뷰티 서비스 종사자의 행동루틴이 서비스수행 및 업무성과에 미치는 영향: 자기효능감의 매개효과 (The Effect of Beauty Service Worker's Behavioral Routines on Service Performance and Work Performance: Mediating Effect of Self-Efficacy)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 뷰티 서비스 종사자들의 행동 루틴이 서비스수행 및 업무성과에 미치는 영향 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개역할을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구대상자는 서울·경기 소재 뷰티 소비자 311명이며, 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하고 분석되었다. 자료 분석은 기술통계, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식모델 및 bootstrapping 기법을 이용한 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. 일련의 연구절차를 통하여 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 뷰티 서비스 종사자의 행동 루틴은 자기효능감, 서비스수행, 업무성과에 모두 통계적 유의한 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 뷰티 서비스 종사자의 자기효능감은 서비스수행 및 업무성과에 통계적 유의한 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 뷰티 서비스 종사자의 행동 루틴과 서비스수행 및 직무성과와의 관계에서 자기효능감의 부분 매개효과를 나타내었다.

부모의 학업성취압력이 초등학생의 자기효능감에 미치는 영향 : 목표지향성의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Relationship of Parental Academic Achievement Pressure to Self-efficacy of Elementary Students : Mediation Effects of Achievement Goals)

  • The present study examined the relationship between parental academic achievement pressure and self-efficacy mediated by student's achievement goal orientation among elementary school students. The 638 participants were fifth graders living in a metropolitan area. Analyses revealed that children who were high both in performance-goal and mastery-goal orientation reported highest perceived parental academic achievement pressure and self-efficacy. Performance-goal orientation played a mediation role in the relationship between parental academic achievement pressure and self-efficacy, while mastery-goal orientation did not. The limitations of the present study and suggestions for future research were discussed.

직장여성의 유방촬영술이행 예측요인 (Predictors of Mammography Performance in Job Women)

  • Purpose: This study was to identify factors affecting mammography screening behavior in job women by attitude, social influence and self-efficacy model. Methods: The data were obtained from 171 job women in one residency area by structural questionnaire from March to June 2013 and analysed by using $x^2$-test, ANOVA, Spearman's correlation and logistic regression analysis. Results: The each performance rate was 45.1% in mammography, 44.9% in breast self examination and 48.5% in physical examination. The mammography performance rate in job women showed higher significance in the groups of 1) older age, urban residency, marital status or high economic state, 2) shorter office hours or higher job position, 3) childbirth experience or menopause and 4) preferring soy bean food, practicing regular exercise, suffering chronic disease or receiving radiation therapy. Attitude, social influences and self-efficacy made significant differences in mammography performance. Logistic regression analysis showed that 50 years or older, urban residency, social influences towards mammography and high self-efficacy were significant relationship. Conclusion: In order to increase the mammography performance rate, the intervention strategies are needed to increase positive social influences or self-efficacy and to offer public information to younger age.

호텔종사자의 전공학습이 직무성과에 미치는 영향 자기 효능감의 매개효과 (The Effect of the Concentration of Hotel Employees on Job Performance Mediating effect of self-efficacy)

  • 본 연구는 호텔종사자를 대상으로 입사 전 전공관련 학습이 자기효능감에 어떠한 영향을 미치며 종사원의 직무성과간의 관계를 실증분석 하였다. 국내 L호텔을 종사원을 대상으로 설문지 300부를 배포하여 267부의 설문지를 회수하였으나 불성실한 설문지 17부를 제외하고 최종적으로 250부를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과 호텔종사자의 경우 호텔관련 전공학습은 자기효능감에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며 자기효능감은 전공학습과 직무성과간 매개역할 하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 산학 연계 프로그램의 개발을 통한 실무형 전공학습은 호텔업계를 비롯한 타 업계의 취업 시 종사원의 업무 적응도를 높이고 나아가 종사원들의 자기효능감을 상승시켜 궁극적으로 직무 성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라 생각된다. 향후 국내 특급호텔 및 중저가호텔 종사자들을 대상으로 연구대상의 확대가 이뤄지고 인턴연계수업이 진행되는 호텔 종사원에 대한 자기효능감과 취업 후 직무성과간 연구가 이뤄지길 기대해본다.

항공계열 대학생의 자기효능감 및 학업적 적응에 관한 연구 (A Study on Self-Efficacy and Academic Adjustment Among the Aviation-related College Students)

  • Recently the departments of aviation-related in the college are increased as the aviation industry is rapidly expanded. To enhance their competitiveness and have differentiation, it is emphasized for each department to manage and teach their students well. Therefore this study aims to examine self-efficacy and academic adjustment of aviation-related college students and investigate the relationship between self-efficacy and academic adjustment. To achieve the objectives, it conducted a survey of aviation-related college students in C university from Apr. 27th. 2015 to May. 22th. 2015. A total of 225 questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 statistical package program and frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis and one-way ANOVA were conducted. The result released that general self-efficacy was recognized higher at the department of aviation operation than aviation maintenance and aviation service and social self-efficacy was recognized higher at the department of aviation service than aviation maintenance and aviation operation. Also general self-efficacy had an influence on the motivation, application and performance and social self-efficacy affected motivation, performance and academic environment. The implication of these findings would help to manage aviation-related college students, develop their departments and provide the directions for future research.

대학교의 정보교육 만족과 성과의 영향변인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors affecting the Satisfaction and Performance of Information Education in College)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 정보화 시대의 인재 양성을 위해 대학교에서 실시되는 정보교육의 성과를 증진시킬 수 있는 요인들을 살펴보고자 하는 것으로, 컴퓨터 자기효능감을 중심으로 하는 학습자의 관점과 실습실 및 교수자 특성의 환경 관점으로 구분하여 분석하고자 하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면 환경 측면의 실습실 요인을 제외한 모든 요인(컴퓨터 자기효능감, 혁신성, 동기, 자기조절 효능감, 교수자 특성)이 정보교육성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 대학에서의 정보교육성과에 영향을 미치는 요인은 분석은 정보화 사회의 인재양성에 기여할 수 있으며 효과적인 정보교육을 위한 지침을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 뷰티 전문가의 자기관리가 자기효능감 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하여 관계를 살펴보고, 향후 뷰티 전문가들의 자기 관리를 통한 자기 효능감과 경영성과 향상에 도움이 되기를 위함이다. 분석방법은 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석 등을 하였고, 그 결과 자기관리와 자기조절감, 도전감 간 상호 정(+)의 상관관계가 나타났고, 자기관리가 경영성과, 환경성과, 고객성과, 시장성과에 통계적 유의하게 정(+)의 영향이 나타났으며, 자기효능감이 직무성과, 환경성과, 고객성과, 시장성과에 통계적 유의하게 정(+)의 영향을 나타나는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 자기관리에 대한 질적 향상을 통해 자기효능감과 경영성과에 기여할 수 있는 계기가 되길 바란다.

간호대학생의 건강증진행위와 그 결정요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Determinants of Health Promoting Behavior in Nursing Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to explain the relationship between health promoting behavior and self-esteem, and the relationship between health promoting behavior and self-efficacy. The instrument of this study was a structured questionnaire included health promoting lifestyle, self-esteem and self-efficacy. The data were collected from August 24 to September 3, 1999 and analyzed by Cronbach alpha, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression by using SPSS/PC+ program. The results of research were as follows : 1. The average score of performance in the health promoting behavior variables was 2.61. The variable with the highest degree of performance was the sanitary life(3.14), whereas the one with the lowest degree was the professional health maintenance(1.50). The average score of self-esteem was 2.89, and self-efficacy was 6.60. 2. There was significant difference according to the demographic variables. The total health promoting behavior was predicted by age, religion, monthly income. personality, perceived health status and frequency of exercise. Self-esteem was predicted by religion, monthly income and personality. Self-efficacy was predicted by age, religion and personality. 3. There was a significant correlation between health promoting behavior and self-esteem, self-efficacy. 4. Self-efficacy was the highest factor (variable) predicting health promoting behavior. A total of 44.7% of the variance was explained in the total health promoting behavior by the self-efficacy, frequency of exercise, self-esteem, perceived health status and personality. In conclusion, this study revealed that self-efficacy, self-esteem may be important factors that can improve health promoting behavior. Therefore the findings of this study may provide significant basic data for health promoting program development.

The Effects of Simulation Based Practical Education on Nursing Students' Self-efficacy, Performance Confidence, and Educational Satisfaction

  • Objective: This study is a single-group pre-post experimental study to determine the effects of simulation-based practice education on nursing students' self-efficacy, performance confidence, and educational satisfaction. Design: Single-group pre-post experimental studies Methods: This study was conducted from September 1, 2023 to November 30, 2023 for nursing undergraduate students in a simulation based practical education program. The subjects were provided with learning materials about an acute myocardial infarction case with chest pain for preliminary learning. After that, they were divided into teams of 6 people and asked to do self-study for 2 hours per team, twice a week, before conducting simulation practice. For the simulation based practical education, the participants were divided into 9 teams of 6 people each, and each team had 10 minutes for orientation, 15 minutes for scenario operation, and 50 minutes for debriefing. Results: After the simulation based practical education, self-efficacy increased statistically significantly from a mean of 3.51 before training to a mean of 3.80 after training (t=-2.12, p=0.038). However, there was no significant difference in performance confidence. There was a significant positive correlation between self-efficacy and performance confidence (r=0.62, p<0.001) and training satisfaction (r=0.67, p<0.001) after the simulation based practical education. Self-confidence was also significantly correlated with educational satisfaction (r=0.76, p<0.001). Conclusions: The results of this study showed that utilizing simulation-based practical education can increase nursing students' self-efficacy, which positively affects their performance confidence and educational satisfaction. Therefore, simulation-based practical education is an effective nursing education method that can improve nursing students' practical skills.

중년여성의 운동수행실태와 운동수행에 영향을 미치는 요인 (A Study on Exercise Performance and Its Relating Factors in Middle-aged Women)

  • Purpose: This study was done to identify practical exercise performance and to define the factors related to exercise performance in middle-aged women. Methods: The researchers collected data from 206 middle-aged women, ages 40 to 59. The measurements used were a scale for degree of exercise performance, and self-efficacy scale, affect, perceived barriers and benefits related exercise, body-shape perception, and the youngest child's education stage. The data were analyzed with SPSS/WIN 17.0 and SAS program using t-test, ANOVA, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: Exercise performance showed significant differences according to body-shape perception (F=5.45, p<.01), the youngest child's education stage (F=4.44, p<.05). Exercise performance had a significant strong positive relation with self-efficacy (r=.616), a moderate relation with self-rated health (r=.428) and with affect related exercise (r=.519), a mild relation with perceived benefits (r=.339) and with social support (r=.239), and a negative mild relation with perceived barriers (r=-.330) with 99% significance. Self-efficacy, affect, perceived barriers, and the youngest child's education stage explained 46.4% of a variance in exercise performance in middle-aged women. The factor most influencing was self-efficacy related exercise at 37.9% of the variance. Conclusion: We can conclude that self-efficacy, affect, perceived barriers, and the youngest child's education stage should be considered as important factors for developing program of middle-aged women.
