This paper proposes streaming layer for personal robot's middleware. Under assumption that robot has open architecture, i.e. consists of modules created by different vendors and intercommunication between these modules is necessary, we have to consider that there are many different network interfaces. To make communication between modules possible it is necessary to develop new type of middleware. Such middleware has to support different platforms, i.e. OS, network interface, hardware, etc. In addition, it is necessary to implement effective interface between network and application in order to manage inter application communications and use network resources more effectively. Streaming layer is such interface that implements necessary functionality together with simplicity and portability. Streaming layer provides high level of abstraction and makes communication between distributed applications transparent as if are located in same module. With possibility of extension by user defined application interfaces it is suitable for distributed environments, i.e. module based architecture including small-embedded systems like as DSP board. To verify the proposed streaming layer structure it is implemented using C and tested.

The research intends to exploit a strategy method of personal branding improving a personal value for construction of a personal image. As an assessment, the model of construction strategy of personal branding is developed in four steps of a model, construction of personal branding, by using elements of personal image and researching about personal branding strategy of scholars. In order to substantiate a validity of presented model, the case analyses of Martha Stewart. The strategy of four steps for construction of effective personal image is explained below. First step is an analysis of personal brand equity, deciding a direction of the concept of a personal branding through analyzing into a core value and core competence of one. Second step is a personal brand identity, constructing personal specification and identity with elements of personal image by using effective strategy, being able to be perceived to population. Third step is a personal brand positioning, constructing competitive brand image by using analysis of SWOT and strategy STP. Fourth step is a promotion of personal brand, advertising and extending a brand image of one by using a public activity and communication methods such as publication, mass media, and social network. By using the four kinds of processes, constructed strategy of a personal brand will be significant for construction of an effective personal image by having increment of a value and power of the brand.

The vacuum gauge control system has been designed and implemented using multi-serial communication controllers (MSCC) for the 2.5 Gev storage ring at the Pohang Accelerator Laboratory (PAL). There are 20 Balzers vacuum gauges and 17 Granville-Phillips vacuum gauges at the storage ring. A MSCC have two RS485 (max speed 460.8Kbps) field network port, 8 channel serial communication ports (max speed 460.8Kbps) connected to gauge controller for serial communication control. 12 MSCCs are connected to a personal computer (PC) through the RS485 field network. The PC can automatically control the MSCCs by sending set of commands through the network. The commands specify the duration of the MODBUS protocol. Upon receiving a command from a PC running under Windows2000 through the network, the MSCC communicate through the serial output ports to gauge controller. In this paper, we describe control structure and scheme of the vacuum gauge control system.

BACnet(Building Automation and Control Networks) is a standard data communication protocol specifically designed for building automation and control systems, BACnet provides six options for data link layer protocols and these six data link layer options can be applied with various wired transmission media. Recently wireless technology prevails in automation area. ZigBee is an IEEE 802.15.4 based standard communication protocol for low-rate wireless personal area networks. In this study, we propose a BACnet over ZigBee model that adopts ZigBee communication channel as a wireless data link layer protocol in a BACnet-based communication network system. The technology proposed in this paper can expand the BACnet application using the advantages of wired and wireless integrated network solution.

In this paper, an interface unit is designed to efficiently monitor transmission data in Controller Area Network(CAN)-based control systems. The CAN uses a serial multi master communication protocol that efficiently supports distributed real-time control with a very high level of data integrity, and communication speeds of up to 1Mbps. The interface unit is composed of a DSP controller which collects data on the CAN bus and transfers data to a personal computer via serial communication to save and display of interesting signals. The experimental system consists of three DSP controllers which represent electronic control units of a vehicle, an interface unit for analysing the data on the bus, and a graphic monitoring program coded on the Windows platform. The validity and the effectiveness of the proposed simple type of CAN interface unit are shown through the experimental results.

최근 Personal Area Network (PAN)에서 신뢰성 있고 인증된 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 Personal Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)가 소개되었다. 그러나, PAN을 구성하는 대다수의 모바일 디바이스들은 일반적으로 제한된 컴퓨팅 능력을 가지므로, 기존PKI에서 사용되는 공개키 서명 기법과 CRL등의 인증서 상태 검증 기법 같이 많은 오버헤드를 요구하는 기법들은 적합하지 않다. 본 논문에서는 PAN을 구성하는 모바일 디바이스들을 위한 효율적인 서명 생성과 인증서 상태 검증을 지원하는 새로운 기법을 제안한다. 제안 기법은 해쉬체인 기법을 사용함으로써 전자서명 생성시 모바일 디바이스의 계산상 오버헤드를 감소시킬 수 있으며 또한, 인증서 상태 검증을 위한 통신상의 오버헤드를 감소시킬 수 있다.

빅데이터는 이제 더 이상 미래 혁신의 아이콘이 아니라 인류가 당면한 과제를 해결하기 위한 하나의 수단으로써 공고히 자리매김해 가고 있다. 빅데이터의 활용과 개인정보 보호는 분명 양면성을 갖고 있다. 데이터의 활용을 강조할 경우 개인이 공개를 원하지 않는 사생활은 필연적으로 침해 될 것이고, 개인정보 보호를 강조할 경우 어설픈 수준의 빅데이터 연구만 가능해 공공의 목적을 달성 하는데 어려움을 겪을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 개인정보 침해의 문제점을 알아보고 빅데이터의 활용과 개인정보의 보호를 하기 위해서 취합하는 빅데이터를 익명화하는 방안을 제시하였다. 이를통해 빅데이터 활용 뿐만 아니라 개인정보 침해의 문제점을 해결할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

According to the enforcement of Personal Information Protection Act as of September 2011, the laws and regulations for the protection of personal information that were applied only to the certain sectors such as information & communication network, financial institutions, public sector etc. for the time being has been expanded to apply to all public and private sectors to process personal information. In particular, because the public institutions are obliged to be mandatorily conducted of the Privacy Impact Assessment, it will be enforced in earnest for each agency's informationization business that handles personal information. In this paper, I examine the most derived vulnerability and set up the improvement measure to supplement it with the examples of 10 of all the institutions conducting the Privacy Impact Assessment in the year 2011. And, I suggest the measures to be prepared by the institutions to observe the Personal Information Protection Act.

비디오 정보를 사용자에게 서비스하기 위해서는 기존의 범용 파일 서버와는 다른 새로운 개념의 서버가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 재생 서비스를 제공하는 개인용 VOD(Video-On-Demand) 서버를 설계하고 이를 Windows NT환경에서 구현하였음을 보인다. 제안하는 개인용 VOD 시스템은 VCR(Video Cassette Recorder) 연산의 지연시간, 사용자 접속 승인 지연시간을 줄였으며 빠른 VCR 연산으로 VOD 시스템에 접속하는 사용자에게 좀더 빠른 데이타를 전송할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 사용자들의 접속을 원활히 하기 위하여 대화 형태의 인터페이스를 제공한다.

본 논문은 직원 채용 시 개인의 경력을 위조하여 취업하는 경우가 발생하는 문제점을 해결하기 위해 개인 경력정보를 블록체인을 통해 관리하고 검증해 줄 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 블록체인 네트워크는 프라이빗 네트워크를 사용하며, 블록 내부에는 사용자의 학력과 경력 정보를 보관한다. 블록체인의 기능은 블록 생성, 블록 내부 데이터 검색, 경력 및 학력 검증의 기능을 수행하며, 이는 체인코드를 통해 동작한다. 제안하는 시스템의 성능평가 결과 트랜잭션 당 처리시간은 약 110ms, 검색 시간은 10ms로 측정되었으며, 실제 시스템에 적용하여 사용가능함을 확인하였다.
