It is necessary to understand a self-expression and communication in cyberspace using digital photography We have studied the digital camera consumer's self-expression and communication skills and strategy through ethnographic interviews. In this study, we have used ethnographic interviews of 7 informants who had personal web site and are using digital cameras. As a result, It has turned out that informants expressed their self taking pictures of their daily life, friends, and family. Also they imply meaning and feeling in the pictures that had been taken to express their lives. The communication in cyberspace has turned out that informants communicate with other people with digital pictures to show their life. They communicated each other and give information. It means that they made information by themselves to give and share with other people as prosumer. Digital photography to express themselves and communicate in cyberspace enhanced human relationship that had made in cyber space. And it helps to form their self identity. They express their cyber identity with digital photography and it is similar to their self identity that expresses in real life.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine the predictive factors for maternal role development for mothers of premature infants. Methods: A descriptive correlational study was conducted. A total sample of 121 mothers of premature infants following discharge from the neonatal intensive care unit were recruited using two strategies; an internet-based survey and an in-person data collection in a tertiary university hospital in Korea. A self-report questionnaire was used to collect data regarding personal, birth variables, marital intimacy, maternal attachment, maternal identity and maternal role development. Results: A hierarchical multiple regression analysis indicated that parity, maternal attachment, marital intimacy and maternal identity were predictors for maternal role development for mothers of premature infants, accounting for 70% of the variance. Among these variables, maternal attachment is the most powerful predictor for maternal role development. Conclusion: Nursing interventions during hospitalization to post-discharge education that includes parents of premature babies with positive interaction between couples strengthening marital intimacy and promotes maternal attachment that leads to integrate maternal identity should be considered by priority. Community-based family services such as home visits should be focused on maximizing the predictive factors for maternal role development in transition to motherhood that can contribute to maternal health as well as optimal growth and development of premature infants.

By examining variables affecting university student's perceptions of marriage, this study aimed to better understand how to promote positive perceptions of marriage among university students. The study sample consisted of 488 university students and their parents in Incheon and Gyeonggi, Korea. For data analysis, t-test, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were performed. First, results showed that individual growth, emotional stability, and overall perceptions of marriage varied by gender. And results showed that individual growth, institutional necessity, and overall perceptions of marriage varied by grade. Second, higher levels of perceptions of marriage among university students were significantly correlated with greater university student's identity, better parent's marital relationship. Third, the personal relations was most influential variable on university student's perceptions of marriage, followed by the parent's conflict and authority the mother's duties, followed by the target orientating, gender and grade. Overall, results suggest that parent's marital relationship is important for promotion of positive perceptions of marriage among university students. Also, systematic analysis of university student's identity and programs to address such problems are needed.

This study is to comprehend indie fashion which pursues the realization of self-identity, values, freedom and a creation that deviates from conventional cultural flow. This study also aims to understand the definition and characteristics of indie fashion in Korean culture. A rigorous study on indie fashion has not yet been done; therefore, this study was conducted through both a literature study and empirical study. The empirical study asked individuals who engage in indie fashion to provide opinions on the definition and characteristics of indie fashion. The results are as follow. First, indie fashion does not impose conformity upon an individual nor does it pursue differentiation. Second, indie fashion based on self-identity is characterized by an individual's consistent and unchanging style. Third, images (or styles of indie fashion) cannot be uniformly defined as styles different from one individual to another. Fourth, indie fashion can be defined as when an individual perceives themselves as pursuing indie spirit and its attitude. Next was an empirical study that showed in what position indie fashion is and who the fashion leader is in indie fashion. People who enjoy indie fashion said that (regarding indie fashion) it exists independent from the flow of trends as it regards personal values and identity as important.

본 연구는 청소년의 가족건강성, 공감능력과 행복감의 일반적인 경향을 알아보고, 가족건강성, 공감능력이 행복감에 미치는 영향력을 살펴봄으로써 이를 통해 청소년의 행복감을 증진하는데 도움을 주는 방향을 모색하고자 한다. 첫째, 청소년이 인식하는 공감능력은 '개인적 고통'을 제외한 '관점 취하기', '동일시', '공감적 관심'에서 중간 값 보다 높게 나타났으며 성별에 따른 공감능력의 차이를 살펴보면, 여학생이 남학생에 비해 전반적으로 공감능력이 높았다. 청소년이 인식하는 가족건강성은 하위영역 모두에서 중간 값보다 높게 나타났고, 성별에 따른 가족건강성의 차이를 살펴보면 '의사소통 및 유대'를 여학생이 남학생 보다 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 청소년이 인식하는 행복감은 중간 값보다 높게 나타났으며, 성별에 따른 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 청소년의 행복감에 공감능력 중 동일시, 공감적 관심, 개인적 고통이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 가족건강성의 하위변인 중 가족존중 및 애정, 역할공유 및 문제해결력, 재정적 안정이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이들 변인들은 행복감을 39% 설명해 주고 있다. 따라서, 청소년의 행복감을 증진시키기 위해서는 건강한 가족관계 형성을 위한 가족관계 강화 프로그램을 활성화하고 공감능력 향상 프로그램을 개발하여 학교나 가정에서 지속적인 교육이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

Study on children from international marriage so far has been conducted focusing on the school-aged children, and it uniformly presents those children as a mere being with problem, overlooking regional variables of rural area. Hence, this study aims to seek various means of adaptation of children from international marriage by considering both variables rural area and adolescence. For this study, six children from international marriage living in the rural area of H county in Jeonlanamdo were chosen, in-dept interview were conducted, and Giorgi(1985) was used to analyze qualitative data. The results shows that these adolescences appear to have extensive experiences in the areas of learning, personal relationship, home and identity. Level of academic achievement was influenced by what school they attend to, and personal relationship aspect was affected by prejudice and discriminative perception from people around them. In addition, in home environment, hatred toward father, sympathy for mother, comparison with mothers who have great cultural adaptation skills, and pressure as the firstborn appear to be on the increase. Adolescent children tend to be addicted to internet games in order to escape from anxiety, experiencing identity crisis. They tend to be negative about international marriage of their parents, and exhibit behaviors refusing values and religious view of their parents. At the conclusion, limitation of the study and suggestion for further study are presented.

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of social voluntary activity on the identity of women's college students. universities are functionally constituted by teaching, researching and social service. Data for analysis are collected 439 students at K women's college in other to examine research questions, t-test and regression test. The results of this analysis are as follows : First, There was any gap in self-esteem, morality and social welfare ideology between the college students who had ever experienced social voluntary activity and who had not. Second, The personal characteristics did not give an impact, but their satisfaction was under the influence of institutional support for supervision and altitude of themselves for social service, which were part of the institution characteristics. Third, The social service effectiveness was not affected by the personal characteristics, except influenced by the instituitional characteristits such as degree of compensation an influence on self-esteem. also social welfare and morality were not affected. Fourth, There was any gap in self-esteem, morality and social welfare ideology between the impact of service satisfaction on service effectiveness.

Currently, web-based online games is becoming popular in supporting learning process due to their effective and efficient tool. However, online games have lack of security aspect, in particular due to increase in the number of personal information leakage. Since the data are transmitted over insecure channel, it will be vulnerable of being intercepted by attackers who want to exploit user's identity. This paper aims to propose an online web-based educational game, Vidyanusa which allows the students to register their personal information using a unique code, a user name and a password. It manages the users according to their schools, subject teachers and class levels. In addition, by adopting a unique code, the confidentiality of the user identity can be kept away from attackers. Moreover, in order to provide a secure data communication between client and server, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol is adopted. The performance of the system after implementing SSL protocol is examined by loading a number of requests for various users. From the experiment result, it can be concluded that the SSL protocol can be applied to web-based educational system in order to offer security services and reliable connection.

SNS 게시물 기록은 개인기록의 일부이나 그 본질적 특성에 대해 다루어지지 않았다. 그간 기술적인 특성에 주로 주목하였으며 정체성이나 온라인 공간을 고려한 연구는 드물었다. 본 연구는 SNS 게시물이 온라인 정체성을 반영한 기록이며 온라인 및 온라인과 관련된 사건을 재현하는데 SNS 게시물 기록이 의미가 있음을 주장하였다. 자기역사의 관점에서 개인이 겪은 사건을 서사적 자아 관점에서 자기역사 구성을 제안하였으며, 이 과정에서 SNS 게시물 기록이 중요한 역할을 함을 주장하였다. 이를 위해 SNS의 매체적 특성과 개인의 활용방식을 함께 분석하였다.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to develop and validate a Korean-adapted version of the job expectations scale for dental hygienists. Methods: To achieve this goal, a comprehensive methodology was employed, including frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis (maximum likelihood, direct oblimin rotation), confirmatory factor analysis, Cronbach's α reliability, independent t-test, and one-way ANOVA (Duncan post-hoc test) were performed. Results: The Korean version of job expectations scale for dental hygienists comprised 21 items in the personal domain and 5 items in the social domain. The scale demonstrated high construct validity, convergent validity, discriminant validity, and reliability were found. While dental hygienists were found to have higher expectations in the their personal domain than the social domain, expectations in the social domain were higher among male hygienists, those with a bachelor's degree or higher, those in regular permanent employment, and those working in hospital-level or higher facilities. Conclusions: Job expectations is a more comprehensive construct than job roles or professional identity. We anticipate that the instrument will be widely used to analyze trends in job expectations in response to changes in societal values regarding to dental hygienists, the gap between realities and ideals within the dental hygiene profession, and policy considerations.
