Twenty years have passed since the adoption of natural recreation forests and each forest has its own characteristics. However, there is hardly any classification among the natural recreation forests. The purpose of this study is to classify the forests by considering the supplier's perspective as well as the user's perspective in order to provide fundamental materials for the operation of the natural recreation forests. A factor analysis was conducted to identify the common characteristics of the selected twelve variables by pre-selection and survey of experts. K-means cluster analysis was conducted among those factors to classify the natural recreation forests in Korea. Four factors were drawn after the factor analysis and the factors were named according to the variables and sizes as 'The use performance and visiting condition factor', 'Education and settlement factor', 'Internal activation factor' and 'Potential factor' In addition, the cluster analysis of an $85{\times}4$ matrix was conducted for the points of the drawn factors and the final classification consists of five groups. The results of this study may contribute to providing fundamental materials for the operation and management of natural recreation forests. Also, it may act as a reference when investigating the natural recreation forests of Korea. Proposing the classification natural recreation forests could be helpful in selecting the proper recreation forest in the future. Based on the established model, fundamental materials could be provided to improve the profitability of the natural recreation forests by effectively expanding the number of tourists, creating new natural recreation forests and proper maintenance and management.

Cement concrete pavement offers long-term service life and excellent applicability for heavy traffic. It is easier to purchase and more durable and economical than the asphalt pavement. However, it is difficult to repair and rehabilitate compared to the asphalt pavement when it comes to the maintenance problem. Since the crack is the main reason of the damage of concrete pavement, it is necessary to control the early and long-term crack in the concrete pavement. In this experimental study, the basic performance tests have been carried out to investigate the effect of hybrid fibers which were composed of micro fibers with small diameter and high aspect ratio and macro fibers with large diameter and low aspect ratio on the concrete pavement, in which lower water ratio and larger aggregates were used compared to the general concrete mixture. The test results showed that the flexural strength and toughness of concrete pavement mixture have been increased with the use of hybrid fibers in the concrete pavement mixture, even though they were less effective compared to the normal concrete mixture. It was found that the hybrid fibers were effective to control the early shrinkage of the concrete pavement which is one of the main reasons of the damage in the concrete pavement.

The Back Bone of gearing portion between Core Network System which is used in wire and wireless system is No.7 Protocol. ISUP( ISDN User Part), INAP handling in Intelligent Network and MAP gearing method for linking each Network Element System in mobile network have use of No.7 signaling. Therefore, it is require for system to detect the problem - operating problem occurs in Core Network which use No.7 signaling or the existing problem that is not recognized - in shortest time. This paper study out analyzing and measuring system for No.7 protocol and analyzing out system whether out of order or not. It can abstract No.7 Signaling Message and analyze system performance and report it. This system is connected in system No.7 HW Module which is in charge of No.7 Signaling. It is not offer Emulator function and Simulation function for any scenario but offer monitoring No.7 signaling. This system perform the function about No.7 MTP, ISUP, INAP and MAP and is offered several wire and wireless network Operator. It can detect and correct SW system, HW system and operating system problem. From now on, this system may offer the function about A-interface which is gearing between BSC and MSC, so it will perform to analyze generally and prompt effective operating for Core Network system.

Due to the movement of nodes, ad-hoc networks suffer from the problems such as the decrease of data delivery ratio, the increase of end-to-end delay, and the increase of routing overhead. The backup routing schemes try to solve these problems by finding the backup routes during the route discovery phase and using them when a route fails. Generally the backup routing schemes outperform the single-path routing schemes in terms of data delivery ratio, end-to-end delay, and routing overhead when the nodes move rapidly. But when the nodes don't move rapidly, the backup routing schemes generate more routing traffics than the single-path routing schemes because they need to exchange packets to find the backup route. In addition, when the backup route fails earlier than the main route, it can not use the backup route because in many backup route algorithms, the backup route is found only at the initial route discovery phase. RBR(Reactive Backup Routing Algorithm) proposed in this paper is an algorithm that provides more stable data delivery than the previous backup routing schemes through the selective maintenance of backup route and the backup route rediscovery. To do that RBR prioritize the backup routes, and maintain and use them selectively Thus it can also decrease the routing overheads. Also, RBR can increase data delivery ratio and decrease delay because it reestablishes the backup route when the network topology changes. For the performance evaluation, OPNET simulator is used to compare RBR with the single-path routing scheme and some of the well known backup routing schemes.
Urban space structure tends to have a significant change in accordance with maintenance of urban infrastructure such as a traffic route. For this reason, quantitative analysis has been needed to establish spatial distribution and location patterns by considering change of both road accessibility and urban infrastructure level, which can have the most pervasive influence in urban development process. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze spatio-temporal urban morphology through considering distribution patterns of road among transportation infrastructures, population, and spatial structure of metropolitan areas, focusing on Seoul where population growth and the size of urban area have been dramatically increased. For this, we firstly developed and constructed time-series GIS database by using satellite images and topographic maps of the last 70 years to analyze variables which affect urban growth and transportation. In particular, we analyzed the transform of the system of the street by Space Syntax which is able to grasp hierarchical spatial structure through visibility of space and spatial cognition in terms of accessibility. What's more, we analyzed and visualized the relationship urban morphology and road according the regions of Seoul through IPA(Importance Performance Analysis). In terms of the integration land-use and transportation, Space Syntax approach is expected to contribute to efficient urban planning through understanding the influence which various transportation phenomena has an effect on urban development patterns.

The accurate engine output is basically one of important factors for the analysis of engine performance. Nowadays in-cylinder pressure analysis in internal combustion engine is also an indispensable tool for engine research and development, environment regulation and maintenance of engine. Here, it is essential more than anything else to find the correct TDC(Top Dead Center) position for the accuracy of engine output for diesel engine. Therefore this study is to analyze affecting factors to TDC position in 2-stroke large low speed engine and to suggest new method for determining correct TDC position. In the previous paper, it was mentioned that the accuracy of engine output is influenced by the determination of exact TDC position, and that 'Angle based sampling' method is better than 'Time based sampling' method in terms of precision. It was confirmed that there is 'Loss of angle', which is a difference between compression pressure peak and real TDC caused by heat loss and blow by of gas leakage. Consequently we invented new method, called "An improved method of time based sampling", which can obtain the correct engine output. The results by this method with compensating loss of angle was shown the same result by the 'Angle based sampling' method in encoder setting cylinder. This study is to suggest the new measuring method of exact engine output, and to examnine the reliance on the outcome.
In this paper, we propose a whole-body management system using ultra-low temperature cyclical cooling method combined with IT technology. The proposed system has the following characteristics. First, it minimizes maintenance costs by circulating nitrogen gas cooled by ultra-low temperature inside the controller. Secondly, based on the information measured by the temperature sensor and oxygen concentration sensor, nitrogen gas is supplied to provide safe ultra-low temperature whole-body management. Thirdly, after entering the user's height, it provides convenient, ultra-low temperature whole-body care that can be controlled using an automatic lift. Fourth, it provides an easy-to-access, easy-to-manage GUI and a manager-only web program for whole-body management system operation. The results tested by the authorized testing agency to assess the performance of the proposed system were measured in the range of ±5%, the world's highest temperature sensor accuracy, and a range of -110℃ to -150℃ greater than the world's highest whole-body management temperature range(-110℃ ~ -140℃). In addition, humidity was measured at less than 40%, the world's highest, and oxygen concentration was more than 18%, the world's highest. Therefore, the effectiveness of the methods proposed in this paper was demonstrated because they produced the same results as the world's highest levels.

The data quality and measurements along consecutive detector stations can vary much even in the same traffic conditions due to variety in detector types, calibration and maintenance effort, field operation periods, minor geometric changes of roads and so on. These faulty situations often create 10% or more of inherent difference in important traffic measurements between two stations even under stable low flow condition. Low detection rates(DR) and high false alarm rates(FAR) therefore sets in among many popular Automatic Incident Detection Algorithms(AIDA). This research is two-folded and aims mainly to develop a new AIDA for uninterrupted flow. For this purpose, a technique which utilizes a Simple Arithmetic Operation(SAO) of traffic variables is introduced. This SAO technique is designed to address the inherent discrepancy of detector data observed successive stations, and to overcome the degradation of AIDA performance. It was found that this new algorithm improves DR as much as 95 percent and above. And mean time to detection(MTTD) is found to be 1 minutes or less. When it comes to FAR, this new approach compared to existing AIDAs reduces FAR up to 31.0 percent. And capability in persistency check of on-going incidents was found excellent as well.

With the development of IT technology and the establishment of logistics infrastructure, online shopping market and online fresh food market are growing. The purpose of this study is to find a plan to activate Fresh Logistics through online shopping mall using BCG matrix and Importance Performance Analysis for online shopping companies. Firstly, the BCG matrix results Companies in 'cash cow', 'question mark', and 'dog' areas are in need of improvement. In order to improve this situation, it is necessary to activate the Fresh logistics market which is currently growing. Fresh logistics can be activated by investing in the maintenance and strengthening areas and key investment areas by minimizing the expenditure on the non-priority and excess areas according to the results of IPA. Therefore, it is expected that online shopping companies will be improved by activating online shopping market and online fresh logistics market.
Base isolation, one of the popular seismic protection approaches proven to be effective in practical applications, has been widely applied worldwide during the past few decades. As the techniques mature, it has been recognised that, the biggest issue faced in base isolation technique is the challenge of great base displacement demand, which leads to the potential of overturning of the structure, instability and permanent damage of the isolators. Meanwhile, drain, ventilation and regular maintenance at the base isolation level are quite difficult and rather time- and fund- consuming, especially in the highly populated areas. To address these challenges, a number of efforts have been dedicated to propose new isolation systems, including segmental building, additional storey isolation (ASI) and mid-storey isolation system, etc. However, such techniques have their own flaws, among which whipping effect is the most obvious one. Moreover, due to their inherent passive nature, all these techniques, including traditional base isolation system, show incapability to cope with the unpredictable and diverse nature of earthquakes. The solution for the aforementioned challenge is to develop an innovative vibration isolation system to realise variable structural stiffness to maximise the adaptability and controllability of the system. Recently, advances on the development of an adaptive magneto-rheological elastomer (MRE) vibration isolator has enlightened the development of adaptive base isolation systems due to its ability to alter stiffness by changing applied electrical current. In this study, an innovative semi-active storey isolation system inserting such novel MRE isolators between each floor is proposed. The stiffness of each level in the proposed isolation system can thus be changed according to characteristics of the MRE isolators. Non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm type II (NSGA-II) with dynamic crowding distance (DCD) is utilised for the optimisation of the parameters at isolation level in the system. Extensive comparative simulation studies have been conducted using 5-storey benchmark model to evaluate the performance of the proposed isolation system under different earthquake excitations. Simulation results compare the seismic responses of bare building, building with passive controlled MRE base isolation system, building with passive-controlled MRE storey isolation system and building with optimised storey isolation system.
