일부 농촌지역 노인들의 건강증진활동 수행정도 및 관련요인 (The Health Promoting Activity of Old Aged in a Rural Area)

  • This study was to evaluate the performance status and associated factors with the health promoting activities. Two hundred three old aged over 65 years old sampled by quota sampling among 660 old aged in a rural area, Dae-Ma Myun, Young-Kwang Gun, Chollanam Do. The questionnaire survey was performed from June 1st to August 31st in 1997. The major findings were as follows ; 1. The performance rate of health promoting activities were higher in female, dwellers at community health practitioner post area, and old aged believes in a religion and high educated old aged. 2. A multiple regression analysis showed that physical health promoting activity was related to psychiatric wellbeing status, the disability of daily living, residental area and family numbers(P<0.05). 3. The disability of daily living and psychiatric wellbeing status were related to mental health promoting activities by a multiple regression analysis(P<0.05). In conclusion, psychiatric wellbeing status, the disability of daily living, the disability of daily living and residental area were associated the performance of health promoting activities for old aged in a rural area.

  • 서비스의 품질(QoS : quality of service) 보장 지원을 위해 라우터는 망 구성 정보 외에 링크 상태 정보를 기반으로 라우팅 경로를 설정한다. 따라서 라우터가 정확한 링크 상태를 파악하는 것은 최적의 라우팅 경로를 설정하는 데 있어 매우 중요하다. 그러나 라우터가 링크 상태 정보를 다른 라우터에게 알리기 위해 링크 상태 업데이트 메시지를 필요 이상으로 전송 할 경우, 이들 메시지의 생성, 처리, 전달 등에 의한 라우터 시스템 자원의 낭비에 기인한 성능 저하가 야기되며, 이와는 반대로 링크 상태 정보가 적절한 때에 업데이트 되지 않는 경우, 실제 수용 가능한 서비스 요구가 거절될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 업데이트 메시지를 줄이면서 라우팅 성능을 향상 시키는 알고리즘을 제안하고, 시뮬레이션을 통하여 기존의 알고리즘과 비교해 성능 개선의 정도를 평가하였다.

대학생의 건강증진 행위에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Performance of Health Promoting Behavior in College Students)

  • This study has been done for the purpose of identifying performance of health promoting behavior and the variables affecting health promoting behavior in college students. 350 college students at D university in P city were chosen by cluster sampling. The data were collected by questionnaire from December 4 to December 20, 1996. The instruments used for this study included health promoting lifestyle, self-esteem, health locus of control and perceived health status. The data were analyzed by use of mean, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression. The results are summarized as follows; 1. The average item score for the health promoting behavior was low at 2.49. In the sub-categories, the highest degree of performance was , 2.99, and the lowest degree was , 1.43. 2. There was no statistically significant difference between the mean for health promoting behavior of the female, 2.49 and that of the male, 2.48(t=-0.3664, p=.7143). But there was statistically significant difference among the mean for health promoting behavior classified by grade(F=3.67, p=.0126). 3. Performance of health promoting behavior was positively correlated with and , and negatively correlated with and . 4. The most important factor affecting performance of health promoting behavior was .

한방병원 종사자의 심폐소생술에 대한 교육실태, 지식, 태도 및 수행자신감 (The Oriental Medicine Hospital Staff's Educational Status, Knowledge, Attitudes, and Self-Confidence in Performing CPR)

  • The purpose of this research is to determine oriental hospital staffs' education status, their knowledge, overall attitudes and self-confidence in conducting cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and how those factors influence their performance of CPR. This research was conducted from September 1st to 15th in 2014 and involved 104 participants who worked at P Oriental Hospital at Y city, and well-structured surveys were used throughout the research. The collected data underwent descriptive statics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe' test, Pearson correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression by the SPSS WIN 19.0 program. The results revealed the staffs' knowledge of CPR (r=.27, p=.007), attitude (r=.42, p=.001), and confidence in conducting cardiopulmonary resuscitation (r=.48, p=.001), which indicates all the factors are positively correlated. In conclusion, as the knowledge of CPR increased, CPR attitude and CPR performance confidence increased. We also found that a positive attitude toward CPR increases CPR performance confidence. Therefore, education in CPR should be included in workplaces. Through education, CPR performance and performance confidence can be reinforced at the time of emergency.

단일추진제용 이리듐촉매의 연소성능 측정 및 국내개발 현황 (Hot Firing Performance Measurement of Monopropellant Decomposition Catalyst and Domestic Development Status)

  • 인공위성 및 발사체의 자세제어용으로 사용되는 단일추진제 추력기용 하이드라진의 분해촉매에 대한 연소성능을 실제 지상연소시험을 통하여 검증하였다. 촉매연소성능을 확인하기 위한 촉매 시험장치를 (주)한화와 공동으로 설계/제작하였으며, 이를 통하여 하이드라진 분해촉매의 촉매 연소특성을 시험하였다. 연소지연시간, 촉매활성도, 촉매안정도를 2회에 걸쳐 측정한 결과 각각 평균 25msec, 2%, $704^{\circ}C$으로 만족할 만한 결과를 얻었다. 또한 현재 진행 중인 국산화 촉매 시제품의 개발현황과 분해성능 시험 결과를 설명하였다.

간호대학생의 임상실습중 혈액 및 체액 노출현황과 영향 요인 - 감염관리 지식 및 수행도 중심으로- (The Status of Blood and Body Fluid Exposure and Affecting Factors among Nursing Students including Knowledge, Performance regarding Standard Precautions)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of exposure to blood and body fluid and factors affecting on blood and body fluid exposure of nursing students including knowledge, performance regarding standard precautions. Methods: 280 nursing students in D-city and S-city participated in this study. Data collection was conducted from January to March 2012. Students' knowledge and performance on standard precautions of infection control in hospitals were measured using the measurement developed by Hong(2010). Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one way-ANOVA, ${\chi}^2-test$, Pearson correlation coeficient, logistic regression by the SPSS WIN 18.0 program. Results: 58.6 percent of subjects experienced a exposure to blood and body fluid. The level of nursing students' knowledge level regarding standard precautions was $22.44{\pm}2.11$ and performance level was $4.31{\pm}0.50$. The factors affecting on blood and body fluid exposure of nursing students were knowledge level and education type about infection control. Conclusions: Based on the findings of this study, to decrease the exposure to blood and body fluid of nursing students, a proper education need to be stressed to improve nursing students' infection control knowledge and awareness.

The Dynamics of University-Industry Linkage: The Case of Mekelle City, Tigray Regional State, Ethiopia

  • In the past few decades, the importance of dynamics of University-Industry Linkage(UIL) in strengthening national and regional innovation competency and global competitiveness has been progressively more acknowledged. However, establishing an effective UIL for a better economic development is still a challenging endeavor in Ethiopia, particularly in Tigray region. This study is aimed at assessing the status of UIL and in order to achieve such aim it analyzed the determinants of firms' intensity of interaction with the Mekelle University (MU) and the effect of the intensity of interaction on the relevant firms' innovation performance. The findings of the study showed that the status of UIL between the firms and the university in Tigray region was at an infant stage. The study also found that firm size, firm age (startups) and government supports have had a significant effect on firms' intensity of interaction with the MU. However, the firms' intensity of interaction with the MU did not have any significant effect on the firms' innovation performance. In contrast, cooperation with customers, other groups and suppliers, firm size, firm age, and in-house R&D activities were found to have a significant effect on the firms' innovation performance. In conclusion, the acquisition of knowledge and technology from university does not have an important role in firms' innovation performance in the studied region. Consequently, the government should design effective strategies and assign responsible bodies to implement the strategies, create awareness, and organize both firms and university to meet and work together in order to enhance firms' innovation performance.

전문직 비정규직이 팀 내 수용 및 창의적 팀 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 탐색적 연구: 경계 없는 비정규직과 과도기적 비정규직을 중심으로 (The Exploratory Study on the Impact of the Professional Contingent Workers on Team Members' Acceptance and Creative Team Performance)

  • Purpose - To understand the growing interests in the professional temporary workforce, this study aimed to examine the different types of professional temporary workers and their different effects on creative performance. Design/methodology/approach - By sub-classifying professional temporary workers as boundaryless workers and transitional workers, this study developed propositions to provide comprehensive framework for directing meaningful topics for future research on professional temporary workers. Findings - This study suggested that two types of professional temporary workers may differ significantly in terms of their work efforts for getting approval or acceptance from the team members and for achieving creative contributions in teams. Specifically, drawing on expectance theory, social identity theory and resource-based theory, this study discussed the relationship between acceptance(task-oriented vs. relational-oriented acceptance), employment duration(short-term status vs. long-term status), contract security(volition being temporary worker) and creative performance for boundaryless workers versus transitional workers. Research implications or Originality - This study have implications for increasing our understanding of professional temporary workers by showing that creative performance may vary by employment types.
