With industrial competitions more severe, most enterprises in Korea are placed in critical point to meet the changes. The tradition seniority systems of this country stand in the way to be more competitive in personnel sector especially . The purposes of this paper are to search the effective ways and methods in introducing and operating Job-performing Qualification System(JQS), one of the personnel systems based on human capability. To meet these purposes, various subjects - how to classify job groups, proper job grades number, how to define job grade, up-grading criterions, how to design the relations between personal rating system and JQS, and between compensating system and it - are reviewed and commented.

Purpose: This study was to identify nursing interventive strategies centering around the meaning structure of elderly women self-esteem. Method: This study is based on a phenomenological approach. The participants were 6 women over the age of 65 selected in Mullae Senior Club or Yeongdeungpo Senior Welfare Center. The data was collected by in-depth and open- ended interviews from May to September, 2001. The analysis of the data was used the phenomenological analytic method suggested by Giorgi(1970). Result: Two essential themes in the selfesteem of relationships the elderly women emerged: (1) Self-identification through human relations: (2) The ability for self-control. Conclusion: There is a variety of programs and social meetings to confirm self and support systems, whether on the governmental level or the personal level, to help the ability for self-control should be expected to live a more qualitative life and successful aging for elderly women. In addition, this study will offer a better understanding of elderly women within the social and cultural context of South Korea.

This study seeks to find the factors associated with social workers' turnover intention and show us how to manage turnovers by looking for some rules affecting turnover intentions. Our investigation surveying 331 social workers reveals that social workers' turnover intentions are affected by organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and burnout. Our pattern analyses using fuzzy ID3 show that the higher their commitment, the higher their job satisfaction stemming from promotion opportunities, rewards, and personal relations with peers and bosses. In addition, turnover intentions decreases (even if burnouts--the job-related stress--are very serious) when organizational commitment increases. We come to understand that organizational commitment could be a more important variable than job satisfaction and burnouts. Such results suggest that it would be necessary to consider how to improve social workers' organization-wide commitment rather than satisfaction and burnout related to jobs and environments.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand interpersonal dispositions and social support among high school students and identify factors associated with depression. Methods: A total of 604 students (320 males and 284 females) from four high schools conveniently sampled from high schools in the Incheon area participated in a self-administered survey. Results: According to hierarchical multiple regression analysis, the following factors significantly affected the participants' depression levels with the explanatory power of 30.6%: grade, perceived health status, sympathetic-acceptable personality, sociable-friendly personality, rebellious-distrustful personality, parent support, peer support, and the support from community. Conclusion: In this study, interpersonal dispositions and social support were positively associated with depression. These results suggest that strengthening personal relations and social support can help high school students in terms of mental health and suicide prevention.

SNS(Social Networking Service)는 사용자 간의 자유로운 의사소통과 정보 공유, 그리고 인맥 확대 등을 통해 사회적 관계를 생성하고 강화시켜주는 온라인 플랫폼을 의미한다. 이 연구에서는 SNS에서 주요 개체들을 발견하고 그들간의 관계를 도출하고, 이들을 기반으로 ERD를 그린다. 작성한 ERD를 NoSQL 데이터베이스인 MongoDB 데이터 모델의 컬렉션들로 변환함으로써, SNS 데이터베이스의 주요 스키마를 설계한다.

The ballyhoo surrounding internet continues to intensify. This study was made to determine how the hotel food & beverage goods is using this potentially revolutionary marketing and management tool by taking an exploratory look at the internet and at worldwide-web hotel sites. The type of hotel-related sites that exist on the web was examined. To have a successful web site and realize the potential of that tool, one must make some plans carefully Also, being on the internet requires a full marketing strategy, and one must know his own personal goals. The goals are to increase worldwide visibility, upgrade public relations and publicity, develop sales, and include new technology in internal communication. The internet also has a communication function for internal management takes. hotel companies have established themselves on the Web with their own web sites or via a link from a third party. Using the evidence from many of these sites this study reveals the current strengths and weaknesses of the use of the internet as a business and marketing tool by hotel food & beverage goods.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the usage condition of avatar, the clothing images of avatars, and the difference of self images among avatar user groups which were clustered by the clothing image of using avatar. Avatars were decorated not only to get personal satisfaction and joyfulness but also to realize the desire of relationship with other people. The clothing images of avatars were classified into 7 factors, which were labeled as cute, mature, sexy, old-fashion, unisex. and unique factors. There were no significant differences in self images among 3 avatar user groups which were clustered by 7 factors of clothing images. The result indicated that avatar users pursued various clothing images for their avatar, however, no significant relations were existed between avatar＇s images and user＇s self images and further studies would be required to find out significant variables which determined avatar＇s clothing images.

The main subject of this study is the construction of an automatic welding system that has the capability to trace the weld seam in GMA welding of lap joints. The system was composed of a vision sensor, moving torch, and personal computer(IBM-PC). In the developed vision sensor, an image was captured by the frame grabber at the time of short circuit during welding. The threshold method was adopted for determining the structured light and the central difference method for detecting the weld joint. And the seam tracing of the torch was performed by using the data regeneration algorithm. In this system using the image at the time of short circuit, weld seam tracking was performed without any relations to arc light and spatters.

A number of recent studies have contributed to an increased understanding of how and why workers feel bound to their unions. However, by now there has been limited theoretical works on the various forms that union membership can take. Thus, the goal of this study is to develop the types of union membership. To develop the types of union membership, I used the ideological and instrumentalitic concepts. The types of union membership are identified as follows: Positive free agents (${\Leftrightarrow}$ Negative free agents) have low levels of both positive (negative) instrumentality and positive (negative) ideology. If positive (negative) instrumentality is high and positive (negative) ideology low, this group may be labeled Instrumentals (${\Leftrightarrow}$Disgruntled). Expressives (${\Leftrightarrow}$Antagonizers) have low levels of positive (negative) union instrumentality and high levels of positive (negative) ideology. Those who have high levels of both positive (negative) ideology and positive (negative) instrumentality have been called Identifiers (${\Leftrightarrow}$Opponents). Variables related to union instrumentality, and union ideology were investigated: (1) the personal characteristics of individual members, (2) the employing organization, (3) the union characteristics, (4) the economic environment, (5) the labor relations climate.

This study investigates the effect of depressive vulnerability on the interpersonal problems of university students. We explore the moderating effects of ego-resilience on the relation between depressive vulnerability and interpersonal problems. We selected 380 university students as participants from Daegu and Gyeongsan cities. Collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, moderating effect with SPSS 23.0. PROCESS, a SPSS macro program developed by Hayes (2013). The findings are as follows. First, there were significant correlations between non-sociability and dependency, self-criticism, non-self-assertiveness, over-consideration, dominance, personal relations, emotion control, and optimism. Second, ego-resilience was found to moderate the relationship between depressive vulnerability and non-self- assertiveness, over-consideration, and dominance among university students. This study suggests that intervention to address ego-resilience are important to resolve the interpersonal problems of university students.
