Usage of LTE(Long Term Evolution) technology is expanded to industrial an emergency service field beyond commercial communications of mobile internet focused on smartphone. In this paper, transmission performance of LTE technology be supplied to various service area is analyzed on the level of application traffics. Performance is evaluated with compter simulation based NS(Network Simulator)-2, CBR(Constant Bit Rate), VBR(Variable Bit Rate File) traffic is used as simulation target. Results and methods of this paper can be used for research and developmemt of LTE based networks.

This paper presents a brief overview of the recently developed performance-control method of moment frame design subjected to monotonously increasing lateral loading. The final product of any elastic-plastic analysis is a nonlinear loaddisplacement diagram associated with a progressive failure mechanism, which may or may not be as desirable as expected. Analytically derived failure mechanisms may include such undesirable features as soft story failure, partial failure modes, overcollapse, etc. The problem is compounded if any kind of performance control, e.g., drift optimization, material savings or integrity assessment is also involved. However, there is no reason why the process can not be reversed by first selecting a desirable collapse mechanism, then working backwards to select members that would lead to the desired outcome. This article provides an overview of the newly developed Performance control methodology of design for lateral resisting frameworks with a view towards integrity control and prevention of premature failure due to propagation of plasticity and progressive P-delta effects.

The purpose of this study is to analyze difference of life satisfaction of employed wives by living with mother-in-law or mothers. Life satisfaction of employed wives are measured by marital satisfaction the satisfaction of used time and role performamce and financial satisfaction. For this study 449 employed wives in Tajean are the subjects of survey. The main results were as follows; 1. The degree of life satisfaction of employed wives indicated more than middle level(M=3.44) While the degree of satisfaction in marital satisfaction indicated high the degree of satsifaction in the used time and role performance indicated low 2. On the whole the influential valiables on the marital satisfacton of employed wives were found in the following oreders; wife's and husband's educationa level job and income. 3. There were a non-significant difference in the life satisfaction of employed wives between living with mothers or not. But the differences between living with mothers-in-low an mothers were significant in the satisfaction of used time and role performance.

The purpose of this descriptive research conducted among 125 pediatric nurses was to get basic data for nursing educational program on peripheral intravenous catheterization. The collected data using Protocol of Pediatric Peripheral Intravenous Infusion of Choi et. al.(2016) and Core Basic Nursing skills & Protocol ; Intravenous Infusion of Korean Accreditation Board of Nursing Education(2017) were analyzed using SPSS 21.0. Nursing performance of pediatric nurses was the lowest in education, and the highest in side effect management. There were significant differences in subarea of nursing performance according to general characteristics. There was a positive correlation between education and nursing performance(r=.486, p<.001), and factors influencing nursing performance were education(${\beta}=.472$), working department(${\beta}=.216$) and marital status(${\beta}=.169$)(adj $R^2=0.314$, p<.001). These results can be used as basic data on nursing educational program on peripheral intravenous catheterization for pediatric nurses after repeated study by expanding the number of subjects.
