우리나라의 경우 장애인 복지서비스의 공급이 여전히 부족하고, 전달체계도 주로 공급자를 중심으로 이루어지고 있다. 이런 현실에서 장애인 복지서비스 이용과 관련하여 장애인 당사자의 실질적인 선택권을 보장하기 위해서는 이용자 중심, 즉 이용자의 자율성과 주도성 및 통제권을 중시하는 방향으로 정책 패러다임의 변화가 이루어져야 한다. 이 연구에서는 최근 장애인복지와 관련하여 활발히 논의되고 있는 이용자 참여에 관한 이론적 논의를 살펴보고, '이용자 참여' 강화의 사례로서 독일의 개인예산제도를 고찰하여 우리나라에 주는 시사점을 제시하였다. 독일의 사례를 분석한 결과, 독일은 개인예산제도의 도입과 운영을 통해 기존에 시행되던 장애인복지와 관련한 지원제도의 지급방식을 전환함으로써, 장애인의 자기결정권 실현이 더 잘 이루어질 수 있도록 이용자 참여를 강화하는 추세로 장애인 복지정책의 방향을 변화시키고 있음을 확인하였다.

Under limited resources such as budgets and experts, it is necessary to make decisions for promotion strategy of standardization work items in Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs). This paper focuses on a method of setting standardization promotion strategies for each item of personal information security standardization. As a decision making tool, the Importance Performance Anaysis (IPA) is applied and analyzed to the decision processes. The results are showed and illustrated for useful inputs to practical policy making in the field of standardization activities.

본 연구는 개인정보처리자 관점에서 개인정보보호 활동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하고, 개인정보처리자 스스로 보호 활동을 강화하기 위한 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 요인 탐색을 위해 보호동기이론을 바탕으로 위협평가와 대처평가요인으로 대표되는 주요 요인을 선정하였으며, 요인별 영향분석을 위해 다항로짓모형을 활용하였다. 분석결과, 소규모 개인정보를 보유한 영세 개인정보처리자는 스스로 개인정보 보호 활동을 수행할 수 있도록 보호조치 점검도구 등 시스템 및 기술지원과 인식제고를 위한 교육지원이 필요하다. 그리고 대규모 개인정보를 보유한 개인정보처리자는 예산 및 조세지원 등 개인정보 보호 강화를 위한 투자를 장려하며, 실무 중심의 전문교육 지원이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

This study aimed to investigate fruit and vegetable consumption status of school children and adolescents and factors influencing their consumption from focus-group interviews with school nutrition teacher(s) and nutritionists. Most of all the evaluated fruit and vegetable intake levels of school children and adolescents was very low. They mentioned the intake of fruit and vegetable was similar between children and adolescents and boys tended to have less vegetable intake than girls. There was substantial difference in the serving frequencies of fruit between schools due to budgets. Fruit was consumed more than vegetables and fruit without seeds or peeled fruit was more preferred by children and adolescents. Factors affecting fruit and vegetable intake of children and adolescents were analysed by personal, family and school. Personal factors were gender, child development level, the lack of knowledge or perception on vegetables, westernized diet pattern and the preference of spicy foods. Family factors were the perception of parents, family meal environment, and income disparity. The factors related to schools were the principal, class teacher, friends, nutrition teacher, cooking and serving methods, cooking personals, budget and so on.

The objectives of this study were to measure the index of school health promoting behaviors and to identify the influencing factors in performing these behaviors. School health pro motion indexes were composed of 6 areas developed by the WHO. The data were collected by questionnaires from June to September, 1998. The subjects were 199 elementary school nurses and data were analyzed by a SAS - PC program. The results of this study were as follows: 1) The total mean of the elementary school health promotion indexes was 3.45 with school health service being the highest score at 3.68. Other scores were 3.58-personal health skills and 3.03-community relationship. 2) There were significant relationships between school health promoting behaviors and independent variables. The important variables influencing to the school physical environment were school health budgets and the career of school nurses. Also the educational background and the career of school nurses were significant variables in school health service. From these results, it is recommended that a comprehensive school health promoting program including the 6 areas of health promotion be developed. A training program for school nurses in health promotion is necessary.

무선 센서 네트워크상에서 센서노드의 소프트웨어 변경, 패치 등의 작업을 위해서는 일반적으로 센서노드 별로 ISP(In System Programming)를 이용하여 프로그램 해야 한다. 이는 네트워크 내에 존재하는 노드의 수가 소량인 경우 크게 문제되지 않지만, 대량의 노드로 구성된 경우에는 프로그래밍을 위한 시간적인 측면과 투여되는 인력적인 측면에서 매우 높은 비용이 소요된다. 본 논문에서는 현재 많이 사용하고 있는 IEEE 802.15.4 기반의 단일 홉 무선 센서 네트워크 환경에서 노드의 수와 무관하게 고속 병렬로 센서노드 내부의 프로그램을 무선으로 업데이트 할 수 있는 기법을 제시하고 실험을 통하여 그 성능을 검증한다.

In the age of Web 3.0, the metaverse is emerging as a new innovative element to replace the Internet. Leading major ICT companies, it is striving to become a metaverse platform or infrastructure-oriented company. Along with the expansion of the VR and AR market, governments of each country are investing large budgets in this field. However, security concerns about metaverse are also growing. In addition to potential damage to infrastructure, platform and services, personal information leakage and privacy damage are expected to increase further. In this study, we investigated and closely analyzed cases of infringement on the infrastructure, platform, and service of Metaverse. We have clearly identified the current state of metaverse security and the characteristics of the risks of greatest concern. The research procedure is composed of a method of determining the metaverse security area for case analysis first and deriving the type of threat by area through the type of infringement. In particular, the results were mapped into Domain, Case, and Threat, and the implications of the results were analyzed. Through these results, researchers want to contribute to finding the right direction of research by clearly understanding the latest metaverse security status.

전세계적으로 국가정보화가 진전됨에 따라 다양한 분야에서 개인정보의 침해위협이 급증하고 있어, 이에 대응하기 위한 정부차원에서의 정보보호대책이 마련되어지고 있다. 특히, 우리나라에서는 개인정보처리시스템의 안전성을 높이기 위한 방안으로, 2011년 개인정보 보호법에 근거한 개인정보 영향평가제도가 도입되었다. 그러나 개인정보 영향평가를 위한 대가기준의 변동요소들이 반영되지 못하고, 안전행정부(2011)에서 제시한 기본 예산보다 낮게 책정되면서 영향평가과정의 품질관리 및 영향평가서의 질적 수준도 저하되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 개인정보 영향평가가 개인정보보호를 위한 사전예방적 제도로 정착될 수 있게 필요한 예산 산정과 적용이 이루어지는 기준을 제시해보고자 한다. 이를 위해 기존 문헌, 유사제도의 대가기준, 개인정보 영향평가서 등을 검토하였으며, 전문가대상의 델파이분석을 통한 개선된 기준을 도출하였다. 이에 따라 개인정보 영향평가의 대가 산정 모델은 개인정보 영향평가고시에 따른 인력구성에 따라 기본인건비로 삼고, 대상시스템의 구분, 대상시스템의 구축 운용비, 대상시스템의 유형 등에 따라 가중치하는 방식을 채택하였다. 이처럼 개인정보 영향평가를 위한 대가 산정의 모델은 공공기관에서 개인정보보호를 위한 예산집행의 투명성과 영향평가사업의 신뢰성을 확보하는데 기여하리라 본다.

어린이도서관의 프로그램 개발과 운용 방향을 제시하기 위하여, 전국의 어린이도서관 80개 기관을 설문조사하였으며, 응답이 회수된 55개 기관을 분석대상으로 하여, 이들 기관의 이용현황 및 주요 이용자 층, 장서 및 예산 현황, 프로그램 유형, 이용대상, 운영기간, 홍보, 평가, 프로그램 성공요인 및 실패요인 등에 대한 실태를 파악하였다. 이와 함께 전국적으로 분포되어 있는 어린이도서관 중 서울, 경인, 인천, 부산, 충북, 전남, 제주 등 지역별로 규모가 큰 21개 어린이도서관을 방문하여, 이들 기관의 프로그램 유형, 프로그램 운용현황, 공간구성, 관련기관과의 연계 및 협력, 자원봉사자 활용 등에 관한 사항을 직접면담을 통해 파악하였다. 또한 미국, 프랑스, 영국, 싱가포르, 일본, 중국 등 해외 6개국의 총 29개 기관을 조사대상으로 선정하여, 직접 방문을 통한 개개 도서관의 프로그램 실제사례와 운용현황 등에 대한 조사를 실시하였다.

본 연구에서는 1999년부터 2014년까지 통계청에서 조사한 생활시간조사 자료를 활용하여 조사연도별로 평일 통행시간예산에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 이를 비교하고자 하였다. 먼저 인구 및 인구 및 사회경제지표, 비가정 활동시간 등을 비가정 활동시간 등을 고려한 통행시간에 관한 다중회귀모형을 구축하여 영향력을 분석하였다. 모형추정 결과, 가구특성, 개인특성, 비가정 활동시간 변수들이 통행시간에 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며, 연도별로 영향력에 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 또한, 통행시간과 비가정 활동시간간의 상관성을 고려하여 SUR모형을 구축하였으며, 독립변수들이 미치는 영향력을 시계열적으로 비교·분석하였다. 전반적으로 인구 및 사회경제지표가 통행시간은 물론 비가정 활동시간들에 지속적으로 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
