This study was carried out to provide basic data for the promotion of the educational and social relations of adult learners and the effective way to use the smartphone. To accomplish this, we studied the influence of the degree of smartphone usage on the educational and social relations of college students in the area of Kyung-In and the mediator effect of smartphone addiction. According to this study, the research results were as follows: Firstly, the degree of smartphone usage did not directly affect family relationships, but highly affected smartphone addiction; smartphone addiction had both a negative effect on family relationships and a negative mediator effect between the degree of smartphone usage and family relationships. Secondly, smartphone addiction negatively affected the relationships with the opposite sex, whereas the degree of smartphone usage did not; however, there was a negative mediator effect between the time of using the smartphone and relations between the sexes. Thirdly, smartphone addiction negatively affected relationship with friends, whereas the degree of smartphone usage did not; there was no mediator effect between the time of using the smartphone and relationship with friends. Fourthly, smartphone addiction negatively affected the relationship with professors, whereas the degree of smartphone usage did not; there was no mediator effect between the time of using the smartphone and relationship with professors. The implications of these results are discussed.

최근 모바일 결제 앱 시장이 점차 확대되고 있으나 보안과 프라이버시에 대한 염려로 인하여 모바일 결제 앱 사용률이 서비스 제공자들의 기대에 미치지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 모바일 결제 앱을 사용하는 개인의 성향과 결제 앱 자체의 보안 신호가 사용자들의 인지된 개인정보 유출 위험과 보안 위험에 어떠한 영향을 주며, 이러한 요인들이 최종적으로 어떻게 모바일 결제 앱의 신뢰에 영향을 주는지 설문을 통하여 살펴보았다. 그 결과, 프라이버시 염려도는 인지된 개인정보 유출 위험을 증가시키고 모바일 시스템 보안 정도를 감소시키는 반면, 친숙도, 인지된 명성, 보안 마크는 인지된 개인정보 유출 위험을 감소시키고 모바일 시스템 보안 정도를 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 인지된 개인정보 유출 위험의 감소와 모바일 시스템 보안의 증가가 모바일 결제 앱의 신뢰도에 긍정적 영향을 미친다는 점을 밝혔다.

빅데이터를 활용한 다양한 가능성에 대해서는 최근 수년 동안 지속적으로 이야기되어 왔다. 한편으로 개인정보보호의 중요성 또한 점차 강조되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 빅데이터의 활용성을 높이기 위해 개인과 관련된 다양한 정보들을 취합하는 과정에서 개인을 어느 정도까지 특정할 것인가 또는 빅데이터를 구축하고 활용하는 여러 기업들이 개인정보를 어느 수준까지 활용하여 개인화 서비스를 제공해야 하는가와 같은 문제들이 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 개인정보의 보호와 관련하여 유럽의 GDPR과 미국 캘리포니아주의 CCPA 사례를 살펴보고 국내의 빅데이터3법 개정안에 대해 살펴보았다. 또한 개인정보의 빅데이터 활용에 있어 비식별화된 정보의 재식별 가능성에 대한 고려, 개인정보 사용 동의의 사회적 비용 측면, 민간과 정부의 빅데이터 구축과 결합에서 발생가능한 문제, 규제환경 형성에서의 정책적 시사점에 대해 논의하였다.

본 논문은 사회네트워크(social network system, SNS)에 대한 사용자의 추가적 사용의도를 개인정보보호의 관점에서 고찰하였다. SNS에서 사용자는 SNS의 운영 시스템과 사용자간 정보의 교류가 이루어지는 SNS사이트라는 서로 다른 두 주체와의 상호작용을 통하여 개인정보의 보호 정도를 인지하게 되고, 이러한 인지정도는 사회네트워크시스템과 SNS사이트에 대한 신뢰에 각각 영향을 미치고, 이 신뢰는 사용자의 사용의도를 증가시킨다는 연구모델을 설정하고 가설을 검정하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 SNS 시스템과 SNS 사이트에 대해 사용자가 인지하는 개인정보보호의 수준은 SNS시스템과 SNS사이트에 대한 신뢰 수준에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 반면, 사용자의 추가적 사용의도는 단지 SNS 시스템의 신뢰에 의해서만 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다.

Author outlines briefly developments of policies relating to telecommunication infrastructure and databases since latter half of 1970′s. There exist three phases. The first phase was from later 1970′s to 1985, which was an initial stage of electronic information service in Japan. In the second phase, 1985～1990, basic policy change made possible the privatization of telecommunication services and proliferation of database products and vendors, The third phase began in early 1990′s with downsizing in computer usage, wide-spreading information networks and rapid dissemination of personal computers. Then author describes offers on policy formation for "novel information infrastructure" and current situation concerning the "Internet" in Japan. Finally, tasks and problems for implementing new generation program for information infrastructure and database usage are pointed out, These are knowledge resource, cost, copyrights and cultural problems including language.

This study aims to identify the usage behavior of An-bang space in apartment dwellers through the perception, the residential life style and the use of furniture. The data is collected from interviewing housewives through questionnaire designed for this study. The 210 date were analyzed by using Frequencies, Mean, Factor analysis, ${\chi}^2-test$, t-test, one-way ANOVA and scheffe-test. The main results of the study are as follows: (1) It is called An-bang' or 'large room' rather than 'master's bedroom' although it is recognized as exclusively couple-oriented space. And are founded to be different designation and perception on An-bang space. (2) The residential life style in An-bang is classified as family-centered gathered, rest entertainment, make-up fitting and hobby. And it has significant differences among dwellers according to their personal characteristics. (3) The furniture style and arrangement pattern are mostly modern ones and 'ㄷ' type.

The objective of this study is to find the factors influencing the use of mobile service. We extracted critical study variables according to literature reviews about adoption of information systems, those under the internet environment and mobile internet adoption for theoretical foundation. TAM suggested by Davis(1985) has explained the acceptance mechanism with the following constructs: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward use, behavioral intention and actual usage. After studying prior literature reviews, this study investigated the group of people using mobile services. The result of study claims that it has same results with previous TAM, especially between personal innovativeness and attitude toward use have strong statistical relations. On the other hand, there haven't been any statistical relations between perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness and between perceived usefulness and behavioral intention, either. In conclusion, use of mobile service can be promoted by developing various kinds of mobile service, designing device and interface to use mobile service more convenience and familiar, stimulating user's innovative characters and recognizing mobile service more useful in real life.

This paper presents a method for generating an autonomous activity-based diary in the environment including a personal computer (PC). In order to record a user's various tasks in front of a PC, we consider the contextual information such as current time, opened programs, and user interactions. As one modality for the user interaction, a motion sensor was applied to recognize a user's hand gestures in case that the activity is conducted without interaction between the user and the PC. Moreover, we propose a temporal clustering method to recapitulate the sequential and meaningful activity in the stream of extracted PC usage logs. By combining those two processes, we summarize the user activities in the PC environment.

As the IT industry has developed, the frequency of mobile communication usage has increased sharply. Mobile communication has many advantages such as improving work performance, communication beyond time and local constraints, and rapid and vast amounts of information exchange. However, mobile communication also allows supervisors to give their subordinates work at any time. Thus, mobile communication may also have a negative impact on workers' stress levels during non-work time. This study examined required time, urgent business, personal engagement, and trivial matters as sub-dimensions of mobile communication messages that workers could receive during non-work time. Further, the nature of the relationship between team leaders and members explains how these messages may increase the stress levels of workers. Supervisors should prohibit the use of such mobile communication, and efforts should be made at the enterprise level. Through this research, we aim to explain the dual nature of mobile communication, and understand how to optimize the usage of this innovative technology

A lack of trust in the technical and institutional environments surrounding the web can hinder e-commerce adoption, because Internet social cues are minimal and trust is difficult th establish. Web vendors must act purposefully to overcome consumer perceptions of uncertainty and risk by building trust-both in their own web sites and in the broader Internet environments. Trust makes consumers comfortable by sharing personal information making purchases, and acting on web vendor advice-behaviors essential to wide-spread adoption of e-commerce. Understanding the nature and antecedents of trust is, therefore, a major issue for both Internet researchers and practitioners. Prior research on e-commerce trust has used diverse, incomplete, and inconsistent definitions of trust therefore, making it difficult to compare results across studies. This study tried to and the empirical relationships among the trust-related factors on the usage of Internet shooing mall. The model includes five high-level constructs-disposition to trust institution-based trust trusting beliefs, trusting intention and environmental factors. The results showed that the disposition to trust and the environmental factors had a significant effect on the web site trust however, their effect was not consistent Moreover, the model suggested in this study need to be extended including with the more sociological factors and results in this study required to be verified with those extended model.
