한반도의 지각변동감지를 위한 GPS 기준망 설정의 기초를 확립하기 위하여 우리나라 전역에 위성시계와 지진현황이 고려된 기선거리 $100{\sim}300km$의 GPS 관측망 7개 대상점을 선정하고 연속관측 및 주기적인 GPS 관측을 실시하였다. 관측결과 한반도내의 측점들간 상대위치 변화량은 매우 미소하였다. 그리고 이와 동시에 한반도내의 연속관측점 (KMCA)을 IGS의 기준점들과 국제 공동관측을 통해 기선벡터의 변화량을 산출한 결과 우리나라와 일본간의 기선벡터가 연간 수cm로 줄어들고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

This study is aimed to apply basic data to planning earth building through analyzing characteristics of earth building. For doing it, we investigated a research paper in advanced countries(New zealand, Australia, etc.) that has been used for earth building standards for a long time, and then we corrected inadequate standards that would apply our earth building environment. As a result, we can devide earth characteristics into three parts that are materials, plan, and maintenance and repair. First, as material selection is very important factor, a general plan is possible to change in accordance with what material is selected. These methods that made mud brick, pressed earth block, rammed earth, cob have been well used during the current 30 years in earth building. Second, the plan is composed of site select and architecture plan. In architecture plan, we should consider from foundation to eaves protection, and in site selection, consider sides of the environment and the social. Third, we should always check a periodical inspection through watchful observation because earth buildings need more time and efforts in maintaining and repairing than others.

A study on the traditional houses of North Korea(I) have been published in 1996. This paper is written to supplement the preceding paper. This paper aims at collecting new data of traditional house in North Korea. But still being prohibited for the researchers of South Korea to approach to the field, I had to depend on the memories and experiences of the immigrants from North Korea who are now living in Kangwon and Incheon Province. Through the questionnaire and drawings, they described vivid memory of their old houses. I was able to add new data of 70 cases, which are significant and valuable as much as those of the real field are. Those data, including the exisiting data, are enough for me to analize statstically the regional charateristics, the differnces among economical classes, and the periodical change. It opens the way for verfying the existing theory. Regional charateristics of house in North Korea can be described as followings: a. Hamkyong-do ; Concentrating spaces into one building, Double-fold type plan, Including 'cheongju-kan' space, Weak fences b. Pyongan-do ; Concentrating spaces into two buildings, 二 shape buildings , Single-fold type plan, Strong fence c. Pyongannam-do to Myolak mountains; Concentraing spaces into two buildings, ㄱ, ㄷ shape buildings, Single-fold type plan, Strong fence d. Southern area of Myolak mountains; Concentrating spaces into one building ㅁ shape building, Single-fold type plan with wooden floor space

Impacted third molars of the mandible are generally found at or close to the second molar. If the third molar is impacted far distant from its original site, it may be affected by cysts or tumors. Ectopic impaction of third molar in the condyle area is very rare. Furthermore, impaction without cystic lesion is even less common. The etiology of migration of the mandibular third molar without cystic lesion is unknown. So periodical X-ray taking is essential.

This study was carried out to investigate the ultrastructural changes of ooplasm and follicular membrane of oocytes, obtained from 150 of 3-year-old female rainbow trout(Oncorhynchus mykiss). All data were collected from March in 1989 to February in 1990, and from August to October in 1991. The size of the nucleoli and number of the yolk granules increased as the oocyte growed. Yolk granules were deposited in the oocyte as crystalline granules. Due to the presence of large early and late maturing oocytes, their ovaires were enlarged, transparent and granular. The lattice was broken down at hydration, leaving the egg transparent. As thepercentages of fish in LPO and EMO stage increased from September to October, Mean GSI values increased. Follicle cells such as granulosa cell and thecal cell change a squamous into cuboid shape in LPO and EMO stage. Seasonal changes in the microscopic appearance of the ovaries were well correlated with those in bothgonadosomatic index and macroscopic apearance. Under the natural conditions,t he ovarian follicle influences the histological development and periodical secretion of the hormones, sufficient for a oogenesis and gonadal steroid production. The electrophoretic pattern of major band in mature stage was much thicker(70∼110k dalton) than that in previtellogenic phase.

As people get aged, we need to pay more attention to the elderly living condition with respect to welfare policy. The present study focuses on housing condition of elderly people living in rural area, and analyzes its determinants, periodical difference, and regional disparities, incorporating an index of minimum housing standard. This study applies multi-level logit model that has a strong statistical advantage that can take random aspects of household and regional context into account. We found that married couple household, presence of economically-active family members, higher education, specialized profession, migration and higher level of land price tend to lower the probability of residing in substandard housings. We also found that housing conditions for elderly people prove to be different by regions and it is particularly noticeable in mountainous rural areas in Gyeongsangnam-do and Gyeongsangbuk-do with the poorest elderly housing conditions. Results also implies that housing welfare policies should be implemented differently considering the target groups based on regional differences. We conclude with some additional policy implications for the elderly living in rural areas.

본 문헌연구는 국내에서 자세하게 소개된 적이 없는 정신병질의 개념에 대해 살펴보고 범죄의 잠재요인으로서 정신병질이 어떤 활용도를 지닐 수 있을지를 광범위하게 추정하여 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 우선 시대적으로 정신병질의 개념이 어떻게 진화되었는지, 성격의 결정요인들과는 어떤 관련성을 지니는지, 나아가 정신병질자의 행동특성들은 무엇인지 등을 체계적으로 정리하고 자 시도하였다. 마지막으로 정신병질의 평가방안과 재범예측력에 대해 살펴봄으로써 우리나라 형사정책 제도 내에서의 활용도를 탐색하였다.

월세가격 동향을 살펴볼 수 있는 국가승인통계인 월세가격동향조사는 8개시도 (수도권 및 지방광역시)의 3,000개 월세표본에 대하여 매월 월세가격을 파악하여 지역별, 주택유형별, 규모별 월세가격지수 및 증감률, 그리고 월세이율을 공표하고 있다. 이 통계에서 제공되는 월세가격지수는 월세시장 동향을 파악하는데 매우 중요한 지표로서, 적절한 주택정책의 수립과 평가에 활용되고 있다. 월세가격지수는 보증금과 월세의 이원적인 가격자료를 전월세전환율을 이용하여 완전월세액이라는 하나의 가격자료로 환산하여 그 변화율을 측정함으로써 산정되는데, 적용되는 전월세전환율 종류에 따라 상이한 가격지수가 도출될 수 있다. 현재 적용되고 있는 전월세전환율 하에서는 임차인의 입장에서 월세부담이 상승했다 하다라도 전세금 수준이 더 많이 상승한 경우 전월세전환율이 낮아져서 결과적으로 월세가격지수가 하락하는 현상이 발생될 수 있다. 따라서 현행 월세가격지수의 변동률에 대한 해석에 유의할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 월세가격지수의 변동률을 전월세전환율 변화에 기인한 부분과 그렇지 않은 부분을 구분하여 분석할 수 있는 틀을 제공하고자 한다. 이러한 방법을 통하여 현재와 같이 전세금이 급격하게 상승하는 시장에서 월세가격지수가 떨어지는 경우, 적용된 전월세전환율 효과에 기인하지 않는 실제 월세수준의 변동 흐름을 보다 정확하게 파악할 수 있다.

Purpose: There is an issue in applying various principles introduced in established Korean medical classics to "Pharmaceuticals Approval, Notification and Review" of "herbal medicinal preparations" and "new drugs from natural products" that are used for western forms of medical treatment. Thus, an analysis of the origin, purpose, and application of established Korean medical classics in the Korean Pharmaceutical Affairs Act is essential. Methods: We collected data regarding the origin, purpose, and application of established Korean medical classics in the Korean Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, and classified them by periodical change and subjects. Results: Established Korean medical classics are applied as follows: 1) as criteria for Korean medicine distributors' sales of mixed herbal drugs (Pharmaceutical Affairs Act; since 1953), 2) as official compendiums for pharmacists' preparation of Korean medicine (Ministry of Health and Welfare's authoritative interpretation; from early 1970s to 1993), 3) as standards for oriental pharmacists' quality measurement of preparations (notification of the Ministry of Health and Welfare; since 1995), 4) as criteria for "Pharmaceuticals Approval, Notification and Review" of herbal medicinal preparations and crude drug preparations (notifications regarding drug approval process by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety; since 1978), and 5) as standards for the quality of materials of health functional food (from 2004 to 2011). Conclusion: The application of Korean medical classics has been closely related with the change of the laws, regulations, and systems that are relevant to Korean medicine, and it seems to be more favorable for pharmacists than oriental pharmacists. Meanwhile, regulations that apply prescriptions that are recorded in Korean medical classics - dosage, indications, and preparation methods - as criteria for the approval of crude drug preparations for western medical treatment should be abolished.

VoIP, 영상회의, DMB, IPTV 등과 같은 멀티미디어 서비스의 활용이 급증하여 네트워크 트래픽이 증가되므로 흐름제어에 관한 실시간 트래픽 메커니즘이 요구되고 있다. 이에 따라 실시간 멀티미디어 데이터를 전송하기 위해 주기적으로 피드백되는 RTP/RTCP 패킷을 통해 수신측의 패킷 손실률과 패킷 지연시간으로 측정되는 네트워크 상태정보를 이용하여 전송률을 조절할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 멀티캐스트에 효율적인 흐름제어와 RTCP를 기반으로 피드백 전송지연의 오차율을 줄이고, 네트워크의 실시간 트래픽에 대한 동적 변화에 적응할 수 있는 기법을 제안한다. 본 연구의 시뮬레이션 결과, 네트워크 상태에 적응적으로 전송률을 조절하며 대역폭의 최대 활용과 패킷 손실의 최소화를 이룰 수 있다.
