In this paper, we analyze the Contact Center's specific-security characteristics, including the threat model and weakness and study effective security measures focussing on protecting customer's personal information. Also, we establish the information security management system to reduce the possibility of information leakage from the internal employee in advance. As a result, we propose the "Security management model for protecting personal information for customer Contact Center" that complies with current ISO/IEC JTC 1 ISMS 27000 series standards.

This paper reviewed the relationship between personal factors(creativity, outwarding, entrepreneurship) and incremental innovation, and the moderating effect of tenure in the domestic service enterprises. Based on the responses from 306 employees, the results of hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed that all personal factors except creativity have positive relationships with incremental innovation factors. The results of moderating analysis showed that entrepreneurship have more positive effects on all incremental innovation factors while respondents' tenure being shorter.

In order to find out the management and sanitation status of protective gear provided at the construction site, a case study and survey were conducted by visiting the site. As a result of the case study, inspection and management, disinfection, and storage of protective equipment were insufficient in both workplaces with less than 50 employees and workplaces with more than 100 employees. As a result of the survey, workers(66.2%), said they did not know how to identify hard hats(67.6.%), how to identify bad hard hats(60.8%), and how to identify bad safety belts (73.0%), even though workers(66.2%) were educated on protective gear, and those in charge of protective gear Non-specified(56.8%), regular inspection of the provided protective equipment was not performed(82.4%), and disinfection was not performed(90.5%). Therefore, as a management plan to maintain the performance of personal protective equipment, educational aspects, regular training on protective equipment, training on how to identify defective protective equipment, management of recording papers, technical aspects, strengthening of standards for placement of dedicated safety managers in small workplaces, participation of workers' representatives when selecting protective equipment, and selection of protective equipment for workers Providing opportunities, administrative aspects of protective equipment regulation and management, introduction of sanitary and cleanliness system, and selection of personnel in charge of protective equipment management were suggested.

In this paper, we propose a user-centric conflict management method for media services which exploits personal companions for the harmonious detection and resolution of service conflicts. To detect conflicts based on the varying characteristics of individual users, the proposed method exploits the unified context describing all users attempting to access media services. It recommends and mediates users' preferred media contents through a shared screen and personal companions to resolve the detected conflicts. During the recommendation, a list of preferred media contents is displayed on the shared screen, and a personally preferred content list is shown on the user's personal companion comprising the selection of media contents. Mediation assists the selection of a consensual service by gathering the users' selections and highlighting the common media contents. In experiments carried out in a ubiHome, we observed that recommendations and mediation are useful in harmoniously resolving conflicts by encouraging user participation in conflict situations.

In this paper we discuss personal data management with mobile devices, an activity requiring the composition of services offered by standard suites of applications. We propose a data model and an interface model that allows users to define activities, tasks and services, to navigate among them according to the evolution of the personal situation as perceived and interpreted by the users themselves. The interface model acts as a lens exploring the situation, zooming into the details, covering different areas of the personal data, supporting the user in the role of a composer of personal services.

The personal information extrusion accident(hacking, improper maintenance) by the internet has been increased rapidly during the last ten-year period. The personal information includes Korean resident registration number, name, cellphone number, home telephone number, E-mail address, home address, etc. Korean resident registration number is unchangeable from the cradle to the grave. Illegally accessed personal information can be wrongfully resoled or used at phishing scam. In this paper, we propose a alternative means of Korean resident registration number using the authorized certificate. The authorized certificate is in use safely in Internet. The authorized certificate(included Chinese name) is in used in offline service, the authorized certificate(included English name) is used in online(for government service) and the authorized certificate(not included name) is used in online(for private service). The authorized certificates are possible for discard, republication. The method can reduce the possibility of the personal information extrusion.

Purpose - First, empirical research will reveal how personal creativity affects the knowledge sharing and innovation behaviors of organizational members. Second, self-management competency will be verified to explain the causal relationship between independent and dependent variables as a mediating variable and to reduce the time interval. Research design, data, and methodology - There are two major research models. First, personal creativity (professionalism, emotional intelligence, internal motivation) has a positive impact on knowledge sharing (creation of knowledge, organization of knowledge, use of knowledge) and innovation behavior (deriving ideas, implementing ideas, promoting ideas). Second, self-management competency (intellectual capacity, emotional capacity, personality capacity) plays a mediating role. In addition to descriptive statistics and correlation analysis, Cronbach's α was calculated for 259 workers in the retail industry. In addition, confirmatory factor analysis was performed using the AMOS 24.0 program, and the influence on the measurement model was analyzed to verify the structural equation model. Results - First, personal creativity had a positive effect on knowledge sharing and innovation behavior. In other words, it was confirmed that the decision-making process accompanied by individual creativity can create an atmosphere of knowledge sharing and continue to innovate. Second, personal creativity had a positive effect on self-management competency, and self-management competency had a positive effect on knowledge sharing and innovation behavior. Third, self-management competency was found to partially mediate the influence of personal creativity on knowledge sharing and innovation behavior. Conclusions - First, it is important for managers to recognize the value of creative talents who can be a fundamental source of organizational success and competitive advantage, and to attract talented people. Second, managers should be able to develop decision-making processes to develop potential creativity and encourage creative ideas, opinions, or solutions when organizing the work environment of their members. Third, managers should promote the sharing and integration of new knowledge that underlies the creative views and attitudes of teams and organizational members. Unlike previous studies, which emphasize the role of the work environment in which creative behaviors are promoted, this study shows that creativity of individual members, itself, is an important determinant of knowledge sharing and innovation behavior.

Objectives: The principal aim of this study is to provide fundamental data for suggesting substantial management plan of personal air sampler by investigating current situation of work environment monitoring service provider. Materials and Methods: The questionnaires regarding a personal air sampler were sent by electronic mail to 150 institutions, except for 22 institutions which are out of business or closed temporarily, among total 172 domestic work environment monitoring service providers designated by Ministry of Employment and Labor based on 2013. The institutions which did not reply to the questionnaire for 30 days were required directly by phone call. Finally 97 institutions gave an answer to the questionnaire and therefore the respondence rate was 65%. Results: The normal operation rate of personal air sampler exceeded 70% in all the types (particle, gas and both combination) in terms of purchased year. Furthermore the personal air sampler purchased recently showed a trend of high operation rate compared to the personal air sampler purchased previously. The distribution patterns of personal air sampler In terms of manufacturers were Gillian>MSA>SKC for particle, Gillian>SKC>AMETEK for gas and Gillian>MSA>Casella for both combination, respectively. As a result, it was found that the personal air sampler manufactured by Gillian company was utilized the most in domestic work environment monitoring service provider regardless of types of personal air sampler. Conclusions: Based on the results obtained from this study, the normal operation rate according to types of personal air sampler was as follows: 94% for personal air sampler for collecting particle only, 93% for personal air sampler for collecting gas only and 89% for collecting both particle and gas. Overall, the numbers of personal air sampler possessed and operated normally in domestic work environment monitoring service provider were 5,458 and 5,062, which indicates the normal operation rate of personal air sampler in total aspect is 93%.

Currently, in spite of continual efforts the information utility of construction industry has low-efficiency for the other industry. These problems arose from the erroneous efforts for the information utility of construction industry. Because it left out of consideration of the construction characters, which are the center of construction sites, and this information system was directly introduced and operated from the other industry. Also, we can point out mistake that the existing information systems disregarded using facility in the fixing of these problems. Therefore, this study describes a new process, which purposes to build and utilize construction information management system as using Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) of the mobile communication concept, to solve the problems of existing construction information management system.
