지식관리시스템의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 주관적 규범, 성격특성을 중심으로 (A Study on Factors Influencing the Performance of the Knowledge Management System(KMS): Focused on Subjective Norm and Personality)

  • This study focuses on influencing factors of TAM on personality, subjective norm and then examines the relationship between influencing factors such as KMS usage and system performance. The survey was collected from KMS users by e-mail and on-line questionnaire. Finally, 206 questionnaires were chosen for the analysis of data. It was analyzed by SPSS and AMOS for the frequency analysis, reliability analysis, CFA(Confirmatory Factor Analysis) and SEM(Structural Equation Modeling). The results were as follows. First, subjective norm is found to be especially important to KMS usage. Second, Extraversion positively moderated the relationship between subjective norm and perceived usefulness. Third, KMS usage is significant to personal performance such as knowledge growth, decision making and the ability of problem solving. This study proposed that the usage of Knowledge Management System positively contributes to the improvement of personal performance.

Examining Customers' Intention of Continued Use and Cross-Buying on Internet-Only Banks

  • Internet-only banks (IOB) refer to financial institutions which provide services entirely through online digital platforms without physical branches. Although IOBs have been around for over 26 years, there is still room for investigating what factors motivate customers to use them continuously and extensively. Therefore, this study aims to examine what factors lead to customers' intention of continued use and cross-buying on IOBs by extending the Post-Acceptance Model of IS Continuance (PAMISC). The result shows that perceived economic benefit and ongoing trust have significant relationships with the intention of continued use and that ongoing trust has significant direct and mediating (via intention of continued use) relationships with the intention of cross-buying. Also, personal innovativeness positively moderates the relationship between ongoing trust and the intention of cross-buying. This study sheds light on the literature on branchless financial services and PAMISC. IOB practitioners should revisit the effectiveness of customers' economic benefits to establish ongoing trust with customers.

  • 최근 금융 환경 변화의 폭과 속도가 빨라지고 다양한 금융상품들이 출현함에 따라 개인 차원에서의 합리적 재무관리에 대한 필요와 욕구가 급격히 증대되고 있다. 특히 개인이 처한 재무 상황에 맞는 맞춤형 자산관리 서비스에 대한 요구도 높아짐에 따라 금융기관에서는 프라이빗 뱅킹(Private Banking) 부문을 신설하고 지속적으로 확대해 왔다. 그러나 프라이빗 뱅킹이 가지는 고비용 구조로 말미암아 서비스 대상 고객이 매우 제한되고 있어 실질적으로 자산관리에 대한 전문서비스를 필요로 하는 대다수의 고객들은 수혜자가 될 수 없다는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 개인자산관리 전문가인 프라이빗 뱅커(Private Banker)의 전문지식과 지식체계를 구조화, 시스템화 하여 이를 지능형 에이전트로 구현함으로써 저비용으로 다수의 고객들에게 전문적이고 맞춤형인 개인자산관리 서비스를 제공하는 방안에 관해 고찰해 본다. 그 첫 시도로 개인의 재무의사결정과 관련된 다양한 시나리오에 기반하여 개인 자산관리를 위한 지능형 에이전트인 U-smart PB(private banking)의 프레임워크를 제시하고 핵심 서비스를 도출한다. 본 시스템은 시간과 장소에 구애 받지 않는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 실시간 개인맞춤형 자산관리를 지원하는 지능형 에이전트로 단순 정보 제공뿐만 아니라 개인의 투자의사결정을 전문적으로 지원함을 목적으로 한다.

  • 본 연구는 창업에서 글로벌역량과 개인특성이 창업의지에 미치는 영향이 있는지에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위하여 전국 성인 남 녀 21세이상 257명을 대상으로 설문 서베이를 실시했다. 연구결과 개인특성으로 성취욕구, 위험감수성, 자기효능감이 창업의지에 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 글로벌역량을 매개변수로 한 창업의지는 유의적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 각각의 개인특성이 통제된 상황에서 글로벌역량은 창업의지에 유의적인 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구에서 중점적으로 다루고자 한 글로벌역량의 매개적 역할은 개인특성과 창업의지를 매개해주며 높은 설명력을 보여 글로벌역량이 창업의지와 상당한 관련이 있음을 밝혀내었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 창업을 하고자하는 개인과 기존의 창업자뿐만 아니라 창업교육 담당자들에게 기초자료로서 도움을 줄 것으로 예상된다.

  • Despite the organizational benefits of knowledge sharing among employees, many workers are reluctant to share their knowledge with their colleagues. Most organizations have taken a lot of actions to facilitate knowledge sharing among employees, including developing reward systems, enhancing social networks and interpersonal relationships and crafting organizational cultures that support knowledge sharing. To date, however, earlier studies have demonstrated that knowledge doesn't flow easily when an organization makes a concerted effort to facilitate knowledge sharing. The issue whether or not employees are motivated to share their knowledge with others is definitely the main concern in knowledge sharing. The purpose of this study is to explore the conditions under which employees are inclined to share knowledge with other members. Specifically, we examine the effect of knowledge self-efficacy on knowledge sharing intention. In addition, we attempt to investigate medicating effects of personal outcome expectation and performance-related outcome expectation on the relationship between knowledge self-efficacy and knowledge sharing intention. To test the proposed hypotheses in our study, we collected data via a survey with a sample of 210 employees in 23 firms in Korea. The major findings of the empirical research are as follows: 1) knowledge self-efficacy was positively related with knowledge sharing intention. 2) personal outcome expectation has turned out to have a mediation effect on the relationship between knowledge self-efficacy and knowledge sharing intention. 3) performance-related outcome expectation also mediates the relationship between knowledge self-efficacy and knowledge sharing intention That is, this result indicates that knowledge self-efficacy has indirect effect on knowledge sharing intention through personal outcome expectation and performance-related outcome expectation. Based on these findings, implications of the research findings and recommendation for future research are discussed.

  • 사람은 타인과 새로운 관계를 맺거나, 기존의 관계를 유지하거나, 관계를 끊는 등의 행동을 하며 사회 공동체속에서 살아간다. 다른 사람과의 관계는 커뮤니케이션을 기반으로 한 사회적인 활동을 전제로 이루어진다. 일반적으로 커뮤니케이션을 통해 정보와 감정을 교류함으로써 관계가 형성되고 유지되며, 활발한 커뮤니케이션을 통해 관계를 강화하는 활동을 하게 된다 최근 10년 사이에 기술과 정보통신의 발달로 새롭게 등장한 커뮤니케이션 채널이라 할 수 있는 휴대전화는, 이제 유선전화 시장을 넘어서 거의 전국민이 사용할 만큼 보편화되어 인간에게 매우 친밀하고 중요한 수단으로 자리잡았다. 이제 사람들은 일상생활 속에서 휴대전화와 거의 모든 시간, 장소에 함께 하며 타인과의 커뮤니케이션을 위한 채널을 열어둔다. 이렇게 휴대전화는 사람들의 인간 관계를 유지, 보수, 강화하는 데에 매우 긴밀하게 사용할 수 도구이지만, 인간관계 관리의 측면에서 보면 단순히 커뮤니케이션을 도와주는 역할에 머무르고 있으며 실제적인 관계 관리에 능동적인 도움을 주지 못하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 본 연구는 커뮤니케이션의 주 도구로 사용되는 휴대전화의 사용을 바탕으로 사용자의 인간 관계관리를 도와주기 위한 지원 서비스를 제공하고자 하였다. 휴대전화 사용 정보를 바탕으로 커뮤니케이션이 필요한 대상을 알려주어 사용자로 하여금 현재의 관계 상황을 이해하고 커뮤니케이션 행위, 즉 관계관리로 이어지도록 하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 모바일 커뮤니케이션에서의 관계 특성을 활용하여 사용자와 대상간의 친밀도를 추출하는 방법을 수립하고 휴대전화를 통해 인간관계 관리를 지원하는 서비스의 프로토타입을 제작하였다.

Development of Head-cook's Education and Training Curriculum by Analyzing Job Characteristics and Competencies in Contract Foodservice Management Company

  • The primary purpose of this study was to investigate the job characteristics and competencies of a head-cook in contracted foodservice management company, identify the knowledge, abilities, skills and other characteristics (KASO) required to perform the duties of a head-cook, and provide training content and develop training program for job of head-cook in contract foodservice management company (CFMC). A survey instrument including identified KASO was used in the study. The questionnaire was delivered by using e-mail to 165 head-cooks employed by CFMC. The factor analysis resulted in a three-factor structure of the instrument such as 'basic foodservice operation duties' 'personal characteristics' 'managing of expanded duties-menu, customer and business'. This result suggested the education and training program for head-cook in CFMC should be composed of 'basic foodservice operation duties' on 'bulk preparation', 'procurement, inventory management', 'facility and equipment management', and 'sanitation and safety management', 'personal characteristics' on 'personality management' and 'moral duties', and 'managing of expanded duties-menu, customer and business' on 'menu management', 'customer service management', 'cost management', and 'administrative ability'. Therefore, it will be expected that the management of human resources in the contract foodservice industry would be developed by the application of recommended education and training program.

일본·독일·미국의 산재보험 간병급여체계의 비고 (Comparison of the Personal Care Benefit System under Workers' Compensation in Japan, Germany, and the United States)

  • Purpose: A national long-term care system for elderly and the disabled has its unique evolution in each country. Japan, Germany and the United States may be the typical examples of respective social insurance system. This paper reviews the counterpart examples of Japan, Germany and the United States and looks at their accumulated long-term care system experiences and personal care system under workers' compensation. Methods: Literature review and website searching were conducted. Key words as 'workers' compensation insurance', 'personal care benefit' and 'long term care' were used in searching the related literatures. Results: Though the personal care benefit under current Workers'Compensation in Korea is very similar to Japan's, the long-term care system of Korea is not as well established. Germany and the United States have the provision of personal care benefit for injured workers within long term care system. Conclusions: We recommend some key issues to take into account for improving personal care benefit system in workers' compensation in Korea as follows: providing a comprehensive coverage through the linkage of long term care, introducing an assessment & evaluation system for the appropriate benefits, establishing insurer's role for quality management of personal care service, and developing a policy for family caregivers.

보안요인을 중심으로 한 개인용 클라우드 서비스 사용의도 (Intention to Use of Personal Cloud Services: Focusing on the Security Factors)

  • Recently, with the proliferation of smart phones and mobile devices and the increase in the speed of mobile Internet, IT services are increasingly used in smart phones and mobile devices in a different way from the past. That is, a cloud service that downloads and uses data stored in the server in real time is expanding, and as a result, the security due to the continuous Internet connection of the user becomes a problem. In this study, we analyzed the relationship between factors affecting the continuous use of personal cloud service by using technology acceptance model. In addition to the technology acceptance model, confidentiality, privacy, accessibility, innovation, and self-efficacy were extracted from the existing research with emphasis on the characteristics of the cloud service and security factors. Moreover, the difference of intention to use among genders was verified through structural equation modeling with survey data from 262 personal cloud service users.

SNS몰입이 사회성에 미치는 영향 (Impact of SNS Flow on Sociality)

  • With the widespread use of smartphones and the development of information technology, an online service called SNS(social network service) has emerged, and as an increasing number of people began to use SNS, extensive research has been conducted on SNS. SNS is an important factor for adolescents who are developing social skills that help them to adapt to the society, and for adults who are stepping into the society. The present study investigates the effects of information search, self-disclosure, interaction, and playfulness, all of which are motivational factors for SNS use, on flow in SNS, and empirically analyzes the degree of these variables influence according to flow in SNS and individual's personal nature(extrovert, introvert). The analysis results showed that information search, self-disclosure, interaction, and playfulness were positively correlated with flow in SNS, and flow in SNS was positively correlated with social skills. The degree of influence varied depending on the individual's personal nature(extrovert, introvert). These findings may provide important insights for researchers studying SNS, SNS managers, and company officials using SNS.
