LTE(Long Term Evolution) 기술은 스마트폰 중심의 모바일 인터넷으로 상징되는 상용 통신을 넘어 산업 및 긴급 통신 분야로 사용이 확대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 분야로 보급되고 있는 LTE 기술의 전송 성능을 응용 트래픽 수준에서 분석해 본다. 성능 분석은 NS-2를 기반으로 한 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 사용하여 수행하며, CBR(Constant Bit rate), VBR(Variable Bit Rate) 등의 트래픽을 분석 대상으로 한다. 본 논문의 결과와 방법은 LTE 기반 네트워크의 연구 및 개발에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

This paper presents a brief overview of the recently developed performance-control method of moment frame design subjected to monotonously increasing lateral loading. The final product of any elastic-plastic analysis is a nonlinear loaddisplacement diagram associated with a progressive failure mechanism, which may or may not be as desirable as expected. Analytically derived failure mechanisms may include such undesirable features as soft story failure, partial failure modes, overcollapse, etc. The problem is compounded if any kind of performance control, e.g., drift optimization, material savings or integrity assessment is also involved. However, there is no reason why the process can not be reversed by first selecting a desirable collapse mechanism, then working backwards to select members that would lead to the desired outcome. This article provides an overview of the newly developed Performance control methodology of design for lateral resisting frameworks with a view towards integrity control and prevention of premature failure due to propagation of plasticity and progressive P-delta effects.

The purpose of this study is to analyze difference of life satisfaction of employed wives by living with mother-in-law or mothers. Life satisfaction of employed wives are measured by marital satisfaction the satisfaction of used time and role performamce and financial satisfaction. For this study 449 employed wives in Tajean are the subjects of survey. The main results were as follows; 1. The degree of life satisfaction of employed wives indicated more than middle level(M=3.44) While the degree of satisfaction in marital satisfaction indicated high the degree of satsifaction in the used time and role performance indicated low 2. On the whole the influential valiables on the marital satisfacton of employed wives were found in the following oreders; wife's and husband's educationa level job and income. 3. There were a non-significant difference in the life satisfaction of employed wives between living with mothers or not. But the differences between living with mothers-in-low an mothers were significant in the satisfaction of used time and role performance.

본 연구는 아동간호사의 말초정맥관 관련 간호교육프로그램의 기초자료를 얻기 위해 125명의 아동간호사를 대상으로 시행된 서술적 조사연구로, 최희강 외(2016)의 아동의 말초정맥주사관리 프로토콜과 간호교육평가원의 핵심 기본간호술 중 정맥주사프로토콜의 일부를 사용하여 수집된 자료를 SPSS 21.0으로 분석하였다. 아동간호사의 말초정맥관 관련 교육수행이 가장 낮았고, 부작용관리수행이 가장 높았다. 일반적특성에 따른 간호수행 하위영역에 부분적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 교육과 간호수행 간 정적 상관관계가 있었고(r=.486, p<.001), 간호수행에 영향을 미치는 요인은 교육(${\beta}=.472$), 근무부서(${\beta}=.216$) 및 결혼상태(${\beta}=.169$)이었다(adj $R^2=0.314$, p<.001). 본 연구결과는 대상자 수를 확대하여 반복 연구 후 아동간호사의 말초정맥관 관리 교육프로그램의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.
