관리자와 조리사가 인식하는 한식당 운영 관리에 대한 중요도와 수행도 평가 (Evaluation of Importance and Performance for Operation Management by Managers and Chefs at Korean Restaurants)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate managers' and chefs' perception on importance and performance of operation management of Korean restaurants, and to examine Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) for operation management. A total of 342 managers and chefs working at Korean restaurants in Seoul and Gyeonggi province were surveyed and 314 responses were returned. Excluding responses with missing data, 250 responses were used for data analysis. In terms of importance of operation management attributes, 'sanitation management (4.38)' category received the highest scores, followed by 'facility and equipment management (4.35)', 'service management (4.17)', 'production management (4.04)', 'inventory and financial management (4.04)' and 'marketing (3.25)'. In terms of performance, the highest operation management attribute was associated with 'sanitation management (4.00)', followed by 'facility and equipment management (3.80)', 'production management (3.69)', 'inventory and financial management (3.55)', 'service management (3.51)' and 'marketing (2.53)'. As the results of IPA, 'customer care and hospitality education for hall servers', 'training hall servers for menu explanation to customers', and 'neat appearances and clean uniforms of the hall servers' fell into the Quadrant II(concentrate here).

  • 처분덮개는 중.저준위 방사성폐기물 천층처분시설의 성능 유지에 중요한 역할을 하므로 여러가지 시험과 장기관측을 통한 처분덮개의 성능실증 연구는 시설의 안전성 확보에 불가결한 요소이다. 처분덮개의 기본적인 성능요건으로는 불투수성, 건전성, 열화에의 저항력 및 유지보수의 용이성 등을 고려할 수 있다. 이러한 성능요건을 단일층으로는 충족하기 어려운 점을 고려하여 HELP(Hydrologic Evaluation of Landfill Performance) 코드를 사용한 물수지 평가를 통해 상부 보호층, 중간 배수층 및 하부 저투수층 등으로 구성된 다층덮개 개념을 도출하였다. 처분덮개 내에서의 수분이동특성을 규명하기 위해 TDR(Time Domain Reflectometry)과 Tensiometer를 사용하여 각각 함수비와 matric potential의 변화를 3$\times$3$\times$3.3m 크기의 6개 시험고에서 장기관측 할 수 있도록 설계하였다.

  • 한국전쟁 이후, 우리 군은 짧은 기간동안 적은 예산으로 대량의 시설을 공급함으로써, 민간 시설들에 비해 노후화가 많이 진행되었으며, 이러한 시설들을 계속 방치할 경우 향후 막대한 유지관리 비용과 교체비용이 소요될 것으로 생각된다. 군 시설물 중 조적조 시설이 차지하는 비중은 큰 반면, 적절한 성능 평가 시스템이 갖추어 있지 않아, 합리적이고 객관적인 기준없이 노후 시설은 대부분 철거되고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 노후한 군 시설들을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서 조적조 시설물의 성능을 정확하게 평가할 수 있는 기준을 제시하였다. 노후 시설물을 기울기 및 침하, 내하력 및 내구성의 세부문으로 나누어 평가하도록 하였으며, 내하력 및 내구성 부문은 수평부재와 수직부재로 나누어 평가하도록 하였다. 항목별, 부재별 중요도는 AHP 기법을 적용하여 산정하였다.

  • De-NOx facility using Selective Catalytic Reduction method is the most widely applied one that removes NOx from flue gas emitted from combustion facility such as boiler for power generation engine incinerator etc. Reductant $NH_3\;or\;NH_4OH$ is sprayed into flue gas to convert NOx into $H_2O$ and $N_2.$ Good mixing between flue gas and $NH_3$ is the most important factor to increase reduction in catalytic layer and to reduce unreacted NH3 slip. Therefore the development of mixer device for mixing effect is one of the important part for SCR facility. Objectives of this study are to investigate the relation between flow and concentration field by observation at the wake of delta-wing type mixer. At the first stage qualitative measurement of flow field is conducted by flow visualization using laser light sheet in lab. scale wind tunnel. Also we have conducted the quantitative analysis by comparing flow field measurement using LDV with numerical simulation. On the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis we investigate the dis-tribution of flow and concentration in flow model facility. The results of an experimental and compu-tational examination of the vortex structures shed from delta wing type vortex generator having $40^{\circ}$ angle of attack are presented, The effects of vortex structure on the gas mixing is discussed, too.

한옥의 통합 쾌적성능 평가체계 구축에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Establishment of an Evaluation System for Integrative Comfort Performance of Hanok Residence)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop an evaluation system for integrative comfort values of Hanok residence. For this study, a mock-up located in Yongin, Gyeonggi province built by an ongoing governmental research project has been chosen. Then, SSN (Smart Sensor Network) has been utilized for monitoring quantitative factors in the environment and detailed face-to-face surveys have been performed for analyzing qualitative comfort indexes from residents in the experimental settings. Then, this study employs a combined evaluation system using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) established for estimating overall DIC (Degree of Integrative Comfort) of the Hanok residence. As a result, the evaluation system could verify the total comfort indexes of Hanok residence and suggest converged methodologies for establishing value assessment system for traditional residential facilities. The method of DIC suggested in this paper would be examined with current residents in a built mock-up to see its applicability as a comprehensive evaluation model, and it is expected that collected year-round comfort data from the facility would provide more practical information towards future strategies for the Hanok residence.

Development of an evaluation method for nuclear fuel debris-filtering performance

  • Fuel failure due to debris is a major cause of failure in pressurized water reactors. Fuel vendors have developed various filtering devices to reduce debris-induced failure and have evaluated filtering performance with their own test facilities and methods. Because of the different test facilities and methods, it is difficult to compare filtering performances objectively. This study presents an improved filtering test and an efficiency calculation method to fairly compare fuel-filtering efficiency regardless of the vendor's filtering features. To enhance the reliability of our evaluation, we established requirements for the test method and had a facility constructed according to the requirements. This article describes the debris specimens, the amount of debris, and the replicates for the proposed test method. A calculation method of comprehensive debris-filtering efficiency using a weighted mean is proposed. The test method was verified by repeated tests, and the tests were carried out using the PLUS7 and 17ACE7 test fuels to calculate the comprehensive debris-filtering efficiencies. The evaluation results revealed that the filtering performance of PLUS7 is better than that of 17ACE7. The proposed method can be used on any kind of debris-filtering devices and is appropriate for use as a standard.

장기요양시설 요양보호사 신종감염병 예방 원격 감염관리 교육 프로그램 개발 (Development of Infection Control E-learning Training Program for Preventing Emerging Infectious Diseases for Long-term Care Facility Care Workers)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to develop an infection control e-learning training program for long-term care facility care workers to prevent emerging infectious diseases and evaluate its effectiveness. Method: The program was developed using the analysis design development implementation evaluation (ADDIE) model. The effectiveness of the program was evaluated for 30 care workers. The knowledge and performance of the care workers before and after the program were analyzed by a t-test. Results: In the analysis stages, a literature review on infection control, knowledge and performance of infection control, and education needs was performed, and focus group interviews with ten care workers were conducted. In the design stage, education topics, educational content, and educational methods were selected for the program. A video was produced centered on eight themes. In the development stage, a system for education was developed, and each topic was uploaded. In the implementation stage, the program was applied to 30 care workers, and a questionnaire was administered. In the program's final evaluation, there was a significant difference in infection control knowledge (t=3.06, p=.005), and there was no significant difference in infection control performance. Conclusion: In this study, the necessary topics were finally selected by quantitatively and qualitatively analyzing the educational needs of care workers taking care of the elderly in long-term care facilities. It is necessary to understand the long-term effect and the degree of performance of the observation method in the future.

  • 이 논문의 목적은 MCE를 적용한 콘크리트 중력식 댐의 동적소성해석에 의한 내진성능평가 수행 시 입력변수, 성능수준 평가 방법에 대한 현행 기준의 적용성을 검토하고 개선안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 국내 콘크리트 중력식 댐을 대상 시설로 선정하여 다양한 조건으로 동적소성해석을 수행하였으며 입력변수인 콘크리트 인장강도, 파괴에너지 등에 대한 적용성을 검토하였다. 중력식 댐체 저면의 균열이 활동의 안정성 미치는 영향을 분석하여 저수기능 확보에 필요한 성능수준 평가 방법의 개선안을 도출하였다. 연구 결과 개선사항을 적용할 경우 MCE를 적용한 현행 내진성능평가 방법보다 합리적인 평가결과를 도출하는 효과가 있을 것이다.

DSP와 라즈베리 파이를 기반으로 한 스마트 그리드 전력설비의 통신제어장치 설계 방법론 (Design Methodology of Communication & Control Device for Smart Grid Power Facility based on DSP and Raspberry Pi)

  • 본 논문에서는 스마트 그리드 전력설비 간 통신을 통해 고장구간을 자율적으로 판단, 분리하기 위한 기반기술인 통신제어장치를 설계하였다. 통신제어장치에서 제어모듈은 3상 전압, 전류를 계측할 수 있도록 DSP, 통신모듈은 전력설비 간 통신을 통해 고장구간을 판단, 고장구간 분리를 실현할 수 있도록 라즈베리 파이로 설계되었다. DSP와 라즈베리 간 통신은 SPI 통신방식을 기반으로, 반면에 라즈베리 간 통신은 Wi-Fi 기반으로 설계되었다. 끝으로, 3개의 전력설비 통신제어 장치로 구성되는 성능 평가 시스템을 구축하였으며, 선로 상의 다양한 고장 이벤트들에 대한 모의 검증을 실시하였다. 평가 결과, 모든 시험경우들에 대해서 통신제어장치가 요구된 응답을 보임으로서 통신제어장치 설계 방법론의 유효성을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • 이동식차량측량시스템(이하 MMS)는 정밀도로지도를 제작하는데 가장 효과적인 도구이다. MMS는 다양한 센서의 조합으로 이루어져 있으며, 제조사별로 제작방법과 처리 소프트웨어가 다르기 때문에 부품의 사양만으로 성능을 예측할 수 없다. 따라서 성능평가를 통해 각 장비가 정밀도로지도 제작에 적합한지 판단을 해야 하며, 주기적인 성능평가를 위한 시설이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 한국건설기술연구원의 SOC실증연구센터에 구축한 MMS 성능평가시설에 대해 설명하고, 문헌조사와 실험을 통해 평가시설이 갖추어야 할 조건에 대해 분석하였다.
