer in a mobile environment instead of the paper layout electronic document such as PDF.

  • The purpose of this study were to empirically examine the effect of dimension of service quality of internet shopping mall on quality of customer relationship(customer satisfaction) and Relationship of between Future Intention. This study first extracted environment, general interaction between customer and internet shopping mall, personalized interaction between customer and internet shopping mall, interaction between customers and outcome from service quality of internet shopping mall. Then established study model and hypotheses through the review of the effect of service quality of internet shopping mall on quality of customer relationship. and the effect of customer relationship quality on future intention. The results were as follows: At among of the six hypotheses, four hypotheses were accepted and two hypotheses were rejected First, for the relationship between dimensions of service quality of internet shopping mall and Customers satisfaction, only the environment had not significant influence on Customers satisfaction, other dimensions had significant positive influence on satisfaction. second, for the relationship between quality factors of customer relationship and future intention, only Customers satisfaction had not significant influence on future intention.

  • Since the introduction of digital camera to the mass market, the number of digital photos owned by an individual is growing at an alarming rate. This phenomenon naturally leads to the issues of difficulties while searching and browsing in the personal digital photo archive. Traditional approach typically involves content-based image retrieval using computer vision algorithms. However, due to the performance limitations of these algorithms, at least on the casual digital photos taken by non-professional photographers, more recent approaches are centered on time-based clustering algorithms, analyzing the shot times of photos. These time-based clustering algorithms are based on the insight that when these photos are clustered according to the shot-time similarity, we have "event clusters" that will help the user browse through her photo archive. It is also reported that one of the remaining problems with the time-based approach is that people perceive events in different scales. In this paper, we present an adaptive time-based clustering algorithm that exploits the usage history of digital photos in order to infer the user's preference on the event granularity. Experiments show significant performance improvements in the clustering accuracy.

  • 기존의 전시환경에서 전시 참여업체는 처음에 작성된 개인 정보를 사용하여 모든 관람객에게 동일한 마케팅 정보를 전달하게 된다. 즉, 전시 관람객의 선호도나 반응의 변화에 따른 적절한 대비가 어렵고 개인 별 선호 취향에 따른 개별 대응이 힘들다. 관람객 개개인에게 차별화된 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 관람객 개개인의 의도를 인지할 수 있어야 하고, 그 인지된 정보를 기준으로 해서 선별적인 서비스를 제공해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 전시 공간에서 관람객 개개인의 선호도와 상황을 인식하고, 인식된 정보를 기반으로 하여 관람객 개인별로 가장 적합한 전시 참가 업체의 마케팅 정보나 부스 정보를 관람객이 소유한 스마트 폰을 통해 제공 하며, 전시 공간에 설치되어 있는 인터랙션이 가능한 디바이스들과 전시 관람객 개개인이 소지하고 있는 스마트 폰 간의 인터랙션 서비스를 제공하기 위한 모바일 프레임 워크를 설계하였다.

피부 마이크로바이옴의 요인과 상호작용이 유해균에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 (Influencing Factors and Interactions among the Skin Microbiomes in Affecting Detrimental Bacteria)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 국민 20 ~ 49 세 연령군 가운데 289 명을 대상으로 피부 마이크로바이옴의 요인들인 유익균, 상재균, 여드름균이 유해균에 미치는 영향과 상호작용을 실증적으로 분석하기 위해 수행되었다. 피부 마이크로바이옴의 바이오 빅데이타를 활용하여 다중회귀모형으로 분석한 결과, 연구대상의 성별과 연령에 따른 피부 마이크로바이옴의 차이를 통제한 경우, 유익균은 유해균에 부(-)의 영향을 나타내었고, 상재균과 여드름균은 정(+)의 영향을 나타냈다. 특히 유익균이 유해균에 미치는 부(-)의 영향은 상재균의 수준에 따라 여드름균과의 상호작용을 통해 다르게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 유익균의 활성화가 유해균을 억제하며, 피부 마이크로바이옴이 유해균에 미치는 영향은 독립적인 영향과 함께 상호작용을 통해서 피부 마이크로바이옴의 균형을 이루고 있음을 실증적으로 검증한 것이다. 따라서 개인 맞춤형 화장품 제조산업에서 유익균의 증식을 돕고 유해균을 억제하는 피부 환경을 조성하기 위한 피부 마이크로바이옴 제품을 연구할 때, 반드시 피부 마이크로바이옴 요인들의 독립적인 영향과 상호작용을 함께 고려해야 함을 시사한다.

  • 가상공간(이하 VR)에서의 환경은 기존의 PC 및 스마트폰에 비해 접근하기 어렵다는 문제가 있지만, 기존 환경에 비해 더 현실감 있고 무궁한 체험과 기능을 제공해 줄 수 있다는 장점이 존재한다. 이러한 VR환경에서 최근 인기있는 AI 기술인 ChatGPT를 활용한 인터페이스와 상호작용을 연구함으로서 가상 세계에서 더욱 편리하게 일을 처리하도록 돕는 기술을 개발할 필요가 있다. VR환경에서의 ChatGPT 인터페이스와 상호작용은 개인화된 서비스 제공을 위한 연구이기도 하다. 이를 통해 사용자는 자신에게 맞는 인터페이스를 선택하고 비서 인터페이스 역시 사용자에게 최적화된 맞춤형 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 VR환경에서 ChatGPT 시스템을 연동하여 편리한 상호작용 방법에 대해 설계함으로서 AI 비서 개발을 위한 이전 연구로 삼는다.

Exploring the Effectiveness of Smart Education in a College Writing Course Utilizing Multimedia Learning Tools

  • With the development of AI, multimedia tools in education offer personalized learning environments, which foster individual competencies. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of smart education as perceived by learners through a case study of university writing classes utilizing multimedia learning tools, and to explore potential applications. To achieve this, a writing course incorporating various multimedia tools to promote interaction was designed and implemented over the course of one semester, targeting 42 university students. Through the semester, student reactions and survey results were analyzed to investigate the effects and satisfaction levels regarding the use of multimedia learning tools in writing instruction as perceived by students. The analysis revealed that multimedia-assisted writing classes effectively fostered learners' autonomy by focusing on individual needs, while also promoting interaction and encouraging spontaneous participation. Students reported recognizing the presence of diverse perspectives by comparing and communicating about each other's writing, leading to an expansion of their own thinking. In using ChatGPT, it was found that students attempted to refine their questions until they obtained the desired answers. They reported that this process deepened their understanding of the essence of the questions. These benefits led to results of high levels of students' active class engagement and satisfaction. This study contributes foundational and empirical data regarding the effectiveness and potential applications of learner-centered smart education as part of fourth industrial revolution integration research.

멀티미디어 학습에서 인지 양식과 제시 순서가 파지와 이해에 미치는 영향 (Cognitive Style and Presentation Order on Retention and Integration of Information in Multimedia Learning)

  • 시각형과 언어형이라는 인지양식이 멀티미디어 학습에 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위해 언어정보와 그림정보의 제시순서를 달리해서 실험을 실시하였다. 시각형에서는 그림정보를 먼저 제시한 경우에 더 잘 학습하였으나, 언어형은 언어정보를 먼저 제시한 경우에 수행이 좋았다. 이 결과는 인지 양식에 따라 정보의 효과적인 제시 순서가 달라질 수 있다는 것을 보여주는 것으로, 학습자의 인지양식에 따라 학습교재의 인지 부하가 달라질 수 있다는 것을 시사하였다.

온라인 추천 서비스를 위한 감성 기반 웹 에이전트 개발 (Development of Human Sensibility Based Web Agent for On-line Recommendation Service)

  • In recent years, with the advent of e-Commerce the need for personalized services and one-to-one marketing has been emphasized. To be successful in increasingly competitive Internet marketplace, it is essential to capture customer loyalty. In this paper, we provide an intelligent agent approach to incorporate human sensibility into an one-to-one recommendation service in cyber shopping mall. Our system exploits human sensibility ergonomics and on-line preference matching technologies to tailor to the customer the suggestion of goods and the description of store catalog. Customizing the system`s behavior requires the parallel execution of several tasks during the interaction (e. g., identifying the customer`s emotional preference and dynamically generating the pages of the store catalog). The recommendation agent system composed of five modules including specialized agents carries on these tasks. By presenting goods that are consistent with user interests as well as user sensibility, the accuracy and satisfaction of the recommendation service may be improved.
