It's been almost 6 years since PIA was implemented based on legislation. So I analyzed problems of PIA from the perspective of ITSM 3 elements. I mainly took account of quality improvement of the report when I assessed systems processing personal informations. So, I propose in terms of logical validity improvement of assessment report. The improvements on 4 different outputs for each phase are many cases that I assessed systems processing personal informations. And I propose improvements on qualified assessors having capability of GRC and on process for managing the assessment system. To settle down PIA system as the reasonable and effective assessment system even after 2016, the statutory deadline for completion of PIA, assessors and appointed assessment firms and authorities should cooperate to complete the assessment system.

The first impression of people plays a crucial role in deciding personal image. Except for the eyes, the V zone of a suit attracts people's attention most. Therefore, a necktie has an instant and strong influence in delivering the image of a man. This research divided images of men into several factors based on necktie that plays an important role in expressing men's images. Futhermore, this research inquired into characteristics of necktie designs that can express men's images. And this research presented visually through surveys. As a result, men's images were divided into six factors of uniqueness, sociality, generosity, notability, activeness & vitality and reliability with two axes of attractiveness and capability. Afterwards, the characteristic of necktie designs suitable for each image was presented. Furthermore, the characteristic of necktie designs suitable for jobs classification was presented by relating each image to six job classifications. Applying these facts into necktie sales, consumers will be able to choose their neckties that can express proper images according to their tastes, situations and jobs. Furthermore, consumers will be able to establish better image for themselves.

In the digital era, information is a source of value creation. However, the growing importance of knowledge and information also increases risks and threats. When information is leaked, full recovery is difficult, and additional spreading of risk is high because it is easy to accomplish. Especially personal information is the main target due to its availability. Although individuals normally have to consent to the use of their personal information, they often do not know the use of their information. In such a difficult situation, one must exercise self-determination and privacy. Therefore, the goal of this study is to development a privacy literacy level measurement model for the proper exercise of the right to informational self-determination. It will be presented with the concept of privacy literacy index in order to determine the level of knowledge and understanding and practical application skills for individual. Through the index, we going to enhance the selection ability of information subject, and to promote the judgement and the determination capability for the protection and utilization of personal information.

Today Human Personal Trainers are becoming very famous in this health conscious world. They teach user to achieve fitness goals in managed way. Due to their high fee and tight schedule they are unavailable to mass number of people. Another solution to this problem is to develop digital personal trainer portable instrument that may replace human personal trainers. We developed a portable digital exercise trainer device - BIOFIT that manages, monitors and records the user's physical status and workout during exercise session. It guides the user to exercise efficiently for specific fitness goal. It keeps the full exercise program i.e. exercises start date and time, duration, mode, control parameter, intensity in its memory which helps the user in managing his exercise. Exercise program can be downloaded from the internet. During exercise it continuously monitors the user's physiological parameters: heart rate, number of steps walked, and energy consumed. If these parameters do not range within prescribed target zone, the BIOFIT will alarm the user as a feedback to control exercise. The BIOFIT displays these parameters on graphic LCD. During exercise it continuously records the heart rate and number of steps walked every 10 seconds along with exercise date and time. This stored information can be used as treatment for the user by an exercise expert. Real-time ECG monitoring can be viewed wirelessly (RF Communication) on a remote PC.

As depository system for negotiation or reimbursement to the victim in criminal case is reflected to consideration for diminishing punishment and hence, it is very important in the process. According to the current law, one needs to fill out victim's personal information such as name, address, and ID number for processing depository. However, if the victim is sexual violence victim, all the personal information is covered up becoming anonymous. Therefore, it becomes difficult for the accused person to get necessary information. Such covering up action is to prevent further second damage that may be caused such as threatening for the negotiation whereas victim has no willingness to forgive the accused. However, even if the accused person regrets his/her crime and make reimbursement to the victim, as they have no personal information on the victim it becomes impossible for them to make the depository. If we apply ESCROW system here it will allow victims to avoid any direct contact with the accused person as well as preventing any privacy disclosure. Also, for the accuse person, they can show how much they regret by making depository within their capability.

Recent advancement in RF technology and wireless communications has enabled the development of noble networks. Bluetooth that can be used in various application field is a kind of WPAN(Wireless Personal Area Network) standard that is widely known. Bluetooth enables voice and data applications to operate simultaneously. Various applications have been implemented based on standard Profiles. In this paper, we describes the development of Biuetooth network AP(Access Point) system for network connection of Bluetooth devices. Unlike headset, mouse, and keyboard, the access point should have capability to support multiple connection and stabilized network throughput. We have designed and developed the hardware system, core stack and profiles on embedded system to comply with standard specification. Our system showed compatibility and good protocol performance through testing with lots of products that is available in market.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of an academic tutoring program on interpersonal relationships, self- directed learning capability and academic self-efficacy. The research question posed in this study was whether an academic tutoring program would affect interpersonal relationships, self-directed learning capability and academic self-efficacy. To address the research question, a self-administered survey was conducted to gather data on 214 students who participated in an academic tutoring program during a semester from September 4 to November 10, 2017. The findings of the study were as follows: After their participation in the tutoring program, there was a little decrease in self-directed learning capability and personal learning orientation, and they made progress in interpersonal relationships and academic self-efficacy. By gender, there was the greatest improvement in interpersonal relationships as well after their participation in the tutoring program. By academic year and motivation for participation, they showed the best improvement in interpersonal relationships as well, followed by academic self-efficacy. In other words, it could be said that the parts which the tutoring program brought about the biggest change to and worked best on were interpersonal relationships and academic self-efficacy. In conclusion, the improvement of interpersonal relationships and academic self-efficacy could boost not only the school adjustment of students but their academic levels and then eventually prevent them from dropping out. Therefore this program seems to be one of outstanding learning programs that could make a contribution to the stable management and qualitative competitiveness of universities.

This study was important considering the prevalence of small business owners in the Korean economy and the challenges they faced amidst an economic downturn. The business performance of these owners was crucial for their survival. Thus, an empirical analysis was conducted to identify factors influencing their management performance. The analysis included personal characteristics of small business owners such as innovativeness, management capability, need for achievement, and technical capability as independent variables, along with product differentiation factors. Additionally, the moderating effect of social capital on these variables and their impact on management performance was tested. To achieve this, a survey targeting small business owners across Korea was conducted, and data from 250 respondents were utilized. Hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS 24.0 was employed for the empirical analysis. The results indicated that management capability, need for achievement, and product differentiation significantly positively impacted business performance. However, the impact of innovativeness and technical capability was not tested. The influence of the variables on business performance ranked as follows: product differentiation, management capability, and need for achievement. The moderating effect of social capital was significant in the relationship between management capability, need for achievement, and management performance, enhancing these relationships. However, the moderating effect of social capital on the relationship between innovativeness, technical capability, product differentiation, and management performance was not tested. These findings underscored the importance of management capability, need for achievement, and product differentiation as key factors affecting the management performance of Korean small businesses. This study was significant as it provided insights into improving the management performance of small business owners in challenging economic conditions by highlighting how the influence of these factors varied depending on the social capital possessed by the owners.

The main objective of this paper is to develop the computer-aided vibrational signal processing and monitoring system of rotating machinery. This system has an automatic data acquisition capability and analyze for machine fault diagnosis. By spectrum analysis, machine’s failure can be identified. The monitoring system enables diagnosis of the fault in rotating machinery. In this study, the conventional electrical fans are selected as a model case. The date processing and fault monitoring system proposed here can be applied to the automation of the inspection process in assembling motor-shaft systems. The automatic inspection can enhance the product quality and keep it stable. Since the proposed system is developed for personal computers, it might be cheap in cost and easy in installation.

A sensor system has been developed to measure the posture(position and orientation) of mobile robots working in industrial environments. The proposed sensor system consists of a CCD camera, retro-reflective landmarks, a strobe unit and an image processing board. The proposed hardware system can be built in economic price compared to commercial vision systems. The system has the capability of measuring the posture of mobile robots within 60 msec when a 386 personal computer is used as the host computer. The experimental results demonstrated a remarkable performance of the proposed sensor system in the posture measurement of mobile robots - the average error in position is less than 3 mm and the average error in orientation is less than 1.5.
