안전분위기 안전사고의 관계 및 인적요인과 물적 요인의 상호작용효과 (The relationship between safety climate and accidents, and personal physical factors interactional effect)

  • Since Zohar(1980) emphasized the influence of social, organizational, and psychological context in occupational safety and health study, the research in this area tends to be emphasizing the influences of personal and physical interaction. With this research trend, this paper is to examine the relationship between safety climate model and safety accident, and the interactional or moderating effect of personal and physical factor on the above relationship. Author conducted a survey to 292 manufacturing workers in construction industry, and the chief results of statistical analysis are as follows 1) management involvement, safety education, precaution activities, and safety system have negative effects on safety accident, 2) a-type personality has interactional effect on safety accident with communication, precaution activities, and safety system. 3) physical job load has interactional effect on safety accident with precaution activities, and safety system.

재직자의 개인목표와 소명의식 관계 분석 (Analysis of the Relationship between Workers' Personal Goals and Perceptions of Calling)

  • 본 연구는 재직자의 개인목표에 따른 소명의식의 관계를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울과 수도권에 근무하고 있는 재직자(금융업, 교육서비스업, 정보서비스업 등) 371명을 대상으로 개인목표와 소명의식에 대한 측정도구를 기준으로 설문조사하여 빈도분석, t-test, 일원배치분산분석(One-Way ANOVA), 상관분석 등을 수행하였다. 연구결과 학력에 따라 개인목표의 독자성, 소명의식의 초월적 부름-존재, 목적과 의미, 친사회적 지향에 유의미한 차이가 드러났다. 종교유무에 따라 개인목표의 사회적 책임감, 자원지원, 소명의식의 모든 하위유인에 유의미한 차이가 나타났으며 조직형태에 따라 개인목표의 독자성, 소명의식의 모든 하위요인에서 유의미한 차이가 드러났다. 담당업무에 따라서 소명의식의 초월적 부름-존재, 목적과 의미, 친사회적 지향에 유의미한 차이가 드러났다. 개인목표의 자기주도적 사회관계목표에 해당하는 요인들의 상하 그룹에 따른 소명의식의 유의미한 차이가 없었지만 개인목표의 통합적 사회관계목표의 상하 그룹에 따라 소명의식의 차이를 보였다. 또한 개인목표의 통합적 사회관계목표와 소명의식의 모든 하위요인간의 상관이 높게 드러났다. 결론적으로 재직자의 소명의식을 높이기 위한 통합적 사회관계목표의 중요성이 검증되었으며 조직 내에서도 재직자들이 자신의 일에 대한 소명의식을 갖도록 하는 목표를 인생전반에 설계할 수 있도록 지원해야 한다.

Relationship between Airline's Distribution Services SNS Content and Customer Satisfaction

  • This study aims to examine the impact of characteristics of SNS content provided by airlines on customer satisfaction and to explore the effect of the personal characteristics of the customers which have a modulating effect on the relationship between content characteristics of SNS and customer satisfaction. The data were collected over a period of April 21. 2019. to July 21. 2019. for three months from the people who have experience using SNS provided by airlines. 225 samples were selected and used as final samples from a collection rate of 93.4 percent. Findings suggest that the characteristics of airline's SNS content which include a promotion, information, and communication showed a positive impact on customer satisfaction. The analysis of a modulating effect of individual characteristics on the relationship between the airline's SNS content characteristics showed that diversity pursuit propensity, innovation propensity, and information-seeking propensity control the relationship between characteristics of airline's SNS content which are publicity, information and customer satisfaction. And it was found that all three personal characteristics do not control the relationship between communication and customer satisfaction. Thus, airlines should use SNS more effectively to generate customer satisfaction and present marketing measures to help generate profits through consumer purchasing behavior. It is expected that the findings of this study will help airlines to utilize marketing implications for effective and practical marketing methods.

인식된 부모양육태도와 조직행태와의 상관관계 연구 (A Study on the Relationships between the Organizational Behavior and the Parents' Attitude during Their Growing Days)

  • This thesis is to analyze and investigate the influence of behaviors towards an organization of public officials due to the way their parents raised them. I tried to find out how their parents' raising way influences the individual characteristics, the human relationship, the job satisfaction, and the organizational commitment. It is proved that the personal characteristics of the organization members affect the human relationship in organization strongly. It is also proved that the way their parents raised them affects the personal characteristics. Therefore I can suggest that the way parents raised children affects the organizational behavior strongly. In addition to that, the personal characteristics of each public official highly affect the human relationship such as the relationship with seniors, colleagues, and subordinates in organization. I know that the way their parents raised them strongly affects the human relationships in organization. In order to find out the influence of organizational behavior of public officials due to the way their parents raised them, I used the Pearson's correlation analysis. I find that the public officials who lived with positive parents have high job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and have high self-esteem, self-control, responsibility, and have good relationship with their senior and colleagues administrative public official. Also, from this study we can find out the influence which parents' attitude has on children's satisfaction and devotion as adults. Therefore this study can suggest a new direction of public administration.

테크니컬 디자이너의 자기효능감이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (The impact of the sense of self-efficacy on job satisfaction and organizational commitment of technical designers)

  • This study analyzed the impact of sense of self-efficacy on job satisfaction and organizational commitment among technical designers in order to acquire information needed for human resources management in the field of technical design. The study was implemented through a normative-descriptive survey method using a questionnaire. The sample consisted of 217 technical designers working at vendors and agents located in Seoul. The results revealed that there were significant differences in the sense of self-efficacy levels among technical designers according to age and work experience. Personal self-efficacy had a positive influence on both intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction, but also on affective, continuance, and normative organizational commitment. In addition, personal self-efficacy had a greater influence on extrinsic job satisfaction than social self-efficacy. Both personal and social self-efficacy influenced continuance commitment while there was no relationship between social self-efficacy and affective organizational commitment. However, a clear relationship was found between both social and personal self-efficacy and normative organizational commitment. Nevertheless, social self-efficacy had a greater influence on normative organizational commitment than personal self-efficacy. This fact demonstrates the need to exert more effort to promote the sense of personal self-efficacy of technical designers. These results could be used to provide appropriate proposals for human resources management in the field of technical design.

An Empirical Study on the Happiness of Generation MZ Employees in South Korea: Focusing on the Preceding Factors of Happiness and Engagement

  • This study focuses on the happiness of the generation MZ of innovative enterprises, which are evaluated as the driving force of economic growth at a time when the value of happiness is emerging. Happiness is related to the prosperity and performance of the organization. However, MZ generation office workers, who account for 45% of the economically active population, are considered unhappy at work. Therefore, this study attempted to explore the preceding factors (organizational factors, relationship and communication factors, and personal factors) of happiness for the generation MZ of innovative enterprises and to examine the effect of happiness on employee engagement. For the study, 300 usable responses were collected from generation MZ working in innovative enterprises through an online survey. Research hypotheses and research questions were verified using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 23.0. As a result, it was confirmed that procedural justice among the organizational factors, rewarding co-worker/supervisor relationship among the relationship/communication factors, and personal factors (meaningfulness of work, personal accomplishment) positively affected the MZ generation's workplace happiness. In particular, the meaningfulness of work, which corresponds to personal factors, exerted the most significant influence. In addition, in the case of happiness at the workplace, there was a positive effect on employee engagement, which was stronger in organizational engagement than in job engagement. As a result of examining the structural relationship between variables used in the study, it was found that procedural justice, rewarding co-worker/supervisor relationships, the meaningfulness of work, and personal accomplishment positively affected employee engagement through happiness. Through research, the importance of happiness at the workplace was suggested by systematically reviewing the preceding variables of happiness at the workplace and grasping the positive effects of happiness. In addition, the management measure of generation MZ employees of innovative enterprises was discussed, the necessity of research on happiness at the workplace was emphasized, and follow-up studies were proposed.

The Causality Analysis of the Impact of a Hotel Chief's Competency on Job Satisfaction and Customer Orientation : Focusing on Control Impact of Organization Concentration

  • Purpose - The purpose is to identify a structural effect relationship among a hotel chef's personal competency, job satisfaction and customer orientation. Moreover, this research tries to provide implications regarding effective human resource management strategies based on competency to strengthen job satisfaction and customer orientation by testifying the effect relationship of job satisfaction with the relationship between personal competency and guest orientation. Research design, data, methodology By targeting chefs working in five starred hotels in Seoul, the surveys have been distributed from April 1st of 2017 to April 20th of 2017 (approximately 20 days). Out of 300 distributed surveys, 250 were collected, and 246 were used, excepting 4, unhonestly answered. Results - It has been analyzed that a hotel chef's personal competency, self-control ability, customer orientation competency, interpersonal relation competency, gumption, and professional competency has a significant effect on job satisfaction, however, it has been identified that gumption has no impact on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a significant impact on customer orientation. Lastly, there is a control effect on job satisfaction and customer orientation by organizational commitment Conclusions - It is able to propose the solutions to improve customer orientation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment of a hotel chef and the ways for human resource management.

SNS에서 개인정보유출방지를 위한 개인정보 유출위험도 측정 방법 (Measuring method of personal information leaking risk factor to prevent leak of personal information in SNS)

  • SNS는 인간관계를 기반으로 하는 서비스로 최근에는 스마트폰 보급률이 증가하면서 다양한 형태로 서비스를 사용할 수 있게 되어 사용자가 급속하게 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 SNS에서 개인정보가 쉽게 노출될 수 있고 빠르게 전파될 수 있어 개인정보 공개 및 유통에 대해 스스로 통제할 수 있는 권리, 즉 자기정보관리통제권을 가져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위해 SNS에서의 개인정보 자산가치와 관계를 기반으로 한 개인정보 유출가능영역의 개인정보별 노출빈도율과 접근율을 통한 개인정보 유출위험도 측정방법에 대해 제안하였다. 제안한 기법은 SNS 사용자에게 개인정보의 노출에 대한 경각심을 환기시켜 자기정보관리통제권을 강화하는데 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

건강신념모델을 이용한 소셜네트워크서비스에서의 개인정보보호행위에 관한 연구 (Study on Personal Information Protection Behavior in Social Network Service Using Health Belief Model)

  • 스마트폰의 보급과 모바일 네트워크 발달로 인해 소셜네트워크서비스(Social Network Service, SNS)는 급격한 성장세를 보이고 있다. 서로의 관심 분야를 공유함으로써 새로운 사회적 관계를 형성하고 소통의 장을 확대할 수 있다는 장점과 휴대의 용이성의 특징을 가진 스마트폰 보급과 맞물려 급격히 성장하고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 이용자들의 SNS영향요인들에 대해 파악하고 이들 요인이 자기효능감과 프라이버시 보호를 통해 개인정보행위에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 인과관계를 실증 연구하고자 한다. 이를 위해 헬스커뮤니케이션 분야에서 개인의 질병을 인지하고 예방할 수 있는 행동을 예측하는 건강신념모델(HBM : Health Belief Model) 이론의 주요 변수들을 적용한 연구모형을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 연구모형을 실증적으로 검증하기 위해 SNS를 이용한 경험이 있는 충남 소재의 N대학과 지방소재 K대학의 대학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사를 통해 총 186부의 표본을 수집하였으며, 요인들 간의 관계를 분석하기 위해 경로분석을 실시하였다. 경로분석결과, 첫째, SNS상에서의 개인정보보호 행위의 주요 영향요인인 건강신념 모델의 모든 변인들 중 지각된 개연성, 지각된 심각성, 지각된 장애는 자기효능감과 부적인 관계를 보였고, 지각된 개연성, 지각된 이익, 지각된 장애는 프라이버시보호에 부적인 관계를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만, 지각된 심각성은 프라이버시보호와 정적인 관계를 보였고, 지각된 이익과 자기효능감 역시 정적인 관계를 보였다. 둘째, 매개변수인 자기효능감은 프라이버시보호와 정적인 관계를 보였지만 개인정보보호행위와는 부적인 관계를 보였다. 마지막으로 프라이버시보호는 개인정보보호행위와 정적인 관계를 보였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해 기존의 개인정보 위협 기술을 활용한 개인정보보호 연구와는 달리 예방에 대한 특성을 반영한 이론적 모델을 제시함으로써 향후 SNS상에서의 개인정보보호행위를 예측할 수 있는 설명을 제시할 수 있는 이론적 실무적 기반이 될 것이다.
