Building materials are used in combination and new materials are appearing every moment. Although the performance of building materials influence on whole building performance critically, there is no obvious classification. In this study, the term 'user requirement, functional requirement' is define. This research provides leveling performance of requirement and functional requirement.

Urban transit is system that offer target Performance and function because various lower part system such as vehicles, signaling, power supply, rail track is consisted as complex. It is important first of all that describe correctly system requirement until configuration of system, design, manufacture, installation and test verification so that the complicated urban transit system is to act safety and reliable and to display target Performance and function properly. The system requirement assist the system developer to comprehensive the performance and function of system in basic design. Therefore, In this paper wishes to study way to analyze system of system requirement and apply to Urban transit.

ISO 9001, quality management system, is widely known as advancing internal efficiency and productivity in various industry. As a result, the number of companies that have adopted ISO 9001's certification have been increasing continuously year by year since ISO 9000' family standard was published in 1987s. This fact shows that a lot of businesses are trying to get the accreditation for improving the competitiveness of quality. The purpose of this study is to present that ISO 9001's certification motives affect to the requirement's implementation and show that the execution of requirements influences on management performance in the small manufacturer. In order to carry out this research, we obtained 96 survey sheets and inspected twenty assumptions based on the reliability, validity of the questionnaires. The results of regression analysis are summarized as follows; First, the factors of certification motive influence on the requirement's implementation except resources management. Second, the two elements of ISO 9001 requirement, resources management and product realization, have an important effect on the operational performance and financial performance considerably in the companies that choose the internal motive. Finally, the two requisites of ISO 9001 requirement, resources management and measurement, analysis and improvement, affect to the operational performance and financial performance significantly in the businesses that select the external motive. Based on the results, the companies that choose the internal motive have a good performance to execute the ISO 9001 requirements. Also, to implement the requirements of ISO 9001 is helpful for the companies to produce the operational and financial performance.

As same time of starting on the Korean Long-term Care Insurance System, the government developed a program to train new qualification of long-term care workers. The number of enrolled long-term care workers are 950,000 persons in 2010. Mostly they are working in home based care work places such as home visit care centers and home visit bathing centers covered insurance. The purpose of this study is to understand the difference of task performance requirement according to long-term care workers' responsibilities which divided into home visiting care and home visiting bathing. The comparison analysis was conducted to task performance requirement in basic management, safety management, administration management, practical services. Key result was found that task performance requirement of long-term care workers whose responsibilities are home visiting care were more higher than the home visiting bathing. Finally, To improve quality of home visiting care and home visiting bathing, it is necessary to provide the fields based continuing education and reflect new reimburse system.

Various studies on energy saving for construction sites have been carried out and some construction machines using motors have installed regenerative systems such as elevators and excavators. The construction lift also uses motors and generates more regenerative energy when the lifts descend because lifts convey many construction materials and workers. For this reason, it is possible to apply the regenerative system to the construction lift. However, if the system is applied without considering the lift's characteristics, the new development would fail; we therefore need to propose a performance requirement. Thus, the purpose of this study is to propose a performance requirement for the energy-regenerative lift prior to developing the energy-regenerative lift.

Energy load of building affected by insulation performance of building's exterior. and insulation system can be classify interior insulation, exterior insulation, sandwich insulation according to install place of insulation. but within interior insulation system, corner wall and the cross outer wall-slab insulation part may occur thermal bridges. And then, within exterior insulation system is more superior insulation performance than interior insulation, but it has difficult to apply, easily broken at high building because of strong wind load. And also difficult to maintenance exterior insulation system. So, in this study, to found requirement performance of cast-in-place sandwich insulation system that is superior insulation performance and easy construction and maintenance. requirement performance of cast-in-place sandwich insulation system is 1) To avoid thermal bridges in the insulation performance, 2) Both sides concrete wall can be composite action in the structural performance. Because of this study, can develops cast-in-place sandwich insulation system and this insulation system contribute to improve insulation performance of apartment-house and high building.

As the Long-life certification system is recently introduced in the Housing Law in Korea, it is expected that an application of the lightweight wall panel will be increased in apartment construction as the main wall system. However, the performance criteria for lightweight wall is in the early phase of its action. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the performance criteria properly by investigating performance requirement in the user's perspective. The purpose of this study is to identify of the weight of the required performance items for the lightweight wall in apartment house. To analyze the priority in the performance, an interview survey is performed; after monitering the test-bed of the lightweight walls, user and experts evaluate the performance requirements. The weight of the performance requirement is developed by AHP method.

The HEMU-400X project starts at 2007. It is important first of all that describing correctly system requirement during configuration of system, design, manufacturing, installation and test verification so that the complicated high-speed electric multiple unit is to run safety and reliable and to achieve target performance and function properly. The system requirement assist the system designer to understand the performance and function of system in basic design. For this process, system engineer have to manage the system requirement. This paper proposes the management contents of system requirement such as change management, requirement traceability, etc, for HEMU-400X.

This paper investigates the relative effect of each ISO 9001 : 2000 quality management system's requirement and business performance. The empirical tests are conducted in ISO 9001 certification companies. As a result, the $1^{st}$, it shows the requirements positively affect performance of financial. The $2^{nd}$, also it shows the requirements positively affect non-financial performance. The $3^{rd}$ also it show the non-financial performance positively effect performance of financial performance.

In general, an Architecture of a system is embodied as applied results of a requirement analysis of a system in early development phase. These efforts play a important role in analyzing and understanding a system considering operational, functional, and physical view and deriving a correct solution before developing the system. In this paper, the architecture of the Tube Transportation System(TTS) known as the new transportation system in Railway Domain is depicted by performance parameter has already developed. The existing performance parameters are shown by a variety of types with many meanings rather than types of general requirements refined. As these early performance parameters have analyzed and complemented to a level of requirement by requirement managers and other domain specialists, the architecture of the Tube Transportation System was developed systematically and then system requirements will be drawn up definitely. The presented architecture will provide a framework of developing a TTS and also offer an information in performance analysis of TTS.
