Recently, as the size of construction projects is getting bigger and higher, construction disasters have been being serious such as death, also it is hard to manage efficiently since there are plenty of informations about safety management. Thus on the spot & real time safety management is required and one of the ways to support these needs, conjunction with Information Technology(IT) has been being noticed. Accordingly, Personal Digital Assistant(PDA), Palmtop Computer and Tablet Personal Computer and so on have been adopted. However another inefficient sides are showed up such as limitation of equipment(weight, inconvenience of control and others). Meanwhile, exchanging and processing data are improved at wide area due to advance of mobile communication and introduction of smart mobile, which is a simple and convenient, is a proven at many aspects. In this research, to support effective safety management, the framework is realized in connection with smart mobile with finding the problems of safety management and deriving demands. Two smart mobile applications, which are Safety Management application and Safety Guideline application, enable that safety management in real time, less re-work and using safety information.

Personal information protection need to be addressed in terms of enterprise-wide and business issues, not just an information processing issue. Therefore, governance of personal information protection, which stress the importance of top management's roles aud responsibilities for personal information protection, has been noticed as an important agenda to resolve. The paper defines the concept of personal information protection governance and proposes the severn critical success factors (CSFs) for implementing the governance scheme. The proposed CSFs are tested in terms of feasibility and materiality by using the focus group interviews.

Purpose - The purpose of this study analyzes the effect of emotional intelligence on entrepreneurship mediated by personal creativity, and an effective. Design/methodology/approach - A questionnaire was administered to approximately 141 students. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS statistical package. Findings - First, emotional intelligence had a positive effect on personal creativity. Second, Personal creativity was found to have a partial mediating effect on the relationship between emotional intelligence and entrepreneurship. Specifically, personal creativity mediated the relationship between emotional expression intelligence and entrepreneurship, but did not mediate the relationship between entrepreneurship and the facilitation of cognitive intelligence. Lastly, prospective entrepreneur's emotional intelligence is seen to have a positive effect on entrepreneurship, and personal creativity plays a role in mediating between emotional intelligence and entrepreneurship. Therefore, supplementary measures are needed to place more importance on emotional intelligence in entrepreneurship education related to starting a business, which had not been appropriately addressed until now. Research implications or Originality - The implications of this study are that policies are needed to develop entrepreneurship skills in those who are interested in starting a business, and that follow-up studies on entrepreneurship are needed.

How many people does a person have personal relationships before he/she die? According to the research by sociologist Sola Paul, the number of people that a person recognizes importantly is 3,500 persons. People are living in personal relationships with more people than expected. As it is, the study that is important and essential for a person in living the life is the personal relationship. Therefore, since a person should be interested in, study on and practice the personal relationship, this study is a research on the improvement method for mature relationship to understand relationships with most frequently meeting people and coworkers for a person's life. Through researching previous study materials and documents and displaying specific examples on the meaning, the necessity and the criticality of personal relationship and preceding research data, the results of my survey for church teachers' relationships this study suggested the important factors and improvement method for mature relationship.

This study mainly investigates the motivations of YouTube and Flicker users for posting videos or images/photos on each service. The motivational framework with ten factors such as enjoyment, self-efficacy, learning, personal gain, altruism, empathy, social engagement, community interest, reputation and reciprocity were used to test the motivations. Those who are users of YouTube and Flickr were recruited from Amazon Mechanical Turk to participate in online surveys. Findings show that learning and social engagement are the two most highly rated motivations. Altruism was rated relatively low, although it was strongly correlated with all other motivations. Personal gain was rated as the lowest by both users but Flickr users rated personal gain higher than YouTube users. Findings from this study could be applicable to specify user motivations for using the services and to upgrade the designs of the services in the future.

Images of medical treatment on PACS environment are digitized and they make saving and transmission of patient's information easy with CD format causing increase of patients transfer rate between hospital and data transmission as well. Figuring out the configuration of confining status of copied images of medical treatment with CD format and present the appropriate way of identification for personal information. 20 general hospital over 500 beds which are utilizing PACS currently. Questionnaire investigation focusing on PACS operation center and it's management people. In accordance with the law of securing personal information of public organizations, it says "Anyone who wants to see his or her information via representative he or she needs to make a letter of attorney and turn in this to the president of it's possessing facility" in the article 16. Based on the investigation of general hospital for CD copy issue status near metropolitan area, 8 out of 20, were issuing CD copy through personal identification process(the person oneself and representative) and 10 general hospital were doing by getting signature of receiptor only without identification of the person oneself and 2 general hospital confirmation process is not at all. By the law of securing personal information of public organization, article 16, confirmation process is supposed to mandate lawfully with a letter of attorney when there is any request of reading and/or copies of one's information. But in reality, there were no consistent rules on reading, the process and coverage of copy issue, rejection coverage of copy issue of CD copy in each general hospital PACS operation center. Therefore there is a big need for consolidated format which is applicable by law when the representative requests to issue of CD copy that is storing medical treatment images. By issue through this consolidated format, securing medical information of individual and systemic operation and management will be valid and effective.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the degree of influence on the elderly’s life adjustment and decision making in the family. For these research tasks the data were collected through interview. the respondents were 296 of man and woman elderly who lived in JeonJu. It was analyzed by various statistical methods such as Frequency, Percentile, ANOVA, correlate, t-test, Multiple Regression Analysis. The finding of this study are as follows; 1) Decision-making of the elderly in family had significant differences I the area of sex, the sum of monthly personal expenses, satisfaction level of personal expenses, subjective economic level and self-esteem in the order named. 2) Elderly life-adjustment had significant differences in the area of the residential district, the present job, the situation of a apouse, religion, education, the sum of the monthly personal expenses, health, satisfaction level of personal expenses, subjective economics level and self-esteem. 3) When we observe relationship with the elderly decision-making in family and life-adjustment, relation decision-making in family and life-adjustment appeared positively. 4) Decision-making of the elderly in family had the significant differences according to the variables such as sex, the sum of monthly personal expenses, and self-esteem in the order named, and the most influential factor among them was sex. 5) Elderly life-adjustment had the significant differences according to the variables such as self-esteem, decision-making, religion, health, the sum of the monthly personal expenses, the residential district in the order named. The most influential factor was self-esteem and the explanary of those variables for the elderly life-adjustment was 55.1%.

In the social media, information that users share with service providers can be divided into personal identification information such as gender and age and privacy-related information such as photos and comments. However, previous works on IS and service management have shed relatively little light on the difference of information-sharing decisions depending on the type of information. This study examines information-sharing decisions by separating the two types of information. A structural equation modeling method is used to test the research model based on a sample of 350 Facebook in South Korea. Analysis results show that self-expression, trust, and perceived security had a significant positive effect on both user's intentions to give personal identification information and their intentions to give privacy-related information. However, privacy concerns negatively affected their intentions to give personal identification and intention to give privacy-related information. The analysis results confirm that there was no difference between decision-making processes about sharing personal identification information and ones about sharing privacy-related information.

The importance of the personal information has been increased, there have been a lot of efforts to establish a new policy, certification or law for administrating personal information more effectively and safely. Korean government has operated ISMS and PIMS certification system to assess whether an organization has established and managed appropriate information security system or not. However, it has been addressed the needs for revising and modifying of PIMS and ISMS. It is evaluated there are a few overlapped criteria to assess information management system in both ISMS and PIMS. ISMS-P certification, combining with ISMS and PIMS, is, finally, suggested, in the recent. GDPR is established having an aim of primarily to give control to individuals over their personal data and to simplify the regulatory environment for international business by unifying the regulation within the EU. This study compares GDPR and ISMS-P, focusing on "personal information". It can be expected to contribute as followings. This study can be a criterion for self-evaluation of possibility to violate of GDPR of a firm in preparation for ISMS-P. Second, this study also aims to increase the understanding of the role of ISMS-P and GDPR, among various certifications with the purpose of assessment of the information security management system, by reducing the costs required to obtain the unnecessary certification and alleviating the burden. Third, it contributes to diffusion of ISMS-P newly implemented in Korea.

Internet-based distribution of digital contents provides great opportunities for producers, distributors and consumers, but it may seriously threaten users' privacy. The Digital Rights Management (DRM) systems which one of the major issues, concern the protection of the ownership/copyright of digital content. However, the most recent DRM systems do not support the protection of the user's personal information. This paper examines the lack of privacy in DRM systems. We describe a privacy policy and user's privacy preferences model that protect each user's personal information from privacy violation by DRM systems. We allow DRM privacy agent to automatically negotiate between the DRM system policy and user's privacy preferences to be disclosed on behalf of the user. We propose an effective negotiation algorithm for the DRM system. Privacy rules are created following the negotiation process to control access of the user's personal information in the DRM system. The proposed privacy negotiation algorithm can be adapted appropriately to the existing DRM systems to solve the privacy problem effectively.
