The almost of Web page has been gathered the personal information(Korean resident registration number, name, cell-phone number, home telephone number, E-mail address, home address, etc.) using the membership and log-in. The all most user of Web page are concerned for gathering of the personal information. I-pin is the alternative means of resident registration number and has been used during the last ten-year period in the internet. The accident of I-pin mass illegal issue was happened by hacker at February, 2015. In this paper, we analysis the problems of I-pin system about I-pin mass illegal issue accident and propose a improvement method of it. First, I-pin issue must be processed by the off-line of face certification in spite of user's inconvenience. Second, I-pin use must be made up through second certification of password or OTP. The third, the notification of I-pin use must be sent to the user by the text messaging service of cell-phone or the E-mail. The forth, I-pin must be used an alternative means of Korean resident registration number in Internet. The methods can reduce the problems of I-pin system.

The purpose of this study is to identify poorly understood factors related to the recent rapid decline in fertility in Korean society. Along with Becker's child demand theory, personal psychological traits, such as independence, nurturance, and affiliation, were given special attention in this study. We examine the processes of resource transfers between married women and their parents on childbearing intention in order to verify the effects of both factors. Five hundred and seventy-six women in their early stage of marriage from the 2009 wave of the National Survey of Marriage and Childbirth were analyzed. Main results of the study are as follows. First, Becker's child demand theory is not supported. Instead, the women who were not given economic support from their parents in getting a residence at the time of their wedding turned out to be more willing to have a child, potentially because they were more independent. Second, the women who provided caretaking and emotional support to their parents had higher childbearing intentions, potentially because they were more nurturing. In conclusion, these personal psychological variables are important in understanding the childbearing behavior of women. We suggest that the government should pay more attention to the micro-personal factors raised in this study when executing policies to reverse the current trend of low fertility.

The merits of Smartphone are portability, convenience and especially a lot of information can be stored in the device. Especially in Smartphone, users can install programs that cannot install to normal cell phone and users can use many different services through these Smartphone programs. Also Smartphone can connect to Internet through network, so it can access information anytime, anywhere easily. Security of personal information and variety of information which stored in Smartphone are in risk. In Chapter 2 of thesis, it will discuss the definition and features of the Smartphone and market trends. In Chapter 3 of thesis, it will discuss security vulnerabilities of Smartphone and it will analyze and research security vulnerabilities of Smartphone in Chapter 4. In conclusion, it will check users' identification twice in useful application especially application that relate to finance and mobile payment. By checking users' identification several times, it will help to defend from security threats. Users can use Smartphone safely and convenience by know how to prevent from mobile hacking for personal and private information. the quality of APIs matching by the clustering and hierarchical relationships mechanism.

Recently, number of tablet or Smartphone users increased significantly in domestic and around the world. But violation of personal information such as leakage, misuse and abuse are constantly occurring by using mobile devices which is very useful in our society. Therefore, in this paper it will talk about the problems in the network environment of the mobile environment such as tablet and Smartphone, Mobile Malware, hacking of the public key certificate, which could be potential threat to mobile environment. This thesis will research for people to use their mobile devices more reliable and safer in mobile environment from invasion and leakage of personal information. In order to use Smartphone safely, users have to use Wi-Fi and Bluetooth carefully in the public area. This paper will research how to use App safely and characteristic of risk of worm and Malware spreading. Because of security vulnerabilities of the public key certificate, it will suggest new type of security certification. In order to prevent from the information leakage and infect from Malware in mobile environment without knowing, this thesis will analyze the improved way to manage and use the mobile device.

호텔정보시스템의 품질과 수용수준이 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가를 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 모델을 설정하기 위하여 정보시스템 성과평가모형이론을 고찰하였다. 시스템품질을 제외하고, 정보품질과 서비스품질은 지각된 유용성과 사용자 만족에 정의 영향을 미치며, 지각된 유용성과 사용자 만족도는 성과에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 시스템품질의 영향을 높일 수 있는 정보시스템 구축과 교육프로그램이 요구되며, 정보품질을 높일 수 있는 업무지향성이 높은 정보가 제공되도록 해야 할 것이다.

In this paper, we intend to understand distinguishable SNS technology contributions for B2C commerce. In order to theorize this, we draw upon Technology-to-Performance chain (TPC) theory to develop the model that could explain how the technology value of the SNS could be realizable. For the purpose of capturing SNS technology effect to B2C channel effectiveness, on the basis of TPC theory, personal productivity is selected as a performance variable instead of satisfaction from SNS usage. Accordingly, as the antecedents of personal productivity, two variables of locatability and timeliness are extracted to reflect Task-technology-fit (TTF) dimension of performance precursors. For the utilization dimension of TPC framework, convenience and recreation tendency of the personal traits in shopping are included as the precursors of SNS utilization in the sense of reflecting utilitarian and hedonic value of SNS adoption. Empirical validation is conducted with reference to promotion and sales event on Facebook, which is chosen as the typical SNS based B2C commerce scenario. The data analysis result provide useful insights to further investigate the firm's SNS usage potentials for business applications.

This study aimed to investigate and compare the perception of personal protective equipments and instrument sterilization of students who are in attendance at colleges and universities and which have bedside training as a regular subject in their curriculum for third-year students. 'Completely True' is the highest response to the question about the importance of wearing gloves, mask and medical gown from all groups. 'Completely True' is the highest response to the question about the necessity for replacement of gloves from all groups. 'Moderate True' is the highest response to the question about the necessity for replacement of mask from the group without practical training and 'Completely True' is the highest response to the question about the importance of hair cleanliness from all groups regardless of practical training experience. For the question about the perception of instrument disinfection and sterilization, the group with inside and outside practical training showed the highest perception level. Consequently, the right education for prevention of infection by setting inclusive guidelines to enhance the level of perception and practice seems continuously necessary.

Telecommunications-broadcasting convergence in the domain of IT is a representative phenomenon that is expected to provide the saturated existing markets with a new source of profit. Especially, T-Commerce combines familiarity of TV and immediacy of the Internet which are expected to cover all the users familiar with each media and expand the existing commercial transactions. Telecommunications-broadcasting convergence in Korea, however, is focusing on technical and regulatory aspects so that research on the real users is not up to the mark yet. This is the most fundamental problem in hampering growth in the corresponding service and market. Thus, we are proposing an adoption model on T-Commerce to rapidly expand the convergence service through understanding the potential users. Perceived utilitarian and hedonic values, perceived interactivity, media substitution and personal innovativeness have been examined as the factors influencing the users' intention to adopt a new convergence service. As a result of empirical analysis, it is verified that perceived utilitarian and hedonic values and personal innovativeness directly influenced the users' intention to adopt whereas perceived interactivity had indirect affect on them. T-Commerce service providers should not only emphasize on the benefit that the older media could not provide the users with, but also provide them with more pleasure and entertaining experience during the course of satisfying the users' needs to distinguish T-Commerce from the other existing media.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception of problem of internet usage and the willingness to receive internet education among adolescents on Jeju Island, who are core internet users, and the related variables. The survey was administered to 566 students from elementary and middle schools on Jeju. The data were analyzed by T-test, ANOVA analysis, DMR test and logistic regression analysis. The major results of this study were as follows. First, the adolescents perceived the conflict with family due to the problem of internet usage. Taken as a whole, the perception of a problem due to internet usage was low. Second, the internet-related variables were very important to the perception level of the problem in that there was a significant difference in all sub-spheres according to the internet usage time. Also, the personal-related variables such as gender, age, and personal expenses had a meaningful difference on the perception level of problem. Third, adolescents' willingness to receive internet education was considerably high. The personal-related variables such as gender and school record had a meaningful influence on the willingness of the internet education.

Person characteristics and the perception of organization climate affect on the performances associated with causes of job stress, and may induce various types of human errors. For incidence, a person's adaptation to organizational traits can influence on a person's performance with tasks assigned as well as job satisfaction, a change of occupation, etc. There are several evaluation methods such as an aptitude test to evaluate the suitability of department allocation. However, only person's traits such as an aptitude has been associated with department allocation and job assignment for the personnel management. This paper shows not only an evaluation result on the job-stress of the workers in nuclear power plants (NPPs), but also the relationships between the job-stress and the coincidences of group-personal, team-personal traits. Then, we systematically deduct a basic information on the factors to be considered to manage the organizational traits and job stress. We expect this result can contribute to enhance the organizational management against to the human errors as well as for the promotion of safety and efficiency of NPPs.
