This thesis is to analyse the correlations between superior's behavior and subordi nate's personal character. In order to do this study first, I set up a hypothesis. Second, I surveyed the result from the questionnaire to verify it on the basis of the data on the 442 employees who work at Ban-Wol Complex in Ansan City Third, I used the SPSS program. Based on the result of the research, the hypothesis is proved as follows: The result from superior's autonomy shows high subordinate's Self-esteem and Self-regulation, but result from strong superior's regulation shows low Self-esteem and Self-regulation.

People receive support from others to solve problems that are difficult to solve on their own. During service encounters, customers also receive help from other customers. Inter-customer helping is a type of Customer Citizenship Behavior (CCB), which has become more prevalent with increased use of self-service technologies (SSTs). However, not all helps are created equal. The current research investigates the effects of the two types of help, autonomy- and dependency-oriented help during service encounters. Autonomy-oriented help refers to a partial hint to the problem, whereas dependency-oriented help refers to the full solution to the problem. Through experimental studies, we provide evidence that depending on the types of help received during service encounters, customers show different levels of satisfaction toward the firm. The results from Studies 1A and 1B show that autonomy- (vs. dependency-) oriented help leads to higher customer satisfaction. In addition, the current research demonstrates the mechanism for such effect. The results from Study 2 show that the relationship between the types of help and customer satisfaction is mediated by instrumentality and anxiety, which represent cognitive and affective paths respectively.

본 연구는 공군간부들의 직무만족도, 심리적 안녕감이 셀프리더십에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 연구대상은 공군간부 211명을 대상으로 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무만족도, 심리적 안녕감, 셀프리더십의 관계에서 모두 유의미한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무만족도, 심리적 안녕감이 셀프리더십의 하위변인에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 셀프리더십 하위변인인 자기기대와 심리적 안녕감의 개인적 성장, 환경에 대한 통제력과 직무만족도의 하위변인은 행정이 셀프리더십에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자기보상에서는 심리적 안녕감의 개인적 성장, 삶의 목적, 자율성과 직무만족도의 대인관계, 보상체계가 셀프리더십에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 셀프리더십 전체에서는 직무만족도의 행정과 대인관계, 그리고 심리적 안녕감의 개인적 성장, 삶의 목적, 자율성이 셀프리더십에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이밖에도 본 연구에서는 연구결과의 의미와 제한점에 대해서 논의하였다.

The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of personal and job characteristics on the organizational commitment and job satisfaction of dietitians employed in different foodservice settings. The subjects were dietitians(n=830) employed by schools, hospitals, and industries in Daegu Gyeongbuk area. A questionnaire was used to determine personal and job characteristics, commitment and satisfaction. Organizational commitment scores were the highest for hospital dietitians, and the lowest for industry dietitians (p<0.05). Industry dietitians felt significantly less loyal to their organizations than did the other dietitians(p<0.05). School and hospital dietitians were significantly more likely to say they cared about the fate of their organizations and thought their organizations were the best to work for. Age, education, length of employment, and wages were positively associated with hospital dietitians' commitment(p<0.05). For all dietitians, the fewer the work hours, the higher the commitment(p<0.05). When asked to rate their satisfaction with various aspects of their jobs, dietitians expressed the most satisfaction with co-workers, and the least satisfaction with promotion opportunities. School dietitians were significantly less satisfied with pay and promotion than were the other dietitians. Organizational commitment was associated with wages(0.05), autonomy(0.08), feedback(0.16), dealings with others(0.07), and task identity(0.09). Job satisfaction was affected by educational level(-0.13), wages(0.10), autonomy(0.18), friendship opportunities(0.14), feedback(0.16), task identity(-0.11) and organizational commitment(0.40) (Lisrel program).

본 논문에서는 강원도 기초자치단체 18기관 가운데 4개 주요시에 대하여 자치법규의 개인정보 요구 실태를 파악하였다. 자치법규정보시스템(ELIS)을 활용하여 지자체의 자치법규에서 별지서식을 대상으로 전수조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과 슈퍼키인 주민등록번호를 포함하여 거부감이 있는 스마트폰 번호, 자택 전화번호 등의 개인정보 요구가 심각한 상태로 조사되었다. 개선방안으로 PIMS 준수와 개인정보 자동검색엔진의 시급한 개발을 제안하였다.

The recent growth of the robot technology has made robots be popular and provides people with many opportunities to apply various robots. But most robots are controlled by its unique program, users feel hard and unfamiliar with robot. Therefore we need to find ways to make user feel comfortable and familiar with the usage of robot. First we will analyze how the user interacts with the robot. Next we will discuss a standard human-robot interface provide more usability with that analysis. In this paper, 10 degree of the Level Of Autonomy(LOA) are proposed. It is evaluated that what interface components and designs are proper to each LOA. Finally we suggest a way to design the standard human-robot interface for remote controlleds robot through handheld devices like the Personal Digital Assistant(PDA) and smart phone.

The "AR Campus Diary" project innovates in the realm of art through integrating augmented reality (AR) with interactive storytelling, fostering personal and interpersonal development through artistic expression. This artistic endeavor metaphorically represents the growth and fruition of individual stories, facilitated by a series of progressive art activities that emphasize continual interaction between self and others. Set against the backdrop of a university campus, the project employs AR markers designed to unfold stories in phases through a dedicated application, allowing participants to experience and influence the narrative uniquely. Diverging from traditional film editing techniques, "AR Diary" offers viewers the autonomy to navigate through story segments of their choosing, marking a departure from conventional cinematic storytelling by leveraging marker-based plot progression. This project not only showcases the fusion of technology and art but also pioneers a participatory form of art education based on engagement and play.

기대수명의 지속적인 증가와 건강에 대한 높은 관심은 인터넷과 스마트폰의 대중화로 일반인들의 건강정보에 대한 이용에 큰 변화를 가져왔다. 모바일 헬스 환경으로 의료시장이 확대되면서 많은 건강관련 앱이 만들어져 유통되고 있지만, 각종 규제로 서비스 제공이 어려워지면서 그 수용속도가 더딘 상황이다. 이에, 본 연구는 프라이버시 계산모형을 바탕으로 개인건강기록 앱 수용저항에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 지각된 가치와 지각된 위험요인(심리적 위험, 시간손실 위험, 제도적 위험) 및 지각된 혜택요인(유용성, 상호작용성, 자율성)을 도출하고 이들 간의 영향 관계를 검증하였다. 또한, 제조사에 대한 신뢰의 조절효과를 분석하여 지각된 위험과 지각된 혜택이 지각된 가치에 미치는 영향이 어떻게 달라지는지를 추가적으로 살펴보았다. 개인건강기록 앱을 인지하면서도 사용하지 않는 국내 대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행한 후, 구조방정식모형을 활용하여 분석을 진행하였다. 가설검증 결과, 지각된 가치는 수용저항에 부(-)의 영향을, 지각된 위험(시간손실 위험)은 지각된 가치에 부(-)의 영향을 미치고, 지각된 혜택(유용성, 상호작용성, 자율성)은 지각된 가치에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 제조사에 대한 신뢰는 지각된 위험(제도적 위험)이 지각된 가치에 미치는 영향력을 약화시켰다. 본 연구결과는 개인건강기록 앱의 수용저항을 줄이기 위한 세부기준을 확인하고 제안함으로써, 개인건강기록 앱 시장 환경에서 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위한 지침 마련에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구는 대학생의 성 태도, 성적 자율성 및 성희롱 경험 간의 관계를 알아보고 성 태도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 수행하였다. D시에 소재한 대학생 236명을 대상으로 2015년 9월 3일부터 8일까지 자가보고식 설문조사를 시행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 Mann-whitney U-test, Kruskal-wallis test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, multiple regression analysis로 분석하였다. 연구결과 대학생의 성 태도는 평균 4.01점, 성적 자율성은 평균 1.95점, 성희롱 경험은 평균 0.95점으로 나타났다. 대학생의 성 태도에 유의한 차이를 보인 변수는 성별(U=2124.50, p=.000)과 학과(U=5741.00, p=.026)로 나타났다. 성적 자율성에 유의한 차이를 보인 변수는 성별(U=2529.50, p=.001)과 대인관계 만족도($X^2=9.46$, p=.009)였으며, 성희롱 경험에 유의한 차이를 보인 변수는 학과(U=5604.00, p=.007)였다. 대상자의 성 태도는 성적 자율성(r=.517, p<.01)과 통계적으로 유의한 양(+)의 상관관계가 있었으며, 대학생의 성 태도에 영향을 미친 요인은 성적 자율성(${\beta}=.46$, p<.001)이었다. 본 연구결과에 의하면, 대학생의 성 태도와 성적 자율성을 증진하고 성희롱의 발생을 예방하기 위하여 다양한 상황의 성교육을 지속적으로 실시하기 위한 전략이 필요할 것이다.

본 연구는 다문화가정 아동의 능력지각이 자율성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 다문화정책의 시사점 도출을 위해 SPSS 19.0과 AMOS 19.0을 이용하여 실증적 분석을 실시하였다. 이를 위하여 A광역시와 Y시 지역에 위치한 초등학교 고학년을 대상으로 자율성에 관한 설문조사를 실시하여 최종 자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 밝혀진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다문화가정아동의 사회적 능력지각과 개인적 능력지각은 심리적 안녕감에 영향이 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 다문화가정아동의 심리적 안녕감이 자율성에 영향이 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며, 셋째, 다문화가정 아동의 사회적 능력지각과 개인적 능력지각이 자율성에 영향이 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 실증적 분석을 수행하여 도출한 분석결과를 요약하면 독립변수인 사회적 능력지각과 개인적 능력지각이 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미치고 또한 종속변수인 자율성에 영향이 미치는 것으로 나타난 결과 이러한 인과관계를 통해 다문화가정 아동의 능력지각에 의미 있는 사실을 발견하였다.
