퍼스널 컬러 메이크업 컨설팅 만족도가 대인관계 향상에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Satisfaction in Personal Color Makeup Consulting on the Improvement of Personal Relations)

  • This study investigated the causes and effects of personal colors consulting that are considered as a new lifestyle and revitalized personal relations, and provides an understanding of the effects personal color makeup satisfaction have on personal relations. We provide basic data for future personal color and beauty industry development and image consulting. This study surveyed male and female subjects 20-50 years of age nationwide, using a Google questionnaire. The survey lasted from May 7-26, 2023. A total of 350 questionnaires were distributed, of which 256 (130 males, 126 females) were used for the final analysis, insincere responses having been discarded. SPSS 25.0 was used fand a frequency test, exploratory factor analysis, regression analysis, and Cronbach's ? were conducted for statistical results. In addition, descriptive statistics, correlations analysis and regression analysis were conducted. As a result, as personal color makeup consulting satisfaction levels were high, it had a positive effect on confidence, positiveness, favorability, positive tendencies, and sociability, which indicates that personal relations were improved through personal color makeup. It is suggested that, as this study was confined to makeup and the subjects were mainly men, further studies should supplement this focus area of fashion, and the gender balance of study subjects should be adjusted for intensified results.

임파워먼트(Empowerment)가 호텔주방조직 구성원의 직무만족과 몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effects of Empowerment on Job Satisfaction, Commitment, Culinary Staff in the Hotel)

  • The summarized analysis result of this research is as follows. First, regarding the difference of preceding variable and dependent variable, statistically considerable difference did not appear between self determination and personal relations in educational background and between groups of self determination in hotel type, and statistically considerable difference appeared among other groups. Second, regression analysis result between empowerment and job satisfaction turned out that statistically considerable influence is exerted in the order of personal relations ability, influence power, role performance ability and self-decision nature. Third, regression analysis result between empowerment and job devotion turned out that statistically considerable influence is exerted in the order of personal relations ability, role performance ability and influence power. Fourth, regression analysis result between empowerment and organization devotion turned out that statistically considerable result is exerted in the order of influence power and personal relations ability. Fifth, it turned out that statistically relative high correlation existed among correlation of empowerment and result variable such as job satisfaction, job devotion and organization devotion. The above-mentioned matters considered, this research proposes following points. This research examines the effect of empowerment on job satisfaction and organizational commitment of culinary staff in the hotel. the effect of the variable of empowerment on result variable shows that role performance ability, influence power and personal relations ability are important variables. Therefore, to improve the role performance ability of members of kitchen, it is essential for each individual to improve their ability and to have confidence at the time of business performance. So, this research implies that consistent and systematic training is necessary for increasing the ability and confidence. In order to improve influence power, it is necessary for members of an organization to have strong faith that their jobs determine the success of the company, and to increase the sense of self-control by letting them have the right of self determination, so that all members may have strong desire to transact business. This research implies that in order to improve personal relations ability, it is necessary for members of an organization to discover the best method of decision-making and solve problems through members' developing mutual action, and for managers to take personal characteristics into account so that members may have belief and confidence in their job and realize the value of their job. In conclusion, the person in charge of personnel affairs and the manager in charge of kitchen need to realize the importance of empowerment and especially have an much interest in all parts including self determination, influence power and role performance ability and personal relations ability etc.

사회극을 통한 애착유형 및 대인관계의 변화에 관한연구 (The Study of Attachment Styles and Personal Relations' Variation through the Sociodrama)

  • This study was intended to measure variations in attachment styles and personal relations through the Sociodrama, There were three purposes in this study. The first was to verify the contiuance of attachment between parents and adolescents. The second was to find the difference of personal relations and self-esteem according to the different attachment styles. finally the third was to prove the therapeutic effects of sociodrama. The results were as follows: 1. In terms of attachment style 19% of the subjects were insecurity style 9.5% avoidance style and 74.1% security style. 2. The contents of Sociodrama were the daily happenings between parents and adolescent children and among siblings and friends. Every subject said that the Sociodrama helped him to shape his internal self to understand others and to realize the importance of parental roles. 3. The avoidance group became insecure after the Sociodrama because of their distinctive traits. The secure feelings of security grou also decreased due to their developmental character-individuation. 4. The comparison of the two post-tests revealed that the attachment style of the avoidance group has parents was observed as well. 5. The Sociodrama is assumed to be effective in the changes of adolescents' abnormal and insecure attachment and personal relations into a normal and secure state., In conclusion results of the study verified this assumption of the effectiveness of the sociodrama and it's longterm effects.

중국의 기업 관행과 네트워크 (Practice and Networks of Chinese Firms)

  • 1978년 이후 중국은 시장 개방과 더불어 탈사회주의 경제 체제 전환을 통하여 고도의 경제성장을 이루었다. 특히, 새로운 자본주의 시스템의 도입을 통한 중국의 전환 경제(transitional economies)는 사회주의 체제 하에서 이루어졌던 기업 행위의 근본적인 양적 및 질적 변화를 가져왔다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 중국 기업은 기존 관행(existing practice)을 토대로 한 사적 네트워크(interpersonal networks)인' 시'(guanxi)를 지속적으로 유지함으로서 새로운 산업 생산 조직 및 공간 질서를 형성하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 중국 특유의 사적 관계인 시가 중국 기업의 사업 행위에 끼치는 영향을 검증하기 위하여 중국 기업의 시 형성 메커니즘을 분석하였다. 중국 기업 네트워크에서 나타나는 시의 특성은 크게 세 가지로 나타났다. 첫째, 기업 간 관계에서 시는 기업 간 상호 호혜적 관계를 기반으로 한 상호 채무적 특성을 동시에 가짐으로서 기업 간 연계 및 기업 행위를 활성화 시키는 역할을 한다. 둘째, 중국 기업은' 시후'라는' 시 중개인'(guanxi communicator)을 활용하여 기업 외부의 사적 네트워크를 내부화(internalization of personal networks)함으로서 선천적 시보다 후천적 시에 많이 의존하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 사적 네트워크의 공식화(informalization of personal networks)를 통해 기업 연계의 효율성을 제고하고자 하였다. 마지막으로 기업 외 관계에서 기업과 정부의 시는 불안정한 법 제도에 따른 리스크 방지 및 피해를 최소화하기 위해 형성되었다. 결론적으로 중국에서 시 구축의 의미는 사적 네트워크의 활성화를 의미하며, 이를 통해'사회적 자본(social capital)'이 구축되어 거래비용의 감소, 운영상의 불확실성 감소, 정보비용 감소, 상황에 따른 리스크 감소, 경쟁위협 감소 등의 효과가 나타났다.

  • According to construction of global administration environment, all over the world was ended up in infinite competition period. Because eating out company also competes with another company, it must enjoy competitive power high position to secure high position continuously, classified by formation constituent's individuation and two aspects of organic special quality by the factor. Individuation classified by formation constituent's business ability, personal relations, age factors of Information Technology, and organic special quality classifies by factor of formation culture and result that analyze eating out company's business condition competitive power reinforcement effect factor is same as following. First, was construed by company culture, personal relations, business ability period of ten days with family Restaurant, and Information Technology showed that do not influence. Competitive power reinforcement effect factor with special restaurant was construed by company culture, personal relations, business ability period of ten days, and fast food company culture and Information Technology factor with hotel restaurant company culture by competitive power reinforcement effect factor construe.

  • 지속적으로 변경되는 소프트웨어 산출물들의 변경 이력과 의존 관계를 추적하는 능력은 소프트웨어 시스템 개발 프로세스에서 확인 및 검증, 시험과 같은 품질관리 활동들을 지원하는 중요한 요소로 인식되고 있다. 일반적인 소프트웨어 형상관리 시스템들은 산출물에 대한 추적 정보를 형상관리 시스템 내에서만 제공하고 있으며 개인의 작업공간에서 발생한 개별적인 변경까지 추적하는 기능은 지원하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구를 통해 형상관리 시스템과 개인의 작업공간을 통합함으로써 형상항목에 대한 변경뿐만 아니라 개인의 작업공간에 존재하는 산출물들의 변경 이력까지 추적할 수 있도록 하였다. 더 나아가 소프트웨어 산출물들이 동시에 생성되어 하나의 형상항목에 포함되는 경우 이들 산출물들의 버전 링크를 식별함으로써 산출물들 사이의 의존 관계를 추적할 수 있도록 하였다. 형상관리 시스템과 개인 작업공간의 통합을 위해 형상항목의 수정버전(revision)을 작업공간에 존재하는 산출물들의 버전에 태그로 연결시켰으며, 통합 변경 과정에서 산출물들에 대한 변경 이력 및 의존 관계의 효율적인 추적이 가능하도록 하였다.

Factors Influencing Resistance to the Metaverse: Focusing on Propagation Mechanisms

  • This study examines factors influencing nonusers' resistance to the adoption of the metaverse, focusing on propagation mechanisms. It elucidates the role of innovation resistance within the metaverse adoption process. We applied the Innovation Resistance Model in the context of the metaverse and considers three major groups of factors influencing resistance to the metaverse: innovation characteristics (perceived usefulness, compatibility, perceived risk, and complexity), consumer characteristics (personal innovativeness), and propagation mechanisms (mass media, online media, and personal communication). An online survey of college students who do not use the metaverse revealed that perceived usefulness, compatibility, personal innovativeness, and online media were negative predictors of resistance to the metaverse. Conversely, perceived risk, mass media, and personal communication were positive predictors of resistance to the metaverse. Furthermore, innovation resistance was found to play a mediating role in the metaverse adoption process. Drawing upon the findings, we suggested marketing strategies to decrease resistance to the metaverse.

감각추구성향과 미디어 인게이지먼트가 1인 미디어 이용 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Sensation Seeking and Media Engagement on Satisfaction with Personal Media Use)

  • 본 연구는 1인 미디어 이용 만족도를 개인의 심리특성 즉, 감각추구성향과 미디어 인게이지먼트 매개효과를 토대로 규명하고자 하였다. 연구가설을 검증한 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 감각추구성향 특성이 1인 미디어의 이용 만족도에 '스릴과 모험추구' 요인과 '경험추구' 요인이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 감각추구성향 특성이 미디어 인게이지먼트에는 '탈(脫)억제' 요인이 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 미디어 인게이지먼트가 1인 미디어 이용 만족도에는 긍정적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 감각추구성향 특성이 미디어 인게이지먼트를 매개로 하여 1인 미디어 이용 만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보면 '스릴과 모험추구' 요인과 '경험추구' 요인 그리고 '탈(脫)억제' 요인이 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구가 1인 미디어 제작 방향과 마케팅 전략을 수립하는 데 유용한 기초자료가 되기를 기대한다.

  • 스마트폰이 2009년 국내에 첫 출시된 이후 사용이 보편화됨에 따라 일상생활에서 편리해진 점은 많으나 여러 가지 사회문제를 야기하고 있다. 본 연구는 대학생들의 스마트폰 이용실태를 조사하고 대학생들의 스마트폰중독 정도에 따른 문제점과 정신건강, 학교생활, 대인관계의 상호관계를 파악한다. 스마트폰중독을 예방하기 위한 방안을 제시하여 대학생들의 스마트폰중독 해결을 위한 기초 자료로 활용하고자 한다. 연구결과 스마트폰중독 현상은 정신건강, 대인관계, 학교생활 등 여러 방면에서 문제를 발생시키는 것으로 나타났다. 스마트폰중독은 대인관계에 대한 직접효과도 유의하지만 정신건강이라는 매개와 학교생활이라는 매개에 의한 간접효과도 유의하게 나타났다.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of home informatization on the family system. This study is based on the systems approach. A family system is composed of two major subsystems-personal and managerial. Managerial subsystem is concerned to instrumental function, such as time management and financial management. Personal subsystem is concerned to expressive function, such as family relations and interactions. So this study attempts to analyze the effects of Internet on the family system through time management, financial management, and family relations. The results from reviewing several related researches are that home informatization through Internet use has changed time management, financial management, and family relations. Finally this study suggests three plans of home informatization for contributing to improve the quality of family living.
