This Study designed to examine the effects of participation motivation of Dance Sports Activation. The dance sports club participants were selected by systematic stratifies cluster random sampling method. The questionnaire was given to 320 members of badminton club members and engaging in the range activity from March 2019 to April 2019. After collecting the questionnaires, I exclude 20 unreliable questionnaires which were incomplete, incorrectly marked or double marked, and used 300 questionnaires for the study. The conclusion of this research was as follows: First, Participation motivation had a effect on enjoyment factor in dance sports club participants. Second, Participation motivation had a effect on exercise dependence in dance sports club participants. Third. Enjoyment factor had a effect on exercise dependence in dance sports club participants. It was concluded that participation motivation would be beneficial for enjoyment factor and exercise dependence in dance sports club participants.

Design is a knowledge service industry that is undervalued in Korea despite its large impact on the development of high - tech industries such as national industrial policy and the fourth industrial revolution. In the design industry, the strategic outsourcing system collapses. This phenomenon is not confined to the domestic market, and the design service companies of design-developed countries such as Europe and the US are also struggling with the classic. Accordingly, some implications were found through the case study of domestic design projects, including overseas, that private companies are more concerned with design cost reduction and cost structure to secure liquidity rather than improving design quality level and pursuing innovation through design outsourcing. It is big. As design is a core competency of a company, internalizing core design tasks, and as products and services become platforms, regional design countermeasures have been reduced, which has led to a decline in the cost standard for large companies' design service outsourcing. In design service industry, design outsourcing is performed at the request of the client, and the service value of the outsourcing is received. In the early 2000s, the importance of design management led global consulting companies to pursue M & A rather than cooperate with design service companies, and Samsung Electronics and other large corporations acquired a large number of excellent design personnel and developed their own design management research institute. This study investigated the design service outsourcing cases of public and private companies (large corporations, midsize companies) widely in relation to the design service price criterion, and grasped the indicators of the actual size and level of the design industry. I will make suggestions about the value and direction of the global design industry through interviews with experts and literature on the changes and influences of these cost criteria.

South Korea's newly branded musical industry 'K-Musical' is currently booming. The growth of K-Musical can be attributed to the popularity of other industries in the Korean wave, namely K-Pop and Korean dramas. With the inclusion of K-Musicals into the Korean wave, it is beginning to standout on its own as a cultural brand. In the first half of 2012, the popularity of K-Musicals grew 24%, higher than any other performance industry. Moreover, this industry grew 20% in the latter half of 2012 and grew to 300 billion won in 2013. One reason for this growth can be attributed to the increased output of musicals of Korean origin in large-scale theatres dedicated solely to musicals. This has became to necessary foundation for the export of korean musicals abroad. Now is a critical time for Korean musicals to expand to other countries in order to become the hub of Asia for musical industries. 2012 and 2013 saw the greatest increase in the export of musicals to Japan and China. The musical sales in 2018 totaled 257.1 billion won, an increase of 29% over the previous year. Therefore, understanding the importance of these two markets is pivotal in the continued sustainable growth of K-Musicals. This paper seeks to highlights the importance of becoming the canter of Asia musicals and to offer strategies to lead Korea's musical industry toward this goal.

Objective: This study aimed, first, to develop core strength training equipment with elderly-friendly, easy-to-use features and, second, to investigate the effect of core strength training using the equipment on the performance and stability of the elderly in activities of daily living. Method: In this study, we developed training equipment with a stability ball that can be used for performing core strength exercises in the elderly. Twenty-three elderly subjects (age: $77.87{\pm}6.95years$, height: $149.78{\pm}6.95cm$, and weight: $60.57{\pm}7.21kg$) participated in this study. The subjects performed the core strength training exercise with 16 repetitions for 8 weeks (2 repetitions per week). Performance in activities of daily living was assessed by using the Short Physical Performance Battery (SPPB), a test of going up and down 4 stairs, and one-leg static balance test. Stability was quantified as changes in the center of pressure (COP) and C90 area. Results: With the core strength equipment, trunk core strength exercise could be performed by pulling or pushing a rope with 2 hands on the stability ball. During the task, the tension in the rope was manipulated by a motor connected to the rope and the COP of the subject was measured by 4 load cells mounted in the equipment. Our results showed that the SPPB score was significantly higher (p < .05), the time to complete the "going up and down 4 stairs" test was significantly shorter (p < .05), and one-leg static balance statistically improved under an eyes-open condition (p < .05) after as compared with before the core strength training. The changes in the COP in the anteroposterior and mediolateral directions, and C90 area were significantly lower in the posttest (p <. 05) than in the pretest. Conclusion: The core strength training exercise using the equipment developed in the present study improved the performance and stability of the elderly in activities of daily living.

This study aimed to point out the social meaning of acting and art and the change of perception according to the time change. The research method was based on qualitative research through literature review. Based on the findings of this study, the following conclusions should be made. Acting is an art directly linked to the life of an individual. Therefore, the life of an individual is an activity that sublimates his or her life into art through acting. Every activity that we do in our daily life is acting, which is directly related to our talents. In other words, a talented person is recognized as a good actor, and a person with a lack of talent plays the role of an extra person. However, talent is influenced by effort and is also influenced by a given environment. That is, an individual's talent is not fixed but can be changed according to the situation. Education is the area that deals with the possibility of changing these talents. Education has been operating in a variety of ways, but with regard to acting, it has long been centered on apprenticeship education. However, as the 20th century began, systems gradually began to emerge, and in recent years, countries have developed into different educational systems. Therefore, it is necessary to practice the development and operation of various education programs so that the acting and the art are naturally applied in everyday education process and can be applied in daily life.

The purpose of this study is to define Juan Mayorga's play Hamelin as a Post-Epic Theatre and to study the practical directing technique for Hamelin as a Post-Epic Theatre. Post-Epic Theatre, which appeared after the Post-drama, has the purpose of presenting social issues, communicating interactively between the actors and the audience, and making the audience think about the issues presented by the techniques of immersion and alienation. To this end, after examining the theoretical background of the Post-Epic Theatre, the characteristics of the Post-Epic Theatre of Hamelin were identified and based on these features, '1. Building a visual image based on a Cubistic multifocal concept' and '2. The concept of directing was derived from reinforcing Meta-drama through role-playing'. Next, the actual directing technique was discussed, focusing on the chain action of immersion and alienation that occurs in the form of communication between actors and audiences. '1. Presenting the characteristics of the work through Post-Epic Theatre scenography', '2. Co-existence of actors and characters', '3. Building and utilizing body-centered gestus' are them. As a result, demanding an active attitude from the audience, various experiences such as critical thinking of the audience, strengthening the characteristics of post-epic dramas, and active meaning creation were made possible.

The Golden Dragon is a work that reminds us of the tragic illusion of globalization through the story of Asian workers' lives in Berlin, a strange city. Also, the post-epic nature of the play requires the audience to see it in a new way, more different than before. In Korea, there are theoretical studies on the post-epic theatre, but there is little research on specific acting approaches based on practical production process. Therefore, I first analyze the post-epic characteristics of The Golden Dragon in order to present specific acting approaches. As a result, it would be confirmed that body-centered acting approaches were required in the post-epic theatre to play more different roles than in the realism play. Thus, Laban movement Analysis(LMA) of Rudolf von Laban is applied so that internal impulses could be naturally induced through the utilization of the body. Of the four categories of motion(BESS), Laban seeks to look at the body-centered acting approaches through the effort. Finally, it must be confirmed through the actual production process that Laban's theory of motion could be used as a body-centered acting approach to creating the role of post-epic theatre.

The purpose of this study is to discuss the elements and meanings of the performative scenography which has been revealed through the new directorial interpretation and deconstruction process of the musical 『All Shook Up』. The performative scenography characteristics after postmodernism aim to create individual active perceptions and various social meanings through audience's voluntary and particular emergence. To this end, the theoretical foundation of scenography was examined by periods in advance. Based on this, I attempted to establish performative scenography for synthesized scenic and media design through the reconstruction process for the 『All Shook Up Travelers』. As a result, I set up visual narrative based world of 『All Shook Up Travelers』 which was produced by text-based intense images for a direct medium in order to expand actors' inner narrative and established unique performative scenography of its own: 1. enhancing the adapted one's narratives for the actors' and audience's co-existence and detachment, 2. delivering its own independent meanings which have double meanings, 3. encouraging audience's critical and active perception experiences through collage and montage of media.

This study examined the concept and essence of archetype theories of Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, Rudolf Steiner and Carl Gustav Jung, which theatrically influenced Michael Chekhov. It analyzed how archetype theories were applied in Chekhov's Psychological Gesture and tried to fundamentally understand Chekhov's Psychological Gesture that embraced archetype theories. The concept of archetype repeatedly appears in Chekhov's Psychological Gesture. Chekhov stated that archetype exists in the inner psychology or instinct of the actors and he defined the Psychological Gesture as an archetypal gesture. While exploring references regarding archetype in Chekhov's Psychological Gesture, this study found that it is closely related to archetype theories. Therefore this study thoroughly analyzed Goethe's archetype theory(archetypal plant), Steiner's archetype theory(4 temperament archetypes, 7 human's soul archetypes), Jung's archetype theory(collective unconscious and 4 archetypes, 12 personality archetypes) and it confirmed that archetype theories had a significant influence on Chekhov's Archetype Theory and Psychological Gesture. Goethe and Steiner's archetype theories, Eurythmy are applied to theater education and actor's acting. Likewise, Jung's archetype theory is also adopted theatrical studies and theatrical psychotherapy. The author believes that Chekhov's Archetype Theory and Psychological Gesture influenced by archetype theories will significantly help an actor analyze characters in the play and portray them in creative acting.

The roots of modern popular music have evolved from blues and jazz music. But now, due to various multimedia developments and the expansion of the online industry, these traditional music is gradually being shunned by the public. When measuring a nation's cultural scale, it does not value only a few genres of popular music. In many advanced countries, music, which has basic artistic value, is trying to support and grow more base expansion in government and businesses, and to meet the needs of consumers. At this time, local jazz and jazz clubs are gradually losing ground, out of dance, rock and ballad music. Everyone should recognize that it is not just a genre of music that is alienated from the trend of the times, but an important part of cultural art that we should develop and nurture systematically. And it should be handled by more media and recognized by the public. Although it is a small market, this paper analyzes the development of jazz music in Korea and various factors that jazz clubs can establish as part of the music industry through analysis of Korean jazz clubs. The artistry and popularity of jazz music, the development of music education programs, the revitalization of government-led performances and the operation of concert halls differentiated from those of broadcasting media will eventually lead to the development of jazz clubs due to the rise of many jazz music lovers. It is also hoped that through the direction of development, we will be able to succeed as a major part of pop culture.
